Since the electronic device (such as a smart phone, a tablet computer or a notebook computer) needs to be connected with the peripheral device, an opening is necessarily formed in the electronic device, so that the connector on the internal circuit board is exposed in the opening, and the connector can be plugged into the peripheral device to electrically connect the peripheral device.
However, the opening exposing the connector does not have the functions of dust prevention and water blocking, and once the connector exposed in the opening is stained with dust, poor electrical conduction can occur; or, once the water is attached to the connector through the opening, the connector will be corroded and short-circuited; or, once the water flows into the electronic device through the opening, the internal circuit board will be short-circuited. Therefore, a door cover for covering the opening position is provided.
Although the existing door cover can cover the opening position to prevent dust and water, in order to provide the necessary opening and closing function of the door cover, an opening and closing structure must be added on the door cover, thereby leading the structure of the door cover to become complicated and the cost to be relatively increased.
In addition, the existing door cover is additionally provided with a switch structure, when a user manually opens and closes the door cover, the user must open the switch first and then open the door cover, so that the door cover is not intuitive in operation.
Therefore, how to improve the above-mentioned deficiencies is a major issue to be solved by the present inventors.
[ summary of the invention ]
The invention aims to provide a door cover of an electronic device, which has dust-proof and water-proof (or waterproof) effects in a mode without an opening and closing structure and enables the opening and closing actions of the door cover to be intuitive.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a door of an electronic device, for covering an opening of the electronic device, wherein a fastening groove is disposed in the opening, the door comprises: the door cover body covers the opening and is provided with a pressing edge, and the pressing edge is provided with at least one through hole and protrudes with at least one clamping part corresponding to the clamping groove; a connecting body, having a bending part, the bending part is connected to the door cover body, the connecting body is fixed on the electronic device; the soft body is combined with one inner surface of the door cover body and forms a water retaining part which is attached to the electronic device corresponding to the opening to retain water; the at least one buckling part is pressed on the pressing edge partially exposed from the opening to be pulled out of the buckling groove by the door cover body, so that the door cover is opened.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following effects: the dust-proof and water-retaining (or waterproof) effects can be achieved in a mode without a switch structure, so that the structure is simplified, and the cost is reduced; and the action of opening and closing the door cover can be intuitively and easily operated.

[ detailed description ] embodiments
The following detailed description and technical contents of the present invention are described with reference to the drawings, which are provided for reference and illustration purposes only and are not intended to limit the present invention.
Fig. 1 to 4 show a first embodiment of a door cover of the present invention, fig. 5 to 7 show a second embodiment of a door cover of the present invention, and fig. 8 and 9 show a third embodiment of a door cover of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the present invention mainly covers the door 100 on the opening 8 of the electronic device 800 in an openable and closable manner, so as to achieve the effects of dust prevention and water retention (even waterproof). The water retaining wall can only retain water like a retaining wall, and the water can be completely prevented from entering the retaining wall due to the water retaining effect, so that the water retaining effect is superior to the water retaining effect. The electronic device 800 has at least one opening 8, and at least one locking groove 81 and at least one insertion hole 82 are disposed in the opening 8, in practice, each electronic device 800 may have a plurality of openings 8, and each opening 8 may also have a plurality of locking grooves 81 and a plurality of insertion holes 82.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the door cover 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention includes: a door body 1, a connecting body 2 and a soft body 3.
The door body 1 is made of a hard material having a certain deformation toughness when being stressed, such as a plastic material having a certain deformation toughness, so that the door body 1 has a certain deformation amount, thereby facilitating the opening 8 of the electronic device 800 to be covered and dust-proof in a manner without a switch structure. The number of the door bodies 1 corresponds to the number of the openings 8 of the electronic device 800, as shown in fig. 1, the electronic device 800 has two openings 8, and the door 100 of the present invention has two door bodies 1.
The door cover body 1 has a pressing edge 14, the pressing edge 14 is provided with at least one through hole 141, the number of the through holes 141 can be one or more, the more the number of the through holes 141 is, the higher the elastic deformation of the pressing edge 14 is. The pressing edge 14 further protrudes with at least one buckling part 142 for buckling corresponding to the buckling groove 81, the number of the buckling parts 142 can be one or more, and the longer the length of the buckling part 142 required by the pressing edge 14 is, so as to avoid the situation that the covered door cover body 1 is loosened at the part lacking the buckling part 142.
The arrangement between the through hole 141 and the locking part 142 of the door cover body 1 is to increase the elastic deformation of the pressing edge 14, and the displacement is taken as an example in this embodiment (see fig. 2).
The connecting body 2 is also made of a hard material having a certain deformation toughness when being stressed, and may be made of a material the same as or different from that of the door cover body 1, and in this embodiment, the material the same as that of the door cover body 1 is taken as an example for description, so that the connecting body 2 may be integrally connected to the door cover body 1. In addition, the connecting body 2 may be connected to the door body 1 by one connecting body 2 (not shown), or by one connecting body 2 to a plurality of door bodies 1 (see fig. 2).
The connector 2 has a bending portion 21 for facilitating the back and forth bending, the outer edge of the bending portion 21 is connected to the lower edge of the door body 1, and the connector 2 is fixed to the electronic device 800 (see fig. 4). Accordingly, the door body 1 can be opened and closed by bending the bent portion 21.
The flexible body 3 is made of a flexible material, such as PU (Polyurethane) or TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber), but the invention is not limited thereto. The flexible body 3 is combined with and protrudes out of the inner surface 11 of the door cover body 1, the protruding portion forms a water retaining portion 31, the water retaining portion 31 can be attached to the electronic device 800 corresponding to the periphery of the opening 8 to retain water, so that water can be blocked outside the water retaining portion 31 and can not flow into the opening 8. The water retaining portion 31 may have various shapes, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the inverted U-shape shown in fig. 2 is taken as an example for illustration in this embodiment, in other words, the water retaining portion 31 is not formed below the soft body 3, but can retain water, because the water cannot flow upward in a direction opposite to the gravity direction.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, when the user covers the opening 8 corresponding to the door cover 100 of the present invention, each of the locking portions 142 is locked to each of the locking grooves 81, so as to have a dustproof effect after the door cover is closed; the water blocking portion 31 of the flexible body 3 is attached to the periphery of the opening 8 to achieve the water blocking effect. After the door cover 100 is closed, a part of the pressing edge 14 of the door cover body 1 is partially exposed from the opening 8 (see fig. 4), that is, a part of the pressing edge 14 protrudes from the electronic device 800, so that when the door cover 100 is to be opened, a user can press the protruding part of the pressing edge 14 with a finger, and the pressing edge 14 (or even other parts of the door cover body 1) can be deformed downward by the elastic deformation amount, and simultaneously the fastening parts 142 are driven to sink down to withdraw from the fastening grooves 81 (release the fastening), so that the door cover 100 can be easily opened without any switch structure. Moreover, when the door 100 is to be opened, the user can open the door 100 by pressing the pressing edge 14 with his/her finger, and the user can close the door 100 simultaneously, so that the opening and closing of the door 100 according to the present invention are intuitive and easy to operate.
The specific structure of the door 100 of the present invention will be described later:
as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the door cover body 1 has an outer panel 13, a plurality of side edges 15, 16 connected to and surrounding the outer panel 13, and the pressing edge 14, so that the inner surface 11 of the door cover body 1 is formed with a hollow portion 12, and the hollow portion 12 is located between the outer panel 13, the plurality of side edges 15, 16, and the pressing edge 14, so that the pressing edge 14 can be suspended corresponding to the hollow portion 12, and thus is more favorable for elastic deformation.
The soft body 3 has a shape adapted to the hollow portion 12, and the water stop portion 31 is integrally extended from the outside (outside the opening 8) to the inside (inside the opening 8), so that the soft body 3 except the water stop portion 31 can be completely combined in the hollow portion 12 of the door body 1. Since the shape of the flexible body 3 is fitted to the hollow portion 12, the flexible body 3 also has an outer plate (no reference numeral) and a plurality of side edges (no reference numeral) connected to and surrounding the outer plate. The hollow part 12 is communicated with each through hole 141, and the flexible body 3 is formed with a plurality of bumps 32 corresponding to each through hole 141, so that each bump 32 is embedded in each through hole 141, which not only can improve the binding force between the flexible body 3 and the door cover body 1, but also can have better aesthetic property by making the flexible body 3 and the door cover body 1 have different colors.
As shown in FIG. 4, the pressing edge 14 is tilted from the inner surface 11 to the outer plate 13, i.e. from inside to outside, so as to allow the water to flow outwards (i.e. the first water stop) according to the tilted direction. In addition, a drainage ditch G is formed by the interval between the inner edge of the pressing edge 14 and the inner edge of the water blocking part 31, so that the drainage ditch G can drain water (the second water blocking) at the position of the door cover 100 closest to the opening 8, and the water blocking effect is improved. The water blocking portion 31 is attached to the electronic device 800 around the opening 8, and thus the third water blocking portion is formed.
Referring to fig. 5, 6 and 7, a door 100a according to a second embodiment of the present invention is shown, which is substantially the same as the first embodiment, except that the flexible body 3 is further provided with a surrounding body 33, specifically, the surrounding body 33 integrally protrudes from the inner side of the flexible body 3 from the outside (outside the opening 8) to the inside (inside the opening 8).
In the second embodiment, the opening 8a of the electronic device 800 further has a plug inlet 801, and the plug holes 82 are all located in the plug inlet 801. Specifically, a surrounding flange 83 is protruded into the opening 8a of the electronic device 800, and the surrounding flange 83 defines the plug inlet 801.
When the door cover 100a is closed, the surrounding body 33 will be plugged into the corresponding plug inlet 801 in the opening 8a, and even if water comes from all directions, the surrounding body 33 and the plug inlet 801 tightly fitted to each other will be isolated from water. In other words, the door 100a of the second embodiment has both the dust-proof and the first water-proof effects, while the first embodiment has only the dust-proof and water-proof effects.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, a door 100b according to a third embodiment of the present invention is shown, the third embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment, and only a surrounding body 17 is further disposed on the flexible body 4 and the door body 1.
The door 100b includes: a door cover body 1, a connecting body 2 and a soft body 4. The door body 1 and the connecting body 2 are the same as those of the first embodiment, and only the door body 1 is further provided with a surrounding body 17, so that the material for manufacturing the surrounding body 17 can be different from the material for manufacturing the door body 1 (not shown). In the present embodiment, the surrounding body 17 is illustrated as integrally protruding from the inner side surface of the outer panel 13 from the outward direction to the inward direction (see fig. 9), and therefore, the door body 1, the connecting body 2 and the surrounding body 17 are made of hard materials having certain flexibility when subjected to a force.
The flexible body 4 is made of a flexible material, such as PU (Polyurethane) or TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber), but the invention is not limited thereto. The flexible body 4 is disposed between the door body 1 and the electronic device 800, so that when the door body 1 is closed corresponding to the opening 8 (see fig. 9), the surrounding body 17 will be in contact with the outer side surface of the flexible body 4, and force the inner side surface of the flexible body 4 to cover the opening 8 for waterproofing, in other words, the door 100b of the third embodiment has both dust-proof and second waterproof effects. The flexible body 4 can be a pad as shown and is disposed on the surrounding body 17, but the invention is not limited thereto.
Preferably, the method comprises the following steps: all the insertion holes 82 of the electronic device 800 are located within the surrounding range of the surrounding body 17 (see fig. 9) to prevent water from flowing into the soft body 4 and being abutted by the surrounding body 17 and being pressed to be waterproof.
In summary, compared to the prior art, the present invention has the following effects: the dust-proof and water-retaining (or waterproof) effects can be achieved in a mode without a switch structure, so that the structure is simplified, and the cost is reduced; and the opening and closing actions of the door covers 100, 100a and 100b can be intuitively and easily operated.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all equivalent structural changes made by using the contents of the present specification and drawings are included in the scope of the present invention, and it is obvious that the present invention is also included in the claims.
