Description

Traffic request detection method, device and system based on mobile terminal
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of shared network technologies, and in particular, to a method, an apparatus, and a system for detecting a traffic request of a mobile terminal.
Background
With the development and progress of mobile terminal technology, the functions of the mobile terminal are also more powerful. The mobile terminal often has a plurality of network functions, such as a WiFi function, a WiFi hotspot function, a bluetooth function, and a 4G communication function.
At present, a mobile terminal user usually performs traffic charging in a traffic charging manner, and the traffic charging manner often causes that the subscribed traffic of the user cannot be reasonably utilized. For example, when the user selects a monthly or daily flow package, if the user uses a large amount of mobile flow in the same month or day, the flow is insufficient before the end of the month or at the end of the day, and the user must buy an expensive flow overlay service order; if the user uses less mobile flow in the month or the day, a large amount of residual flow is not used and is cleared to the end of the month or the end of the day. In order to reduce the economic loss of users due to the above situation, traffic sharing is in operation.
Traffic sharing may refer to a mobile terminal (shared traffic terminal) having a large amount of remaining traffic that can share the traffic to a mobile terminal (requested traffic terminal) that needs the traffic. The traffic sharing requires establishing a network connection with the mobile terminal of the shared traffic, and the mobile terminal requesting the traffic first detects the mobile terminal of the surrounding shared traffic. In the prior art, a mobile terminal requesting traffic often turns on a network device to search for nearby networks, for example, individually turns on bluetooth or WiFi, and performs connection communication with a mobile terminal sharing traffic searched by a single network. However, only one mobile terminal with shared traffic can be detected by using a single network search, so that the number of the detected mobile terminals with shared traffic is limited, and the detection effect is poor. For example, a traffic request mobile terminal that starts a bluetooth function may only detect a shared traffic terminal that starts bluetooth, but may not detect a shared traffic terminal that starts WIFI.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a specific implementation manner of a method for detecting a traffic request based on a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method may include the following steps:
step 101: and scanning all first network signals in the first range to acquire first network information.
Step 102: and scanning all second network signals in the second range to acquire second network information.
It should be noted that the first network signal may be a bluetooth signal or a WIFI signal, and correspondingly, the second network signal may be a WIFI signal or a bluetooth signal. The first network signal is different from the second network signal.
The first network signal and the second network signal are not limited to only one of bluetooth or WIFI, but may also be other types of shared network signals, as long as one is a shared network signal with low power consumption, and the other is a shared network signal with high power consumption, which is not limited herein.
For example, when the first network is bluetooth and the second network is WIFI, the mobile terminal requesting for traffic starts bluetooth and WIFI functions, and the scanning accessory starts a bluetooth sharing or WIFI hotspot sharing mobile terminal, the first range is a scanning range of a bluetooth signal, and the second range is a scanning range of a WIFI signal.
The first network information and the second network information may be first network account information and second network account information, respectively. For example, when the first network signal is a bluetooth signal, the first network information is bluetooth account information; and when the second network signal is a WIFI signal, the second network information is WIFI account information. Of course, the first network information and the second network information may also specifically include other information, and are not limited herein.
For example, the mobile terminal requesting for traffic starts its own bluetooth function and WIFI function, and scans and acquires all nearby bluetooth account information and WIFI account information. At this time, one traffic sharing mobile terminal only starts one of the bluetooth function and the WIFI function, but does not start both the bluetooth function and the WIFI function, and when the traffic sharing mobile terminal only starts the bluetooth function, it indicates that the traffic sharing mobile terminal is not connected with other traffic requesting mobile terminals; and when the mobile terminal sharing the traffic only starts the WIFI function, the mobile terminal sharing the traffic is indicated to have more than one mobile terminal requesting the traffic to connect.
It is understood that, the above steps 101 and 102 may be performed simultaneously, that is, the first network information and the second network information are scanned and obtained simultaneously; there may also be a sequence, and in this case, the execution sequence between step 101 and step 102 may be any.
Step 103: and respectively screening out signals which are greater than or equal to a preset signal strength threshold value from the first network signal and the second network signal as request detection signals.
After the mobile terminal requesting traffic scans the first network signal and the second network signal, the signal strength of the acquired network signals is different due to the distance between the mobile terminal and the mobile terminal sharing traffic or other influencing factors. In this case, the number of acquired network signals is large, and signals greater than or equal to the signal strength threshold value need to be selected from the acquired network signals.
Specifically, according to the signal strength, a plurality of first network signals which are greater than or equal to a preset signal strength threshold value are selected from the first network signals, a plurality of second network signals which are greater than or equal to the preset strength threshold value are selected from the second network signals, and then a group of the selected first network signals and a group of the selected second network signals are used as the request detection signals.
The preset signal intensity threshold may be set manually according to requirements and experience, and is not limited herein.
Step 104: and sending the first network information and the second network information corresponding to the request detection signal to a server, so that the server searches out corresponding target mobile terminal information meeting preset conditions from prestored shared network information according to the first network information and the second network information, returns the target mobile terminal information to the mobile terminal, and sends the address information of the mobile terminal to the target mobile terminal of the shared flow corresponding to the target mobile terminal information.
It can be understood that the pre-stored shared network information may be information obtained by uploading the shared information and the network information to a server and storing the shared information and the network information by a target mobile terminal sharing traffic; wherein, the shared information at least comprises maximum flow sharing limit information, shared flow limit information and shared network speed information; the network information includes account information and password information. More specifically, the network information may be bluetooth account information and password information, WIFI account information and password information.
For example, a certain mobile terminal a sharing traffic uploads relevant information such as its own bluetooth account and password, WIFI account and password, sharable traffic limit, shared internet speed, and shared traffic to a server, and the server persistently stores the relevant information in a database.
The preset condition may specifically be that a preset signal strength threshold is met, that is, the mobile terminals corresponding to signals greater than the preset threshold are used as target mobile terminals by sorting according to the signal strengths of the first network signal and the second network signal. Of course, the preset conditions may be other conditions, and are not limited herein.
It should be noted that the selected target mobile terminal may be one, and at this time, one mobile terminal with the largest signal strength may be selected as the target mobile terminal, and the information of the target mobile terminal is sent to the mobile terminal requesting the traffic; or may be a group, in which case information of a plurality of target mobile terminals is transmitted together to the mobile terminal requesting the traffic.
For example, the server searches a mapping table of the bluetooth account and the WIFI account in the database according to the bluetooth account information, so as to find the WIFI account information and the password information of the mobile terminal of the bluetooth account, and the corresponding related information of the target mobile terminal. And the related information of the corresponding target mobile terminal can be searched according to the WIFI account information.
After the server finds out the target mobile terminals sharing the traffic, the server can send the mobile terminal information (such as the MAC address) requesting the traffic to one or a group of target mobile terminals in addition to sending the target mobile terminal information to the mobile terminal requesting the traffic. Therefore, if the target mobile terminal does not start the WIFI hotspot, the WIFI hotspot can be started, the setting is carried out according to the initially generated WIFI hotspot account number password, and meanwhile, the Bluetooth function is closed.
Step 105: and establishing flow sharing connection with the target mobile terminal according to the target mobile terminal information.
The mobile terminal requesting flow receives the target mobile terminal information returned by the server, and if the target mobile terminal information is one, the sharing connection is directly established according to the target mobile terminal information to share the flow; if the number of the target mobile terminals is multiple or a group, the mobile terminal requesting the traffic may select a target mobile terminal with the largest current signal strength for connection.
It should be noted that the connection between the mobile terminal requesting traffic and the target mobile terminal sharing traffic may be a bluetooth connection, but due to the limitation of bluetooth technology. Preferably, the sharing connection with the target mobile terminal is established through WIFI, at this time, the target mobile terminal may close the bluetooth function and only reserve the WIFI hotspot function, and the mobile terminal requesting traffic may also close the bluetooth function and only reserve the WIFI function to perform traffic sharing.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the process of establishing a traffic sharing connection with the target mobile terminal according to the target mobile terminal information may specifically be: acquiring network signals of target mobile terminals corresponding to a plurality of pieces of target mobile terminal information; establishing flow sharing connection with a target mobile terminal with the strongest network signal intensity according to the network signal; the target mobile terminal information is a group of information comprising a plurality of target mobile terminal information; the network signal is a Bluetooth signal or a WIFI signal.
The mobile terminal requesting the flow receives a group of target mobile terminal information returned by the server, and the server also informs the group of target mobile terminals to start the WIFI hotspot function. Therefore, the mobile terminal requesting the flow can select the target mobile terminal to be connected according to the real-time signal intensity, namely, the WIFI to be connected is selected to be connected according to the WIFI hotspot signal intensity, and therefore the flow sharing connection is established.
Therefore, the mobile terminal requesting the traffic selects the mobile terminal sharing the traffic according to the strength of the signal, so that the situation that the originally connected network signal is poor due to some emergency situations can be avoided, and the stability of network sharing is further improved.
In the method for detecting a traffic request based on a mobile terminal according to this embodiment, first network information is obtained by scanning all first network signals within a first range; scanning all second network signals in a second range to acquire second network information; respectively screening out signals which are greater than or equal to a preset signal intensity threshold value from the first network signal and the second network signal as request detection signals; sending the first network information and the second network information corresponding to the request detection signal to a server, so that the server searches out corresponding target mobile terminal information meeting preset conditions from prestored shared network information according to the first network information and the second network information, returns the target mobile terminal information to the mobile terminal, and sends the address information of the mobile terminal to a target mobile terminal of shared flow corresponding to the target mobile terminal information; and establishing flow sharing connection with the target mobile terminal according to the target mobile terminal information. The method comprises the steps of scanning a first network signal and a second network signal to obtain two kinds of network information, searching and detecting target mobile terminals of respective corresponding shared flow according to the two kinds of network information, and accordingly detecting the target mobile terminals of the respective corresponding two kinds of networks. Compared with the single network for detecting the flow request, the network has more target mobile terminals which can be detected, so that the flow request detection effect is better.
Example two
After the mobile terminal requesting the traffic and the mobile terminal sharing the traffic establish network connection, the mobile terminal requesting the traffic may perform traffic metering. The sharing traffic limit of the mobile terminals sharing traffic is limited, so when the sharing traffic reaches a certain limit, the mobile terminals sharing traffic will close the sharing network. At this time, all the traffic-requesting ues connected to the traffic-sharing ue are disconnected, and a handover to a new traffic-sharing ue is required. The following embodiment will describe in detail the handover procedure of the mobile terminal requesting traffic.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a specific implementation manner of a traffic sharing handover method based on a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Based on the above embodiment, after the traffic sharing connection is established with the target mobile terminal according to the target mobile terminal information, the method may further include the following steps:
step 201: and when the flow shared by the target mobile terminal reaches the preset flow limit and then sends a flow sharing closing request to the server, receiving a flow sharing closing notification sent by the server.
It should be noted that, the target mobile terminal of the shared traffic may monitor the traffic sharing condition in real time, and when the shared traffic reaches or approaches the traffic limit authorized to be shared by the target mobile terminal, the target mobile terminal may submit a request for closing the sharing to the server, and then the server may notify all the traffic requesting mobile terminals connected to the target mobile terminal of the shared traffic.
And the preset flow limit of the target mobile terminal sharing the flow can be determined by the authorization of the user. Specifically, the target mobile terminal obtains a maximum flow sharing limit M authorized to be used by the user, and then, according to the shared flow limit N, a total flow L of the flow package, an used flow S, a total flow package time T, a distance flow clearing time T, a total bandwidth B, and a currently occupied bandwidth B. It is then determined whether to open the shared network, share the traffic quota, and share the wire speed. Wherein, the sharable flow is:
Figure BDA0001397923530000101
the shared WIFI hotspot network speed is (B-B) multiplied by β, β is a regulating parameter, and 0 is more than α is less than 1.
After the WIFI hotspot is closed, the target mobile terminal sharing the traffic restarts the Bluetooth function to wait for accessing the next mobile terminal requesting the traffic. And will share the flowrate to send this time to the server, the server will adjust the sharing flowrate quota of the goal movable termination correspondingly, for example, this time shares the flowrate to be 1.5G, originally authorizes the sharing flowrate quota to be 2G, adjust the sharing flowrate quota of the goal movable termination to 0.5G.
Preferably, the metered traffic usage can be used as a proof of the user shared value, and specifically, the mobile terminal sharing the traffic can obtain corresponding contribution values according to the shared traffic, and use the contribution values to obtain the traffic or corresponding reward. On the contrary, the mobile terminal requesting the traffic deducts the corresponding contribution value or pays a certain reward according to the consumed traffic.
Step 202: and according to the notice of closing the flow sharing, disconnecting the flow sharing connection with the target mobile terminal.
Step 203: rescanning the first network signal in the first range and the second network signal in the second range to obtain the first network information and the second network information.
The mobile terminal requesting for the traffic restarts the first network function and the second network function, and acquires all the first network information and the second network information of the accessory again, for example, restarts the bluetooth function, and scans and acquires the bluetooth account information and the WIFI account information nearby by using the bluetooth function and the WIFI function.
Step 204: and establishing flow sharing connection with the new target mobile terminal according to the first network information and the second network information which are obtained again.
Specifically, the mobile terminal requesting for traffic screens out network information meeting conditions (for example, meeting preset signal strength) from the first network information and the second network information, and sends the network information to the server, and the server finds out corresponding target mobile terminal information according to the network information and returns the target mobile terminal information to the mobile terminal requesting for traffic; and then the mobile terminal requesting the flow establishes connection with a new target mobile terminal according to the target mobile terminal information to share the flow.
It should be noted that, according to the first network information and the second network information obtained again, a specific process of establishing the traffic sharing connection with the new target mobile terminal is similar to the corresponding process described in the first embodiment, and specific reference may be made to the corresponding contents above, which is not described herein again.
When the existing traffic sharing is switched, only one network device (such as bluetooth or WIFI) is started, and one type of shared mobile terminal nearby is acquired again, so that the number of the scanned shared mobile terminals is small during switching, and the internet surfing experience of a user sharing traffic is affected during switching. Compared with the existing traffic sharing switching method, the traffic sharing switching method provided by the embodiment can enlarge the rescanning range of the mobile terminal requesting the traffic, increase the scanned shared traffic mobile terminals, and improve the internet surfing experience of the user in the traffic sharing process.
