Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart illustrating a method for processing an incoming call according to a first embodiment of the present invention is shown.
The incoming call processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
step 101: and when the strange call is detected, acquiring the strange number of the strange call.
When an incoming call is detected, acquiring an incoming call number, matching the acquired incoming call number with a telephone number stored in an address book, and if the incoming call number exists in the address book, determining that the incoming call number is not a strange number; otherwise, the incoming call number is determined to be an unfamiliar number.
If the incoming call number is a telephone number stored in the address book, the incoming call processing flow in the embodiment of the invention does not need to be executed. In the embodiment of the invention, the incoming call processing flow is executed only aiming at the strange number, so that the processing load of the mobile terminal can be reduced.
Step 102: and sending the strange number and the local telephone number to the server so that the server determines whether the strange number is a lost telephone number.
The server stores the first number, the address list number corresponding to the first number and the correspondence among the message losing telephone numbers marked by the address list number corresponding to the first number, and particularly stores at least two groups of correspondence. In the same group of corresponding relations, the number of the lost communication telephone is the number of the lost communication telephone for each address list number. The lost call telephone number includes, but is not limited to: nuisance numbers and fraud numbers.
And aiming at the first number in each group of corresponding relations, the first number, the address list number and the local number of the mobile terminal for uploading the specific information of the lost message telephone number contained in the group of corresponding relations are referred. For example: the server stores the corresponding relation among a first number A1, an address book number B1 and a lost message telephone number C1; the correspondence among the first number a2, the address book number B2 and the message loss telephone number C2 indicates that the first mobile terminal with the telephone number a1 uploads the first number a1, the address book number B1 and the message loss telephone number C1 to the server, and the server establishes the correspondence among the first mobile terminal a1, the first mobile terminal B1 and the first mobile terminal C1 according to the uploaded information; the second mobile terminal with the telephone number A2 uploads the first number A2, the address list number B2 and the message losing telephone number C2 to the server, and the server establishes the corresponding relation among A2, B2 and C2 according to the information uploaded by the second mobile terminal. In the specific application process, after recognizing one or more message losing telephone numbers, each mobile terminal selects one or more address book numbers from the address books according to actual requirements, then uploads the own telephone numbers, the address book numbers and the message losing telephone numbers to the server, and the server determines the credibility of strange numbers sent by each mobile terminal managed by the server according to the corresponding relation among the first numbers uploaded by each mobile terminal, the address book numbers corresponding to the first numbers and the message losing telephone numbers marked by the address book numbers corresponding to the first numbers.
The address book number corresponding to the first number comprises at least one address book number. After receiving the strange number and the local telephone number A uploaded by the mobile terminal, the server searches whether an address book number with credible association relation with the local telephone number A exists in the stored corresponding relations, if so, further searches whether each address book number with credible association relation has the corresponding relation with the strange number, if so, the address book number corresponding to the local telephone number marks the strange number as a lost-to-call telephone number, and at the moment, the server can determine that the strange number is the lost-to-call telephone number. Otherwise, if the address book number corresponding to the telephone number of the local telephone does not have the corresponding relation with the unfamiliar number, the unfamiliar number is determined not to be the lost telephone number.
Step 103: and receiving a determination result returned by the server.
The determination result includes: the strange number is a lost call telephone number, and the strange number is not a lost call telephone number.
And when the strange number is the lost-letter telephone number, the address book number marking the strange number as the lost-letter telephone number is also carried in the determination result.
For example: the server determines that the strange number is the lost-message telephone number by storing the corresponding relation among the first number, the address book number and the lost-message telephone number, and the address book number B marks the strange number, so that the determination result carries the address book number B.
Step 104: and when the strange number is the lost call telephone number, interrupting the incoming call request of the strange number.
The incoming call request of the strange number is interrupted, the user can be fundamentally prevented from answering the incoming call of the lost call number, and the user is prevented from being cheated.
Step 105: and outputting the first prompt message.
The first prompt message is used for prompting the user that the strange number is marked as a lost message telephone number by a certain address book number. The address book number can be displayed in the first prompt message, or the contact name corresponding to the address book number in the local computer can be displayed.
It should be noted that, in a specific implementation process, step 105 is not limited to be performed after step 104, and may also be performed before step 104.
According to the incoming call processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, on one hand, the strange number and the local telephone number are uploaded to the server, the server determines whether the strange number is the lost-message telephone number, and the fraud number identification software does not need to be installed on the mobile terminal side, so that the accuracy of the telephone number credibility judgment result is not limited by the identification capability of the fraud number identification software. On the other hand, the server determines whether the strange number is the lost-letter telephone number according to the stored corresponding relation among the first number, the address book number corresponding to the first number and the lost-letter telephone number marked by the address book number corresponding to the first number, determines whether the strange number is the lost-letter telephone number by searching each address book number corresponding to the local telephone number and marking the strange number as the lost-letter telephone number, and determines through the mode of the associated query, so that the accuracy of the obtained determination result is high. On the other hand, after the unfamiliar number is determined to be the lost call number, the incoming call request of the unfamiliar number is interrupted, whether the incoming call is interrupted or not is determined without the help of subjective awareness of a user, and the incoming call of the lost call number (such as a fraud number and a harassment number) can be effectively prevented from being answered by the user.
Example two
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart illustrating a method for processing an incoming call according to a second embodiment of the present invention is shown.
The incoming call processing method of the embodiment of the invention specifically comprises the following steps:
step 201: and when the strange call is detected, acquiring the strange number of the strange call.
Step 202: and sending the strange number and the local telephone number to the server so that the server determines whether the strange number is a lost telephone number.
If the strange number is not the lost call number, the process is terminated.
The server stores a first number, an address list number corresponding to the first number and a message losing telephone number marked by the address list number corresponding to the first number, and the telephone number of the local telephone is one of the first numbers.
After each mobile terminal managed by the server identifies one or more lost telephone numbers, a user can select an address list number from an address list according to requirements, the mobile terminal uploads the lost telephone number, the address list number and the local telephone number to the server, and the server stores and maintains the corresponding relation among the lost telephone number, the address list number and the local telephone number.
In addition to the above-mentioned server directly storing the correspondence among the telephone number uploaded by the mobile terminal, the address list number and the lost message telephone number, the server can also expand the lost message telephone number uploaded by each mobile terminal, and a preferred expansion mode of the lost message telephone number is as follows:
firstly, a server receives a message losing telephone number, an address list number and a local telephone number which are uploaded by each mobile terminal; secondly, aiming at the message losing telephone number, the address list number and the local telephone number uploaded by each mobile terminal, the server searches the message losing telephone number with the similarity higher than a second preset value with the message losing telephone number from the message losing telephone number database to be used as an expanded message losing telephone number; thirdly, the server combines the lost-call telephone number and the expanded lost-call telephone number into a lost-call telephone number group; and finally, the server stores the corresponding relation among the telephone number of the local machine, the address list number and the message losing telephone number group.
The server expands the number of the lost communication telephone numbers uploaded by each mobile terminal, the number of the lost communication telephone numbers included in the expanded lost communication telephone number group is more, and accordingly the reliability judgment accuracy of the telephone numbers can be improved.
One preferred incoming call processing method is as follows: after identifying one or more lost telephone numbers, the mobile terminal can upload the lost telephone numbers, the address list numbers and the local telephone numbers to the server and also locally store the lost telephone numbers. Therefore, when a strange incoming call is detected next time, whether a number matched with a strange number exists in the locally stored lost number can be judged firstly, if yes, the strange number can be directly determined to be the incoming call request of the lost number and the strange number, and the incoming call processing flow shown in the embodiment of the invention is not required to be executed; if not, step 201 and the subsequent processes in the embodiment of the present invention are executed.
Step 203: receiving a determination result returned by the server; if the strange number is the lost call number, executing step 204; when the strange number is not the lost phone number, step 208 is executed.
The determination result includes: the strange number is a lost call telephone number, and the strange number is not a lost call telephone number.
And when the strange number is the lost-to-call phone number, the determination result also carries an address book number which marks the strange number as the lost-to-call phone number.
Step 204: and when the strange number is the lost call telephone number, interrupting the incoming call request of the strange number.
Preferably, after the mobile terminal interrupts the incoming call request, a mark for indicating that the incoming call number is the lost call number is added to the incoming call record, so that the lost call number is counted in the later period of the user.
Step 205: and outputting the first prompt message.
The first prompt message is used for prompting the user that the unfamiliar number is marked as a lost message telephone number by a certain address book number.
Step 206: and receiving a setting instruction of the user for the first address book number.
The user can select one or more telephone numbers in the address list as the address list number corresponding to the local telephone number.
Step 207: and uploading the strange number, the first address book number and the telephone number of the local machine to a server.
In the embodiment of the present invention, an example is described in which after the mobile terminal recognizes that an unfamiliar number is a lost call phone number, the unfamiliar number, the address book number, and the local phone number are uploaded to the server. In a specific implementation process, after a plurality of lost message telephone numbers are identified, the plurality of lost message telephone numbers, the address list number and the local telephone number can be uploaded to the server for storage management.
After receiving the correspondence among the lost-to-call phone number, the address list number, and the local phone number uploaded by the mobile terminal, the server may expand the lost-to-call phone number according to the relevant description in step 202.
This branch of the incoming call processing method ends up so far.
Step 208: and when the strange number is not the lost-call telephone number, comparing the strange number with each lost-call telephone number stored in the lost-call telephone number database.
In the embodiment of the invention, in order to improve the credibility judgment accuracy of the unfamiliar number, after the server judges that the unfamiliar number is not the lost-to-phone number, the credibility of the unfamiliar number is further judged locally on the mobile terminal according to the lost-to-phone number data.
The lost message telephone number database is an existing database which is managed and maintained by a server. The mobile terminal can send an access request of the lost message telephone number database to the server before comparing the incoming call numbers locally through the lost message telephone number database, and the incoming call numbers can be compared with all lost message telephone numbers in the database one by one after access is authorized, so that the similarity between all lost message telephone numbers and the incoming call numbers is determined.
Step 209: and outputting second prompt information when the message losing telephone number with the strange number similarity higher than the first preset value exists in the database.
The first preset value may be set by a person skilled in the art according to actual requirements, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present invention. For example: set to 80%, 85%, 90%, etc.
The second prompt message is used for prompting the user that the strange number is a similar telephone number of the lost message telephone number. The user is prompted by the second prompting information, so that the user can be more vigilant, and the user is not easy to cheat even the user answers the phone.
The incoming call processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention has the beneficial effects that the incoming call processing method disclosed in the first embodiment has the advantages that after the server determines that the strange number is not the lost-call telephone number, the credibility of the strange number is further judged based on the lost-call telephone number database, and when the similarity between the strange number and a certain lost-call telephone number is higher than a first preset value, the strange number is determined to be a similar telephone number of the lost-call telephone number, and the user is prompted. According to the embodiment of the invention, the credibility of the unfamiliar number is determined doubly, so that the user can be more effectively prevented from answering the incoming call of the lost call number.
