When detecting that the main number is changed, the converged communication server may send a prompt message to the electronic device, where the prompt message includes a prompt message indicating whether to push a change notification. And when a pushing request sent by the electronic equipment is received, pushing the changed main number to a corresponding contact in the contact information according to the pushing request. In some embodiments, when the converged communication server detects the number change, the converged communication server may push the changed primary number directly to a corresponding contact in the contact information without sending a prompt message to the electronic device.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of an information processing method according to an embodiment of the invention. The method is applied to a converged communication server, and comprises the following steps:
step S401, a registration request sent by an electronic device is obtained, wherein the registration request carries a first communication number and a user identifier of the electronic device, and the registration request is used for requesting to register the first communication number as a main number. For details, please refer to step S301, which is not described herein.
Step S402, registering the first communication number as a main number according to the registration request, and binding the main number and the user identification. For details, please refer to step S302, which is not described herein.
Step S403, sending the primary number to the electronic device. For details, please refer to step S303, which is not described herein.
Step S404, when a backup request of the contact information sent by the electronic equipment is received, the contact information is backed up according to the backup request, and the contact information is bound with the user identification. For details, please refer to step S304, which is not described herein.
Step S405, a change request sent by the electronic device is obtained, and the change request is used for requesting to cancel the first communication number and register a second communication number as a main number.
When the electronic equipment confirms that the first communication number needs to be cancelled in the converged communication server, the electronic equipment sends a change request to the converged communication server, wherein the change request is used for requesting cancellation of the first communication number and registration of the second communication number as a main number. And the converged communication server acquires a change request sent by the electronic equipment.
Step S406, according to the change request, the first communication number is cancelled, and the second communication number is registered as a main number.
The converged communication server removes the binding relationship between the first communication number and the current user identifier according to the change request, cancels the original registered main number, registers the second communication number as a new main number, and binds the second communication number with the current user identifier.
Step S407, when it is detected that the primary number is obtained by the second communication number registration, it is determined that the primary number has been changed.
When the fact that the main number is registered by the second communication number is detected, it is determined that the main number is changed from the first communication number to the second communication number.
Step S408, according to the received push request sent by the electronic device, pushing the second communication number to the corresponding contact in the contact information.
When the main number is changed into the second communication number, prompt information can be sent to the electronic equipment, and the prompt information comprises prompt information of whether a change notice is pushed or not. And when the electronic equipment confirms that the push change notification is sent, the electronic equipment sends a push request to the converged communication server, wherein the push request is used for requesting to push the second communication number to a corresponding contact in the contact information. And the converged communication server pushes the second communication number to the electronic equipment corresponding to the contact in the contact information according to the push request by using a network channel.
For a clearer understanding of the embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 6, and fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of an interaction between an electronic device and a server according to the embodiment of the present invention.
The interaction process between the electronic equipment and the converged communication server is as follows:
A. the method comprises the steps that electronic equipment sends a registration request, wherein the registration request carries a first communication number and a user identifier of the electronic equipment, and the registration request is used for requesting to register the first communication number as a main number.
B. And the converged communication server registers the first communication number as a main number according to the registration request, and binds the main number with the user identifier.
C. And the electronic equipment receives the main number returned by the converged communication server.
D. The electronic equipment sends a backup request to a converged communication server, wherein the backup request is used for requesting backup of contact information stored in the electronic equipment.
E. And the converged communication server backs up the contact information according to the backup request and binds the contact information with the user identifier.
F. And when the electronic equipment detects that the second communication number currently used by the electronic equipment is inconsistent with the first communication number, generating prompt information to confirm whether the first communication number needs to be cancelled in the converged communication server.
G. And when the electronic equipment confirms that the first communication number needs to be cancelled in the converged communication server, sending a change request to the converged communication server, wherein the change request is used for requesting cancellation of the first communication number and registration of the second communication number as a main number.
H. And the convergence communication server cancels the first communication number according to the change request and registers a second communication number as a main number.
I. And the electronic equipment receives the re-registered main number returned by the converged communication server.
J. And when the electronic equipment detects that the main number is obtained by registering the second communication number, determining that the main number is changed.
K. And the electronic equipment sends a pushing request to the converged communication server, wherein the pushing request is used for requesting to push the second communication number to the corresponding contact person in the contact person information.
And L, the converged communication server pushes the second communication number to the corresponding contact in the contact information according to the received push request sent by the electronic equipment.
In particular, the present invention is not limited by the execution sequence of the steps, and some steps may be performed in other sequences or simultaneously without conflict.
The embodiment of the invention sends a registration request to a converged communication server, wherein the registration request carries a first communication number and a user identifier of an electronic device, the registration request is used for requesting to register the first communication number as a main number, the main number returned by the converged communication server is received, the main number is bound with the user identifier, a backup request is sent to the converged communication server, the backup request is used for requesting to backup contact information stored in the electronic device, and when the main number is determined to be changed, a push request is sent to the converged communication server, wherein the push request is used for requesting to push the changed main number to a corresponding contact in the contact information. The embodiment of the invention automatically pushes the number changing notification to other contacts by utilizing the converged communication server so as to improve the operation convenience and reduce unnecessary communication charges.
Fig. 7 shows a schematic structural diagram of an information processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, where fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an information processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. The information processing apparatus 50 includes a first transmitting module 51, a first receiving module 52, a second transmitting module 53, and a processing module 56.
The first sending module 51 is configured to send a registration request to a converged communication server, where the request carries a first communication number and a user identifier of the electronic device, and the registration request is used to request to register the first communication number as a primary number.
The first receiving module 52 is configured to receive a primary number returned by the converged communication server, where the primary number is bound to the user identifier.
The second sending module 53 is configured to send a backup request to the converged communication server, where the backup request is used to request to backup the contact information stored in the electronic device.
The processing module 56 is configured to send a push request to the converged communication server when it is determined that the primary number is changed, where the push request is used to request to push the changed primary number to a corresponding contact in the contact information.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is another schematic structural diagram of an information processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. The information processing apparatus 50 further includes a generation module 54 and a third transmission module 55.
The generating module 54 is configured to generate a prompt message to determine whether to logout the first communication number in the converged communication server when it is detected that the second communication number currently used by the electronic device is inconsistent with the first communication number.
The third sending module 55 is configured to send a change request to the converged communication server when it is determined that the first communication number needs to be cancelled in the converged communication server, where the change request is used to request cancellation of the first communication number and registration of the second communication number as a primary number.
The processing module 56 further comprises a first determination submodule 561 and a sending submodule 562.
The first determining submodule 561 is configured to determine that the primary number has been changed when the primary number returned by the converged communication server is received and is registered by the second communication number.
A sending submodule 562, configured to send a push request to the converged communication server, where the push request is used to push the second communication number to a corresponding contact in the contact information.
In some embodiments, the information processing apparatus 50 further includes:
a fourth sending module 57, configured to send a binding request to the converged communication server when it is determined that the first communication number does not need to be revoked in the converged communication server, to bind the second communication number with the user identifier.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of an information processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. The information processing apparatus 60 includes a first obtaining module 61, a registering module 62, a fifth sending module 63, a backup module 64, and a pushing module 67.
The first obtaining module 61 is configured to obtain a registration request sent by an electronic device, where the registration request carries a first communication number and a user identifier of the electronic device, and the registration request is used to request to register the first communication number as a primary number.
The registration module 62 is configured to register the first communication number as a primary number according to the registration request, and bind the primary number and the user identifier.
The fifth sending module 63 is configured to send the primary number to the electronic device.
The backup module 64 is configured to, when receiving a backup request for the contact information sent by the electronic device, backup the contact information according to the backup request, and bind the contact information with the user identifier.
The pushing module 67 is configured to, when it is determined that the primary number is changed and a pushing request sent by the electronic device is received, push the changed primary number to a corresponding contact in the contact information according to the pushing request.
Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a schematic diagram of another structure of an information processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. The information processing apparatus 60 further includes a second acquisition module 65 and a change module 66.
The second obtaining module 65 is configured to obtain a change request sent by the electronic device, where the change request is used to request to cancel the first communication number and register the second communication number as a primary number.
The change module 66 is configured to, according to the change request, cancel the first communication number and register a second communication number as a primary number.
The push module 67 further includes a second determination submodule 671 and a push submodule 672.
The second determining submodule 671 is configured to determine that the primary number has been changed when it is detected that the primary number is obtained by registering the second communication code.
The pushing submodule 672 is configured to push the second communication number to a corresponding contact in the contact information according to a received pushing request sent by the electronic device.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides an electronic device, which includes a memory, a processor, and a computer program that is stored in the memory and can be run on the processor, wherein the processor calls the computer program stored in the memory to execute the information processing method according to any embodiment of the present invention.
The electronic equipment can be equipment such as a smart phone, a tablet computer and a palm computer. As shown in fig. 11, an electronic device 100 includes a processor 101 having one or more processing cores, a memory 102 having one or more computer-readable storage media, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor. The processor 101 is electrically connected to the memory 102. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the electronic device configurations shown in the figures do not constitute limitations of the electronic device, and may include more or fewer components than shown, or some components in combination, or a different arrangement of components.
The processor 101 is a control center of the electronic device 100, connects various parts of the entire electronic device using various interfaces and lines, and performs various functions of the electronic device and processes data by running or loading an application program stored in the memory 102 and calling data stored in the memory 102, thereby performing overall monitoring of the electronic device.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the processor 101 in the electronic device 100 loads instructions corresponding to processes of one or more application programs into the memory 102, and the processor 101 runs the application programs stored in the memory 102, so as to implement various functions as follows:
sending a registration request to a converged communication server, wherein the registration request carries a first communication number and a user identifier of the electronic equipment, and the registration request is used for requesting to register the first communication number as a main number;
receiving a main number returned by the converged communication server, wherein the main number is bound with the user identification;
sending a backup request to the converged communication server, wherein the backup request is used for requesting backup of contact information stored in the electronic equipment;
and when the main number is determined to be changed, sending a pushing request to the converged communication server, wherein the pushing request is used for requesting to push the changed main number to a corresponding contact in the contact information.
In some embodiments, the processor 101 is configured to, before the step of determining that the primary number is changed, further include:
when detecting that a second communication number currently used by the electronic equipment is inconsistent with the first communication number, generating prompt information to confirm whether the first communication number needs to be injected and sold in the converged communication server;
and when the first communication number is confirmed to be required to be cancelled in the converged communication server, sending a change request to the converged communication server, wherein the change request is used for requesting to cancel the first communication number and register the second communication number as a main number.
In some embodiments, the step of sending a push request to the converged communication server when the change of the primary number is determined by the processor 101 includes:
when the fact that the main number returned by the converged communication server is registered by the second communication number is received, the fact that the main number is changed is determined;
and sending a pushing request to the converged communication server, wherein the pushing request is used for requesting to push the second communication number to a corresponding contact person in the contact person information.
In some embodiments, the processor 101 is configured to, after the step of generating a prompt message to confirm whether the first communication number needs to be logged out in the converged communication server, further include:
and when the first communication number does not need to be cancelled in the converged communication server, sending a binding request to the converged communication server, wherein the binding request is used for requesting to bind the second communication number with the user identifier.
Although not shown in fig. 11, the electronic device 100 may further include a display screen, a camera, a radio frequency circuit, a WiFi module, an input unit, a sensor, a power supply, an audio circuit, a bluetooth module, and the like, which are not described herein again.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a server. As shown in fig. 12, the server 400 includes: a processor 401 and a memory 402. The processor 401 is electrically connected to the memory 402.
The processor 401 is a control center of the server 400, connects various parts of the entire server 400 using various interfaces and lines, performs various functions of the server and processes data by running or loading an application program stored in the memory 402 and calling data stored in the memory 402, thereby performing overall monitoring of the server 400.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the processor 401 in the server 400 loads instructions corresponding to processes of one or more application programs into the memory 402 according to the following steps, and the processor 401 runs the application programs stored in the memory 402, thereby implementing various functions:
acquiring a registration request sent by electronic equipment, wherein the registration request carries a first communication number and a user identifier of the electronic equipment, and the registration request is used for requesting to register the first communication number as a main number;
registering the first communication number as a main number according to the registration request, and binding the main number and the user identifier;
sending the main number to the electronic equipment;
when a backup request of the contact information sent by the electronic equipment is received, the contact information is backed up according to the backup request, and the contact information is bound with the user identification;
and when the main number is determined to be changed and a pushing request sent by the electronic equipment is received, pushing the changed main number to a corresponding contact in the contact information according to the pushing request.
In some embodiments, the processor 401 is configured to, before the step of determining that the primary number is changed, further include:
acquiring a change request sent by the electronic equipment, wherein the change request is used for requesting to cancel the first communication number and register a second communication number as a main number;
and according to the change request, the first communication number is cancelled, and a second communication number is registered as a main number.
In some embodiments, the step of pushing, by the processor 401, the changed primary number to a corresponding contact in the contact information according to a push request when it is determined that the primary number is changed and the push request sent by the electronic device is received includes:
when the main number is detected to be obtained by registering the second communication number, determining that the main number is changed;
and pushing the second communication number to the corresponding contact in the contact information according to the received pushing request sent by the electronic equipment.
The server 400 provided by the embodiment of the invention is used for registering the main number, so that the electronic equipment can perform instant communication with other electronic equipment through the network channel of the server 400 after the main number is registered, and meanwhile, when the electronic equipment changes the communication number, the changed communication number can be automatically pushed to other electronic equipment corresponding to the contact in the electronic equipment through the server 400, so that the operation convenience is improved, and unnecessary communication charges are reduced.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides an information processing system, as shown in fig. 1, where the system includes an electronic device and a server, where the electronic device is connected to the server through a network, and the system is implemented by using the information processing method according to any one of the above embodiments of the present invention to complete information interaction between the electronic device and the server, and when the electronic device is used for changing a communication number registered as a primary number, a notification of changing the number is automatically pushed to other contacts by using a converged communication server, so as to improve operation convenience and reduce unnecessary communication charges.
In the foregoing embodiments, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and for parts that are not described in detail in a certain embodiment, reference may be made to related descriptions of other embodiments.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the information processing apparatus and the information processing method in the above embodiment belong to the same concept, and any method provided in the embodiment of the information processing method may be run on the information processing apparatus, and a specific implementation process thereof is described in the embodiment of the information processing method for details, and is not described herein again.
It should be noted that, for the information processing method of the present invention, it can be understood by a person skilled in the art that all or part of the process of implementing the information processing method according to the embodiment of the present invention can be completed by controlling the relevant hardware through a computer program, where the computer program can be stored in a computer readable storage medium, such as a memory of an electronic device, and executed by at least one processor in the electronic device, and during the execution process, the process of implementing the embodiment of the information processing method can be included. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), or the like.
In the information processing apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention, each functional module may be integrated into one processing chip, each module may exist alone physically, or two or more modules may be integrated into one module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode. The integrated module, if implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may also be stored in a computer readable storage medium, such as a read-only memory, a magnetic or optical disk, or the like.
The information processing method, apparatus, medium, electronic device, server and system provided by the embodiments of the present invention are described in detail above, and a specific example is applied in the text to explain the principle and the implementation of the present invention, and the description of the embodiments above is only used to help understanding the technical scheme and the core idea of the present invention; those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. An information processing method, applied to an electronic device, the method comprising:
when the electronic equipment uses the converged communication function for the first time and accesses a converged communication network, sending a registration request to a converged communication server, wherein the registration request carries a first communication number and a user identifier of the electronic equipment, the registration request is used for requesting to register the first communication number as a main number, and the electronic equipment establishes connection with the converged communication server through the first communication number registered as the main number and communicates with other electronic equipment supporting the converged communication technology through the converged communication server;
receiving a main number returned by the converged communication server, wherein the main number is bound with the user identification;
sending a backup request to the converged communication server every preset time period or when detecting that the contact information is edited, wherein the backup request is used for requesting to backup the contact information stored in the electronic equipment;
when detecting that a second communication number currently used by the electronic equipment is inconsistent with the first communication number, generating prompt information to confirm whether the first communication number needs to be injected and sold in the converged communication server;
when the first communication number is confirmed to be cancelled in the converged communication server, sending a change request to the converged communication server, wherein the change request is used for requesting cancellation of the first communication number and registration of the second communication number as a main number;
when the fact that the main number returned by the converged communication server is registered by the second communication number is received, the fact that the main number is changed is determined;
and sending a pushing request to the converged communication server, wherein the pushing request is used for requesting to push the second communication number to a corresponding contact person in the contact person information.
2. The information processing method according to claim 1, further comprising, after the step of generating a prompt to confirm whether or not the first communication number needs to be revoked in the converged communication server:
and when the first communication number does not need to be cancelled in the converged communication server, sending a binding request to the converged communication server, wherein the binding request is used for requesting to bind the second communication number with the user identifier.
3. An information processing method, applied to a converged communication server, the method comprising:
acquiring a registration request sent by electronic equipment, wherein the registration request carries a first communication number and a user identifier of the electronic equipment, the registration request is used for requesting to register the first communication number as a main number, and the registration request is sent when the electronic equipment uses a converged communication function for the first time and accesses a converged communication network;
registering the first communication number as a main number according to the registration request, and binding the main number and the user identifier;
sending the main number to the electronic equipment so that the electronic equipment establishes connection with a converged communication server through a first communication number registered as the main number and communicates with other electronic equipment supporting converged communication technology through the converged communication server;
when a backup request of the contact information sent by the electronic equipment is received, backing up the contact information according to the backup request, and binding the contact information with the user identifier, wherein the backup request is sent by the electronic equipment every preset time period or when the contact information is detected to be edited;
acquiring a change request sent by the electronic equipment, wherein the change request is used for requesting to cancel the first communication number and register a second communication number as a main number;
according to the change request, the first communication number is cancelled, and a second communication number is registered as a main number;
when the main number is detected to be obtained by registering the second communication number, determining that the main number is changed;
and pushing the second communication number to the corresponding contact in the contact information according to the received pushing request sent by the electronic equipment.
4. An information processing apparatus characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the system comprises a first sending module, a converged communication server and a converged communication network, wherein the first sending module is used for sending a registration request to the converged communication server when an electronic device uses the converged communication function for the first time and accesses the converged communication network, the request carries a first communication number and a user identifier of the electronic device, the registration request is used for requesting to register the first communication number as a main number, the electronic device establishes connection with the converged communication server through the first communication number registered as the main number, and communicates with other electronic devices supporting the converged communication technology through the converged communication server;
the first receiving module is used for receiving a main number returned by the converged communication server, wherein the main number is bound with the user identifier;
the second sending module is used for sending a backup request to the converged communication server every preset time period or when the fact that the contact information is edited is detected, wherein the backup request is used for requesting backup of the contact information stored in the electronic equipment;
the generating module is used for generating prompt information to confirm whether the first communication number needs to be registered and cancelled in the converged communication server or not when the fact that the second communication number currently used by the electronic equipment is inconsistent with the first communication number is detected;
a third sending module, configured to send a change request to the converged communication server when it is determined that the first communication number needs to be cancelled in the converged communication server, where the change request is used to request cancellation of the first communication number and registration of the second communication number as a primary number;
the processing module is used for determining that the main number is changed when the main number returned by the converged communication server is received and is registered by the second communication number; and sending a pushing request to the converged communication server, wherein the pushing request is used for requesting to push the second communication number to a corresponding contact person in the contact person information.
5. The information processing apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
and the fourth sending module is used for sending a binding request to the converged communication server when the first communication number does not need to be cancelled in the converged communication server, and is used for binding the second communication number with the user identifier.
6. An information processing apparatus characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the system comprises a first acquisition module, a second acquisition module and a first communication module, wherein the first acquisition module is used for acquiring a registration request sent by electronic equipment, the registration request carries a first communication number and a user identifier of the electronic equipment, the registration request is used for requesting to register the first communication number as a main number, and the registration request is sent when the electronic equipment uses a converged communication function for the first time and accesses a converged communication network;
the registration module is used for registering the first communication number as a main number according to the registration request and binding the main number with the user identifier;
a fifth sending module, configured to send the primary number to the electronic device, so that the electronic device establishes a connection with a converged communication server through the first communication number registered as the primary number, and communicates with other electronic devices supporting a converged communication technology through the converged communication server;
the backup module is used for backing up the contact information according to the backup request and binding the contact information with the user identifier when receiving the backup request of the contact information sent by the electronic equipment, and the backup request is sent by the electronic equipment every preset time period or when detecting that the contact information is edited;
the second obtaining module is used for obtaining a change request sent by the electronic equipment, wherein the change request is used for requesting to cancel the first communication number and register a second communication number as a main number;
the change module is used for canceling the first communication number and registering a second communication number as a main number according to the change request;
the pushing module is used for determining that the main number is changed when the main number is detected to be obtained by registering the second communication number; and pushing the second communication number to the corresponding contact in the contact information according to the received pushing request sent by the electronic equipment.
7. A computer-readable storage medium on which a computer program is stored, characterized by causing a computer to execute an information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 2 when the computer program runs on the computer.
8. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, characterized in that the processor is adapted to execute the information processing method according to any one of claims 1-2 by calling a computer program stored in the memory.
9. A converged communication server, comprising a memory and a processor, characterised in that the processor is operable to perform the information processing method of claim 3 by invoking a computer program stored in the memory.
10. An information processing system comprising the electronic device of claim 8 and the converged communication server of claim 9.
