The painted wire tip-like conveyor chain bracket of claim 4, wherein: the base plates on each group of brackets are also provided with a height measuring device of a tip-shaped top block, and the height measuring device comprises a height sensor for detecting the tip-shaped top block at the crest position of the continuous wavy bulge on the adjacent base plates, a PLC (programmable logic controller) connected with data signals of the height sensor, a display connected with the PLC and an elevation abnormity reminding device; the height sensor is used for detecting a top-shaped jacking block height signal at each continuous wavy protruding part crest position on the adjacent base plate, the detected height signal is transmitted to the PLC after conversion, the PLC controls the display to display the top-shaped jacking block height value at each crest position according to the received top-shaped jacking block height signal at each crest position, whether the top-shaped jacking block positions which are not at the same height exist or not is prompted, and when the height abnormality exists, the PLC controls the height abnormality prompting device to send an abnormality alarm signal.
6. The painted wire tip-like conveyor chain bracket of claim 5, wherein: the display is a liquid crystal display, and the abnormal alarm signal comprises a light reminding signal or a loudspeaker or a buzzer.
7. A method of using a painted wire tip conveyor chain holder according to claim 6, comprising the steps of:
1) Detecting whether the chain assembly is in a loose state, if so, tightening the chain assembly to a preset tension degree through a tightening tool; if not, continuing the following step 2);
2) After the step 1) is finished, vertically and fixedly arranging the bottom plate of each group of brackets between the two parallel chain groups, then installing, and horizontally, transversely and longitudinally adjusting the bottom plate;
3) After the step 2) is finished, fixing the square connecting plate of the tip-shaped top block and/or the supporting part on a base plate with continuous wavy protrusions through bolts;
4) After all the top-shaped jacking blocks are installed in place, detecting a height signal of the top-shaped jacking block at the crest position of each continuous wavy bulge on the adjacent base plate through a height sensor, converting the detected height signal and then sending the converted height signal to a PLC (programmable logic controller), controlling a display to display the height value of the top-shaped jacking block at each crest position according to the received height signal of the top-shaped jacking block at each crest position by the PLC, and prompting whether the top-shaped jacking block positions which are not at the same height exist or not, wherein when the height abnormality exists, the PLC controls an abnormal elevation prompting device to send an abnormal alarm signal;
5) After the steps are completed, starting a power source to drive a chain group of one of the chain assemblies to rotate, sequentially placing the steel pipes on a tip-shaped jacking block to be transported to a specified position until the task is completed, and then closing the power source.
