Example one
Based on the foregoing embodiments, an embodiment of the present invention provides an information processing method, where the method is applied to a terminal, and functions implemented by the method may be implemented by a processor in the terminal calling a program code, where of course, the program code may be stored in a computer storage medium, and thus, the terminal at least includes the processor and the storage medium.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of an information processing method according to a first embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the method includes:
s301, monitoring the unread messages in the unread state, and judging the overdue messages existing in the unread messages according to the receiving time length, wherein the overdue messages are the unread messages with the receiving time length exceeding a first set time threshold;
and after receiving the message, when the message is not read by the user after the reading operation of the user is not received, the message is in an unread state, and the unread message is marked by the unread identifier. Here, the message may include a notification message, a short message, and the like sent by various applications. When the terminal receives, for example: when a user clicks the prompt box to check the specific content of the notification message, the prompt box slides out of the screen in the original mode and is displayed in the notification bar. When the short message is received, the received short message is stored in the application information, and the user can be prompted to receive the short message currently in a notification message mode in the notification bar.
Here, the notification bar is a window in which the user displays a notification message, such as a drop-down notification bar in an android phone or an apple phone.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the read and unread messages may be distinguished by different identifiers, such as: the messages are distinguished by different symbols preceding them or by message boxes of different colours. For a received notification message, an unread message in an unread state may be displayed in the notification bar; and when the notification message receives that the reading operation is in the read state, setting the notification message in the read state and deleting the notification message from the notification bar.
When the message is received, the timestamp of the received message can be acquired, the message which is not read by the user is monitored, and the receiving time of the message is determined according to the timestamp of the message and the current time. When the receiving time of a message is determined to be larger than a first set time threshold value, the message is determined to be the overdue time, wherein the overdue message has the possibility of not being read by the user and is a candidate message which is possibly not interested by the user and cannot be read. The first set time threshold may be set according to the requirement of the user, for example: one hour and two hours. The duration of the first set time threshold can also be obtained by learning the use habit of the mobile phone by the user. Such as: in the time period of work, the frequency of using the mobile phone by the user is low, and the value of the first set time threshold is increased; in the off-duty time period, the frequency of the user using the mobile phone is high, and the increase of the first set time threshold is reduced.
When the timeout message is determined, the receiving time length of each unread message can be periodically detected, the timeout message can be found out, the receiving time length of each unread message can also be monitored in real time, and when the receiving time length of one unread message reaches a first set time threshold, the unread message is determined as the timeout message.
S302, determining a notification attribute of the overdue message, and searching a target message according to the notification attribute to obtain a search result, wherein the target message is a read message with the same notification attribute as the overdue message;
for the overdue message in the unread message, determining a notification attribute of the overdue message, and finding out the target message according to the notification attribute of the overdue message, specifically: determining the sending information of the overdue message, and searching the read message corresponding to the sending information according to the sending information to obtain a searching result; the transmission information includes at least one of: application information and contact information.
The notification attribute of the overdue message can be determined according to the application information and/or the contact information, the sending information of the overdue message is obtained, and the sending source of the overdue message is determined according to the sending information, such as: if the application program information corresponding to the expiration message is application program identifiers such as a virtu, a dribble, a skatecat and the like, the messages are sent by the application programs such as the application program virtu, the dribble, the skatecat and the like; for another example, if the contact information corresponding to the overdue message is user a, user B, or user C, the overdue message is sent by user a, user B, or user C; for another example: and if the application information corresponding to the overdue message is WeChat, the contact information is user D or user E, and the overdue message is sent by the WeChat user D or the WeChat user E. The contact information can be identified by the name, telephone, head portrait and other identity information of the contact.
In practical applications, when the sending information of the overdue message is acquired, the sending information of the message may also be determined by identifying the content of the message, such as: for the notification short message of the drip transmitted by different numbers, a plurality of numbers for transmitting the short message exist, but the message can be determined to be drip transmission by identifying the content of the short message.
After the sending information of the overdue message is determined, the read message, namely the target message, which is the same as the sending information of the overdue message is searched in the read message according to the sending information of the overdue message. When searching for the target message according to the sending information, the method comprises the following steps: and searching the read message in the read message, and searching the read message in the message with the same sending information. Here, when the user reads the message, the transmission message of the message read by the user may be recorded, so that the message of the same transmission information is searched for in the read message. The read message may also be looked up in the message to which the message was sent.
When the search result includes the target message, it indicates that the user has read the same type of message before, and the user pays attention to the message corresponding to the transmission information, and when the search result does not include the target message, it indicates that the user has not read the same type of message before, and the user has low attention to the message corresponding to the transmission information.
S303, when the target message is not included in the search result, the read processing is carried out on the overdue message.
When the target message is not included in the search result, it indicates that the user has not read the same type of message before, and the user has low attention to the message corresponding to the sent message. Here, the processing of the expired message as read includes at least one of: setting the reading state of the overdue message as a read state; deleting the expiration message in a notification bar; and deleting the unread reminding information displayed on the application icon by the overdue message.
When the reading state of the overdue message is set to be the read state, the reading state of the overdue message is set to be the same as the read state on the display window, for example: when the reading identification frame before the message is checked, the reading identification frame is in an unread state, when the reading identification frame before the message is not checked, the reading identification frame before the message is in a read state, and at the moment, the checking in the reading identification frame before the overdue message is removed. For another example: and updating the reading identification of the overdue message into a read identification.
And when the overdue message is deleted in the notification bar, the message displayed in the notification bar is the message which is received by the user and is not read.
Deleting the unread reminding information displayed on the application icon by the overdue message, such as: the unread messages in the WeChat comprise 5 messages, the number 5 is shown on the icon of the WeChat, when the unread messages comprise 2 overdue messages needing to be read, the number shown on the icon of the WeChat is removed by 2, and the shown number is 3.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the unread message is subjected to read processing, the reading state of the overdue message can be set as the read state, the overdue message is deleted in the notification bar, and the unread reminding information displayed on the application icon by the overdue message is deleted. Such as: when the short message sent by the overdue message contact A needs to be read, the notification message corresponding to the short message in the notification bar is deleted, the short message is marked as a read state in the information, and the digital prompt corresponding to the short message is deleted on the icon of the information.
The read message marked as the read state based on the reading operation of the user and the read message obtained by performing the read processing on the overdue message based on the information processing method of the invention can be distinguished by different read marks in the system, so that the read message is distinguished as the read message read by the user or the read message is automatically marked by the system based on the lower attention degree of the user to the overdue message.
When deleting the expired message in the notification bar, such as deleting the message 6 in the notification bar, as shown in fig. 4, a pop-up prompt box prompts the user whether to delete the expired message, and when the user selects to delete the notification message in the notification bar, the message content corresponding to the notification message is deleted in the corresponding application program. Such as: the current expiry message is a message sent by a micro signal of the micro message, the notification message is deleted in the notification message, and the content of the message corresponding to the micro signal is deleted in the micro message.
In the embodiment of the invention, the overdue message is filtered by judging the receiving time of the unread message, when the message with the same notification attribute of the overdue message is determined not to be read, the overdue message is determined to be the message with lower attention of the user, which indicates that the probability of reading the message by the user is low, at the moment, the overdue message is subjected to read processing, the message is deleted in a notification column, the message is set to be in a read state in an application program corresponding to the message, and the information of the overdue message is deleted in the unread message prompt of the icon. Here, the reading state of the overdue message is modified to the read state in the application program corresponding to the overdue message, the message itself is not deleted, but the content of the message itself is retained, so that the user can view the overdue message as required.
In practical application, as shown in fig. 5, the notification bar includes a plurality of message messages 1-6, where the message 2 and the message 3 have the same notification attribute and are mails sent by the bank a in the mailbox, that is, the sent information is the same contact under the same application program. When the message 3 is determined to be the overdue message and the read message does not include the mail sent by the bank a, the message 3 is deleted, and when the message 2 is determined to be the overdue message, the message 2 is deleted, and the display of the deleted notification bar is shown in fig. 6.

determining candidate messages according to the receiving time of the messages, wherein the second set time is larger than the first set time threshold, such as: 24 hours, 12 hours, etc.
Here, the message that matches the notification attribute of the overdue message is searched for in the messages received within the second set time, for example: when the second set time is 24 hours and the current expiry message is the message sent by the talent-only meeting, the message sent by the talent-only meeting received within 24 hours is searched, and the searched message is used as a candidate message. And searching the target message in the determined candidate messages to obtain a search result.
Here, when determining the candidate message, there is a case where there is no candidate message, that is, no message with the same notification attribute is received within the second set time, and at this time, the target message is not included in the search result.
S704, when the target message is determined not to be included in the search result, the read processing is carried out on the overdue message.
In the information processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the message received within the second set time is used as the candidate message, and the target message is searched in the candidate message, so that the searching range is limited within a certain time period, and the target message is searched according to the reading condition of the message within the near time period of the user, thereby determining the attention condition of the user to the overdue message and improving the estimation accuracy of the attention of the overdue message.
