Background
Conventional elevator call buttons are typically located on both sides of the elevator doors in the elevator cab. The buttons of the elevator room on each floor are only two buttons of up button and down button. While the uppermost and lowermost floors typically have only a "down" or "up" button.

The commands obtained by the control panels 11, 12 and 13 of different floors of the elevator room are respectively transmitted to the command input component 30; the commands from the operating panel 20 in the elevator car are also transmitted to the command input unit 30.

Sometimes elevator users need to monopolize the elevator. For example, it is not desirable to have others with ladders to handle fragile or scented objects, or for other reasons. However, during times when the elevator is busy, the caller will often find it impossible to wait for an empty elevator at all.
Disclosure of Invention
To solve the problem of the exclusive requirement, a trigger mechanism must be designed so that the elevator control system can know the exclusive requirement of the caller or deduce the fact exclusive condition of the elevator.
Some special call buttons, such as "big goods" or "exclusive request" buttons, are disclosed in the priority-claiming international patent application PCT/IB 2014/064694. The present application provides a complete description of the mechanisms and methods of making an exclusive request based on this concept.

The manner in which the exclusive request is issued may be many.
Setting an "exclusive request" button in the elevator car is one way; the wireless receiving device can be adopted to cooperate with mobile terminals such as a smart phone, a tablet computer and the like to provide an exclusive request; a special contact or non-contact exclusive request sensing area can be adopted to match with a corresponding sensing card. The key point is that the elevator control system must reserve an interface capable of accepting 'exclusive request' in the input part of the call signal or the operation signal. The above-mentioned button, wireless receiving device or sensing area for receiving the exclusive request are connected to the interface.
When an exclusive request is accepted by the elevator dispatching system, the elevator dispatched to respond to the exclusive call request is in an exclusive use state.
It should be noted that the exclusive use state, or exclusive operation state, is a special operation state, and is different from the maintenance state of the elevator. When an elevator is in exclusive operation, the elevator does not respond to other calls. At this point, the elevator dispatching system will schedule other elevators to respond to other calls.
The elevator exclusive run state can be further described in terms of a sub-exclusive state of three periods.

Local monopolizing is two: the elevator is exclusive only during the time period of pick-up (referring to exclusive caller) and is no longer in exclusive state during the run and unload periods.

In the aforesaid several local exclusive modes, whether the elevator enters the "sharing" state in the "running" period or not, i.e. the call request of the floor passing through in the middle can be received, and there are several decision ways.
1) The exclusive user needs to be exclusively owned in the whole range, and a request of continuing exclusive can be provided in the elevator. This can be done either by a "continue exclusive" request button in the elevator car or by a dedicated "continue exclusive" sensing card triggering a "continue exclusive" sensing zone in the elevator car at a short distance.
2) The elevator control system judges whether to continue monopolizing or not according to the time occupied by the elevator in the 'pick-up' time interval and the bearing information in the elevator acquired by the elevator monitoring system. If the elevator spends a relatively large amount of time in the "pick-up" period, it can be reasonably concluded that the elevator spends a relatively large amount of time in the "unload" period, affecting other passengers who have entered the elevator but have not yet reached the destination; and also the waiting time of passengers waiting for the elevator on the subsequent floors is too long. Only those passengers whose travel is covered by the exclusive person will receive no influence.
Second, passively triggering exclusivity
We also need to note a special exclusive state: "Exclusive fact".
For existing elevators, even if there is no mechanism to actively issue an "exclusive" request, we can monitor and determine the existence of the "de facto exclusive" state by some internal mechanism and make scheduling adjustments.
The "virtual exclusive" state refers to a state in which, when an elevator stops at a certain floor, although no "exclusive" request has been issued from the floor (one of possible cases is that there is no mechanism for actively issuing the "exclusive" request), the elevator door is continuously opened or continuously opened and closed, and cannot be effectively closed for a long time. This typically occurs in two situations: 1) people need to carry a large amount of or large articles to enter the elevator, and the elevator door needs to be kept open for a long time; at the moment, the closing of the elevator door is usually interfered manually; 2) the elevator door is in an accidental situation, so that the elevator door cannot be closed in time.
There are two decisions that can be made by the elevator control system: 1) whether the elevator door is closed or not can be automatically monitored; 2) the limit of the waiting time period, i.e., how long it is impossible to close the door, is determined as "virtual exclusive". This time period can be set as desired, for example, 30 seconds, 1 minute, 2 minutes.
Monitoring and determining the establishment of the "de facto exclusive" state enables the elevator dispatching system to dispatch other elevators in time to respond to other calls. Here, the other calls also include subsequent calls of floors where "exclusive fact" occurs, i.e. calls that occur after the elevator dispatching system determines that there is "exclusive fact".
For a linked elevator group, an elevator control system can arrange or judge which elevator enters an exclusive state, so that reasonable response scheduling is performed on other elevator call requests, and the elevator control system is very important for improving the satisfaction degree of elevator users.

3) the elevator control system deduces that the elevator with the fact monopolizing situation is in the state of monopolizing the elevator by analyzing the elevator running state information obtained in real time; when the de-facto exclusive situation disappears, the elevator is switched back to the shared operating state.

The "continue exclusive" request in the elevator, if in the manner of a button, may cause human abuse. To reduce the abuse, a special "continue to monopolize" the sensor card may be used to manage: only the person owning the special sensor card can activate "continue exclusive".
