Fig. 1 is a flow chart illustrating a method for implementing an offline transaction according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 1, the method for implementing the offline transaction can be applied to a server, and includes the following steps:
step 102, receiving the user biological characteristics collected by the merchant transaction management system.
In this embodiment, the merchant transaction management system is generally deployed by an off-line physical merchant, and includes a biometric acquisition device capable of acquiring a biometric of a user. The biometric features may include: fingerprints, palm prints, face images, irises, and the like.
After the merchant transaction management system collects the biological characteristics of the user, the collected biological characteristics can be uploaded to the server through network transmission modes such as wired transmission, wireless transmission and the like. Taking the palm print as an example, after the user places the palm print, the merchant transaction management system can acquire characteristic information of the palm print, such as a main line, wrinkles, triangular points, minutiae and the like. Taking a human face as an example, the merchant transaction system may acquire human face feature information. And the merchant transaction management system uploads the acquired characteristic information of the biological characteristics to the server.
And 104, judging whether the user account bound by the biological characteristics has opened credit transaction service or not, wherein the credit transaction service is opened under the condition that the credit information of the user account meets the condition.
And step 106, if the user account is determined to have opened credit transaction service, returning the index identification of the user account to the merchant transaction management system.
In this embodiment, the index identifier of the user account may be a user account ID, or may also be a temporary account ID having a corresponding relationship with the user account, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment.
And step 108, receiving bill information uploaded by the merchant transaction management system, wherein the bill information carries the index identification of the user account.
In this embodiment, after the entity merchant of the user online performs consumption behaviors such as shopping and dining, the merchant transaction management system may carry the bill amount generated by the consumption behavior of the user this time and the index identifier of the user account in bill information and send the bill information to the server, where the bill information generally further includes: billing time, billing number, etc.
And 110, executing bill payment operation based on the user account pointed to by the index identification.
Based on the foregoing step 108, after receiving the billing information, the user account pointed by the user account index identifier may be searched, and then a bill payment operation is performed based on the searched user account, for example: and deducting the bill amount in the user account to pay to the merchant.
It can be seen from the above description that, when the credit information satisfies the condition, the user can implement offline transaction through the biometric feature, and does not need to use a terminal device, which is convenient and fast. For the merchant, as the credit information of the user meets the condition, the user can subsequently request money through the user account index identification returned by the server, so that the user does not need to be supervised by investing manpower to pay or not, and a large amount of labor cost is saved.
The implementation process of the present specification is described below through two aspects of the opening of the credit transaction service and the offline transaction based on the credit transaction service.
Opening credit transaction service
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of credit transaction service provisioning according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 2, the provisioning of the credit transaction service may include the following steps:
in step 202, an opening request of a credit transaction service is received.
In this embodiment, the user may initiate an opening request of the credit transaction service through client software (APP) loaded in the terminal device, or the user may initiate an opening request of the credit transaction service through a browser of the PC.
Step 204, judging whether the credit information of the user account initiating the opening request meets the condition.
Based on the foregoing step 202, after receiving the opening request of the credit transaction service, the service end may determine whether the credit information of the user account initiating the opening request meets a preset condition, for example: and judging whether the credit score of the user account is greater than or equal to a preset score threshold value. The scoring threshold may be set in advance by a developer. Generally, the higher the credit score of a user account, the better the credit representing the user, and the lower the probability of user default, fraud.
And step 206, if the credit information of the user account meets the condition, opening credit transaction service for the user account, and binding the biological characteristics uploaded based on the user account with the user account.
Based on the determination result in the foregoing step 204, when the credit information of the user account satisfies the condition, a credit transaction service may be opened for the user account, and the user is prompted to upload the biometric features for using the credit transaction service.
After the user uploads the biometric characteristic for using the credit transaction service, the server may bind the biometric characteristic with the user account number, such as: and binding the characteristic information of the biological characteristics with the account identification of the user account, and the like.
In one example, the credit transaction service may be enabled by adding indicia of the credit transaction service to the user account. Wherein, the credit transaction service mark can be a specific character, a character string and the like. For example, a credit transaction service flag may be set for each user account, where the initial value of the flag may be 0, and is used to indicate that a credit transaction service is not opened, and when a credit transaction service is opened for a certain user account, the flag may be changed from 0 to 1, and 1 represents a credit service flag, which indicates that a credit transaction service is opened.
In another example, the provision of the credit transaction service may be achieved by saving the binding between the biometric and the user account number to a designated credit repository. The credit library can be implemented as a database, a data table, or the like. Such as: the server side can be provided with a credit library, and when the credit transaction service is opened, the binding relationship between the biological characteristics uploaded by the user and the user account can be stored in the credit library. For another example: the server side can set a credit library for each region, and when the credit transaction service is opened, the binding relationship between the biological characteristics uploaded by the user and the user account can be stored in the credit library of the region where the user account is located, so that the binding relationships of different regions can be stored in different credit libraries, and the efficiency of subsequent query is improved. The division principle of the region may be provincial division, city division, and the like, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
In this embodiment, the credit information of the user account generally changes with the use condition of the user account, and the server may check, in a regular or event-triggered manner, whether the credit information of the user account still satisfies the condition for the user account with which the credit transaction service has been opened. If the condition is still met, the opening state of the credit transaction service of the user account can be maintained; if the condition is not met, the credit transaction service of the user account can be closed, such as: and changing the credit transaction service flag bit of the user account from 1 to 0, or deleting the binding relationship between the user biological characteristics and the user account in a specified credit library, and the like. Wherein, the checking period can be set by a developer, such as: 1 month, 2 months, etc. The event trigger may include: updating the credit information of the user account, such as: when the credit information of the user account is updated, whether the credit information of the user account still meets the condition or not can be checked.
In this embodiment, if it is determined that the credit information of the user account does not satisfy the condition, the credit transaction service is not opened for the user account, for example: and maintaining the value of the credit transaction service flag bit to be 0, and the like. The server side can also return the result that the credit information does not meet the condition and the method for improving the credit information for the reference of the user.
Second, off-line transaction based on credit transaction service
Based on the embodiment shown in fig. 1, in an example, taking the biometric feature uploaded when the user opens the credit transaction service as a palm print, please refer to fig. 3, the process of using the credit transaction service by the user online may include:
step 301, the user inputs a palm print in the merchant transaction management system.
In this embodiment, the user may input his/her palm print in the palm print acquiring device provided by the merchant transaction management system.
Step 302, the merchant transaction management system sends the collected palm print to the server.
Step 303, the service end judges whether the user has opened the credit transaction service.
In this embodiment, for different implementation manners of the credit transaction service provisioning, it may be determined whether the user has provisioned the credit transaction service in different manners corresponding to the sampling.
Aiming at the realization mode of adding the credit transaction service mark for the user account, the service end can check the value of the credit transaction service flag bit of the user account bound with the palm print, and if the value is 0, the user can be determined not to open the credit transaction service; if the value is 1, the credit transaction service can be determined to be opened.
Aiming at the implementation mode of storing the binding relationship between the biological characteristics and the user account number into the designated credit library, if the designated credit library is a globally unique credit library, whether the palm print bound user account number exists can be inquired in the credit library, and if the bound user account number is found, the user can be determined to have opened credit transaction service; if the bound user account is not found, it can be determined that the credit transaction service is not opened.
If the designated credit bank is the credit bank corresponding to the area where the user account is located, the area where the merchant transaction management system is located can be determined, and then the user account bound with the palm print is searched in the local credit bank corresponding to the area where the merchant transaction management system is located. For example, if the merchant transaction management system is in the state of hang, considering that the probability of the user performing the offline transaction at the location of the user is higher, the user account number bound to the palm print may be preferentially searched in the state of hang local credit repository, so as to improve the search rate. If not, the account-bound user account number can be searched in a credit bank at other places except Hangzhou. If the user account bound to the palm print is not found after all other credit banks are found, it can be determined that the user does not open the credit transaction service.
In this embodiment, when determining the user account number bound to the palm print, the feature information of the palm print sent by the merchant transaction management system may be matched with the palm print feature bound to each user account number, and if the feature information of the palm print is matched with the palm print feature bound to each user account number, the user account number bound to the palm print may be determined. In this embodiment, the matching of the palm print may be performed based on palm print recognition calculations such as point feature and line feature of the palm print, texture feature, subspace analysis, and hierarchical feature fusion, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
In another example, taking the biometric feature as a face as an example, the face matching algorithm may be: an Eigenface algorithm (Eigenface), a Local Binary pattern algorithm (LBP), etc., which is not limited in this embodiment. Optionally, before the face matching is performed, the face living body recognition may be performed first. The face living body identification can adopt various modes, such as an active face living body detection technology and a passive face living body detection technology. The active human face living body detection technology requires a user to complete specific living body actions such as blinking, turning, mouth opening and the like according to instructions when performing human face recognition, so that the living body detection module can judge whether an operator is a living body according to whether the operator accurately completes the living body actions. The passive human face living body detection technology does not need a user to complete living body actions in a matching mode, user experience is good, but technical difficulty is high, and living body detection is mainly carried out by means of input single-frame image information or other equipment sensor information. For example, a single deep learning model is supervised-trained by using face acquisition images of living bodies and non-living bodies, and then face living body prediction is performed on an input single-frame image by using the trained model. In addition, the living human face detection can be carried out by utilizing two deep learning models.
In addition, if the service end determines that the palm print is not bound with any user account, the service end can also determine that the user does not open credit transaction service.
Step 304, after the server determines that the user has opened the credit transaction service, the server returns the index identifier of the user account to the merchant transaction management system.
In one example, the server may return the ID of the user account as its index identifier to the merchant transaction management system.
In another example, to ensure the security of the user account, the server may dynamically generate an index identifier of the user account and return the index identifier to the merchant transaction management system, such as: the server may generate a random number or a temporary account number binding the user account number, and then return the random number or the temporary account number to the merchant transaction management system. The random code or the temporary account number corresponds to a preset failure duration, such as: and after the preset failure duration is reached, removing the binding relationship between the random code or the temporary account and the user account for 6 hours, 12 hours and the like.
At step 305, the merchant transaction management system allows the user to freely purchase and leave the store after the purchase.
In this embodiment, after receiving the index identifier of the user account returned by the server, the merchant transaction management system may determine that the user has opened the credit transaction service, and further may allow the user to consume, for example: the gate of the merchant store is controlled to be opened, so that the user leaves the store after consumption, and whether the user pays or not does not need to be manually monitored.
Step 306, the merchant transaction management system sends the bill information consumed by the user this time to the server, and the bill information carries the index identifier.
In this embodiment, after the user consumes, the merchant transaction management system may calculate the bill amount of the user consumed this time, and then carry information such as the bill amount and the index identifier of the user account in the bill information to send to the server.
In this embodiment, the merchant transaction management system may determine the bill amount of the user through video monitoring, timing and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The service end performs a bill payment operation based on the user account pointed to by the index identification, step 307.
Based on the foregoing step 306, after receiving the billing information sent by the merchant transaction management system, the user account pointed by the index identifier carried in the billing information may be searched, and then, based on the searched user account, a billing payment operation is performed, for example: and deducting the bill amount based on the user account, and paying the deducted bill amount to an account number bound by the merchant transaction management system and the like.
In this embodiment, the bill payment operation generally occurs after the user is away from the store, and in order to ensure the security of the account number of the user, before the bill payment operation is performed, the server may check whether the bill information uploaded by the merchant transaction management system conforms to a preset security policy, and if so, may perform the bill payment operation; if the bill is not matched, the bill payment operation can be suspended, the bill information is sent to the user account pointed by the index identification to be confirmed by the user, if the bill is confirmed by the user, the payment operation can be executed, if the bill is objected by the user, the merchant can be requested to confirm the bill, and the like, so that the property safety of the user is ensured.
In one example, the security policy may include: the time difference between the time when the merchant transaction management system sends the user palm print and the billing time is within the time difference threshold, wherein the time difference threshold can be set by developers according to consumption scenes. Generally, the time period for the user to consume after inputting the palm print is usually within a certain time period, such as: the dining time of the user usually does not exceed 3 hours, and the shopping time of the user in the supermarket usually does not exceed 2 hours and the like. If the time difference between the time of sending the user palm print and the bill time by the merchant transaction management system exceeds the time difference threshold, the bill is possibly abnormal, the bill payment operation can be suspended for ensuring the fund security of the user, and the bill information is sent to the user for confirmation.
In another example, the security policy may further include: the bill amount satisfies the credit transaction amount limit of the user account pointed to by the index identification, wherein the limited credit transaction amount can be set by the user, such as: the user may set a limited credit transaction amount after opening the credit transaction service. For example, assuming that the credit transaction amount set by the user is 500 yuan, if the bill amount does not exceed 500 yuan, the bill payment operation may be performed; if the bill amount exceeds 500 yuan, the bill payment operation can be suspended, and the bill information is sent to the user for confirmation.
In another example, the security policy may be associated with a location of the user terminal. Based on the embodiments shown in fig. 1 and fig. 3, the user can realize terminal-less offline transaction by using the credit transaction service, and in practical applications, the user can carry terminal devices such as a mobile phone and the like with him even if the user realizes the offline transaction by using the terminal-less credit transaction service. In this example, the client software interacting with the server may periodically report the location information of the terminal, and the client software may log in based on the user account. After receiving the location information reported by the client, the server may store the corresponding relationship between the location information and the reporting time, where the period for reporting the location information by the client may be set by a developer, for example: 1 hour, 2 hours, etc.
Referring to an example of table 1, table 1 shows location information and reporting time reported by client software loaded in a terminal device of user 1. The client software logs in based on the user account 1 of the user 1.
Reporting time Location information
2017/6/19 10:00:00 Position 1
2017/6/19 11:00:00 Position 2
2017/6/19 12:00:00 Position 3
TABLE 1
Based on the example in table 1, after receiving the billing information sent by the merchant transaction management system, the server may obtain the billing time, assuming that the billing time is 2017/6/1912: 42:28, and the index carried in the billing information indicates that the index points to the user account 1, the time that the server may obtain the last reported position information of the client logged in by the user account 1 is 2017/6/1912: 00:00, and the time difference from the billing time is 42 minutes to 28 seconds. The position reported by the client at the last time is position 3, the server can calculate the distance difference between the position 3 and the position of the merchant transaction management system, and if the position 3 is located in Beijing and the position of the merchant transaction management system is located in third, the user 1 cannot reach third from the Beijing within 42 minutes and 28 seconds, so that the distance difference between the position information of the merchant transaction management system and the obtained terminal position information does not accord with the position change difference corresponding to the time difference, the bill information can be determined to be abnormal, the bill payment operation can be suspended to ensure the fund safety of the user, and the bill information is sent to the user for confirmation.
In practical application, the security detection may be performed by combining the three security policies, or may also be performed by using one or any two of the security policies, or of course, may also be performed by using other security policies, which is not limited in this embodiment.
And 308, after the bill payment is successful, the server side updates the credit information of the user account in the positive direction according to the bill payment information.
In this embodiment, if the bill payment is successful, the credit information of the user account may be updated in the forward direction, for example, a credit event of the user is recorded; for example, correspondingly increasing the credit score of the user account number. In practical implementation, the credit information may be updated after the bill payment is successful, or the credit information may be updated when the update time point of the credit information is reached, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In another example, after the bill payment fails, the server may send a payment failure message to the user, such as: pushing a message of payment failure to the user account pointed by the index identifier, wherein a client logged in based on the user account can display the message of payment failure, such as: the client may present a message "you fail to deduct the bill for the store consumption at 2017-5-18, click to pay again" on the home page. Based on the presented payment failure message, the user may manually resume payment.
Optionally, if the user does not manually make a payment again within a predetermined time limit, the server may try an automatic payment again, for example: a deduction is attempted again after 24 hours.
Of course, the server may try automatic payment several times after the bill payment fails, and if all the bills fail, the server may send a message of payment failure to the user, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In this example, if the number of bill payment failures reaches a predetermined number, such as: 3 times, 5 times and the like, and when payment still fails to be paid after reaching the payment deadline, the server side can update the credit information of the user negatively, and can add the user to a credit negative list, such as: the user is added to the credit blacklist. Wherein, the payment deadline can be set by a merchant, such as: 10 days, 15 days, etc. Optionally, the server may also provide the credit negative list to merchants, enterprises, and the like in need, so as to assist the relevant merchants and enterprises in reducing risks.
It can be seen from the above description that after the credit transaction service is opened, the user can implement the offline transaction through the biological characteristics, and does not need to use the terminal device, which is convenient and fast. For the merchant, the payment can be subsequently requested through the user account index identification returned by the server, so that the user does not need to be supervised by investing manpower to pay, and a large amount of labor cost is saved.
The offline transaction implementation scheme described in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 or fig. 3 can be applied to scenes such as a self-service vending machine, an unmanned supermarket, a self-service KTV and the like. The following description will be given taking a self-service vending machine and an unmanned supermarket as examples.
One, self-service vending machine
In one example, when a user purchases goods in the self-service vending machine, the user may select the goods to be purchased first, the self-service vending machine may output the amount of money consumed by the user this time, the user may pay in various manners such as cash, a bank card, a third-party payment platform, and the like, and after the payment is successful, the self-service vending machine may release the goods selected by the user.
In another example, referring to fig. 4, a self-service vending machine may include a first collection module, a first communication module, and a first vending module.
The first acquisition module can be a biological characteristic acquisition module and is used for acquiring the biological characteristics of the user.
The first communication module is used for sending the biological characteristics to a server so that the server can judge whether a user account bound with the biological characteristics opens credit transaction service or not, and receives an index identification of the user account returned by the server when the credit transaction service is determined to be opened;
the first selling module is used for responding to a purchasing instruction of a user and selling a corresponding goods to the user after receiving the index identification;
and the first communication module is further used for sending the bill information carrying the index identifier to the server after the selling is finished so that the server can execute bill payment operation based on the user account pointed by the index identifier.
In this example, still taking the palm print as an example, when a user purchases goods in the self-service vending machine, the user may input the palm print of the user through the first acquisition module, the first communication module may send the palm print to the server, if the server determines that the user account bound to the palm print has opened the credit transaction service and returns the index identifier of the user account, the vending module may allow the user to select the goods, after the user selects the goods, the vending module puts in the corresponding goods, and the user takes up the goods and can leave.
For the self-service vending machine, the first communication module can send corresponding bill information to the server, and the bill information carries the index identification of the user account returned by the server and the bill amount of the goods. The server side can execute bill payment operation based on the user account pointed by the index identification.
Optionally, in order to ensure that a user who does not open credit transaction service can also use the self-service vending machine, the self-service vending machine may be further provided with a first prompting module, and the first prompting module may include a display screen. And the server side can return an error message when determining that the user palm print is not bound with any user account or the user account bound with the user palm print is not provided with the credit transaction service. The first prompting module may generate a corresponding error prompt based on the error message, and in addition, the first prompting module may also prompt the user to perform bill payment in a conventional payment manner, for example: the user is allowed to select and purchase goods first, the payment is prompted to the user after the selection, and the corresponding goods are released after the payment is successful, and the like.
Second, unmanned supermarket
In this example, a merchant may deploy an unmanned supermarket at an airport, office building, or the like and deploy a management system for the unmanned supermarket. The management system may include: the system comprises a second acquisition module, a second communication module, an access control module and a settlement module. The second acquisition module is used for acquiring the biological characteristics of the user, and the second acquisition module can be arranged outside the door of the unmanned supermarket. Taking the palm print as an example, a palm print acquisition device (a second acquisition module) can be arranged at the door of the unmanned supermarket, when a user wants to enter the unmanned supermarket, the user can input the own palm print, the second communication module of the unmanned supermarket can upload the acquired palm print to the server, and if the server determines that the credit transaction service is opened for the user account bound by the palm print, the index identification of the user account is returned. The entrance guard control module can control the entrance of the unmanned supermarket to be opened after the second communication module receives the index identification, so that the user is allowed to enter the supermarket to selectively buy goods. The user can freely select and purchase goods in the unmanned supermarket, and can leave the supermarket after the selection and purchase are finished.
In this example, the settlement module is configured to generate, according to the bill amount, bill information carrying the index identifier. Specifically, the merchant may deploy the monitoring device at the door, and when it is detected that the user leaves the unmanned supermarket, for example: a user opens a gate in an unmanned supermarket, goods purchased by the user can be determined through the monitoring device, and then the bill amount related to the shopping behavior of the user is calculated. Of course, the merchant may also determine the bill amount related to the current shopping behavior of the user in other manners, such as: the manner in which the user scans the product code, etc., and this embodiment does not limit this.
In this example, after generating the billing information, the second communication module may send the billing information to the server. The server side can execute bill payment operation based on the user account pointed by the index identification.
In the process, the user can realize offline transaction through the palm print, and the user does not need to carry terminal equipment, so that the method is convenient and quick. For merchants, the selling and settlement of goods do not need to be carried out by manpower, and the labor cost is greatly saved.
In another example, when a user is shopping in an unmanned supermarket, other users can be prevented from entering the supermarket. Specifically, the second acquisition module is further configured to stop acquiring the user biological characteristics when it is determined that the user does not leave the supermarket, so that the second communication module cannot receive the index identifier sent by the server, and the access control module cannot control the opening of the door of the supermarket. The judgment mode that the user leaves the store can be that the gate of the unmanned supermarket is opened by internal triggering, for example: after shopping is finished, the user presses the door opening button in the unmanned supermarket, so that the door can be controlled to be opened, and the user is determined to leave the shop. Of course, other ways of determining whether the user is away from the store may be used, such as: video surveillance, etc., and the present embodiment is not particularly limited thereto.
Optionally, the management system of the unmanned supermarket may further be provided with a second prompting module, and the second prompting module may include a display screen. And the server side can return an error message when determining that the user palm print is not bound with any user account or the user account bound with the user palm print is not provided with the credit transaction service. The second prompting module may generate a corresponding error prompt based on the error message, such as: and outputting 'you do not open credit payment service yet, please open first' and the like in a display screen.
Similar to an unmanned supermarket, the self-help KTV can also be realized in the above manner, and the description is omitted here.
