Optionally, in this embodiment, the processor executes, according to the program code stored in the storage medium: and acquiring IP information of the second terminal according to the second identification information of the second terminal, and notifying the second terminal of the calling state of the first terminal and the identification information of the first terminal according to the IP information.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the processor executes, according to the program code stored in the storage medium: judging whether the priority of the first call state information is higher than that of second call state information of the second terminal, and determining to inform the second terminal of the first call state information when the priority of the first call state information is higher than that of the second call state information.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the processor executes, according to the program code stored in the storage medium: and judging whether the receiving time stamp of the first call state information is greater than the receiving time stamp of the second call state information of the second terminal, wherein when the receiving time stamp of the first call state information is less than the receiving time stamp of the second call state information, the priority of the first call state information is determined to be higher than the priority of the second call state information.

According to the embodiment of the invention, before the voice call link is established between the first terminal and the second terminal, the first call state information of the first terminal is acquired; the first call state information is notified to the second terminal, so that the problem that the call conflict between two communication parties is caused because the call state of the other party can be known only under the condition of establishing a voice communication link or manually participating in the related technology can be solved, the call conflict between the two communication parties can be automatically and timely notified under the condition of not manually participating in the related technology, the problem of the call conflict between the two communication parties is solved, and the communication efficiency of the two communication parties is improved.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the present invention described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and alternatively, they may be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that described herein, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.

Claims (15)

1. A method for notifying a call state, comprising:
before a first terminal and a second terminal establish a voice call link, acquiring first call state information of the first terminal;
notifying the second terminal of the first call state information;
before obtaining the first call state of the first terminal, the method further includes: determining that a call fault occurs between the first terminal and the second terminal, wherein the call fault is a single-pass fault caused by a network problem or a signal problem;
before notifying the second terminal of the first call state information, the method includes:
judging whether the priority of the first call state information is higher than that of second call state information of the second terminal, and determining to inform the second terminal of the first call state information when the priority of the first call state information is higher than that of the second call state information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining the first call state information of the first terminal comprises:
receiving the first call state information from the first terminal.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the first call state information comprises: a first terminal call state, a first identification information for identifying the first terminal and a second identification information for identifying the second terminal.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein notifying the second terminal of the first call state information comprises:
and acquiring IP information of the second terminal according to the second identification information of the second terminal, and notifying the second terminal of the calling state of the first terminal and the identification information of the first terminal according to the IP information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein determining whether the first call state information is higher in priority than the second call state information of the second terminal comprises:
and judging whether the receiving time stamp of the first call state information is greater than the receiving time stamp of the second call state information of the second terminal, wherein when the receiving time stamp of the first call state information is less than the receiving time stamp of the second call state information, the priority of the first call state information is determined to be higher than the priority of the second call state information.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method is applied to a cloud server provided between the first terminal and the second terminal.
7. A method for notifying a call state, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that before a first terminal establishes a voice call link with a second terminal, the first terminal sends first call state information to the second terminal through a cloud server;
the first call state information is acquired after a call fault is determined to occur between the first terminal and the second terminal, wherein the call fault is a single-pass fault caused by a network problem or a signal problem;
the first call state information is obtained by judging whether the priority of the first call state information is higher than that of second call state information of the second terminal by the cloud server, and when the priority of the first call state information is higher than that of the second call state information, the first call state information is determined to be notified to the second terminal.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the first call state information comprises: a first terminal call state, a first identification information for identifying the first terminal and a second identification information for identifying the second terminal.
9. An apparatus for notifying a call state, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring first call state information of a first terminal before the first terminal and a second terminal establish a voice call link;
a notification module, configured to notify the second terminal of the first call state information;
the device further comprises:
a determining module, configured to determine that a call fault occurs between the first terminal and the second terminal before the first call state of the first terminal is obtained, where the call fault is a single-pass fault caused by a network problem or a signal problem;
the device further comprises:
the judging module is used for judging whether the priority of the first calling state information is higher than the priority of the second calling state information of the second terminal;
and the determining module is used for determining to inform the second terminal of the first call state information when the priority of the first call state information is higher than that of the second call state information.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the obtaining module is further configured to receive the first call state information from the first terminal.
11. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the first call state information comprises: a first terminal call state, a first identification information for identifying the first terminal and a second identification information for identifying the second terminal.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the notification module is further configured to obtain IP information of the second terminal according to the second identification information of the second terminal; and notifying the second terminal of the calling state of the first terminal and the identification information of the first terminal according to the IP information.
13. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the determining module is further configured to determine whether a receiving timestamp of the first call state information is greater than a receiving timestamp of the second call state information of the second terminal; and when the receiving time stamp of the first call state information is smaller than the receiving time stamp of the second call state information, determining to notify the second terminal of the first call state information.
14. An apparatus for notifying a call state in a first terminal, comprising:
the system comprises a sending module, a receiving module and a sending module, wherein the sending module is used for sending first call state information to a second terminal through a cloud server before a voice call link is established with the second terminal;
the first call state information is acquired after a call fault is determined to occur between the first terminal and the second terminal, wherein the call fault is a single-pass fault caused by a network problem or a signal problem;
the first call state information is obtained by judging whether the priority of the first call state information is higher than that of second call state information of the second terminal by the cloud server, and when the priority of the first call state information is higher than that of the second call state information, the first call state information is determined to be notified to the second terminal.
15. A system for notification of a call state, comprising: a first terminal and a second terminal, wherein the system further comprises: the cloud server is arranged between the first terminal and the second terminal; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the first terminal is used for sending first call state information to the second terminal through the cloud server before a voice call link is established with the second terminal;
the cloud server is configured to acquire the first call state information of the first terminal before the first terminal establishes a voice call link with the second terminal; notifying the second terminal of the first call state information;
the cloud server is further configured to determine that a call fault occurs between the first terminal and the second terminal before the first call state of the first terminal is obtained, where the call fault is a single-pass fault caused by a network problem or a signal problem;
the cloud server is further configured to determine whether the priority of the first call state information is higher than the priority of second call state information of the second terminal, and determine to notify the second terminal of the first call state information when the priority of the first call state information is higher than the priority of the second call state information.
