Detailed Description
The objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent by the following detailed description of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the description is only illustrative and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention. In addition, in the following description, descriptions of well-known structures and techniques are omitted so as not to unnecessarily obscure the present invention.
In the prior art, the ultrasonic knife is easy to touch soft tissues in the process of cutting bone tissues because the bone tissues and the soft tissues are very close to each other and sometimes even abut against each other in the process of surgery. Although the ultrasonic blade itself has some soft tissue protection capability and can stop cutting when it encounters soft tissue, it is not possible to guarantee nerve tissue safety one hundred percent once it is cut, because some soft tissue is particularly fragile (e.g., nerve tissue).
In order to improve the safety of the ultrasonic knife in the operation process and prevent the ultrasonic knife from touching soft tissues when cutting bone tissues, the invention provides a protection device for the ultrasonic knife. Before operation, an ultrasonic knife is fixed on the protective device. In the operation process, the bone tissue and the soft tissue are subjected to blunt separation by operating the protecting device, and in the process of cutting the bone tissue by the ultrasonic knife, the protecting device is interposed between the ultrasonic knife and the soft tissue, so that the ultrasonic knife is prevented from touching the soft tissue, the soft tissue is protected, and the operation accident is avoided.
The protection device provided by the invention comprises a clamping device and a protection head fixedly arranged at the front end of the clamping device. When the ultrasonic knife is used, the ultrasonic knife is fixed on the clamping device, so that the front end of the ultrasonic knife is close to the protection head. It should be noted that, the front end refers to an end close to the tissue to be cut during the operation, and the rear end refers to an end far away from the tissue to be cut during the operation. Specifically, the clamping device comprises a first force arm and a second force arm. The first force arm and the second force arm are mutually hinged and rotate relatively by taking the hinged position as a fulcrum. Specifically, the first force arm and the second force arm are hinged at the middle positions of the first force arm and the second force arm. The front end of the first force arm is fixedly provided with a protection; the ultrasonic knife is fixedly arranged on the second force arm, the ultrasonic knife is fixed in a mode that the cutter head faces the front end of the second force arm, the distance d1 between the protection head 3 and the supporting point is different from the distance d2 between the cutter head of the ultrasonic knife and the supporting point in a preset range, and the preset range can meet the condition that the cutter head of the ultrasonic knife is completely or partially attached to the protection head 3.
The invention has the following action principle:
the first force arm is used as a static reference object, the hinge joint of the first force arm and the second force arm is used as a rotating fulcrum, and when the rear end of the second force arm is driven to rotate by taking the hinge joint as the fulcrum, the front end of the second force arm moves in the opposite direction to the rear end of the second force arm by taking the hinge joint as the fulcrum. At this time, the front end of the second force arm is close to or far from the front end of the first force arm during the whole movement of the second force arm. Because the front end of the first force arm is fixedly provided with the protection head, the ultrasonic knife is fixed on the second force arm, and the front end of the ultrasonic knife is the front end of the second force arm at the moment, so that the front end of the ultrasonic knife approaches or is far away from the protection head in the whole movement process of the second force arm.
In the operation process, the rear end of the first force arm or the second force arm is driven to rotate, so that the front end of the ultrasonic knife and the protective head are in a separated state. Since the protective head is blunt, it does not cause any damage to the soft tissue when it touches the soft tissue, it can be inserted between the soft tissue and the bone tissue, and the soft tissue is squeezed apart from the bone tissue, and the protective head is interposed between the soft tissue and the bone tissue. Then, the rear end of the first force arm or the second force arm is driven to rotate, so that the front end of the ultrasonic knife is close to the protecting head, and meanwhile, the ultrasonic knife is close to bone tissue, and further, the bone tissue is cut.
Fig. 1a and 1b are schematic structural views of a first embodiment of a clamping device in a protective device according to the invention. Wherein fig. 1a is a schematic view of an ultrasonic blade prior to installation into a protective device; fig. 1b is a schematic view of the ultrasonic blade after being mounted to the guard.
As shown in fig. 1a, in the present embodiment, the gripping device is provided as a pistol type. Specifically, the first arm 1 has a substantially L-shaped bent shape. The first force arm 1 includes a transversely extending base shaft 1-1 and a first hand-held portion 1-2 extending longitudinally from a rear end of the base shaft 1-1. The angle between the base shaft 1-1 and the first hand-held portion 1-2 may be an obtuse angle as shown in fig. 1a, or may be an obtuse angle or other angles. The base rod 1-1 and the first hand-held portion 1-2 may be integrally formed in the manner shown in fig. 1a, or may be fixedly connected in a non-detachable manner such as welding, bonding, or may be fixedly connected by a connecting member such as a screw or a bolt.
The second arm 2 includes a second handle 2-2 and a movable slider 2-1. The second hand-held part 2-2 is hinged at the joint of the base rod 1-1 and the first hand-held part 1-2, and rotates by taking the hinge as a fulcrum 0. The top end of the second handheld part 2-2 is movably connected with a movable sliding block 2-1, the movable sliding block 2-1 is arranged on the base rod 1-1, and the movable sliding block 2-1 slides along the base rod 1-1 by taking the base rod 1-1 as a guide rail under the pushing action of the top end of the second handheld part 2-2.
Principle of action of the present embodiment:
as shown in fig. 1b, when the second hand-held portion 2-2 is pulled in the direction of arrow a, since the second hand-held portion 2-2 is hinged at point O, the bottom end of the second hand-held portion 2-2 is drawn toward the first hand-held portion 1-2, and the top end of the second hand-held portion 2-2 moves away from the first hand-held portion 1-2 with the point O as the fulcrum 0. Because the top end of the second handheld part 2-2 is movably connected with the movable slide block 2-1, the movement of the second handheld part 2-2 drives the movable slide block 2-1 to slide along the base rod 1-1 from the rear end to the front end of the base rod 1-1 by taking the base rod 1-1 as a guide rail. Because the protective head 3 is fixedly arranged at the front end of the base rod 1-1, the ultrasonic knife 100 is fixed on the movable slide block 2-1, and therefore, the sliding of the movable slide block 2-1 drives the ultrasonic knife 100 to draw close to the protective head 3. Otherwise, the sliding of the movable slider 2-1 drives the ultrasonic blade 100 to move away from the protective head 3.

In another embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, on the basis of the previous example of the protection device, a resetting device 6 is provided in order to enable the second hand-held portion 2-2 to return automatically after pulling. The resetting means 6 comprise means for achieving an automatic resetting of the first and second hand-held portions.
Specifically, the return means includes a first elastic sheet 6-1 and a second elastic sheet 6-2. One end of the first elastic sheet 6-1 is fixed on the second handheld part 2-2; one end of the second elastic sheet 6-2 is fixed at one end of the first hand-held part 1-2; the other end of the first elastic sheet 6-1 is fixedly connected with the other end of the second elastic sheet 6-2. The bottom end of the first elastic sheet 6-1 is shown secured to the second handle portion 2-2. The bottom end of the 6-2 of the second elastic sheet is fixed on the first hand-holding part 1-2. The top end of the first elastic sheet 6-1 is fixedly connected with the top end of the second elastic sheet 6-2. However, the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and other elastic sheet fixing means capable of achieving the resetting are also within the scope of the present invention, for example, the top end of the first elastic sheet 6-1 may be fixed to the second handheld portion 2-2.
