A floor blower is a machine that sucks outside air into the interior of the machine through an air inlet and then blows out from an air outlet. The existing ground blowing machine with adjustable air outlet angle comprises two side walls, an air duct, a handle and a motor, wherein the air duct is rotatably arranged between the two side walls, but the handle is arranged on the two side walls and can prevent the air duct from rotating, so that the air duct is not limited in rotation, the whole ground blowing machine is inevitably enlarged in size, and accordingly the transportation and storage cost is increased. The floor blower of the present embodiment includes a first sidewall 110, a second sidewall 120, an air duct 200, a motor 300, a control assembly 400, a handle 500, and a bottom base 600.
The first sidewall 110 and the second sidewall 120 are disposed in parallel and opposite to each other. Specifically, the first side wall 110 is composed of a first supporting frame 111 located below and a first fixing frame 112 located above, in this embodiment, the first fixing frame 112 is annular, and a plurality of clamping grooves 1121 are uniformly formed in the circumferential direction of the first fixing frame 112. The second side wall 120 is composed of a second supporting frame 121 located below and a second fixing frame 122 located above, in this embodiment, the second fixing frame 112 is in a ring shape, a plurality of slots 1221 are uniformly arranged on the circumferential inner side of the second fixing frame, a plurality of stopping devices 1222 are uniformly arranged on the circumferential outer side of the second fixing frame, and the interval radian of the stopping devices 1222 is preferably 10 °.
The air duct 200 is rotatably disposed between the first sidewall 110 and the second sidewall 120, and the direction of the rotation axis is perpendicular to the first sidewall 110 and the second sidewall 120. In this embodiment, the air duct 200 is in the shape of a hollow volute. Referring to fig. 5, which is a schematic diagram illustrating the change of the air outlet angle of the air duct of the ground blower according to the present embodiment, the air duct 200 can rotate around the rotation axis within a range of about 240 °.
The air inlet assembly 700 is further connected to the side surface of the air duct 200 adjacent to the second side wall 120, the air inlet assembly 700 is a circular shell, a second air inlet 710 is formed in the surface of the circular shell, and a protection net 710 is arranged on the second air inlet 710 and used for preventing external objects from entering the air duct. The periphery of the circular housing is uniformly provided with a mounting groove 720, the mounting groove 720 corresponds to a clamping groove 1221 on the second side wall 120, and the air inlet assembly 700 is connected with the second side wall 120 by using a fastener 820, in this embodiment, the fastener 820 is a screw.
The handle 500 is arranged on the air duct 200 and rotates together with the air duct 200. The handle 500 is arranged to facilitate the carrying and moving of the floor blower. The handle 500 is arranged on the air duct 200, so that the handle 500 and the air duct 200 rotate together, the air duct 200 is not limited by the distance between the handle 500 and the air duct 200 when rotating, the distance between the handle 500 and the air duct 200 ensures that the hands of a user can pass, and the whole structure is more compact and saves space. The bottom base 600 is located below the air duct 200, and two sides of the bottom base are respectively connected with the first support 111 at the bottom of the first side wall 110 and the second support 121 at the bottom of the second side wall 120. The distance between the bottom base 600 and the barrel 200 is such that the barrel 200 does not touch the bottom base 600 when rotated.
The motor 300 is installed in the air duct 200. Specifically, motor 300 is secured to the inside wall of barrel 200 by fasteners 830 and rotates with barrel 200. Motor 300 has a wind wheel 310 connected thereto, which includes a first set of blades 311 and a second set of blades 312, proximate to first sidewall 110 and second sidewall 120, respectively.
The control assembly 400 is disposed on the first sidewall 110 and is electrically connected to the motor 300. Specifically, the control assembly 400 includes a control panel 410, and the control panel 410 has a semi-enclosed shape to form an inner space in which a portion of the motor 300 is supported. In this embodiment, the periphery of the control panel 410 is circular, and the edge of the control panel is uniformly provided with a plurality of protruding portions 411, and the protruding portions 411 are matched with the clamping grooves 1121 of the first fixing frame 112 of the first side wall 110, so that the control panel 410 is fixed on the inner side of the first fixing frame 112 and protrudes from the outer side of the first fixing frame 112. In this embodiment, a portion of the external air enters the wind wheel 310 through the first air inlet 412 and approaches the first set of fan blades 311; a portion of the outside air enters wind wheel 310 through second inlet 710 and is adjacent to second set of blades 312. The motor 300 drives the wind wheel 310 to rotate, and air generated by the first set of fan blades 311 and the second set of fan blades 312 is discharged through the air outlet 210.
