The electronic card copy prevention device 200 comprises an authorization module 201, an acquisition module 202, a recording module 203, a disabling module 204, a judgment module 205 and a write-back module 206.
The authorization module 201 is configured to write a unique identification code and a card reading time stamp into the electronic card 30. Before issuing the electronic card 30 to the user, the card issuing entity (the stock company, the developer, etc.) authorizes the electronic card 30 and writes the unique identification code and the card reading number mark into the electronic card 30. The unique identification code corresponds to only one card, and the memory 101 stores the unique identification code of each authorized electronic card 30. The electronic card 30 has a storage area, which may include an area a and an area B, and the specific way of writing the unique identification code and the card reading number mark into the electronic card 30 may be: and writing the unique identification code into the area A, and writing the card reading time mark into the area B, wherein the card reading time mark can be a natural number, a letter and the like, or a combination of the natural number and the letter, and the initial value of the card reading time mark is preferably '0'.
The obtaining module 202 is configured to read card swiping data of the electronic card 30 through the card reading device 20, where the card swiping data includes the unique identification code and the card reading time stamp. The card swiping data may also include identity information of the user, such as a phone number, a house number, and the like.
The recording module 203 is configured to record the card swiping data. The recording module 203 records the card swiping data acquired by the acquisition module 202 and stores the card swiping data in the memory 101.
The write-back module 206 is configured to write the updated card reading times mark into the electronic card 30. The obtaining module 202 obtains the unique identification code and the card reading time stamp of the electronic card 30, and then updates the card reading time stamp, in this embodiment, the card reading time stamp adopts an arabic number starting from 0, and the card reading time stamp is updated by adding 1 to the card reading time stamp obtained each time. For example, when the acquired number of times of reading is marked as "0", the number is updated to "1"; when the acquired number of times of reading is "5", the acquired number is updated to "6", and the number of times of reading is written in the B area of the storage area of the electronic card 30 by the card reading device 20, such as "1" or "6".
The recording module 203 is further configured to record the updated card reading data, and record "1" if the updated card reading frequency is marked as "1", and store the "1" in the memory 101.
The disabling module 204 is configured to disable the permission of the electronic card 30 if the reading time flag is repeated with the reading time flag recorded in the history.
The determining module 205 is configured to determine whether the number of times that the card reading number flag is repeated with the card reading number flag of the history record reaches a preset value. After each time the electronic card 30 is swiped, the recording module 203 records the card reading time flag stored in the card, and the card reading time flag stored in the electronic card 30 is updated after each time the card is swiped. After the electronic card 30 is swiped for multiple times, the memory of the management server 10 stores multiple card reading time marks, and if the multiple card reading time marks are repeated and the number of the repeated times reaches a preset value, if the number of the repeated card reading time marks is 2 or 3, the disabling module 204 disables the permission of the electronic card 30. The principle of the determination method of the management server 10 is described in detail below.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of the management server 10 according to the first embodiment of the present invention. The electronic card 30 can be divided into an authorization card 301 and a copy card 302, the authorization card 301 is the electronic card 30 authorized by the management server 10 and written with the unique identification code and the card reading time mark, and the copy card 302 is the electronic card 30 copied by the authorization card 301 and having the same unique identification code and the card reading time mark stored in the authorization card 301. The data information contained in the authorization card 301 and the copy card 302 is the same, and the card reading count flag in the copy card 302 is the same as the card reading count flag stored when the authorization card 301 is copied.
In this embodiment, the copy card 302 is obtained by copying when the number of times of reading the card stored in the authorization card 301 is marked as "2", and the two cards have the same unique identification code. The initial card reading time mark of the authorization card 301 is "0", and when the card is swiped for the first time, the management server 10 stores the card reading time mark "0" and sends the updated card reading time mark "1" to the authorization card 301; the management server 10 stores the card reading number flag "1" when swiping the card for the second time, and transmits the updated card reading number flag "2" to the authorization card 301. At this time, the authorization card 301 is copied to obtain a copy card 302.
When the authorized card 301 swipes the card for the fourth time, the authorized card 301 obtains the card reading number flag "4" written back by the management server 10, and the card reading number flag stored in the management server 10 includes: "0", "1", "2", "3". At this time, if the copy card 302 swipes the card on the card reading device 20, and after twice swipes the card, the reading number flag in the copy card 302 is updated to "4", the reading number flag acquired by the management server 10 when the copy card 302 swipes the card twice is "2" or "3", and the two reading number flags are already stored in the memory 101, each time is determined to be repeated. If the preset value of the number of repetitions is 2, the disabling module 204 disables the permission of the copy card 302. It should be noted that since copy card 302 is identical to authorization card 301 in copying, electronic card 30 disabled by disabling module 204 may be either copy card 302 or authorization card 301.
Second embodiment
Please refer to fig. 5, which is a flowchart illustrating a method for preventing an electronic card 30 from being copied according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The anti-copy method for the electronic card 30 of the embodiment is applied to the management server 10, and the method includes:
in step S101, the unique identification code and the card reading count flag are written into the electronic card 30.

In this embodiment of the present invention, the step S101 may be executed by the authorization module 201.
Step S102, reading the card swiping data of the electronic card 30 through the card reading device 20.
The card reading device 20 may read card swiping data of the electronic card 30, and the obtaining module 202 may obtain the card swiping data from the card reading device 20. The card swiping data comprises the unique identification code and the card reading time mark, and can also comprise identity information of a user, such as a telephone number, a house number and the like.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the step S102 may be executed by the obtaining module 202.
And step S103, recording the card swiping data. The card swiping data acquired by the acquisition module 202 is recorded by the recording module 203 and stored in the memory 101.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the step S103 may be executed by the recording module 203.
And step S104, writing the updated card reading times mark into the electronic card 30.
In this embodiment, the number of times of reading the card is an arabic numeral starting from 0, and the number of times of reading the card is updated by adding 1 to the number of times of reading the card obtained each time.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the step S104 may be executed by the write-back module 206.
In step S105, whether the number of times that the card reading number flag is repeated with the card reading number flag of the history reaches a preset value?
After each time the electronic card 30 is swiped, the recording module 203 records the card reading time flag stored in the card, and the card reading time flag stored in the electronic card 30 is updated after each time the card is swiped. After the electronic card 30 is swiped for multiple times, the memory of the management server 10 stores multiple card reading times marks, if the multiple card reading times marks are repeated and the number of the repeated times reaches a preset value, step S106 is executed, and if the card reading times marks are not repeated or the number of the repeated times does not reach the preset value, the process is ended.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the step S105 may be executed by the determining module 205.
Step S106, disabling the authority of the electronic card 30.
If the determining module 205 determines that the electronic card 30 is the copy card 302, the disabling module 204 may limit the usage right of the card. Specifically, the usage rights of the authorization card 301 and the copy card 302 are restricted by the unique identification code, and the usage rights of the electronic card 30 determined as the copy card 302 may be restricted by the unique identification code and the card reading number flag together.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the step S106 may be executed by the disabling module 204.
In summary, according to the method, the apparatus, and the management server for preventing copying of an electronic card provided in the embodiments of the present invention, by writing a unique identification code and a card reading number flag into the electronic card, and recording the card reading number flag and writing back a new card reading number flag when the electronic card is swiped for each time, the management server can store the card reading number flag of the electronic card when the electronic card is swiped for each time, and when the management server obtains that the card reading number flag of the electronic card is repeated with the stored card reading number flag, and the repetition number reaches a certain value, it is determined that the electronic card is a copy card, and the authority of the electronic card is disabled. The electronic card anti-copy method of the embodiment of the invention can basically identify all the non-contact IC copy cards on the market at present, even clone cards; the common IC card does not need extra cost, and the reading equipment of the IC card is only the most common card reader, so that extra functions are not needed to increase the cost; all the readable and writable cards can use the electronic card anti-copy method of the embodiment of the invention to realize the anti-copy function.
