the network payment server verifies that the account of the payee and the filling information are safe, and receives and executes network payment transfer operation;
according to a receiving rule set by the network payment server, a receiving account receives the remittance of the payer for the first time, and 24-hour delayed transfer is carried out to the user;
performing corresponding account transfer operation according to the set account transfer amount;
when the verification result is in risk, the user continues to implement network payment, and the network payment server automatically requires the identity verification of the payee, including: the face identification verification and the identity card identification verification can receive transfer remittance after one of the face identification verification and the identity card identification verification is verified.

the network payment server inquires identity information of a payee through a network and returns the inquired result to the mobile intelligent equipment, and the displayed information is a sorted result instead of the original information of the payee; in addition, the information returned to the mobile intelligent equipment also contains some error and irrelevant information;
the payer can send money only after the correct click information is confirmed;
the identity verification module is used for selecting and setting the options of collecting money after the identity verification of the payee by the payer at the same time; the identity authentication is carried out by the payee, and the money can be transferred to the account of the payee through one of the collection conditions; the collection condition comprises: face identification verification or identity card verification;
the payer can set the payee to collect the money after the identity verification; after the payer pays on the network, the receiver can remit money to the account of the receiver after the identity verification;
