The invention relates to the field of mobile equipment, in particular to a method and a device for distributing and managing mobile equipment based on screen locking application.
Background
As smart mobile devices become an indispensable tool for people to roam the internet, people put more and more demands on the functionality and stability of mobile applications on mobile devices. On one hand, because the specific parameters of each mobile device are different, when a mobile application developer tests the mobile application, in order to cover multiple specification parameters of mainstream mobile devices, it is necessary to actually test the running condition of the mobile application to be released on multiple different types of mobile devices; on the other hand, in order to control the cost of developing a test, a mobile application developer must control the number of mobile devices used for the test and require effective management of each mobile device.
However, mobile application developers (especially research and development engineers and test engineers) need to face a huge number of mobile devices per day compared to a mobile device in general for a common user. Current mobile device management basically adopts manual processing means. Specifically, the mobile device used for the test is evenly distributed to everyone within the project group. When other persons need to use a certain mobile device, the information and the attribution of the relevant device need to be inquired. Although the method can cause relevant personnel to invest less energy to inquire the movement direction of the mobile phone, the mobile device is not easy to lose; however, when a secondary borrowing situation occurs after borrowing, it is difficult to confirm the circulation situation of the mobile device. At this time, the mobile device for testing is likely to be lost or idle.
Another way is that the totality of the mobile devices are uniformly managed by the administrator, registered and loaned in a manner similar to the traditional manual transcription of books by old fashioned librarian loans. This method cannot completely avoid the difficulty in confirming the flow of the mobile device after the second borrowing, and also requires a lot of effort to register the holding status of each mobile device.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects of the prior art, provides a method and a device for allocating and managing mobile equipment based on screen locking application, and aims to solve the problem of tracking management of the mobile equipment.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a method for allocating and managing a mobile device based on a screen locking application, which is used for recording and querying information of the mobile device, and comprises the following steps:
s100) registering mobile equipment information to an equipment management background, and installing a screen locking application which can be connected to the equipment management background on the mobile equipment;
s200) after the mobile equipment is distributed to the users, the information of the current holding personnel is recorded and updated on the equipment management background;
s300) when the mobile equipment needs to be lent, the equipment management background sends a lending request to the appointed mobile equipment;
s400) after sequentially receiving the information of the current holding personnel, the switching confirmation information and the lending personnel information, the screen locking application on the mobile equipment sends a confirmation message to the equipment management background;
s500) after receiving the confirmation message sent by the screen locking application of the lent mobile equipment, the equipment management background updates the information of the current holding personnel of the appointed mobile equipment and sends the information of the mobile equipment circulation. Specifically, the device management background may send a current holder information change notification of the mobile device to both the lending device and the borrowing device, and may further send the current holder information change notification to the administrator for the administrator to backup the record.
In the above method of the present invention, the mobile device information registered to the device management background includes, but is not limited to, device type information (e.g., screen resolution, vendor name, model, memory size, CPU model, CPU core number, main frequency size, etc.) and system type information (e.g., operating system type and version number thereof) of the mobile device.
In the above method of the present invention, step S300 further includes the following sub-steps:
s310), the device management background directly receives the input type code of the mobile device; the type code is an index number arranged according to the equipment type information, namely the equipment type information can be inquired by inputting the type code to an equipment management background;
s320) the equipment management background searches the mobile equipment which is registered and available and has the same type code through the type code and returns the search result;
s330) selecting one available mobile device to send out loan request in the returned search result. Specifically, the basis of the selection may be the number of times the mobile device is used, or the borrower may select from the mobile device by himself.
In the method of the present invention, in order to facilitate the administrator to count the usage rate of each mobile device, the device management background may periodically count the registered usage frequency of the mobile device and the user usage record according to the frequency preset by the administrator, and export the usage frequency and the user usage record as an external file. Generally, these external files can be issued to the staff on a regular basis (monthly or weekly) as the case may be.
In the method of the present invention, when the mobile device detects a network switch, the screen locking application will require to input the information of the current holding person again before the mobile device is used again.
In the method of the present invention, after the device management background is restarted, before the mobile device is used again, the screen locking application will require to input the information of the currently held person again.
In the above method of the present invention, the screen locking application will require to input the information of the currently holding person again when the mobile device is operated for the first time every day.
Further, in the method of the present invention, when the information of the current holding person input again received by the screen locking application is inconsistent with the information recorded by the device management background, or the information of the current holding person input again cannot be received within a preset time, the device management background will send an alarm.
The invention also provides a device for distributing and managing the mobile equipment based on the screen locking application, which is used for recording and inquiring the information of the mobile equipment. It comprises the following modules:
the registration module is used for registering the mobile equipment information to the equipment management background and installing a screen locking application connected to the equipment management background on the mobile equipment;
the updating module is used for recording and updating the information of the current holding personnel on the equipment management background after the mobile equipment is distributed to the user;
the request module is used for sending a lending request to the appointed mobile equipment by the equipment management background when the mobile equipment needs to be lent;
the confirmation module is used for sending confirmation information to the equipment management background after the screen locking application on the mobile equipment receives the information of currently held personnel, the information for confirming switching and the information of borrowed personnel in sequence;
and the sending module is used for updating the information of the current holding personnel of the appointed mobile equipment and sending the information circulated by the mobile equipment by the equipment management background after receiving the confirmation message sent by the screen locking application of the loaned mobile equipment.
In the above apparatus of the present invention, the mobile device information registered to the apparatus includes, but is not limited to, device type information (e.g., screen resolution, vendor name, model, memory size, CPU model, CPU core number and major frequency size, etc.) and system type information (e.g., operating system type and version number thereof) of the mobile device.

Further, in the above apparatus of the present invention, when the information re-input into the current holding person received by the apparatus is inconsistent with the information recorded by the apparatus, or the information re-input into the current holding person cannot be received by the apparatus within a preset time, the device management back office issues a warning.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the registration and the real-time updating of the circulation records of the mobile equipment enable the mobile equipment to be quickly and flexibly circulated, and meanwhile, the mobile equipment is effectively prevented from being lost and idle, and therefore the effect of improving the use efficiency of the mobile equipment is achieved.

The conception, the specific structure and the technical effects of the present invention will be clearly and completely described in conjunction with the embodiments and the accompanying drawings to fully understand the objects, the schemes and the effects of the present invention. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The mobile device of the invention includes but is not limited to a smart phone, a tablet computer, a handheld game console, a smart bracelet and the like.
Referring to the flowchart of the method for allocating and managing a mobile device based on a lock screen application shown in fig. 1, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the method for allocating and managing a mobile device based on a lock screen application includes the following steps:
s100) registering mobile equipment information to an equipment management background, and installing a screen locking application which can be connected to the equipment management background on the mobile equipment;
s200) after the mobile equipment is distributed to the user, the information of the current holding personnel is recorded and updated on the equipment management background;
s300) when the mobile equipment needs to be lent, the equipment management background sends a lending request to the appointed mobile equipment;
s400) the screen locking application on the mobile equipment sends a confirmation message to the equipment management background after sequentially receiving the information of the current holding personnel, the switching confirmation information and the lending personnel information;
s500) after receiving a confirmation message sent by the screen locking application of the lent mobile equipment, the equipment management background updates the information of the current holding personnel of the appointed mobile equipment and sends the information of the mobile equipment circulation.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the mobile device information registered to the device management background includes, but is not limited to, device type information (e.g., screen resolution, vendor name, model, memory size, CPU model, CPU core number, dominant frequency size, etc.) and system type information (e.g., operating system type and version number thereof) of the mobile device.
Referring to the substep method flow diagram shown in fig. 2, in one embodiment of the present invention, the lending person issuing a lending request to the current holding person further comprises the substeps of:
s310), the device management background receives a type code input into the mobile device; the type code is an index number arranged according to the equipment type information, namely the equipment type information can be inquired by inputting the type code to an equipment management background;
s320) the equipment management background searches for the available mobile equipment with the same type code through the type code and returns a search result;
s330) in the returned search result, one available mobile device is selected and a loan request is issued.
Specifically, the type code may be set according to the aforementioned device type information and system type information. When the device management background returns the search result, the device management background can sort the mobile devices according to the utilization rates of the mobile devices (for example, the utilization rates of the mobile devices are determined according to the previous circulation time of the mobile devices), and preferentially list the available mobile devices with low utilization rates, so as to improve the overall utilization rate of the mobile devices. For example, the xiao ming can conveniently borrow by inputting the model of the mobile equipment, such as inputting "MI 6", that is, viewing the relevant information of the mobile equipment with the model of MI6, knowing the borrowing state of the mobile equipment. The search results may be returned to the mobile device and displayed to the lender. The user may select an available mobile device from which to issue the loan request.
In an embodiment of the present invention, in order to facilitate statistics of usage rates of the mobile devices, the device management background may periodically count registered usage frequencies of the mobile devices, idle states of the mobile devices, and user usage records according to a frequency preset by an administrator, and export the usage frequencies, the idle states, and the user usage records as external files. The exported external files can be used for recording the use frequency of the mobile equipment and the use of the user of the mobile equipment, and are sorted according to the use frequency of the mobile equipment, so that the purchasing strategy and borrowing plan arrangement of the mobile equipment can be better formulated, the idle rate of the mobile equipment is reduced, and the management efficiency of the mobile equipment is improved.
Further, in the above embodiment, the user may input the foregoing type code and/or the information about the holding person through the device management back-end to perform the query. For example, the administrator can check the borrowing device information list under the small name by inputting the identity information of the lending person, such as inputting the 'small name', so as to know the borrowing condition of the mobile devices under the names of the lending persons, and the convenience is brought according to the direction of each mobile device.
In an embodiment of the present invention, when the mobile device detects a network switch, or after the device management background is restarted, or when the mobile device is operated for the first time every day, before the mobile device is used again, the screen locking application requires to input the information of the current holder again, and only after the information of the current holder is input, other operations can be performed.
Further, referring to the flowchart shown in fig. 3, when the information re-input into the current holding person received by the screen locking application is inconsistent with the information recorded by the device management background, or the device management background cannot receive the information re-input into the current holding person within a preset time, the device management background issues an alarm. The administrator can acquire the current holder information of the mobile device through the warning, so that the condition of the mobile device is effectively managed, the loss of the mobile device is avoided, or the information of the mobile device recorded by the device management background is not updated in time.
Referring to fig. 4, a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus for allocating and managing a mobile device based on a lock screen application, in an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for allocating and managing a mobile device based on a lock screen application includes the following modules: the registration module is used for registering the mobile equipment information to the equipment management background and installing a screen locking application connected to the equipment management background on the mobile equipment;
the updating module is used for recording and updating the information of the current holding personnel on the equipment management background after the mobile equipment is distributed to the user;
the request module is used for sending a lending request to the appointed mobile equipment by the equipment management background when the mobile equipment needs to be lent;
the confirmation module is used for sending confirmation information to the equipment management background after the screen locking application on the mobile equipment receives the information of currently held personnel, the information for confirming switching and the information of borrowed personnel in sequence;
and the sending module is used for updating the information of the current holding personnel of the appointed mobile equipment and sending the information circulated by the mobile equipment by the equipment management background after receiving the confirmation message sent by the screen locking application of the loaned mobile equipment.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the mobile device information registered to the apparatus includes, but is not limited to, device type information (e.g., screen resolution, vendor name, model, memory size, CPU model, CPU core number, and major frequency size, etc.) and system type information (e.g., operating system type and version number thereof) of the mobile device.
In one embodiment of the invention, the lending person issuing a lending request to the current holding person further comprises the sub-steps of: firstly, the device receives an input type code of the mobile equipment; then, the device searches the available mobile equipment with the same type code through the type code and returns the search result; finally, in the returned search results, one of the available mobile devices is selected and a loan request is issued thereto. The type code is an index number arranged according to the device type information, namely the device type information can be inquired by inputting the type code to the device management background.
Specifically, the type code may be set according to the aforementioned device type information and system type information. When the device management background returns the search result, the device management background can sort the mobile devices according to the utilization rates of the mobile devices (for example, the utilization rates of the mobile devices are determined according to the previous circulation time of the mobile devices), and preferentially list the available mobile devices with low utilization rates, so as to improve the overall utilization rate of the mobile devices.

Further, in the above embodiment, the user may input the aforementioned type code and/or holding personnel information through the device to perform the query. For example, the administrator can check the borrowing device information list under the small name by inputting the identity information of the lending person, such as inputting the 'small name', so as to know the borrowing condition of the mobile devices under the names of the lending persons, and the convenience is brought according to the direction of each mobile device.
In an embodiment of the present invention, when the mobile device detects a network switch, or when the apparatus is restarted, or when the mobile device is operated for the first time each day, before the mobile device is used again, the screen locking application requires to input the information of the current holder again, and only after the information of the current holder is input, other operations can be performed.
Further, when the information input again into the current holding personnel by the screen locking module is inconsistent with the information recorded by the device, or the information input again into the current holding personnel cannot be received by the device within a preset time, the device gives an alarm. The administrator can acquire the current holder information of the mobile device through the warning, so that the condition of the mobile device is effectively managed, the loss of the mobile device is avoided, or the information of the mobile device recorded by the device management background is not updated in time.
