Description

Method and device for recording call information based on call mode change
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of mobile communication, in particular to a method and a device for recording call information based on call mode change.
Background
With the development of mobile communication technology, mobile terminals such as mobile phones and tablet computers have become an essential part of people's lives. People can realize voice call, video call and other long-distance calls by using the mobile terminal, and can switch the call mode according to personal requirements in the call process.
The existing call modes mainly include an earpiece mode and a handsfree mode. When a user clicks to answer, the default call mode is a receiver mode; if the user wants to switch to the hands-free mode, a hands-free button on a call interface can be clicked to trigger the mobile terminal to start the hands-free mode; if the user wants to restore the earpiece mode, the user can click the hands-free button again, so that the mobile terminal closes the hands-free mode and switches to the earpiece mode.
However, when a user places the mobile terminal at the ear to communicate with other users using the earpiece mode, if the earpiece mode is switched to the hands-free mode, the mobile terminal needs to be moved from the ear to the front of the body, and then the hands-free button on the communication interface is conveniently pressed. However, since the mobile terminal is still in the handset mode during this time, it is likely that the user does not hear the other party, and thus part of the call information is unknown. In the prior art, if the user wants to know the unknown call information, the user only needs to repeat the explanation of the other party, which results in the reduction of the call efficiency.

Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
In order to avoid a loss of part of call information due to a need of call mode switching, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for recording call information based on a change in a call mode, where as shown in fig. 1, the method mainly includes:
101. in the process that a first terminal carries out voice call with a second terminal based on an earphone mode, whether the first terminal meets a trigger condition of automatically triggering and recording call information is detected.
When a user of a first terminal places the first terminal at the ear to communicate with a user of a second terminal in an earphone mode, if the earphone mode is switched to a hands-free mode, the first terminal needs to be moved to the front of the body from the ear, and then a hands-free button on a communication interface is conveniently pressed. It follows that during the switching of the earpiece mode to the hands-free mode intended by the user of the first terminal, the first terminal will gradually move away from the ear of the user of the first terminal, so that the sound heard by the user of the first terminal from the side of the first terminal will be smaller and smaller, and that during the movement of the first terminal, many parameters will change, such as the distance of the first terminal from the user of the first terminal, the acceleration of the movement of the first terminal, the ambient light intensity parameter of the first terminal, and the angle of deflection of the first terminal with respect to the horizontal plane, etc. Therefore, the first terminal may determine whether the user wants to switch the earpiece mode to the hands-free mode by detecting the changes of these parameters, and when it is determined that the user wants to switch the earpiece mode to the hands-free mode, determine that the first terminal satisfies the trigger condition for automatically triggering the recording of the call information, and then execute step 102; when determining that the user does not want to switch the earphone mode to the hands-free mode, determining that the first terminal does not satisfy a trigger condition for automatically triggering recording of call information, and then continuing to detect whether the first terminal satisfies the trigger condition.
102. And if the triggering condition is met, starting to record the voice information sent by the second terminal.
When the first terminal determines that the trigger condition for automatically triggering and recording the call information is met, the state of the first terminal can be determined to be greatly changed, and the user of the first terminal is likely to move the first terminal from the ear to the body to perform the mode switching operation, so that the voice information sent by the second terminal can be recorded, and the phenomenon that partial voice data is lost due to the fact that the user of the first terminal does not hear the voice information played by the first terminal is avoided.
103. And when receiving the starting request of the hands-free mode, stopping recording the voice information sent by the second terminal and acquiring a call record generated in the mode conversion process.
After the user of the first terminal clicks the hands-free button on the call interface of the first terminal, the first terminal may receive the hands-free mode starting request, and start the hands-free mode based on the request, so that the played sound is enough for the user of the first terminal to hear, and therefore, when the hands-free mode starting request is received, the first terminal may stop recording the voice information sent by the second terminal, and obtain the call record generated in the mode conversion process.
104. And outputting the call record when the call record output condition is met.
After obtaining the call record generated in the mode conversion process, the first terminal may output the call record before the call is ended, or may output the call record after the call is ended, and the specific output time is not limited herein. If the first terminal outputs the call record before the call is ended, the call record can be output in a text form to avoid disturbing the call of the user.
Compared with the prior art, the method for recording call information based on call mode change provided by the embodiment of the invention can not only play the voice information sent by the second terminal through the receiver mode, but also detect whether the trigger condition for automatically triggering the recording of the call information is met or not in real time when the first terminal carries out voice call with the second terminal based on the receiver mode, and when the trigger condition is met, the first terminal starts to record the voice information sent by the second terminal, and when a hands-free mode starting request is received, stops recording the voice information sent by the second terminal, thereby obtaining the call record generated in the call mode change process (namely the call record generated in the process that a user clicks a hands-free button before moving the first terminal from the ear), and when the output condition is met, the first terminal can output the call record, therefore, when the user does not hear the words spoken by the opposite party clearly due to the switching of the conversation modes, the user can obtain the conversation record without requiring the opposite party to repeatedly explain, and the conversation efficiency is further improved.
Further, according to the method illustrated in fig. 1, another embodiment of the present invention further provides a method for recording call information based on a change in a call mode, as illustrated in fig. 2, where the method mainly includes:
201. in the process that a first terminal carries out voice call with a second terminal based on an earphone mode, whether the first terminal meets a trigger condition of automatically triggering and recording call information is detected.
In step 101 of the above embodiment, it is mentioned that many parameters of the first terminal change during the mode switching process when the first terminal moves from the ear of the user to the body of the user, and the first terminal may set the trigger condition for automatically triggering the recording of the call information according to the change of the parameters. The following describes specific implementation manners of this step with respect to different parameters, respectively:
the first method is as follows: and when the proximity sensor detects that the distance between the first terminal and the user of the first terminal reaches a preset distance threshold value, determining that the first terminal meets the trigger condition.
Since the distance between the first terminal and the user is almost 0 when the user makes a call using the earpiece mode, and the distance between the first terminal and the user is much greater than 0 when the user makes a call using the hands-free mode, the distance between the first terminal and the user may be detected using the proximity sensor of the first terminal, and it is determined that the first terminal satisfies the trigger condition when the distance reaches a preset distance threshold.
The second method comprises the following steps: and when the acceleration sensor detects that the acceleration of the first terminal reaches a preset acceleration threshold, determining that the first terminal meets the trigger condition.
Since the acceleration of the first terminal is almost 0 when the user makes a call using the earpiece mode, and the acceleration of the first terminal increases when the user moves the first terminal from the ear to the front, the acceleration of the first terminal may be detected using the acceleration sensor of the first terminal, and it is determined that the first terminal satisfies the trigger condition when the acceleration reaches a preset acceleration threshold.
The third method comprises the following steps: and when the illumination sensor detects that the ambient light intensity parameter of the first terminal reaches a preset light intensity threshold value, determining that the first terminal meets the trigger condition.
Because when the user uses the earphone mode to make a call, the user can shelter from the light around the first terminal, and when the user moves the first terminal to the front of the user, the light around the first terminal gradually becomes strong, so that the ambient light intensity parameter of the first terminal can be detected by using the illumination sensor of the first terminal, and when the ambient light intensity parameter reaches the preset light intensity threshold value, the first terminal is determined to meet the triggering condition.
The method is as follows: and when the angle sensor detects that the deflection angle of the first terminal relative to the horizontal plane reaches a preset angle threshold value, determining that the first terminal meets the trigger condition.
Since the deflection angle of the first terminal with respect to the horizontal plane is almost 90 degrees when the user makes a call using the earpiece mode, and the deflection angle is changed from 90 degrees to 0 degrees when the user moves the first terminal to the front, it is possible to detect the deflection angle of the first terminal with respect to the horizontal plane using the angle sensor of the first terminal, and determine that the first terminal satisfies the trigger condition when the deflection angle reaches a preset angle threshold.
202. And if the triggering condition is met, starting to record the voice information sent by the second terminal.
The specific implementation manner of this step is the same as that of step 102 described above, and is not described herein again.
203. Continuously detecting whether the first terminal meets the trigger condition or not from the beginning of recording the voice information sent by the second terminal to the moment of receiving the hands-free mode starting request; if the first terminal does not satisfy the trigger condition, executing step 204; if the trigger condition is satisfied, step 205 is executed.
In practical applications, the user may not want to switch to the hands-free mode, but may just want to move the phone a little bit before continuing to answer the call in close proximity to the ear. Therefore, if the voice information transmitted from the second terminal is still recorded when the first terminal does not satisfy the trigger condition since the voice information transmitted from the second terminal is recorded for the first time, there is a high possibility that the user does not press the hands-free button for a long time and moves the mobile phone only a little. In addition, the recorded call records in this case not only have no use value for the user for the most part, but also occupy a large amount of storage space of the first terminal. Therefore, the first terminal can record only the call record generated when the trigger condition is met, and does not need to record other information.
204. And stopping recording the voice information sent by the second terminal, and continuing to execute the step 201.
205. And when receiving the starting request of the hands-free mode, stopping recording the voice information sent by the second terminal and acquiring a call record generated in the mode conversion process.
Since the situation that the first terminal does not satisfy the trigger condition for automatically triggering recording of the call information may occur during the process from the first time of starting recording of the voice information to the reception of the handsfree mode start request, and when the trigger condition is not satisfied, recording of the voice information is stopped, and whether the trigger condition is satisfied is continuously detected, when the handsfree mode start request is received and recording is stopped, the call record obtained by the first terminal may only be one call record, or may be multiple call records.
206. And outputting the call record when the call record output condition is met.
In step 104 of the above embodiment, after obtaining the call record generated during the mode switching process, the first terminal may output the call record before the call is ended, or may output the call record after the call is ended, which will be described in detail below:
the first condition is as follows: outputting call records before call completion
Specifically, when the recording of the voice information sent by the second terminal is stopped, the recorded call record in the voice format is converted into a call record in a text format; and directly displaying the call record in the character format on a call interface, or displaying the call record in the character format after receiving an instruction for displaying the call record based on the call interface.
The recorded voice format call record can be converted into the text format call record and the text format call record can be output when the recording of the voice information sent by the second terminal is stopped.
When the call record in the text format is output, the first terminal can immediately display the call record in the text format on a call interface after obtaining the call record in the text format, so that a user can know the part of the call in time; or a call record display button can be arranged on the call interface, and when the user presses the button, the call record in the text format is displayed. For example, a call interface for outputting call records may be as shown in FIG. 3.
It should be noted that the output mode of the call record in the text format may be a static output mode or a dynamic output mode (e.g., a bullet screen mode), and the specific output mode is not limited herein.
Case two: outputting call records after call completion
Specifically, after the voice call is ended, if a call record playing instruction is received, the recorded call record in the voice format is played.
In practical application, a user may only need to confirm whether the call is important when the user does not hear the call when the mode switching once after the call is ended, so that the first terminal can store the call record in a voice format in a specific folder in a file form, and when the user needs to play the file, the first terminal can search the file from the specific folder and open the file for playing.
The method for recording the call information based on the call mode change can record and only record the voice information sent by the second terminal when all the first terminals are far away from the ears of the user in the receiver mode, and does not record the voice information sent by the second terminal when the first terminals move far away from the ears and close to the ears, so that the call record can be obtained under the condition that the user is far away from the first terminal and does not hear the words spoken by the other party, and the storage space of the first terminal can be saved.
Further, according to the above method embodiment, another embodiment of the present invention further provides an apparatus for recording call information based on a change of a call mode, as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus mainly includes: a detection unit 31, a recording unit 32, a stop unit 33, and an output unit 34. Wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the detecting unit 31 is configured to detect whether the first terminal meets a trigger condition for automatically triggering recording of call information in a process that the first terminal performs a voice call with the second terminal based on an earpiece mode;
a recording unit 32, configured to start recording the voice information sent by the second terminal when the detection result of the detecting unit 31 meets the trigger condition;
a stopping unit 33, configured to stop recording the voice information sent by the second terminal when receiving a hands-free mode starting request, and obtain a call record generated in a mode conversion process;
an output unit 34, configured to output the call record when the call record output condition is satisfied.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 5, the output unit 34 includes:
a conversion module 341, configured to convert the recorded call record in the voice format into a call record in a text format when the recording of the voice information sent by the second terminal is stopped;

the second display module 343 is configured to display the call record in the text format after receiving the instruction for displaying the call record based on the call interface.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 5, the output unit 34 includes:
the playing module 344 is configured to play the recorded call record in the voice format after the voice call is ended and if a call record playing instruction is received.
Optionally, the stopping unit 33 is further configured to stop recording the voice information sent by the second terminal if the first terminal does not satisfy the trigger condition before the voice information sent by the second terminal is recorded and the hands-free mode activation request is received.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 5, the detecting unit 31 includes:
a first determining module 311, configured to determine that the first terminal meets the trigger condition when the proximity sensor detects that a distance between the first terminal and a user of the first terminal reaches a preset distance threshold;
a second determining module 312, configured to determine that the first terminal meets the trigger condition when the acceleration sensor detects that the acceleration of the first terminal reaches a preset acceleration threshold;
a third determining module 313, configured to determine that the first terminal meets the trigger condition when the illumination sensor detects that an ambient light intensity parameter of the first terminal reaches a preset light intensity threshold;
a fourth determining module 314, configured to determine that the first terminal meets the trigger condition when the angle sensor detects that a deflection angle of the first terminal with respect to a horizontal plane reaches a preset angle threshold.
Compared with the prior art, the device for recording call information based on call mode change provided by the embodiment of the invention can not only play the voice information sent by the second terminal through the receiver mode, but also detect whether the trigger condition for automatically triggering the recording of the call information is met or not in real time when the first terminal carries out voice call with the second terminal based on the receiver mode, and when the trigger condition is met, start to record the voice information sent by the second terminal, and when the hands-free mode starting request is received, stop to record the voice information sent by the second terminal, thereby obtaining the call record generated in the call mode change process (namely the call record generated in the process that a user clicks a hands-free button before moving the first terminal from the ear), and when the output condition is met, the first terminal can output the call record, therefore, when the user does not hear the words spoken by the opposite party clearly due to the switching of the conversation modes, the user can obtain the conversation record without requiring the opposite party to repeatedly explain, and the conversation efficiency is further improved.
