Detailed Description
The following describes a mode for carrying out the present invention with reference to the drawings. The same or corresponding portions are denoted by the same reference numerals in the respective drawings, and overlapping description is appropriately simplified or omitted. The present invention is not limited to the following embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
Embodiment mode 1
Fig. 1 and 2 are diagrams according to embodiment 1 of the present invention, fig. 1 is a block diagram showing an overall configuration of a work plan creation support device, and fig. 2 is a diagram for explaining an example of a work plan created using the work plan creation support device.
A work plan generation support device according to embodiment 1 of the present invention supports generation of a work plan for performing maintenance work on equipment installed in a building such as a building or an apartment. The work plan refers to a plan (schedule) in which an operator moves from a maintenance service site of a maintenance company to a plurality of buildings (objects) in which equipment to be maintained is installed to perform maintenance work. The machine equipment to be subjected to maintenance work is, for example, an elevator, an escalator, a security camera, an air conditioner, a lighting fixture, or the like.
As shown in fig. 1, the operation plan creation support device according to embodiment 1 of the present invention includes an operation information storage unit 1, an operator information storage unit 2, an aggregate information storage unit 3, an aggregate information setting unit 4, an aggregate plan determination unit 5, a support information presentation unit 6, a plan input unit 7, and a creation plan storage unit 8.
The job information storage unit 1 stores job information in advance. The work information includes at least information on locations of a plurality of work sites where the machine equipment to be maintained is installed, and information on the content of the maintenance work performed at each of the plurality of work sites. Specifically, the information related to the location of the work site includes, for example, name information indicating the name of a building or the like as the work site, position information indicating the address (location) of the building or the like, and information of a worker who performs maintenance work on the building or the like. In addition, identification information for uniquely identifying a building or the like as a work site may be included, and equipment information for identifying equipment provided in the building or the like may be included.
The information related to the content of the maintenance work includes, for example, the type of work such as cleaning, confirmation, and replacement of the target equipment, the work time required for the maintenance work, and the work possible period during which the maintenance work can be performed. The operation time is an estimated time required for the maintenance operation, and can be determined based on experience, actual results, or the like, for example. The work information storage unit 1 may store tool information in advance. The tool information refers to information on tools required for each content of each maintenance job.
The operator information storage unit 2 stores operator information in advance. The worker information is information related to the past work experience of the worker. The work experience may include at least information on the content of work performed by the worker in the past, and may further include information on the number of times of experience of each work content.
The collection information storage unit 3 stores collection information in advance. The collection information includes information on a collection location, a collection date and time, and a worker who performs collection. The aggregation site is selected, for example, from a warehouse, a company, or the aforementioned maintenance service site, etc. The collection location may be the same as the location of the work site.
The set information setting unit 4 is used to set the set information stored in the set information storage unit in advance. The set information setting unit 4 includes, for example, an input device (for example, a keyboard, a mouse, or the like) operated by an operator of the operation plan creation support device. The set information setting unit 4 may further include a display device (for example, a display, a monitor, or the like) for checking the input result. Alternatively, a touch panel may be provided which serves as both an input device and a display device.
The aggregation plan determination unit 5 determines an aggregation plan based on at least the aggregation information stored in the aggregation information storage unit 3. The collective plan is a plan in which two or more workers gather at the same place (collective place) at the same date and time. When the aggregation plan is determined based only on the aggregation information stored in the aggregation information storage unit 3, the aggregation plan determination unit 5 determines the aggregation plan, that is, determines the aggregation location, the aggregation date and time, and the aggregated worker using the information on the aggregation location, the aggregation date and time, and the aggregated worker in the aggregation information.
The collection plan determination unit 5 may determine the collection plan based on the collection information stored in the collection information storage unit 3 and the operator information stored in the operator information storage unit 2. In this case, it is preferable to determine the workers to be grouped in consideration of the work experience of the worker information, instead of using information on the workers to be grouped in the group information, so as to efficiently and effectively exchange information.
The collection plan determination unit 5 may determine the collection plan based on the collection information stored in the collection information storage unit 3 and the tool information stored in the operator information storage unit 2. In this case, it is desirable to determine the workers who perform the aggregation in consideration of the tools necessary for the work performed by each worker before and after the aggregation so as to efficiently and effectively exchange the tools, without using information on the workers who perform the aggregation in the aggregation information. The collection plan may be determined by taking all of the collection information, the worker information, and the tool information into consideration.
The support information presentation unit 6 presents the plan generation support information to the plan generator. The plan creation support information includes at least the job information stored in the job information storage unit 1 and the aggregation plan determined by the aggregation plan determination unit 5. The support information presenting unit 6 has a display device for presenting the plan generation support information to the plan generator. The display device can use, for example, a display, a monitor, or the like. The display device may be a display device common to the display device used by the set information setting unit 4.
The plan input unit 7 is used for inputting a work plan generated by a plan generator that generates a maintenance work plan. The plan input unit 7 includes an input device operated by a plan generator and a display device for confirming an input job plan. The input device can use, for example, a keyboard, a mouse, or the like. The input device may be a common input device to the input device used by the set information setting unit 4. The display device can use, for example, a display, a monitor, or the like. The display device may be a display device common to the display devices used by the set information setting unit 4 and the auxiliary information presenting unit 6.
The plan generator generates a work plan with reference to the plan generation support information presented by the support information presentation unit 6, and inputs the generated work plan by operating the plan input unit 7. In this case, referring to the particularly collective plan of the plan generation support information, it is possible to easily generate a work plan including the particularly collective plan presented by the support information presenting unit 6. Further, by generating the work plan including the collective plan, it is possible to promote the plurality of workers to be collected at the collective location when moving to the work site, and to smoothly perform information exchange with the work site and work content, exchange of tools necessary for work, and the like.
The plan input unit 7 may set a state in which the aggregation plan determined by the aggregation plan determination unit 5 is input in advance as a predetermined state. By setting the state in which the aggregation plan determined by the aggregation plan determining unit 5 is input in advance as a predetermined state and inputting the aggregation plan in advance to the plan input unit 7, it is possible to save the time and effort for the plan generator to input the aggregation plan.
At this time, the plan input unit 7 displays the collection plan input to the plan input unit 7 in advance as a predetermined state, thereby presenting the collection plan in the plan generation support information to the plan generator. That is, the part of the auxiliary information presentation unit 6 that presents the collection plan may be attached by a part displayed to confirm the input content of the plan input unit 7.
The creation plan storage unit 8 stores the work plan input by the plan input unit 7. The work plan stored in the creation plan storage unit 8 can be displayed on a display device or the like as needed and confirmed.
Next, an example of the work plan generated by using the work plan generation support device configured as described above will be described with reference to fig. 2. Company 10 is a maintenance service site. In this example, the maintenance work is shared by two workers (the 1 st worker 12a and the 2 nd worker 12b) for two days (the 1 st work day and the 2 nd work day) at the 1 st work site 11a, the 2 nd work site 11b, the 3 rd work site 11c, the 4 th work site 11d, the 5 th work site 11e, the 6 th work site 11f, the 7 th work site 11g, and the 8 th work site 11 h.
As shown in fig. 2, the work content of the 1 st work site 11a is spot inspection, and a spot inspection tool (e.g., a ladder) is required. The work at the 2 nd work site 11b is repair, and a tool for repair (e.g., a wrench) is required. The work content of the 3 rd work site 11c is spot inspection, and a tool for spot inspection (for example, a ladder) is required. The work content of the 4 th work site 11d is maintenance, and a tool for maintenance (for example, a screw driver) is required.
The work at the 5 th work site 11e is repair, and a tool for repair (for example, a wrench) is required. The work content of the 6 th work site 11f is spot inspection, and a tool for spot inspection (for example, a ladder) is required. The work content of the 7 th work site 11g is maintenance, and a tool for maintenance (for example, a screw driver) is required. The work at the 8 th work site 11h is repair, and a tool for repair (e.g., a wrench) is required.
On the 1 st job day, the 1 st worker 12a is planned to go from the company 10 to the 1 st job site 11a for spot inspection, go to the 2 nd job site 11b for repair, and return to the company 10. Similarly, on the 1 st work day, the 2 nd worker 12b is planned to go from the company 10 to the 8 th work site 11h for repair, go to the 6 th work site 11f for spot inspection, and return to the company 10.
That is, the 1 st operator 12a makes a trip to the work site in the order of spot check and repair, and the 2 nd operator 12b makes a trip to the work site in the order of repair and spot check. Therefore, in this example, the following aggregate plan is set: the 1 st operator 12a collects the work at the 1 st work site 11a into the warehouse 13 as the collection site before proceeding to the 2 nd work site 11b, and the 2 nd operator 12b collects the work at the 8 th work site 11h into the warehouse 13 as the collection site before proceeding to the 6 th work site 11 f.
By setting such an aggregation plan, the spot inspection tool held by the 1 st operator 12a and the repair tool held by the 2 nd operator 12b can be interchanged with each other in the warehouse 13 as the aggregation site. Therefore, the 1 st worker 12a only needs to carry the spot inspection tool when leaving the company 10, and the 2 nd worker 12b only needs to carry the repair tool when leaving the company 10, so that the amount of tools carried by each worker can be reduced.
On the 2 nd work day, the 1 st worker 12a is planned to go from the company 10 to the 4 th work site 11d for maintenance, go to the 3 rd work site 11c for spot inspection, and return to the company 10. Similarly, on the 2 nd work day 2, the 2 nd worker 12b is planned to go from the company 10 to the 5 th work site 11e for repair, go to the 7 th work site 11g for maintenance, and return to the company 10.
In the example shown in fig. 2, an aggregation plan of an aggregation of two workers on the 2 nd work day is not set. However, for example, the following aggregate plan may be set: the 1 st operator 12a performs the work at the 4 th work site 11d and performs the work at the 3 rd work site 11c, and the 2 nd operator 12b performs the work at the 5 th work site 11e and performs the work at the 7 th work site 11 g.
By setting such an aggregation plan, since the maintenance tool held by the 1 st operator 12a can be handed over to the 2 nd operator 12b at the aggregation site, the 2 nd operator 12b can be prevented from carrying the maintenance tool when leaving the company 10.
The work plan creation support device having the functional configuration described above can be mounted using a known computer, for example. Therefore, an example of a hardware configuration for installing the work plan generation support device is described below.
The work plan generation support device has a CPU, a ROM, a RAM, and a communication interface. The CPU is a Central Processing Unit (Central Processing Unit) that executes given commands (including programs as command sets) to perform information computation and Processing. The ROM is a Read Only Memory (Read Only Memory) that stores data or programs in a nonvolatile manner. The RAM is a readable and writable Random Access Memory (Random Access Memory) for storing data or programs in a volatile manner, i.e., temporarily.
The communication interface is hardware necessary for the operation plan generation support device to communicate with the outside. Here, the work plan creation support device is connected to the internet 300 as a communication network via a communication interface. The CPU, ROM, RAM, and communication interface are connected to each other so that information can be transmitted to each other through a bus.
The work plan creation support device may include an external storage device such as a hard disk or a CD-ROM, and may include a display output unit (e.g., a monitor), an input unit (e.g., a keyboard), and the like.
A program for causing the computer configured as described above to operate as the work plan generation support device is stored in advance in the ROM of the computer that constitutes the work plan generation support device. Then, the CPU first reads out the program from the ROM and stores the program in a form executable by the RAM. Then, the CPU executes the program while reading the program stored in the RAM.
In this way, by reading a program as software into a computer and realizing calculation or processing of information by a specific means in which the software and hardware resources cooperate, a work plan creation assistance device having each function shown in fig. 1 described above is constructed.
That is, the program executed in the CPU of the computer of the work plan creation support device is for causing the computer of the work plan creation support device to function as each of the parts of the work information storage unit 1, the worker information storage unit 2, the collection information storage unit 3, the collection information setting unit 4, the collection plan determination unit 5, the support information presentation unit 6, the plan input unit 7, and the creation plan storage unit 8.
The program may be stored in an external storage device, not in the ROM, or may be downloaded from the outside to the computer through a communication interface for use.
The work plan generation support device configured as described above includes: a work information storage unit 1 that stores in advance work information relating to locations of a plurality of work sites where equipment to be maintained is installed and contents of maintenance work performed at each of the plurality of work sites; a collection information storage unit 3 that stores collection information relating to a collection location, a collection date and time, and a worker who performs collection in advance; an aggregation plan determination unit 5 that determines an aggregation plan in which two or more operators aggregate at the same aggregation location at the same date and time, based on the aggregation information stored in the aggregation information storage unit 3; and an auxiliary information presentation unit 6 that presents the job information stored in the job information storage unit 1 and the collection plan determined by the collection plan determination unit 5 to the plan creator as plan generation auxiliary information.
Therefore, the plan generator can easily generate the work plan including the collection plan in which two or more workers are collected at the same collection location at the same date and time by referring to the plan generation support information presented by the support information presentation unit 6. Further, by generating a work plan including an aggregation plan, for example, it is possible to facilitate aggregation of a plurality of workers at an aggregation location when moving to a work site, and to smoothly perform information exchange with the work site and work content, exchange of tools required for work, and the like.
Embodiment mode 2
Fig. 3 is a diagram relating to embodiment 2 of the present invention, and is a block diagram showing the overall configuration of a work plan generating apparatus.
An operation plan generating device according to embodiment 2 of the present invention generates an operation plan for performing maintenance operation of equipment installed in a building such as a building or an apartment. As shown in fig. 3, the operation plan generating apparatus according to embodiment 2 of the present invention includes an operation information storage unit 1, an operator information storage unit 2, an aggregate information storage unit 3, an aggregate information setting unit 4, an aggregate plan determining unit 5, a generation plan storage unit 8, and a plan generating unit 9.
The operation information storage unit 1, the operator information storage unit 2, the set information storage unit 3, the set information setting unit 4, and the set plan determination unit 5 are the same as those of the operation plan creation support device described in embodiment 1, and therefore detailed description thereof is omitted.
The plan generating unit 9 generates a job plan based on the job information stored in the job information storage unit 1 and the aggregation plan determined by the aggregation plan determining unit 5. For example, the plan generating unit 9 refers to the operation time of each maintenance operation, allocates several maintenance operations within the operation time of one day (for example, 10 hours) of the total operation time of the plurality of maintenance operations to one day, and determines the moving means and the moving route for the operator to move to each operation site. Then, a combination of a plurality of maintenance works for which the travel time of each worker is the shortest is obtained, and the plurality of maintenance works included in the obtained combination are assigned to the same work day. At this time, the plan generation unit 9 generates the operation plan so as to include the set plan determined by the set plan determination unit 5.
Here, the plan generating unit 9 may generate the operation plan based on the operator information stored in the operator information storage unit 2 in addition to the operation information and the collective plan. Further, the plan generating unit 9 may generate the work plan based on the tool information stored in the worker information storage unit 2 in addition to the work information and the collective plan. It is needless to say that the work plan may be generated by taking all of the work information, the collective plan, the worker information, and the tool information into consideration.
The generated plan storage unit 8 stores the work plan generated by the plan generation unit 9. The work plan stored in the creation plan storage unit 8 can be displayed on a display device or the like as needed and confirmed.
The plan input unit 7 of embodiment 1 may be provided with a similar plan correction unit, so that the operator can appropriately correct the work plan generated by the plan generation unit 9. The work plan generating apparatus according to embodiment 2 configured as described above can be installed using a known computer, for example, as in embodiment 1.
