a third receiving module 121, configured to receive a touch request input by a user in a commodity list, where the commodity list includes commodity information generated according to a second preset rule;
and the display module 122 is configured to display the corresponding commodity information to the user according to the touch request.
It should be noted that the explanation of the embodiment of the express information processing method is also applicable to the express information processing apparatus of the embodiment, and details are not repeated here.
According to the express information processing device, when express service is provided for a user, commodity list information can be displayed for the user at the same time, and therefore corresponding commodity information is displayed for the user according to touch operation input by the user on the commodity list. Claims (10)

1. An express information processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving an express status tracking request, wherein the tracking request comprises an express bill number and terminal equipment information, the express status tracking request is triggered on an express status tracking request triggering interface, and the terminal equipment information refers to an identifier of terminal equipment input by a user and comprises an identification code of the terminal equipment and an identifier in a user identification module in the terminal equipment;
when the state information of the express corresponding to the express bill number is determined to be changed, the state information of the express corresponding to the express bill number is sent to the terminal equipment corresponding to the terminal equipment information;
the receiving of the express tracking request comprises:
the two-dimensional code provided by the user is scanned to obtain the express bill number.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to receiving the courier tracking request, further comprising:
receiving a delivery request message, wherein the delivery request message comprises delivery item information and address information;
determining a standby delivery mode list according to the delivery request message;
and determining the express delivery order according to the target delivery mode selected by the user from the standby delivery mode list.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein determining a list of alternate delivery methods based on the delivery request message comprises:
determining a standby delivery mode corresponding to the delivery article information and the address information according to the charging standard of each express company, wherein the standby delivery mode comprises the following steps: charging information and time information of each express company;
and sequencing the standby delivery modes according to a first preset rule, and determining a standby delivery mode list.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and if the state information of the express corresponding to the express bill number is determined not to be changed after a preset time interval, sending at least one contact mode of an express company to which the express bill number belongs to the terminal equipment corresponding to the terminal equipment information.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a touch request input by a user in a commodity list, wherein the commodity list comprises commodity information generated according to a second preset rule;
and displaying corresponding commodity information to a user according to the touch request.
6. An express delivery information processing apparatus, characterized by comprising:
the system comprises a first receiving module, a first tracking module and a second receiving module, wherein the first receiving module is used for receiving an express status tracking request, the tracking request comprises an express bill number and terminal equipment information, the express status tracking request is triggered on an express status tracking request triggering interface, and the terminal equipment information refers to an identifier of terminal equipment input by a user and comprises an identification code of the terminal equipment and an identifier in a user identification module in the terminal equipment;

the two-dimensional code provided by the user is scanned to obtain the express bill number.

the second receiving module is used for receiving a delivery request message, wherein the delivery request message comprises delivery item information and address information;
the processing module is used for determining a standby delivery mode list according to the delivery request message;
and the determining module is used for determining the express delivery order according to the target delivery mode selected by the user from the standby delivery mode list.

determining a standby delivery mode corresponding to the delivery article information and the address information according to the charging standard of each express company, wherein the standby delivery mode comprises the following steps: charging information and time information of each express company;
and sequencing the standby delivery modes according to a first preset rule, and determining a standby delivery mode list.
9. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
and the second sending module is used for sending at least one contact mode of an express company to which the express bill number belongs to the terminal equipment corresponding to the terminal equipment information if the state information of the express corresponding to the express bill number is determined not to change after a preset time interval.
