In one embodiment, the computer readable instructions, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform the steps of moving the target patient to the target follow-up date in the follow-up calendar according to the locking operation in accordance with the locking operation applied to the target patient further comprise: judging whether the target follow-up date meets the current follow-up time requirement corresponding to the target patient; and when the target follow-up date does not meet the requirement of the current follow-up time, refusing to establish an association relationship between the target patient and the target follow-up date, and recovering the target patient to the initial position.

in step S410, follow-up calendar data corresponding to the follow-up user identifier and patient data associated with the follow-up user identifier are acquired from the server.
Specifically, the follow-up member terminal acquires, from the server, the follow-up calendar data corresponding to the follow-up member user identifier and the patient data corresponding to the patient user identifier having an association relationship with the follow-up member user identifier, according to the operation of the follow-up member. The follow-up member user identification and the patient user identification are respectively used for uniquely identifying the follow-up member identity and the patient identity and are composed of numbers, letters or other special symbols with preset digits and the like.
Further, the follow-up calendar data comprises a date and the number of the patients to be followed, the date corresponds to the number of the patients, the patient data comprises head images, names, sexes, ages, disease levels or danger levels of the patients and the requirements of the next follow-up time, the requirements of the next follow-up time are automatically generated by the server according to the last follow-up time and follow-up frequency of the patients, the follow-up frequency refers to the frequency requirements of the follow-up staff for carrying out follow-up services on the patients regularly, and the follow-up frequency is obtained according to the disease levels or danger levels of the patients.
And step S420, displaying a corresponding follow-up calendar according to the follow-up calendar data, and displaying a patient set to be followed according to the patient data.
Specifically, the follow-up staff terminal displays a follow-up calendar and a set of patients to be followed up on a preset interface. The follow-up calendar is a month calendar or a week calendar corresponding to the current date, and the follow-up calendar can be displayed as a two-dimensional calendar or a three-dimensional calendar.
In one embodiment, the displayed follow-up calendar further includes a number of patients to be followed corresponding to the date.
Further, the set of patients to be followed is the set of all patients who need to be followed after (including) the current date. Each patient in the patient set to be followed is displayed in the form of icons and/or characters, such as head portrait, name, disease level or risk level of the patient to be followed, next follow-up time requirement, and the like.
In one embodiment, the follow-up staff terminal may update the currently displayed patient to be followed according to a sliding operation acting on a display area of the patient set to be followed.
In another embodiment, the follow-up calendar interface may further switch the month calendar to the week calendar or the week calendar to the month calendar according to a sliding operation on the follow-up calendar interface area.
In another embodiment, the follow-up operator terminal may further obtain a sorting mode selection operation acting on the patient set, and determine a target sorting mode according to the sorting mode selection operation; and sorting the patient set according to a preset rule according to the target sorting mode. The ranking includes, but is not limited to, no prioritization, high to low disease level, low to high disease level, high to low risk level, and low to high risk level, wherein non-prioritization refers to a preferential display of patients for whom no follow-up plan is scheduled.
In another embodiment, the follow-up staff terminal can also select operation according to the display mode acting on the patient set to be followed, and the patient to be followed is displayed in different forms. Such as: displayed as large icons, displayed as small icons, or displayed as a list, etc.
And step S430, acquiring a selection operation acting on the follow-up calendar, and determining a first target follow-up date according to the selection operation.
Specifically, the follow-up staff terminal determines the date corresponding to the selection operation as the target follow-up date corresponding to the follow-up plan according to the selection operation acting on the follow-up calendar, wherein the implementation manner of the selection operation includes, but is not limited to, clicking an interface icon corresponding to the date, adjusting the selection frame to the interface icon corresponding to the date through a physical key of the follow-up staff terminal, and the like.
Step S440, receiving a patient adding instruction, and displaying an optional patient set according to the patient adding instruction.
Specifically, the follow-up staff terminal receives a patient adding instruction corresponding to an adding patient operation according to the adding patient operation acting on the patient set interface area and displays an optional patient set, wherein the patients in the optional patient set are sets of patients who are not scheduled to the target follow-up date, the optional patient set can comprise patients who are scheduled to other dates, and only the patients who are not scheduled to any date.
Step S450, acquiring a selection operation acting on the selectable patient set, and determining a first target patient according to the selection operation.
Specifically, the follow-up terminal may determine one target patient or may determine a plurality of target patients at the same time according to the selection operation.
Step S460, establishing a corresponding association relationship between the first target patient and the first target follow-up date to generate a follow-up plan corresponding to the first target patient.
Specifically, the follow-up terminal establishes a corresponding association relationship between the target patient and the target follow-up date, that is, the follow-up plan of the target patient is arranged to the date, and the generated follow-up plan at least includes the user identifier corresponding to the target patient and the target follow-up date.
In an embodiment, after the follow-up plan is generated by the follow-up staff terminal, a subset of patients for which the follow-up plan has been generated may be displayed according to the received request, the subset of patients is sorted according to the target follow-up dates corresponding to the respective patients according to the time sequence, and the patients with the follow-up dates before are preferentially displayed.
In another embodiment, the follow-up terminal may also determine whether there is a patient who has not been followed up beyond the target follow-up date, and if so, mark the patient.
The follow-up calendar data corresponding to the follow-up user identification and the patient data associated with the follow-up user identification are firstly obtained from the server, the corresponding follow-up calendar is displayed according to the follow-up calendar data, the patient set to be followed is displayed according to the patient data, then the selection operation acting on the follow-up calendar is obtained, the target follow-up date is determined according to the selection operation, the patient adding instruction is received, the optional patient set is displayed according to the patient adding instruction, the selection operation acting on the optional patient set is obtained, the target patient is determined according to the selection operation, finally the corresponding association relationship is established between the target patient and the target follow-up date so as to generate the follow-up plan corresponding to the target patient, therefore, the follow-up plan can be generated only by simply operating the follow-up calendar and the patient set to be followed, not only saves time, but also greatly improves efficiency.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 12, the step of obtaining a selection operation acting on the follow-up calendar, and determining the first target follow-up date according to the selection operation further includes:

Specifically, the patient subset refers to a set of patients with follow-up dates arranged to the target follow-up date, and the follow-up staff terminal selects the patients with the association relation with the target follow-up date from the patient set according to the determined target follow-up date and displays the patients in the patient interface area.
Step S480, receiving a selection instruction of the interface area where the patient subset is located, and setting each patient in the patient subset to be in a to-be-deleted state according to the selection instruction.
Specifically, the follow-up staff terminal receives a selection instruction corresponding to the selection operation according to the selection operation acting on the interface area where the patient subset is located, and sets each patient in the patient subset to be in a to-be-deleted state according to the instruction. Wherein the selecting operation includes, but is not limited to, long pressing the interface region in which the patient subset is located, double clicking the interface region in which the patient subset is located, and the like.
Step S490, according to the deletion operation applied to the subset of patients, removing the target patient corresponding to the deletion operation from the interface area, so that the target patient corresponding to the deletion operation is disassociated from the first target follow-up date.
Specifically, the follow-up staff terminal receives a deletion instruction corresponding to the deletion operation according to the deletion operation acting on one or more patients, removes the one or more patients and the target follow-up date from the interface area where the patient subset is located, and deletes the follow-up plan of the removed one or more patients.
It will be appreciated that at this point, the follow-up terminal may still re-generate a follow-up plan for the one or more patients according to the method of steps S310-S350 or steps S410-S460.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 13, the step of obtaining a selection operation acting on the follow-up calendar, and determining the first target follow-up date according to the selection operation further includes:
step S510, displaying a subset of patients to be followed up corresponding to the first target follow-up date.
Specifically, the patient subset refers to a set of patients with follow-up dates arranged to the target follow-up date, and the follow-up staff terminal selects the patients with the association relation with the target follow-up date from the patient set according to the determined target follow-up date and displays the patients in the patient interface area.
Step S520, a selection operation acting on the subset of patients is obtained, and a second target patient is determined according to the selection operation.
Specifically, the selection operation refers to an operation of selecting a patient in the patient subset, and after the selection operation is acquired, the visitor terminal determines the patient corresponding to the selection operation as the target patient. The selection operation may be long pressing a certain patient in the subset of patients, long pressing an interface region corresponding to the set of patients to be followed up, and selecting a plurality of patients.
In step S530, the second target patient is moved to the second target follow-up date in the follow-up calendar according to the locking operation in accordance with the locking operation applied to the second target patient.
It is understood that the locking operation in this step is substantially the same as step S340, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted.
And step S540, establishing a corresponding association relationship between the second target patient and the second target follow-up date, and removing the association relationship between the second target patient and the first target follow-up date so as to modify the follow-up plan corresponding to the second target patient.
In this embodiment, by selecting a patient who has already scheduled a certain follow-up date, the follow-up date of the patient can be modified and scheduled to another day, thereby increasing the flexibility and convenience of the follow-up plan generation method.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises:
and uploading the follow-up plan to a server so that the server generates corresponding follow-up reminding information and sends the follow-up reminding information to the target patient terminal according to the time preset in advance of the follow-up date.
Specifically, the follow-up staff terminal uploads a follow-up plan to the server synchronously, the server generates follow-up reminding information corresponding to the patient user identification according to the patient user identification corresponding to the follow-up plan and the follow-up plan, then the server sends the follow-up reminding information to the patient terminal corresponding to the patient user identification according to the time preset in advance of the follow-up date, and the patient terminal displays the follow-up reminding information after receiving the follow-up reminding information so that the patient can reserve time in advance, wherein the time preset in advance can be one day, two days or several hours and the like. If the target follow-up date corresponding to the follow-up plan of Mr. Zhang is 7/month and 3/day, the server can send follow-up reminding information to Mr. Zhang in 7/month and 2/day.

Claims (10)

1. A follow-up plan generation method, the method comprising:
obtaining, from a server, follow-up calendar data corresponding to a follow-up user identifier and patient data associated with the follow-up user identifier;
displaying a corresponding follow-up calendar according to the follow-up calendar data, and displaying a patient set to be followed according to the patient data; each patient in the patient set to be followed is displayed in the form of icons and/or characters;
acquiring a selection operation acting on the follow-up calendar, and determining a first target follow-up date according to the selection operation;
receiving a patient adding instruction, and displaying an alternative patient set according to the patient adding instruction;
acquiring a selection operation acting on the alternative patient set, and determining a first target patient according to the selection operation;
establishing a corresponding association relationship between the first target patient and the first target follow-up date to generate a follow-up plan corresponding to the first target patient;
displaying a subset of patients to be followed corresponding to the first target follow-up date;
acquiring a selection operation acting on the subset of patients, and determining a second target patient according to the selection operation;
according to a locking operation acting on the second target patient, moving the second target patient to a second target follow-up date in a follow-up calendar according to the locking operation;
and establishing a corresponding association relationship between the second target patient and the second target follow-up date, and releasing the association relationship between the second target patient and the first target follow-up date so as to modify the follow-up plan corresponding to the second target patient.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein said step of obtaining a selection action acting on said follow-up calendar, according to which a first target follow-up date is determined, further comprises:
displaying a subset of patients to be followed corresponding to the first target follow-up date;
receiving a selection instruction of an interface area where the patient subset is located, and setting each patient in the patient subset to be in a to-be-deleted state according to the selection instruction;
according to the deleting operation acting on the patient subset, the target patient corresponding to the deleting operation is removed from the interface area, so that the target patient corresponding to the deleting operation is disassociated from the first target follow-up date.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and uploading the follow-up plan to a server so that the server generates corresponding follow-up reminding information and sends the follow-up reminding information to a target patient terminal according to the time preset in advance of the follow-up date.
4. A follow-up plan generation method, the method comprising:
obtaining, from a server, follow-up calendar data corresponding to a follow-up user identifier and patient data associated with the follow-up user identifier;
displaying a corresponding follow-up calendar according to the follow-up calendar data, and displaying a patient set to be followed according to the patient data; each patient in the patient set to be followed is displayed in the form of icons and/or characters;
acquiring a selection operation acting on the patient set, and determining a first target patient according to the selection operation;
according to a locking operation acting on the first target patient, moving the first target patient to a first target follow-up date in a follow-up calendar according to the locking operation;
establishing a corresponding association relationship between the first target patient and the first target follow-up date to generate a follow-up plan corresponding to the first target patient;
displaying a subset of patients to be followed corresponding to the first target follow-up date;
acquiring a selection operation acting on the subset of patients, and determining a second target patient according to the selection operation;
according to a locking operation acting on the second target patient, moving the second target patient to a second target follow-up date in a follow-up calendar according to the locking operation;
and establishing a corresponding association relationship between the second target patient and the second target follow-up date, and releasing the association relationship between the second target patient and the first target follow-up date so as to modify the follow-up plan corresponding to the second target patient.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
and uploading the follow-up plan to a server so that the server generates corresponding follow-up reminding information and sends the follow-up reminding information to a target patient terminal according to the time preset in advance of the follow-up date.

the data acquisition module is used for acquiring follow-up calendar data corresponding to a follow-up user identifier and patient data associated with the follow-up user identifier from a server;
the display module is used for displaying a corresponding follow-up calendar according to the follow-up calendar data and displaying a patient set to be followed according to the patient data; each patient in the patient set to be followed is displayed in the form of icons and/or characters;
the target follow-up date determining module is used for acquiring selection operation acting on the follow-up calendar and determining a first target follow-up date according to the selection operation;
the patient adding instruction receiving module is used for receiving a patient adding instruction and displaying an optional patient set according to the patient adding instruction;
a target patient determination module for obtaining a selection operation acting on the alternative patient set, and determining a first target patient according to the selection operation;

the patient subset display module is used for displaying a patient subset to be followed corresponding to the first target follow-up date;
the selection instruction receiving module is used for receiving a selection instruction of an interface area where the patient subset is located and setting each patient in the patient subset to be in a to-be-deleted state according to the selection instruction;
and the association relation release module is used for removing the target patient corresponding to the deletion operation from the interface area according to the deletion operation acting on the patient subset, so that the target patient corresponding to the deletion operation is released from the association relation with the first target follow-up date.
8. A follow-up plan generating apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the data acquisition module is used for acquiring follow-up calendar data corresponding to a follow-up user identifier and patient data associated with the follow-up user identifier from a server;
the display module is used for displaying a corresponding follow-up calendar according to the follow-up calendar data and displaying a patient set to be followed according to the patient data; each patient in the patient set to be followed is displayed in the form of icons and/or characters;
a target patient determination module for obtaining a selection operation acting on the patient set, determining a first target patient according to the selection operation;
a target patient moving module for moving the first target patient to a first target follow-up date in a follow-up calendar according to a locking operation performed on the first target patient;
the incidence relation establishing module is used for establishing a corresponding incidence relation between the first target patient and the first target follow-up date so as to generate a follow-up plan corresponding to the target patient;
the patient subset display module is used for displaying a patient subset to be followed corresponding to the first target follow-up date;
a target patient acquisition module for acquiring a selection operation acting on the subset of patients and determining a second target patient according to the selection operation;
the target follow-up date acquisition module is used for moving the second target patient to a second target follow-up date in the follow-up calendar according to the locking operation acted on the second target patient;
and the follow-up plan modification module is used for establishing a corresponding association relationship between the second target patient and the second target follow-up date and removing the association relationship between the second target patient and the first target follow-up date so as to modify the follow-up plan corresponding to the second target patient.
9. A computer-readable storage medium having computer-executable instructions stored thereon which, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to perform the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
10. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein computer-readable instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
