Description

Incoming call response method and device and electronic equipment
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of communications, and in particular, to an incoming call response method and apparatus, and an electronic device.
Background
In the process of using the mobile phone, for all incoming calls, the user does not always answer the incoming calls. Some of these calls are unwanted by the user (e.g., fraud, harassment, reimbursement, etc.). The existing method adopts a blacklist method to shield calls which are not wanted by a user, the user needs to actively add numbers of the calls which are not wanted to be answered into the blacklist, and the numbers can be automatically shielded by a telephone when the calls come, so that the user can not be disturbed.
Although the existing blacklist method can help users to shield harassing calls to a certain extent, the method is not efficient and has a single function. First, the user cannot add all harassing and fraudulent calls to the blacklist (the number of calls is large, some calls are made to the user for the first time, and the user has no chance to add the harassing and fraudulent calls to the blacklist), and the manual adding mode of the harassing and fraudulent calls is time-consuming and labor-consuming.
In addition, there are situations where the user may be in a busy state after receiving the communication request, such as: the user is in a meeting, who may send a short message to the other party, inform that he is in a meeting state, etc., in which case the user sends a short message to him for each communication request.
Therefore, the technical problem that the processing efficiency of the communication request is low exists in the prior art.

the method for responding to the communication request by the user of the electronic device can be determined based on a historical response record generated by the user of the electronic device for the communication request, and further, a first response mode is provided for the first communication request received by the electronic device based on the response mode of the user for the communication request. That is, the electronic device may automatically determine the response mode for the communication request based on the historical response record generated by the user for the communication request, thereby achieving the technical effect of improving the processing efficiency of the communication request.
In order to better understand the technical solutions of the present invention, the following detailed descriptions of the technical solutions of the present invention are provided with the accompanying drawings and the specific embodiments, and it should be understood that the specific features in the embodiments and the examples of the present invention are the detailed descriptions of the technical solutions of the present invention, and are not limitations of the technical solutions of the present invention, and the technical features in the embodiments and the examples of the present invention may be combined with each other without conflict.
In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides an incoming call response method, please refer to fig. 1, including:
step S101: acquiring a historical response record generated by a user of the electronic equipment for the communication request;
step S102: determining a response mode of the user for the communication request based on the historical response record;
step S103: and providing a first response mode for the first communication request received by the electronic equipment based on the response mode of the user for the communication request.
For example, the scheme is applied to electronic equipment with communication functions, such as: a mobile phone, a tablet computer, etc., embodiments of the present invention are not limited.
In step S101, a historical response record of the user for the communication request in a preset time period may be obtained, where the preset time period is, for example: 1 month, 2 months, etc., or alternatively, all response records of the user to the communication request may be obtained, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited. The communication request is, for example, a voice communication request, a short message, a multimedia message, an email, and the like, and the embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.
The historical response records may contain a variety of information, such as: the historical response record may include a response mode of the user for the communication request, where the response mode includes, for example: the method includes the steps of directly hanging up, replying to preset short message contents after hanging up, dialing back after hanging up, blacking and the like, and other response modes can be included, and embodiments of the invention are not listed in detail and are not limited; the historical response record includes response time for the communication request, and the response time may include date information such as the year, month, day, and the like, and may also include time point information, for example: 10:15, 13:21, etc., where the user may at some time handle certain things and thus cause a failure to receive a call, for example: the user can select to reply the short message after hang-up, so that a corresponding response mode can be determined through response time; the responding place of the historical responding record responding to the communication request can be a specific city, for example: beijing, chengdu, etc., the response site may also include specific coordinates, such as: the home location of the user, the company location of the user, and the like, wherein the user may be in a meeting at a fixed time or a fixed location, and for a communication request of the user at the fixed time or the fixed location, the user may select to reply a short message to inform the other party after hanging up, so that a corresponding response mode can be determined based on the response location; the historical response record contains a communication identifier for generating the communication request, wherein the communication identifier can be directly extracted from the communication request, and the communication identifier is, for example: phone number, contact name, instant messaging software ID, etc. For example: if a user receives a call from a young child, the user may worry that the call cost of the child is not enough, and the user may choose to call back the other party after hanging up, so that a corresponding response mode can be determined through the communication identifier; the historical response record includes tag information corresponding to the communication request, for example: and generating label information of the communication identifier of the corresponding communication request, wherein the label information is used for representing the user identity of the user using the corresponding communication identifier, and the response modes of the user for the communication request are different for different label information, for example, the user directly hangs up or even blackens the communication request of which the label information is harassment or fraud, so that the corresponding response mode can be determined through the label information.
In an implementation, the historical response records may include multiple types of historical response records, two of which are listed below for description, and of course, in an implementation, the history records are not limited to the following two cases.
First, the historical response record is: there is a historical response record associated with the first communication request. In this case, generally, after receiving the first communication request, the electronic device obtains a historical response record associated with the first communication request, and then analyzes the historical response record to obtain a first response mode for the first communication request.
Second, the historical response record includes: all historical response records generated by the user within a preset time period (or all time periods). In this case, generally, all historical responses generated by the user within a preset time period (or all time periods) are analyzed, and then a corresponding response mode is determined for the communication request of each feature category, so that the subsequent electronic device directly searches for and obtains the corresponding first response mode after receiving the first communication request.
In a specific implementation process, a response mode for a communication request can be determined through a plurality of characteristic parameters, and further, the obtained historical response records are different, and four of the response records are listed below for introduction.
First, the historical response record includes: the user records a response to the communication request at a particular time.
For example, the specific time is, for example: a certain point in time, a certain period of time, etc. If the historical response record is a historical response record associated with the first communication request, the specific time is, for example: the method comprises the steps of obtaining a first communication request, determining a first response time for responding to the first communication request after the first communication request is obtained, and then determining the time range corresponding to the first response time as a specific time, so as to obtain the historical response record generated in the time range corresponding to the first response time. For example: if the day is divided into morning (8: 00-12: 00), afternoon (12: 00-18: 00), evening (18: 00-24: 00), and the time of receiving the first communication request is 10:00, then the specific time can be determined as: in the morning (8: 00-12: 00), thereby obtaining a historical response record with the response time of the communication request of 8: 00-12: 00 as a historical response record for subsequent use; if the historical response record is: all the historical response records generated by the user within the preset time period may be obtained for three time ranges (certainly, the historical response records may also be divided into other time ranges, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention) in one day, and in this case, the specific time includes: morning (8: 00-12: 00), afternoon (12: 00-18: 00), evening (18: 00-24: 00). The specific times for which the embodiments of the present invention are specific are not listed in detail and are not intended to be limiting.
Based on the scheme, the response with pertinence to the communication request can be generated based on the response time of the communication request.
Second, the historical response record includes: and recording the response of the user to the communication request at a specific place.
For example, the specific locations are, for example: a certain location, or multiple locations, etc. If the historical response record is a historical response record associated with the first communication request, the specific location is, for example: when the first communication request is received, the location of the user is located (the location of the user can be determined by a locator of the electronic device), so that the historical response record can be obtained in the following ways: after the first communication request is obtained, a first response place responding to the first communication request is determined, and the historical response record generated at the first response place is obtained. For example: when the first communication request is received, the locator detects that the electronic equipment is located at the time of the; for example, after receiving the first communication request, if the locator detects that the electronic device is located at the home of the user, the history response record generated when the user is located at the home can be acquired as the history response record for subsequent use; if the historical response record is: all historical response records generated by the user within a preset time period, in this case, how many places the user generated the historical response records, and how many specific places exist. The specific location is not a detailed listing of the embodiments of the present invention, and is not intended to be limiting.
Based on the scheme, the pointed response can be generated to the communication request based on the place where the user is located when the user receives the communication request.
Third, the historical response record includes: and recording the response of the user to the communication request of the specific tag information.
For example, the particular tag information may include one or more tag information, such as: harassment, fraud, intermediary, etc. If the historical response record is the historical response record associated with the first communication request, the specific tag information may be the tag information corresponding to the communication identifier of the first communication request, so that the historical response record used subsequently may be determined by: after the first communication request is obtained, determining first tag information corresponding to the first communication request; the historical response record generated for the first tag information is obtained. For example: after the electronic device receives the first communication request, first obtains a first communication identifier of the first communication request, and then determines that the first tag information of the first communication identifier is fraud (of course, other tag information is also possible) through the tag library, so that a history response record that the tag information of the communication identifier is fraud can be obtained from the history response record as a history response record used subsequently; or, the historical response records are all the historical response records generated by the user within a preset time period. In this case, tag information whose communication identification is recorded for different historical responses may not be the same, and thus a specific tag information may contain a plurality of tag information. The specific tag information is, for example, what tag information, and the embodiments of the present invention are not listed in detail and are not limited.
Based on the scheme, a targeted response can be generated to the communication request based on the tag information of the communication identifier generating the communication request.
Fourth, the historical response record includes: the user identifies a record of responses to the initiated communication request for a particular communication.
For example, if the historical response record is a historical response record associated with the first communication request, the specific communication identifier is, for example: generating a first communication identifier of the first communication request, that is, after receiving the first communication request, obtaining the first communication identifier of the first communication request, and then obtaining a history response record with the same communication identifier from the history response record (that is, obtaining the history response record generated for the first communication identifier) as a history response record for subsequent use; if the historical response records are all the historical response records generated by the user within a preset time period (or all the time periods), the communication identifier is the communication identifier corresponding to all the historical response records, and as to what kind of communication identifier is, the embodiment of the present invention is not listed in detail and is not limited.
Based on the scheme, the communication identifier of the communication request can be generated, and a targeted response can be generated to the communication request.
In step S102, the determining a response mode of the user for the communication request includes: determining at least one characteristic parameter in the historical response record; and determining a response mode of the user for the communication request based on at least one characteristic parameter.
In a specific implementation, the characteristic parameters include, for example, one or more of the following: response time of each communication request in the history response record. And ② the response place of each communication request in the historical response record. And generating label information of the communication identification of each communication request in the historical response records. And fourthly, generating communication identification of each communication request in the historical response records.
In a specific implementation process, the determining, based on at least one characteristic parameter of the response time, the response location, the tag information, and the identification information, a response mode of the user for the communication request includes: obtaining M characteristic categories based on the value of each characteristic parameter in the at least one characteristic parameter, wherein M is a positive integer; determining the scoring values of the response modes under the M characteristic categories based on the response times of each response mode under the value of each characteristic parameter and the weight value of each characteristic parameter; and determining a response mode of each feature category under the M feature categories based on the score values, wherein the response mode under each feature category is a response mode of the user for the communication request.
For example, after determining the score values of each response mode under M feature categories, the score values of each response mode may be sorted from large to small for each feature category, the sorting from large to small indicates that the likelihood that the user selects the corresponding response mode for the corresponding feature category is sorted from large to small, and then the response mode with the sorting in the first few digits (e.g., 3, 5, etc.) is taken as the response mode of the corresponding feature category.
For example, it is assumed that the characteristic parameter includes only response time, and the values of the response time include, for example: 8: 00-12: 00 (morning), 12: 00-18: 00 (afternoon), 18: 00-24: 00 (evening), and of course, other values may be taken, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited. The following three feature classes can be obtained: morning (8: 00-12: 00), afternoon (12: 00-18: 00), evening (18: 00-24: 00).
After each feature class is determined, the scoring value of each response mode under each feature class can be calculated and obtained through the following formula:
Figure GDA0002961280180000091
wherein, S (n, I)1~j) The value of credit representing the nth response mode;
wla weight value representing a parameter of the l-th type;
fl(n,Il) And a calculation function for expressing the score of the nth response mode under the l parameter under the value of the corresponding characteristic parameter. This calculation tends to characterize the likelihood of the user selecting the nth response mode.
Taking the response mode as an example of hang-up, assuming that the feature parameters only include response time, the weight value of which is 1, the hang-up times of the user for the communication request is 11 times when the feature category is in the morning, the hang-up times of the user for the communication request is 0 time when the feature category is in the noon, and the hang-up times of the user for the communication request is 1 time when the feature category is in the evening, the score values of the hang-up response mode under each feature category can be obtained as follows:
s (morning) ═ 1 × 11 ═ 11 … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … [2]
S (afternoon) ═ 1 × 0 ═ 0 … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … [3]
S (evening) ═ 1 … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … … [4]
For other response modes, the score values of the feature classes are calculated to be similar to the other response modes, and therefore, the detailed description is omitted here.
The above-mentioned score value often represents the possibility that the user generates each response mode for a communication request under a certain category, for example: for communication requests heard at 8: 00-12: 00 a.m., the probability of response by the user in the response mode A is 80%, the probability of response by the user in the response mode B is 20%, and if only one response mode needs to be provided for a communication request of a certain characteristic class, the response mode A can be provided; for a communication request of a certain feature category, multiple response modes can be obtained, the scoring values (probabilities) of the multiple response modes are ranked from high to low, and one or more response modes can be given for a certain communication request.
After the score value of each response mode in a certain feature category is determined, the response mode with the highest score value and larger than a preset threshold value can be used as the response mode in the feature category, and different preset threshold values can be set according to actual requirements, where the preset threshold values are, for example: 10. 20, etc., embodiments of the present invention are not limited.
In addition, if the characteristic parameter is a response location, the value of the characteristic parameter includes, for example: large-scale place: chengdu, Wuhan, Beijing, etc.; a small place: home, company, etc.; if the characteristic parameter is label information, the value of the label information includes, for example: harassment, fraud, intermediary, etc.; if the characteristic parameter is identification information, the value of the characteristic parameter includes, for example: and generating communication identification of voice communication information corresponding to the historical response record, and the like. For other types of feature categories, the scoring value of each response mode under each feature category may be calculated in the manner described above, and details are not repeated here.
If the feature class of the communication request only needs to be divided for a certain feature parameter, the feature parameter includes several values, and the communication request can be divided into several feature classes, for example: if the feature categories of the communication request are classified only by the response site, the communication request can be classified into the following feature categories: a communication request generated from an adult, a communication request generated from wuhan, a communication request generated from beijing; if the feature categories of the communication request are classified only by the tag information, the communication request can be classified into the following feature categories: communication requests with harassment label information, communication requests with intermediary label information, communication requests with fraud label information and the like; if the communication request is divided only by communication identification, the voice communication may be divided based on the number of communication identifications in the history response record, and so on.
If the feature categories of the communication request need to be divided by combining a plurality of feature parameters, the values of each feature parameter need to be combined first, and the categories of the communication request need to be divided based on the combined result, for example: assuming that two feature parameters, namely communication response time and label information, are used to divide the feature categories of the communication request, the following nine feature categories can be divided based on three values of response time and three values of label information as an example:
firstly, the response time is in the morning and the label information is harassing;
response time is afternoon and tag information is harassing;
the response time is night and the label information is harassing;
response time is morning and the label information is fraud;
response time is afternoon and the label information is fraud;
sixthly, the response time is night and the label information is fraud;
seventhly, the response time is morning and the label information is intermediary;
the response time is afternoon and the label information is the intermediary;
ninthly, the response time is at night and the label information is the intermediary.
Of course, based on the difference of the characteristic parameters and the difference of the values of each characteristic parameter, the combined characteristic categories are also different, and this embodiment of the present invention is not illustrated in detail and is not limited.
As can be seen from the foregoing description, the historical response records can be divided into two types of historical response records, which are: based on the historical response records generated by the user of the electronic device for all the communication requests or the historical response records associated with the first communication request, the method used in step S102 to determine the response mode of the user for the communication request is different, and will be described below.
Firstly, the historical response record is a historical response record associated with the first communication request, in this case, before the obtaining of the historical response record generated by the user of the electronic device for the communication request within the preset time period, the method further includes: receiving the first communication request;
in this case, in step S102, the obtaining of the historical response record generated by the user of the electronic device for the communication request in the preset time period includes: determining a first feature class of the first communication request; and searching and obtaining a first historical response record corresponding to the first characteristic category from the historical response records.
In the specific implementation process, the first feature type may be determined by a plurality of parameters, and four of the first feature types are listed below for introduction.
Determining a parameter of a first feature class: a first response time in response to the first communication request,
for example, a first response time for the first communication request may be first obtained (assuming 9:00, although other times are also possible), and then a time range to which the first response time belongs is determined, and the time range is taken as a first feature category, for example, assuming 9: the time range to which 00 belongs is 8: 00-12: 00, it can be determined that the first feature type is 8: 00-12: 00, and determining that the response time range is 8: and taking the history response records of 00-12: 00 as a first history response record. And then determining a response mode of the user for the communication request of the first characteristic category through the first historical response record, wherein the response mode is the first response mode. How to determine the first response mode through the first historical response record is described above, and therefore, the details are not repeated herein.
Determining parameters of a first feature class: and responding to the first response location of the first communication request, where the first response location may be directly used as the first feature type, or the first response location may be combined with other parameters to determine the first feature type, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. Taking the first response location as the first feature category directly as an example, the historical response record generated at the first response location can be directly obtained as the first response record, for example: if the first response place is the home of the user, a history response record generated when the user is located in the home can be obtained as the first history response record.
Determining a parameter of the first feature class (c): the first tag information corresponding to the first communication request may be directly used as the first feature type, or may be determined by combining the first tag information with other parameters, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. Taking the first tag information as the first feature category directly as an example, the history response record generated for the first tag information can be directly obtained as the first history response record, for example: if the first tag information is 'harassing', a historical response record generated by the user aiming at the 'harassment' tag information can be acquired as a first historical response record.
Parameters for determining the first feature class (iv): and generating a first communication identifier of the first communication request, where the first communication identifier may be directly used as the first feature type, or the first feature type may be determined by a combination of the first tag information and other parameters, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. Taking the first communication identifier as the first feature category directly as an example, the history response record generated for the first communication identifier may be directly obtained as the first history response record.
If the first feature type is determined by the combination of the at least two parameters, the at least two parameters may be collectively used as the first feature type, for example, if the at least two parameters are the first response time (e.g., 9:00) and the first response location (e.g., home of the user), the first feature type may be determined as: the history response record is generated within the time range of 8: 00-12: 00 when the user is located in the home, so that the history response record generated within the time range of 8: 00-12: 00 when the user is located in the home is determined to be the first history response record.
In this case, the determined response mode of the user to the communication request is the first response mode corresponding to the first communication request by the user.
In the above scheme, when the first communication request is received, the corresponding first response mode is determined based on the historical response record associated with the first communication request, and the corresponding response mode does not need to be obtained and stored in advance, so that the technical effect of reducing the storage load of the electronic device is achieved.
Second, the historical response record is a response record generated for each feature type of communication request, in which case the corresponding response mode is determined for each feature type, and in which case the first communication request does not need to be received in advance.
After the response mode under each feature type is determined through the above scheme, a corresponding relationship between each feature type and the response mode may also be stored, where the corresponding relationship may be stored locally in the electronic device or in the network server.
In step S103, the first response mode may be one response mode, or may be different response modes determined for different communication requests, for example: if in step S102, the response mode with the highest score value is obtained for a certain feature category, the first response mode is only one response mode; however, if in step S102, the obtained score value is ranked in the top several response modes (e.g., 3, 5, etc.) for a certain feature category, the first response mode may include multiple response modes, and thus, the embodiment of the present invention is not listed in detail and is not limited.
In step S103, the first response mode may be provided for the first communication request in various ways, and two of them are listed below for description, and of course, in the specific implementation process, the first response mode is not limited to the following two cases.
The first way of providing a first response to a first communication request received by the electronic device includes: responding to the first communication request received by the electronic equipment according to a first response mode.
For example, if only one response mode is determined for the first communication request when determining the response mode of the user for the communication request in step S102, the first communication request may be responded to based directly on the response mode determined in step S102 (i.e., the first response mode).
Through the scheme, the first communication request can be responded in time through the first response mode.
Second, the providing a first response mode for the first communication request received by the electronic device includes: and providing the first response mode containing at least one response mode to the user, so that the user can select a response mode from the at least one response mode to respond to the first communication request.
For example, if in step S102, when determining the response mode of the user for the communication request, at least one response mode is determined for the first communication request, for example, the following two response modes (i) are determined to be directly hung up; and secondly, replying the content of the predetermined short message after hanging up, and displaying the two response modes on a display unit of the electronic equipment, wherein the user directly selects one response mode from the two response modes after checking the two response modes to respond to the first communication request, and certainly, the first response mode can be provided for the user through other modes, which does not limit the embodiment of the invention.
Through the scheme, the technical effect that the first communication request can be responded more accurately is achieved.
In step S103, in an alternative embodiment, if the determined response mode is the first response mode for the first communication request, the determined response mode may be directly used as the response mode for the first communication request, and then the first communication request may be fed back through the first response mode, and the first response mode is provided to the user, and so on.
In another alternative embodiment, the determined response mode is a response mode in each feature category, in which case, the first response mode may be provided for the first communication request received by the electronic device by: receiving the first communication request; acquiring a first characteristic category corresponding to the first communication request; and searching and obtaining the first response mode from the corresponding relation between the feature class and the response mode based on the first feature class. As to how to obtain the first feature type corresponding to the first communication request, the description is omitted here because the description is already given above.
In the above scheme, when the first response mode of the first communication request is determined, the first response mode can be obtained by directly searching the corresponding relation between the communication request and the response mode, so that the response time to the communication request can be reduced, and the response speed to the communication request can be improved.
