the central control system 1 is used for receiving sensing signals, transmitting data and sending control instructions;
the electronic scale 2 is in signal connection with the central control system 1 and is used for weighing weight and outputting a weight value;
an ID card mounted on a vehicle for storing individual unit information containing a plurality of pieces of user information;
the RFID card reader 3 is arranged at the entrance of the electronic scale 2, is in signal connection with the central control system 1, and is used for reading individual unit information of an ID card on a vehicle and outputting the individual unit information;
the camera 4 is in signal connection with the central control system 1 through a hard disk video recorder and is used for shooting and outputting a live-action picture at the electronic scale 2;
the inlet photoelectric switch 5 and the outlet photoelectric switch 6 are respectively arranged at the inlet and the outlet of the electronic scale 2, are in signal connection with the central control system 1, and are used for detecting whether objects are blocked at the positions where the electronic scale is located and outputting detection signals;
a display screen 7 in signal connection with the central control system 1;
a traffic light 8 in signal connection with the central control system 1;
a loudspeaker 9 in signal connection with the central control system 1;
an inlet barrier 10 and an outlet barrier 11 which are respectively arranged at the inlet and the outlet of the electronic scale 2, wherein the inlet barrier 10 and the outlet barrier 11 are in signal connection with the central control system 1;
the ground induction coil 12 is arranged below the exit barrier 11 and is in signal connection with the central control system 1;
a statistical database 13 for storing individual unit information;
a verification database 14 for storing live-action pictures;
a user terminal 15, an operation terminal for a user to view and edit individual unit information;
the data management server 16, the central control system 1 and the user terminal 15 establish communication connection with the statistical database 13 and the verification database 14 through the data management server 16, the data management server 16 is internally provided with a permission corresponding library, and a plurality of user accounts and corresponding user categories are stored in the permission corresponding library;
the management terminal 17 is connected to the data management server 16 in a communication manner, and when the management terminal 17 logs in the data management server 16, the management terminal 17 modifies the user category of the user terminal 15 in the data management server 16.
In the above-described scheme, the central control system 1 may be implemented by a computer, a microprocessor, a processing unit such as a PLC, or a combination of multiple processing units. The central control system 1 can be in communication connection with the data management server 16 through a router via a public network, so as to realize remote monitoring. The central control system 1 and the entrance photoelectric switch 5, the exit photoelectric switch 6, the traffic light 8, the speaker 9, the entrance barrier 10, the exit barrier 11, the ground induction coil 12 and other elements can be coupled and signal converted through a certain serial port conversion circuit.
In actual use, after the RFID card reader 3 reads the individual unit information of the ID card, the central control system 1 generates a weighing entry number according to the individual unit information, the central control system 1 extracts the number type user information representing the place where the garbage belongs from the individual unit information, and when the weighing entry number is generated, the extracted number type user information is added into the prefix of the weighing entry number;
the central control system 1 performs identity verification on the individual unit information read from the ID card;
when the individual unit information read from the ID card conforms to the identity authentication, the central control system 1 opens the entrance barrier 10, and the central control system 1 controls the loudspeaker 9 to prompt the electronic scale 2 on the vehicle in a voice mode;
when the entrance photoelectric switch 5 at the entrance of the electronic scale 2 detects that a vehicle passes through and the vehicle does not shield the entrance photoelectric switch 5 and the exit photoelectric switch 6, the central control system 1 closes the entrance barrier 10, the central control system 1 controls the traffic light 8 to be converted from a green light into a red light, and the central control system 1 starts the electronic scale 2 to weigh;
when the change range of the weight value detected by the electronic scale 2 is smaller than a minimum stable range and lasts for a preset time, the central control system 1 adds the weight value detected by the electronic scale 2 into the individual unit information, displays the weight value detected by the electronic scale 2 on a display screen 7 in signal connection with the electronic scale, opens an exit gate 11, and controls a loudspeaker 9 to prompt the electronic scale 2 under the vehicle by voice through the central control system 1;
when a vehicle passes through the exit barrier 11, the ground induction coil 12 is triggered, the exit barrier 11 is closed by the central control system 1, the traffic light 8 is controlled by the central control system 1 to be converted from red light into green light, and the weight weighing and recording of a truck are completed.
After receiving the individual unit information, the central control system 1 binds the entry number with the read individual unit information and stores the bound entry number and the read individual unit information in the statistical database 13;
after receiving the live-action picture sent by the camera 4, the central control system 1 binds the live-action picture with the weighing number and stores the bound live-action picture in the verification database 14;
after the user terminal 15 retrieves and reads the individual unit information from the statistical database 13, the live-action pictures with the same weighting number in the verification database 14 are taken out according to the corresponding weighting number.
After the user terminal 15 logs in the data management server 16 by using a user account, the data management server 16 allocates the operation authority of the user terminal 15 to the statistical database 13 and the verification database 14 according to the user category corresponding to the user account;
when the user terminal 15 retrieves and reads the individual unit information in the statistical database 13, the data management server 16 sends back the corresponding pieces of user information to the user terminal 15 according to the operation authority of the user terminal 15;
the management terminal 17 is used for managing the user types of the user accounts, and each user type corresponds to one operation authority, so that the operation authorities of the user accounts can be managed conveniently.
The user terminal 15 logs in the data management server 16 by using a user account, and the data management server 16 allocates the operation authority of the user terminal 15 to the statistical database 13 and the verification database 14 according to the user category of the user account;
when the user terminal 15 retrieves and reads the individual unit information from the statistical database 13 through the data management server 16, the data management server 16 reads out the access number prefix corresponding to the user type in the authority corresponding library, and the data management server 16 retrieves the user information only from the individual unit information corresponding to the prefix containing the same access number;
the data management server 16, after retrieving the corresponding individual unit information, sends back a plurality of items of user information contained therein to the user terminal 15;
after the user terminal 15 retrieves and reads the individual unit information from the statistical database 13, taking out the live-action pictures with the same weighting number from the checking database 14 through the corresponding weighting number;
after the data management server 16 logs in, a management terminal 17 modifies the user category of each user account stored in the data management server 16 through the management terminal 17.

1. A control method of a kitchen waste processing weighing management system is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the RFID card reader (3) reads individual unit information containing a plurality of user information of an ID card on a vehicle, and the central control system (1) generates a weighing number according to the individual unit information;
after a photoelectric switch detects that the vehicle is in a pound, the central control system (1) triggers the camera (4) to shoot the vehicle, and the central control system (1) binds the live-action pictures shot by the camera (4) with the pound entering number and then stores the live-action pictures in a verification database (14);
the central control system (1) adds weight information detected by the electronic scale (2) to the individual unit information;
the central control system (1) binds the entry number with the individual unit information and then stores the entry number in a statistical database (13);
after the user terminal (15) searches and reads the individual unit information in the statistical database (13), the live-action pictures with the same weighting number in the verification database (14) are taken out through the corresponding weighting number.
2. The control method of kitchen garbage weighing management system according to claim 1, wherein the central control system (1) and the user terminal (15) are connected with the statistics database (13) and the verification database (14) through the data management server (16) in a communication manner, and before the user terminal (15) accesses the statistics database (13), the method further comprises:
the user terminal (15) logs in the data management server (16) by using a user account, and the data management server (16) allocates the operation authority of the user terminal (15) on the statistical database (13) and the verification database (14) according to the user category of the user account;
when the user terminal (15) retrieves and reads the individual unit information in the statistical database (13), the data management server (16) sends back the corresponding plurality of items of user information to the user terminal (15) according to the operation authority of the user terminal (15).
3. The control method of kitchen garbage disposal weighing management system according to claim 2, wherein the individual unit information includes at least one item of numbered user information consisting of code numbers, a plurality of weighing number prefixes are stored in the authority correspondence library of the data management server (16), each weighing number prefix corresponds to at least one user type, and before the central control system (1) generates a weighing number, the method further comprises:
the central control system (1) extracts at least one item of number type user information in the individual unit information, and when a weighing entry number is generated, the extracted number type user information is added into a prefix of the weighing entry number;
when the user terminal (15) retrieves the individual unit information from the statistical database (13), the data management server (16) reads out the access number prefix corresponding to the user type in the authority corresponding library, and the data management server (16) retrieves the user information only from the individual unit information corresponding to the same access number prefix;
after retrieving the corresponding individual unit information, the data management server (16) sends back a plurality of items of user information contained therein to the user terminal (15).
4. The control method of kitchen waste processing weighing management system according to claim 3, characterized in that after the vehicle is driven onto the electronic scale (2), the method further comprises:
when the photoelectric switches at the two ends of the electronic scale (2) cannot detect the object shielding, the central control system (1) starts the electronic scale (2) to weigh;
when the change range of the weight value detected by the electronic scale (2) is smaller than a minimum stable range and lasts for a preset time, the central control system (1) adds the weight value detected by the electronic scale (2) to the individual unit information and displays the weight value detected by the electronic scale (2) on a display screen (7) in signal connection with the electronic scale.
5. The method for controlling the kitchen waste processing weighing management system according to any one of claims 2 to 4, further comprising:
a management terminal (17) modifies the user category of each user account stored in the data management server (16) through the management terminal (17) after the data management server (16) logs in.
6. A kitchen waste processing weighing management system, the system comprising:
the electronic scale (2) is used for weighing weight and outputting a weight value;
an ID card mounted on a vehicle for storing individual unit information containing a plurality of pieces of user information;
the RFID card reader (3) is installed at the entrance of the electronic scale (2) and is used for reading the individual unit information of the ID card on the vehicle and outputting the individual unit information;
the camera (4) is used for shooting a live-action picture at the electronic scale (2) and outputting the live-action picture;
a statistical database (13) for storing individual unit information;
a verification database (14) for storing live-action pictures;
the central control system (1) is in signal connection with the electronic scale (2), the RFID card reader (3) and the camera (4), and is used for generating a pound entering number according to the individual unit information after the RFID card reader (3) reads the individual unit information of the ID card;
after receiving the individual unit information, the central control system (1) binds the entry number with the read individual unit information and stores the entry number and the read individual unit information in a statistical database (13);
after receiving the live-action pictures sent by the camera (4), the central control system (1) binds the live-action pictures with the weighting numbers and stores the bound live-action pictures in the verification database (14);
after the user terminal (15) searches and reads the individual unit information in the statistical database (13), the live-action pictures with the same weighting number in the verification database (14) are taken out through the corresponding weighting number.
7. The kitchen waste processing weighing management system according to claim 6, further comprising a data management server (16), wherein the central control system (1) and the user terminal (15) are connected with the statistical database (13) and the verification database (14) through the data management server (16) in a communication manner,
a permission corresponding library is arranged in the data management server (16), and a plurality of user accounts and corresponding user categories are stored in the permission corresponding library;
after a user terminal (15) logs in a data management server (16) by using a user account, the data management server (16) distributes the operation authority of the user terminal (15) to a statistical database (13) and a verification database (14) according to the user category corresponding to the user account;
when the user terminal (15) retrieves and reads the individual unit information in the statistical database (13), the data management server (16) sends back the corresponding plurality of items of user information to the user terminal (15) according to the operation authority of the user terminal (15).
8. The kitchen waste processing weighing management system of claim 7, further comprising:
the entrance photoelectric switch (5) and the exit photoelectric switch (6) are respectively arranged at the entrance and the exit of the electronic scale (2) and are used for detecting whether objects are blocked at the positions of the entrance photoelectric switch and the exit photoelectric switch and outputting detection signals;
and a display screen (7) in signal connection with the central control system (1);
when an inlet photoelectric switch (5) at the inlet of the electronic scale (2) detects that a vehicle passes through and the vehicle does not shield the inlet photoelectric switch (5) and an outlet photoelectric switch (6), the central control system (1) starts the electronic scale (2) to weigh;
when the change range of the weight value detected by the electronic scale (2) is smaller than a minimum stable range and lasts for a preset time, the central control system (1) adds the weight value detected by the electronic scale (2) to the individual unit information and displays the weight value detected by the electronic scale (2) on a display screen (7) in signal connection with the electronic scale.
9. The kitchen waste processing weighing management system of claim 8, further comprising:
an inlet barrier gate (10) and an outlet barrier gate (11) which are respectively arranged at the inlet and the outlet of the electronic scale (2), wherein the inlet barrier gate (10) and the outlet barrier gate (11) are in signal connection with the central control system (1);
the ground induction coil (12) is arranged below the exit barrier (11), and is in signal connection with the central control system (1);
after the RFID card reader (3) reads an ID card on a vehicle, the central control system (1) performs identity authentication on individual unit information read from the ID card;
when the individual unit information read from the ID card conforms to the identity authentication, the central control system (1) opens the entrance barrier (10);
after the central control system (1) displays the weight value detected by the electronic scale (2) on the display screen (7), the central control system (1) opens the exit barrier (11);
when the vehicle passes through the exit barrier (11), the ground induction coil (12) is triggered, and the central control system (1) closes the exit barrier (11).
10. The kitchen waste processing and weighing management system according to any one of claims 7 to 9, further comprising:
and a management terminal (17) which is connected with the data management server (16) in a communication way, and when the management terminal (17) logs in the data management server (16), the management terminal (17) modifies the user category of the user terminal (15) in the data management server (16).
