The first control module is used for controlling the first transmission module to send the metadata of the digital resources corresponding to the sales request to the sales platform of the channel user when judging that the type of the sales request of the channel user is the affiliation type; the system is also used for recording the wholesale quantity of the digital resources in the channel users and the sales requests when the type of the sales requests is judged to be the wholesale type, updating the residual saleable copy number of the digital resources in the database of the issuing platform, and controlling the first transmission module to send the metadata of the digital resources corresponding to the sales requests to the sales platform of the channel users; and the system is also used for updating the residual saleable copy number of the digital resource in a database of the issuing platform when the purchase request is judged to correspond to a sales request of a sales agency class of a channel user.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a digital resource selling method using the above-mentioned metadata-based digital resource selling system in the embodiment, the method including:
step 1: the passage issuing platform receives the digital resources uploaded by the publishing user and the metadata thereof, and stores the metadata to the database;
step 2: the method comprises the steps that an open platform creates channel users and sends information of the channel users to a publishing platform, the publishing platform receives and audits the information of the channel users from the open platform, records a sales platform of the channel users, and sets a matching relation between the publishing users and the channel users;
and step 3: storing the matching relation set by the open platform to a database of the issuing platform, and synchronizing the database to the open platform; the open platform displays metadata of digital resources of publishing users matched with the channel users to the channel users, receives a sales request of the channel users for the target digital resources and sends the sales request to the issuing platform;
and 4, step 4: after receiving a sales request of a channel user for a target digital resource from an open platform, the issuing platform sends metadata of the target digital resource to a sales background of a sales platform of the channel user;
and 5: the method comprises the steps that a sales background of a sales platform receives metadata of digital resources from an issuing platform, stores the metadata, and transmits the metadata of the digital resources to a sales foreground after receiving racking operation aiming at the digital resources; the sales front desk of the sales platform displays the received metadata of the digital resource.
The method also includes a method for the publishing platform to manage the copying of the digital resource during the purchase process of the end user, specifically including: a sales foreground of the sales platform receives a purchase request of a terminal user for a target digital resource and sends the purchase request to a sales background; after the sales background processes the purchase request, sending the purchase information of the terminal user aiming at the target digital resource to the issuing platform; after receiving the digital resources uploaded by the publishing user, the publishing platform generates unique identification codes with the same number as the copy number according to the copy number of the digital resources and records the marketable copy number; after the purchase information of the terminal user aiming at the target digital resource is received from the sales platform, the metadata of the target digital resource and the unique identification code of the digital resource are sent to the terminal user; the unique identification codes of the copies are sequentially assigned according to the order of purchase information received from the sales platform.
Setting an open type of digital resources of a publishing user, wherein the open type comprises an exclusive type and an open type; setting the authorization type of the publishing user to the channel user, wherein the authorization type of the publishing user to the channel user comprises the selling authority and the non-selling authority; the step 1 of setting the user type of the publishing user by the publishing platform comprises the following steps: setting the user type of a publishing user as a first type or a second type; the step 2 of setting the matching relationship between the publishing user and the channel user comprises the following steps: when the user type of the publishing user is a first type, setting the open type of the digital resources of the publishing user as an exclusive type by default, and matching the publishing user with a channel user which is only specified by the publishing user and has sales authority to all the digital resources of the publishing user; when the sales type of the publishing user is a second type, setting the open type of a first part of digital resources of the publishing user as an exclusive type, setting the open type of a second part of digital resources as an open type, matching the publishing user with a first channel user having sales authority over the first part of digital resources, and matching the publishing user with a second channel user having sales authority over the second part of digital resources; or setting the open type of all digital resources of the publishing user as the open type, and matching channel users having sales authority for all digital resources of the publishing user for the publishing user.
In the method, a channel user can inquire the digital resources with the sale authority through an open platform, and specifically: receiving a digital resource viewing request of a channel user through an open platform, and displaying metadata of digital resources with sales authority to the channel user by the open platform; the open platform determines the digital resources with the sales authority of the channel user according to the following method: when the publishing user bound with the channel user is judged to be the publishing user with the user type being the first type, all digital resources of the publishing user are determined to be the digital resources of which the channel user has the sales right; and when the publishing user bound with the channel user is judged to be the publishing user with the user type of the second type, determining the digital resource of which the open type is open and the authorization type of the channel user is the digital resource with the sales authority in the digital resources of all the publishing users as the digital resource of which the channel user has the sales authority.
In the method, a channel user can select the digital resources which can be sold by the channel user through an open platform, and the modes comprise sales and wholesale. The method comprises the following steps that an open platform receives a sales request of a channel user and sends the sales request to an issuing platform, and the issuing platform sends metadata of digital resources corresponding to the sales request to the sales platform of the channel user, and specifically comprises the following steps: when the issuing platform judges that the type of the sales request of the channel user is the affiliation type, the issuing platform sends the metadata of the digital resource corresponding to the sales request to the sales platform of the channel user; when the type of the sales request is judged to be a wholesale type, recording the wholesale quantity of the digital resources in the channel user and the sales request, updating the residual saleable copy number of the digital resources in a database of the issuing platform, and sending metadata of the digital resources corresponding to the sales request to a sales platform of the channel user; and when the purchase request received from the sales platform is judged to correspond to the sales request of the sales agency class of the channel user, updating the residual saleable copy number of the digital resource in the database of the issuing platform.
Detailed description of the preferred embodiment
The first type of publishing user obtains a set of closed systems after registering in the publishing platform, and the electronic book published by the publishing user is only sold in the own book city and is also only sold. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps: the user type of the publishing user A is a first type, namely the publishing user A is an integrated exclusive type. Publishing user A has its own dedicated channel user B and sales platform C. The publishing user A issues the electronic book on the issuing platform, the metadata of the electronic book is synchronized to the open platform, the channel user B initiates a sale request of the electronic book on the open platform, and the metadata of the electronic book is synchronized to the sale platform C. The metadata of the e-book of the publishing user a is circulated only in the system of the publishing user a.
Detailed description of the invention
The second type of publishing user obtains a set of open system after registering in the publishing platform, and open books issued by the publishing user are sold in mutually open book cities and are also sold. That is, each publishing user of the second type has its own system, but whether metadata flows in the systems of two publishing users of the second type depends on whether data between each other is set to be open. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps: the user types of publishing user a1 and publishing user a2 are both of the second type, i.e., publishing user a1 and publishing user a2 are both all-in-one open types. Publishing user A1 has a corresponding channel user B1 and sales platform C1. Publishing user A2 has a corresponding channel user B2 and sales platform C2. The publishing user A1 publishes the e-book at the publishing platform, the metadata of the e-book is synchronized to the open platform, the channel user B1 initiates a sale request of the e-book at the open platform, and the metadata of the e-book is synchronized to the sale platform C1. Metadata for the e-book of publishing user a1 may be circulated in the system of publishing user a 1. When the publishing user A1 sets the channel user B2 to have the selling authority, the channel user B2 can sell the electronic book of the publishing user A1, and after the channel user B2 initiates a selling request for the target electronic book of the publishing user A1 on the open platform, the metadata of the target electronic book of the publishing user A1 is synchronized to the selling platform C2, namely the metadata of the target electronic book of the publishing user A1 is circulated in the system of the publishing user A1 and the publishing user A2. Similarly, metadata of the electronic book of the publishing user a2 may also be circulated in the system of the publishing user a1 and the publishing user a2 by setting the metadata.
Detailed description of the preferred embodiment
Publishing user A3 is of the second type, publishing user A3 is of the all-in-one open type. The publishing user A3 publishes the e-book on the publishing platform, the metadata of the e-book is synchronized to the open platform, the publishing user A3 does not set a corresponding channel user, the hosting is selected by default, the system sets a preset channel user for the publishing user A3, and the selling platform corresponding to the channel user is a preset selling platform. Metadata for the e-book of publishing user A3 may be circulated in a system consisting of publishing user A3 and a sales platform hosting digital resources for sale of their release. Metadata for the e-book of publishing user a3 may also be circulated in the system of other second type of publishing user.
The invention ensures that the metadata streaming process is as follows: the metadata is stored in the publishing platform when the publishing user uploads the digital resources on the publishing platform, the metadata is synchronized to the open platform when the publishing user publishes the digital resources on the publishing platform, the metadata reaches a sales background of the sales platform after a channel user commissions or wholesales the digital resources on the open platform, and the metadata reaches a sales foreground after the sales background performs shelving operation. The metadata in the invention flows in the same system, thus realizing multi-party interaction and tracking on the metadata, ensuring the controllability of the digital resource file and effectively protecting the copyright of the digital resource.
The above-described aspects may be implemented individually or in various combinations, and such variations are within the scope of the present invention.
It is to be noted that, in this document, the terms "comprises", "comprising" or any other variation thereof are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, so that an article or apparatus including a series of elements includes not only those elements but also other elements not explicitly listed or inherent to such article or apparatus. Claims (6)

1. A metadata-based digital resource distribution system, comprising: the system comprises a publishing platform, an open platform and at least one sales platform; the sales platform comprises a sales background and a sales foreground;
the publishing platform is used for receiving the digital resources uploaded by the publishing user and the metadata thereof, storing the metadata to a database of the publishing platform and synchronizing the database to the open platform; the system is also used for receiving and auditing the information of the channel user from the open platform, recording the sales platform of the channel user, and setting the matching relationship between the publishing user and the channel user; the system is also used for sending the metadata of the target digital resource to a sales background of a sales platform of the channel user after receiving a sales request of the channel user for the target digital resource from the open platform;
the open platform is used for creating channel users and sending information of the channel users to the issuing platform; the publishing platform is also used for showing metadata of the digital resources of the publishing users matched with the channel users to the channel users, receiving a sales request of the channel users for the target digital resources and sending the sales request to the publishing platform;
the sales background is used for receiving and storing the metadata of the digital resources from the issuing platform, and transmitting the metadata of the digital resources to the sales foreground after the shelving operation aiming at the digital resources is received;
the sales foreground is used for displaying the received metadata of the digital resources;
when the sales type is a wholesale type, the sales request comprises the wholesale quantity of the digital resource;
wherein the publishing platform further comprises updating the remaining saleable copy number of the digital resource in a database of the publishing platform after receiving and recording wholesale information of a channel user from the open platform;
the sales foreground is also used for receiving a purchase request of a terminal user for the target digital resource and sending the purchase request to the sales background;
the sales background is also used for processing the purchase request and then sending the purchase information of the terminal user aiming at the target digital resource to the issuing platform;
the publishing platform is used for receiving the digital resources uploaded by the publishing user, generating unique identification codes with the same number as the number of copies according to the number of copies of the digital resources, and recording the number of marketable copies; the system is also used for sending the metadata of the target digital resource and the unique identification code of the digital resource to the terminal user after receiving the purchase information of the terminal user aiming at the target digital resource from the sales platform; sequentially distributing the unique identification codes of the copies according to the sequence of the purchase information received from the sales platform;
the issuing platform comprises a first transmission module and a first control module;
the first transmission module is used for sending a sales request to the first control module after receiving the sales request of a channel user from the open platform; the system is also used for sending purchase information of a terminal user aiming at the target digital resource to the first control module after receiving the purchase information from the sales platform;
the first control module is used for controlling the first transmission module to send the metadata of the digital resources corresponding to the sales request to the sales platform of the channel user when the type of the sales request of the channel user is judged to be the affiliation type; the system is also used for recording the wholesale quantity of the digital resources in the channel user and the sales request when the type of the sales request is judged to be a wholesale type, updating the remaining saleable copy number of the digital resources in a database of the issuing platform, and controlling the first transmission module to send the metadata of the digital resources corresponding to the sales request to the sales platform of the channel user; and is further configured to update the remaining saleable copy number of the digital resource in the database of the distribution platform upon determining that the purchase information corresponds to a sales request of a sales representative of a channel user.
2. The metadata-based digital resource selling system according to claim 1, wherein said issuing platform includes a first interactive module, a first storage module and a first control module;
the first interaction module is used for providing an interface for interacting with an administrator and a publishing user and receiving the setting operation of the administrator and the publishing user;
the first storage module is used for storing the setting result of the first control module to a database of an issuing platform;
the first control module is further used for setting a user type of a publishing user and setting an open type of the digital resource of the publishing user, wherein the open type comprises an exclusive type and an open type; setting the authorization type of a publishing user to a channel user, wherein the authorization type of the publishing user to the channel user comprises the conditions of having sales authority and not having sales authority;
the method is also used for setting the user type of the publishing user as a first type, setting the open type of the digital resources of the publishing user as an exclusive type by default, and matching the publishing user with a channel user which is only specified by the publishing user and has sales authority on all the digital resources of the publishing user;
the system is also used for setting the user type of the publishing user as a second type, setting the open type of a first part of digital resources of the publishing user as an exclusive type, setting the open type of a second part of digital resources as an open type, matching the publishing user with a first channel user having a selling authority for the first part of digital resources, and matching the publishing user with a second channel user having a selling authority for the second part of digital resources; or setting the open type of all digital resources of the publishing user as an open type, and matching channel users having sales authority for all digital resources of the publishing user for the publishing user.
3. The metadata-based digital resource selling system according to claim 1,
the open platform comprises a second interaction module and a second control module;
the second interaction module is used for providing an interface for interacting with the channel user and receiving a digital resource viewing request input by the channel user;
the second control module is used for sending a viewing result to the second interaction module after receiving a digital resource viewing request of a channel user;
the second control module is used for determining the digital resources with the sales authority of the channel user according to the following modes:
querying a database of the open platform;
when the publishing user bound with the channel user is judged to be the publishing user with the user type being the first type, all digital resources of the publishing user are determined to be the digital resources of which the channel user has the sales right;
and when the publishing user bound with the channel user is judged to be the publishing user with the user type of the second type, determining the digital resource of which the open type is open and the authorization type of the channel user is the digital resource with the sales authority in the digital resources of all the publishing users as the digital resource of which the channel user has the sales authority.
4. The metadata-based digital resource selling system according to claim 3,
the system comprises a first control module, a second control module and a third control module, wherein the first control module is used for setting the issuing states of the digital resources, and the issuing states comprise unreleased states, issued states and off-shelf states;
and the second control module is used for determining the metadata of the digital resource with the issued status in the database and controlling the second interaction module to display.
5. A method for metadata-based distribution of digital assets using the system of any of claims 1 to 4, comprising:
step 1: the passage issuing platform receives the digital resources uploaded by the publishing user and the metadata thereof, and stores the metadata into the database;
step 2: the method comprises the steps that an open platform creates channel users and sends information of the channel users to a publishing platform, the publishing platform receives and audits the information of the channel users from the open platform, records a sales platform of the channel users, and sets a matching relation between publishing users and the channel users;
and step 3: storing the matching relation set by the open platform to a database of the issuing platform, and synchronizing the database to the open platform; the open platform displays metadata of digital resources of publishing users matched with the channel users to the channel users, receives a sales request of the channel users for the target digital resources and sends the sales request to the publishing platform;
and 4, step 4: after receiving a sales request of a channel user for a target digital resource from the open platform, the issuing platform sends metadata of the target digital resource to a sales background of a sales platform of the channel user;
and 5: the sales background of the sales platform receives and stores the metadata of the digital resources from the issuing platform, and transmits the metadata of the digital resources to the sales foreground after receiving the racking operation aiming at the digital resources; the sales foreground of the sales platform displays the received metadata of the digital resources;
when the sales type is a wholesale type, the sales request comprises the wholesale quantity of the digital resource;
wherein the publishing platform further comprises updating the remaining saleable copy number of the digital resource in a database of the publishing platform after receiving and recording wholesale information of a channel user from the open platform;
the method further comprises the following steps:
the sales foreground of the sales platform receives a purchase request of a terminal user for a target digital resource and sends the purchase request to the sales background; after the sales background processes the purchase request, sending purchase information of a terminal user aiming at the target digital resource to the issuing platform;
after the publishing platform receives the digital resources uploaded by the publishing user, generating unique identification codes with the same number as the number of copies according to the number of copies of the digital resources, and recording the number of marketable copies; after the purchase information of the terminal user aiming at the target digital resource is received from the sales platform, the metadata of the target digital resource and the unique identification code of the digital resource are sent to the terminal user; sequentially distributing the unique identification codes of the copies according to the sequence of the purchase information received from the sales platform;
the method further comprises the steps that the open platform receives a sales request of a channel user and sends the sales request to the issuing platform, the issuing platform sends metadata of digital resources corresponding to the sales request to the sales platform of the channel user, and the method specifically comprises the following steps: when the issuing platform judges that the type of the sales request of the channel user is an affiliation type, the issuing platform sends the metadata of the digital resource corresponding to the sales request to the sales platform of the channel user; when the type of the sales request is judged to be a wholesale type, recording the wholesale quantity of the digital resources in the channel user and the sales request, updating the residual saleable copy number of the digital resources in a database of the issuing platform, and sending metadata of the digital resources corresponding to the sales request to a sales platform of the channel user; and updating the residual saleable copy number of the digital resource in a database of the issuing platform when the purchase information received from the selling platform is judged to correspond to the sales request of the sales representative of the channel user.
6. The metadata-based digital resource selling method according to claim 5,
setting an open type of the digital resource of the publishing user, wherein the open type comprises an exclusive type and an open type; setting the authorization type of a publishing user to a channel user, wherein the authorization type of the publishing user to the channel user comprises the conditions of having sales authority and not having sales authority;
the step 1 of setting the user type of the publishing user by the publishing platform comprises the following steps: setting the user type of a publishing user as a first type or a second type;
the step 2 of setting the matching relationship between the publishing user and the channel user includes: when the user type of a publishing user is a first type, setting the open type of the digital resources of the publishing user as an exclusive type by default, and matching the publishing user with a channel user which is only specified by the publishing user and has sales authority on all the digital resources of the publishing user;
when the sales type of the publishing user is a second type, setting the open type of a first part of digital resources of the publishing user as an exclusive type, setting the open type of a second part of digital resources as an open type, matching a first channel user having sales authority over the first part of digital resources for the publishing user, and matching a second channel user having sales authority over the second part of digital resources for the publishing user; or setting the open type of all digital resources of the publishing user as an open type, and matching channel users having sales authority for all digital resources of the publishing user for the publishing user;
the method further comprises the following steps: receiving a digital resource viewing request of a channel user through an open platform, wherein the open platform displays metadata of digital resources with sales authority to the channel user;
wherein the open platform determines the digital resources of which the channel users have sales authority according to the following method:
when the publishing user bound with the channel user is judged to be the publishing user with the user type being the first type, all digital resources of the publishing user are determined to be the digital resources of which the channel user has the sales right;
and when the publishing user bound with the channel user is judged to be the publishing user with the user type of the second type, determining the digital resource of which the open type is open and the authorization type of the channel user is the digital resource with the sales authority in the digital resources of all the publishing users as the digital resource of which the channel user has the sales authority.
