Abstract
The invention discloses a power saving method, a power saving device and a power saving system for a mobile terminal. The method comprises the following steps: the mobile terminal acquires power saving indication information; and the mobile terminal performs a first network measurement power saving mode operation according to the power saving indication information. The first network measurement power-saving mode operation of the mobile terminal is realized, so that the power consumption of the mobile terminal is saved.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to communications technologies, and in particular, to a power saving method, device and system for a mobile terminal.
Background
With the development of communication technology, in order to provide better control and utilization of dual connection resources, a tight coupling between a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) and a 3GPP network is proposed, that is, a residential access network RAN hierarchy integrating the WLAN and the 3GPP network is aggregated.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a network architecture according to an embodiment of a mobile set configuration method of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, an enb and a WLAN complete RAN layer integration operation through an external interface (WT), where the WT may be a logical entity, an independent network element, or implemented on an AP/AC. A plurality of WLAN access network element APs can be connected under the WT, the APs can be divided into an AP group, and each AP group is a WLAN mobile set; and the mobile terminal may measure the AP of the WLAN network, and report the measurement result to the 3GPP side device, such as enb, and then enb determines to start tight coupling, or determines to start loose coupling, or determines to stop tight coupling, or determines to start loose coupling, according to the measurement result reported by the mobile terminal.
However, in the process of implementing the foregoing prior art, the inventor of the present invention finds that the mobile terminal consumes much power in the process of measuring the AP in the WLAN network by the mobile terminal.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides a power saving method, device and system for a mobile terminal, so as to solve the problem that the mobile terminal consumes more power.
In order to achieve the object of the present invention, the present invention provides a power saving method for a mobile terminal, comprising:
the mobile terminal acquires power saving indication information;
and the mobile terminal performs a first network measurement power saving mode operation according to the power saving indication information.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be arbitrarily combined with each other without conflict.
The power saving method of the mobile terminal provided by the embodiment of the invention can be particularly applied to RAN (radio access network) level aggregation of a residential access network integrated by a WLAN (wireless local area network) and a 3GPP (third generation partnership project) network when the terminal measures an AP (access point) in a first network. The power saving method of the mobile terminal provided in this embodiment may be specifically executed by a power saving device of the mobile terminal, where the power saving device of the mobile terminal may be integrated in the mobile terminal, a network side device, or separately configured, and the power saving device of the mobile terminal may be implemented in a software and/or hardware manner. The following describes the power saving method and apparatus of the mobile terminal provided in this embodiment in detail.
