The invention discloses a method and a device for integrating applications through configuration files. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining a system configuration file, the system configuration file comprising a configuration file of a first application, the first application configured to process first medical image data; loading a configuration file of a second application into the system configuration file to generate an updated system configuration file, the second application configured to process second medical image data; and processing the first medical image data and the second medical image data based on the updated system profile.

Description

Method and device for integrating applications through configuration files
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical images, in particular to a method and a device for integrating applications through configuration files.
Background
In order to determine the condition of a patient, a doctor usually uses a plurality of different medical imaging devices and medical detection devices to detect the patient. Detecting a patient using various Imaging devices such as a Computed Tomography (CT), a Digital X-ray Imaging (DR), a Magnetic Resonance (MR), a Molecular Imaging (MI), a Positron Emission Computed Tomography (PET), a Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography (SPECT), an Ultrasound (Ultrasound), a fluorescence (fluoroscope), and an endoscopic (Endoscopy) device to acquire image data; a medical examination device is used to biopsy a patient to obtain a pathological section. In the field of medical images, different medical devices (imaging devices and detection devices) need to be equipped with corresponding medical applications to process and analyze image data (image data and pathological sections) acquired by the medical devices. To do so, the physician needs to open different medical applications to view and analyze image data from different medical devices. The operation process is complicated, time-consuming and poor in flexibility.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, the present invention discloses a method and an apparatus for integrating applications through configuration files, which solve the above problems in the prior art. The method and the device can add new application to the current medical application based on the configuration file so as to realize the simultaneous processing or analysis of medical image data from different medical devices or medical image data from the same medical device aiming at different body tissues or organs, thereby achieving the purpose of comprehensively diagnosing the illness state.
In order to achieve the purpose of the invention, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows:
the invention discloses a method for integrating applications through configuration files in one aspect, which comprises the following steps: obtaining a system configuration file, the system configuration file comprising a configuration file of a first application, the first application configured to process first medical image data; loading a configuration file of a second application into the system configuration file to generate an updated system configuration file, the second application configured to process second medical image data; and processing the first medical image data and the second medical image data based on the updated system profile.
In the present invention, the loading the configuration file of the second application into the system configuration file includes: acquiring an instruction input by a user from an interactive device; and loading the configuration file of the second application into the system configuration file based on the instruction.
In the present invention, the first medical image data and the second medical image data are related to the same organ or the same tissue of the patient.
In the invention, the configuration file of the first application is configured to call the configuration information of the first application, and the configuration file of the second application is configured to call the configuration information of the second application.
In the present invention, the system configuration file is configured to: reading configuration information of the first application and generating a workflow for processing first application data to execute the first application.
In the invention, the updated system configuration file is configured to call a configuration file of a first application and call a configuration file of a second application.

The invention is further described by means of specific embodiments in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an application integration system 100 according to some embodiments of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the application integration system 100 may include a medical imaging apparatus 110, a network 120, an interactive device 130, and a profile management component 140. The profile management component 140 can include a profile management module 141, a user interaction module 142, and a storage module 143. Wherein the configuration file management module 141 comprises a loading module 1411. In some embodiments, the profile management component 140 can be implemented by one or more processors (not shown in FIG. 1). The processor may further comprise other functional modules, such as a medical image data acquisition module, a medical image data processing module, etc.
The medical imaging device 110 may acquire medical image data. In some embodiments, the medical imaging device 110 may scan an organ or tissue of a scanned object (e.g., a patient, etc.) to acquire medical image data related to the organ or tissue. The medical imaging apparatus 110 may include a first medical imaging apparatus 111, a second medical imaging apparatus 112, a third medical imaging apparatus 113. The digital pathological section is obtained by scanning a glass pathological section through a microscope or an optical amplification system and processing the glass pathological section by a computer. The digital pathology slices may be stored in a medical database, such as PACS.
The network 120 may connect the components of the application integration system 100 to enable data exchange between the components of the application integration system 100. The network 120 may be a wired network 120 or a wireless network 120, or a combination thereof.
The interactive device 130 may receive, transmit data or information. The interactive device 130 may receive data acquired by the medical imaging apparatus 110, data generated by the profile management component 140, and the like. In some embodiments, the interactive device 130 includes a display screen that can display the received data. For example, the interactive device 130 may display the received CT image of the liver on a display screen. As another example, the interaction device 130 can send the user's instructions to the profile management component 140, and the like. The instruction input by the user can be input through a mouse, a keyboard and the like.
The profile management component 140 includes a profile management module 141, a user interaction module 142, and a storage module 143. Wherein the configuration file management module 141 may further include a loading module 1411.
The profile management module 141 may generate a system profile. The system configuration file is configured to invoke a configuration file for one or more applications. The one or more applications may include medical applications. The medical application is configured to process medical image data. As an example, the medical application is configured to process the medical image data to generate a medical image, and to analyze and/or display the medical image, etc. In some embodiments, the medical application may include a plurality of medical applications corresponding to different medical imaging devices 110. For example, the plurality of medical applications may include, but are not limited to, one or more of a CT medical application, a DR medical application, an MR medical application, an MI medical application, a PET medical application, a SPECT medical application, a pathology slice medical application. In some embodiments, the plurality of medical applications may correspond to different scan sites of the same medical imaging device 110. For example, the medical applications may include, but are not limited to, liver CT medical applications, brain CT medical applications, vascular CT medical applications, and/or spinal CT medical applications, among others. As an example, a CT medical application is configured to process medical image data acquired by a CT imaging device. More specifically, a liver CT medical application is configured to process medical image data of a patient's liver acquired by a CT imaging device. A user (e.g., a doctor, a nurse, etc.) may process the medical image data using a corresponding medical application. In some embodiments, the medical application may also include a medical application for processing pathological sections.
In some embodiments, the system configuration file may be preset to contain a configuration file of the first application. In some embodiments, the system configuration file may be preset to include configuration files for a plurality of applications. The system configuration file is configured to invoke a configuration file of the first application. The configuration file of the first application is configured to read configuration information of the first application and generate a workflow for the first application to process first medical image data to execute the workflow. In some embodiments, the configuration information includes, but is not limited to, a name of the first application, a storage path, and the like. The workflow of the first application processing first medical image data is executed by a first application. In some embodiments, the first application may be a medical application, which may include, but is not limited to, one or more of a CT medical application, a DR medical application, an MR medical application, an MI medical application, a PET medical application, a SPECT medical application, a pathology slice application. In some embodiments, the first application may correspond to different scan sites of the same medical imaging device 110. For example, the first application may include, but is not limited to, a liver CT medical application, a brain CT medical application, a vascular CT medical application, and/or a spinal CT medical application, among others.
In some embodiments, the configuration file management module 141 may load the configuration file of the second application to the system configuration file through the loading module 1441 to generate an updated system configuration file. In some embodiments, the number of configuration files for loading an application is not limited. For example, the configuration files of the third application and the fourth application may also be loaded into the system configuration file to generate an updated system configuration file. The updated system configuration file includes a configuration file of the first application and a configuration file of the second application. The updated system configuration file is configured to invoke a configuration file of a first application and to invoke a configuration file of a second application. The configuration file of the second application has a function similar to that of the configuration file of the first application, and is configured to read configuration information of the second application and generate a workflow in which the second application processes second medical image data to execute the workflow. In some embodiments, the configuration information of the second application includes, but is not limited to, a name, a storage path, and the like of the second application. The workflow of the second application processing the second medical image data is executed by the second application. The second application may be a medical application.
It is to be noted that the above description of the system configuration file generated by the configuration file management module 141 is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention, and those skilled in the art can make various modifications and variations. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention. For example, the first application and the second application may be the same or different. For another example, the medical image data may also include a pathological section.
The interaction module 142 may receive instructions from a user. The user's instructions are input through the interactive device 130. In some embodiments, the user instruction may be to add a second application to the first application. For example, after receiving the user instruction for adding the second application, the interaction module 142 may transmit the user instruction to the profile management module 141, and the loading module 1441 of the profile management module 141 loads the profile of the second application into the system profile containing the profile of the first application.
The storage module 143 may be configured to store data. In some embodiments, the storage module 143 may store a configuration file. For example, the storage module 143 may store the system configuration file, the updated system configuration file, the configuration file of the first application, the configuration file of the second application, and the like. In some embodiments, the storage module 143 may store configuration information. For example, the storage module 143 may store the configuration information corresponding to the system configuration file, the configuration information corresponding to the updated system configuration file, the configuration information corresponding to the configuration file of the first application, and the configuration information corresponding to the configuration file of the second application. In some embodiments, the storage module 143 may store data of the application integration system 100. For example, the storage module 143 may store medical image data acquired by the medical imaging device 110. As another example, the storage module 143 may be configured to store temporary data generated by each medical application during execution of the corresponding algorithm to process the medical image data, the temporary data being usable by another medical application. In some embodiments, storage module 143 may be configured to store a computer program comprising instructions configured to perform the aspects illustrated in flow 200 and/or flow 300.
The profile management component 140 can be implemented by a program running on one or more processors. The processor may include other functions in addition to the functions of the profile management component 140. For example, the processor may execute the medical application to process the medical image data based on the system configuration file. As another example, the processor may perform operations to acquire medical image data from a medical image management system (e.g., PACS, RIS). The Processor may include, but is not limited to, one or a combination of Central Processing Unit (CPU), Application Specific Instruction Set Processor (ASIP), Physical Processor (PPU), Digital Signal Processor (DSP), and the like.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of integrating applications by configuration files according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, in step 210, the configuration file management module 141 obtains the system configuration file through the loading module 1411. The system configuration file is preset to include a configuration file of the first application. In some embodiments, the system configuration file may be preset to include configuration files for a plurality of applications. In some embodiments, the system configuration file is configured to invoke a configuration file of the first application. The configuration file of the first application is configured to read configuration information of the first application, and generate a workflow for the first application to process first medical image data to execute the workflow. The configuration information includes, but is not limited to, a name, a storage path, etc. of the first application. The workflow of the first application processing first medical image data is executed by a first application. In some embodiments, the first application may be a medical application. In some embodiments, the first application may include, but is not limited to, one or more of a CT medical application, a DR medical application, an MR medical application, an MI medical application, a PET medical application, a SPECT medical application, a pathology slice medical application. In some embodiments, the first application may correspond to different scan sites of the same medical imaging device 110. The medical imaging apparatus 110 includes, but is not limited to, one or more of a first medical imaging apparatus 111, a second medical imaging apparatus 112, a third medical imaging apparatus 113, and the like.
In step 220, the configuration file management module 141 loads the configuration file of the second application into the system configuration file to generate an updated system configuration file. In some embodiments, the updated system configuration file comprises a configuration file of the first application and a configuration file of the second application. The updated system configuration file is configured to invoke a configuration file of a first application and to invoke a configuration file of a second application. The configuration file of the second application has a function similar to that of the configuration file of the first application, and is configured to read configuration information of the second application and generate a workflow in which the second application processes second medical image data to execute the workflow. The first medical imaging apparatus 111, the second medical imaging apparatus 112, and the third medical imaging apparatus 113 may be the same or different. In some embodiments, the second medical image data may be pathological section data. The pathological section data may be obtained by accessing a medical database, such as PACS.
In step 230, a workflow for a first application to process the first medical image data and a workflow for a second application to process the second medical image data are generated based on the updated system configuration file.
In step 240, a first application executes a workflow of the first application processing first medical image data to generate a first medical image; the second application executes a workflow in which the second application processes the second medical image data to generate a second medical image.
In step 250, the first medical image and the second medical image are output. The outputting the first medical image and the second medical image may be outputting the first medical image and the second medical image to an interaction device 130 for displaying, storing in a medical database such as a pacs (picture Archiving and Communication systems) system, a his (local Information system) system, and/or printing in a printing device.
In some embodiments, one of the first and second medical image data may be a pathological section and the other may be image data (e.g., CT data, MR data, etc.). 1. A method of integrating applications via a configuration file, comprising:
obtaining a system configuration file, the system configuration file comprising a configuration file of a first application, the first application configured to process first medical image data to generate a first medical image;
loading a configuration file of a second application into the system configuration file to generate an updated system configuration file, the second application configured to process second medical image data to generate a second medical image; and
processing the first medical image data and the second medical image data based on the updated system profile.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the loading the configuration file for the second application into the system configuration file comprises:
acquiring an instruction input by a user from an interactive device; and
loading a configuration file of the second application into the system configuration file based on the instruction.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the first medical and second medical image data relate to the same organ or the same tissue of the patient.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the configuration file of the first application is configured to invoke configuration information of the first application and the configuration file of the second application is configured to invoke configuration information of the second application.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the system configuration file is configured to: reading configuration information of the first application and generating a workflow for processing first application data to execute the first application.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the updated system configuration file is configured to invoke a configuration file of a first application and to invoke a configuration file of a second application.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the processing the first medical image data and the second medical image data based on the updated profile further comprises:
fusing the first medical image data with the second medical image data to generate a fused image; and
and outputting the fused image.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the processing the first medical image data and the second medical image data based on the updated profile further comprises:
generating a first medical image and a second medical image based on the first medical image data and the second medical image data; and
outputting the first medical image and the second medical image.

The method of claim 8, wherein one of the first and second medical image data is a pathological section and the other is imagery data, the generating first and second medical images based on the first and second medical image data further comprising: establishing a relationship between pathological sections and image data, and outputting the first medical image and the second medical image comprises storing or retrieving the pathological sections and the image data based on the relationship.
10. An apparatus for integrating applications via a configuration file, the apparatus comprising a processor and a memory; the memory is to store instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the apparatus to implement the method of any of claims 1-9.
