Example one
The present invention provides a first embodiment of a method for processing multimedia data, the method being applied in a terminal, the terminal being capable of communicating with a network.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a first embodiment of a multimedia data processing method according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step 101: determining multimedia data to be output by a terminal and a payment mode of the multimedia data to be output;
the main execution body of step 101 is a terminal. The multimedia data is at least one of audio, video, image and text. The user of the terminal, that is, the user of the terminal, needs to subscribe a certain video with a video name of a on the terminal according to the actual use requirement of the user, the service identifier of the video is AA, the terminal receives the selected operation of the user on the service identifier AA and presents an interface of a selected payment mode, and at least two payment modes are provided on the interface: standard service charges and discounted service charges. The terminal receives the selection operation of the user on the payment mode. The terminal determines the multimedia data to be output and the payment mode thereof through the selection operation of the user on the service identifier and the selection operation of the payment mode.
Step 102: acquiring the service directory information of the multimedia data to be output;
the execution subject of step 102 is a terminal. The terminal can communicate with a broadcast multicast service center BM-SC at a network side, and the terminal receives the service directory information transmitted by the BM-SC. The service directory information can at least indicate the service identifier, the service data access address and the broadcasting time of the multimedia service in a point-to-multipoint mode, wherein the service identifier, the service data access address and the broadcasting time of the multimedia service can be used for playing the point-to-multipoint service in the network in a future period of time.
Step 103: when the output time of the multimedia data to be output indicated by the service directory information arrives, acquiring the multimedia data to be output according to the payment mode of the multimedia data to be output;
the execution subject of step 103 is a terminal. Still taking the multimedia data to be output as a video with a video name of a and the service identifier of AA as an example, when the playing time of the multimedia service data with the service identifier of AA is indicated in the service target information, the terminal obtains the video with the video name of a according to the payment mode of the multimedia service data. In the scheme, the payment mode is preferably two, and then there are two acquisition modes for the multimedia data, and the part of the content is introduced by the subsequent scheme.
Step 104: and outputting the acquired multimedia data to be output.
The execution subject of step 104 is the terminal. And the terminal plays the acquired multimedia data to be output, such as a video with the video name of A. The playing can be performed on a webpage through a browser, or can be downloaded to the local terminal and performed through certain playing software in the terminal.
Therefore, in the scheme, the terminal determines the multimedia data to be output and the payment mode of the multimedia data to be output, then obtains the service directory information of the multimedia data to be output, obtains the multimedia data to be output according to the payment mode of the multimedia data to be output when the output time of the multimedia data to be output indicated by the service directory information arrives, and outputs the obtained multimedia data to be output. The multimedia data to be output is data expected to be received by a user, and the personalized requirements of the user can be met; meanwhile, the terminal determines the payment mode of the expected received data and determines the acquisition mode of the multimedia data according to the payment mode, so that the use cost can be reduced, the economic expenditure of a user is reduced, and the use experience of the user on the terminal is improved.
Example two
The present invention provides a second embodiment of a method for processing multimedia data, the method being applied in a terminal, the terminal being capable of communicating with a network.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart illustrating an implementation of a multimedia data processing method according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
step 201: determining multimedia data to be output by a terminal and a payment mode of the multimedia data to be output;
the execution subject of step 201 is a terminal.
In a preferred embodiment, before determining the payment method of the multimedia data to be output, the method further includes:
acquiring the type of the terminal; and determining the payment mode of the terminal according to the type.
The types are divided into two types, one is a terminal supporting the eMBMS, and the other is a terminal not supporting the eMBMS. When the terminal is a terminal which does not support eMBMS, determining that the terminal is a first payment mode; and when the terminal is the terminal supporting the multimedia broadcast multicast service (eMBMS), determining that the terminal is the first or second payment mode. The first payment mode is standard service charge, the second payment mode is discounted service charge, and the first payment mode is different from the second payment mode. That is, in this scheme, if it is determined that the terminal is a terminal that does not support the eMBMS service, no selection by the user is required, and the default payment mode of the terminal is the standard service charge. If the terminal is determined to be the terminal supporting the eMBMS service, the terminal presents a selected interface of the payment mode for the user to select; or the user does not need to select the payment mode, and the default payment mode of the terminal is the discounted service charge.
Step 202: acquiring the service directory information of the multimedia data to be output;
the execution subject of step 202 is a terminal.
Step 203: the payment modes are at least two, when the output time of the multimedia data to be output indicated by the service directory information arrives and the payment mode of the multimedia data to be output is the first one of the at least two, the terminal initiates a hypertext transfer protocol (HTTP) request to a network and receives the multimedia data to be output, which is fed back by the network aiming at the HTTP request; when the payment mode of the multimedia data to be output is the second of the at least two types, the terminal directly reads the multimedia data to be output from the local;
the execution subject of step 203 is the terminal.
Preferably, the service target information indicates an access address of the multimedia data to be output;
when the payment mode of the multimedia data to be output is a first payment mode, the HTTP request initiated by the terminal to the network is used for requesting the multimedia data positioned in the access address;
and when the payment mode of the multimedia data to be output is a second payment mode, the terminal generates a new access address for the multimedia data to be output by using a preset engine unit, and reads the multimedia data in the new access address from the local.
Specifically, for a terminal that does not support the eMBMS service, the payment method can only be a standard service charge, and the output time of the multimedia data to be output indicated by the service directory information is the time when the BM-SC broadcasts the data in a point-to-multipoint manner, and the terminal that does not support the eMBMS service can only initiate an HTTP request to the network to enable the network side to feed back the multimedia data in the access address indicated by the service directory information to the terminal according to the request.
For the terminal supporting the eMBMS service, the payment method may be a standard service charge and a discounted service charge, preferably, the discounted service charge. Taking discounted service charges as an example, since the terminal supports eMBMS services and discounted service charges are selected, when the output time of the multimedia data to be output indicated by the service directory information arrives, the terminal can directly receive and store the multimedia data to be output pushed to the terminal by the network side in a preset multimedia data service module. The terminal generates a new access address by using an engine unit in the multimedia data service module, and reads the multimedia data positioned in the new access address from a file storage unit in the multimedia service module.
The network side can adopt a point-to-multipoint mode to push the same multimedia data, so that the expense of each terminal can be saved, the occupation of network bandwidth can be greatly reduced by adopting the point-to-multipoint mode to push data, and network resources are saved.
Step 204: and outputting the acquired multimedia data to be output.
The execution subject of step 204 is the terminal. And the terminal plays the acquired multimedia data to be output. The playing can be performed on a webpage through a browser, or can be downloaded to the local terminal and performed through certain playing software in the terminal.
In the scheme, the terminal determines the payment mode of the multimedia data to be output according to the type of the terminal, then obtains the service directory information of the multimedia data to be output, and when the output time of the multimedia data to be output indicated by the service directory information arrives, obtains the multimedia data to be output by adopting a corresponding obtaining method according to the payment mode of the multimedia data to be output, and outputs the obtained multimedia data to be output. The multimedia data to be output is data expected to be received by a user, and the personalized requirements of the user can be met; determining a payment mode according to different types of terminals, so that the terminal reduces the expense to the maximum extent; in addition, the terminal determines the payment mode of the expected received data and determines the acquisition mode of the multimedia data according to the payment mode, so that the use cost can be reduced, the economic expenditure of the user is reduced, and the use experience of the user on the terminal is improved.
To facilitate understanding of the present solution, the present solution is further described below with reference to fig. 3 and 4.
Step 301: determining multimedia data to be output;
here, the user of the terminal subscribes to the multimedia data such as news simulcast according to the actual use requirement of the user, and expects that the terminal can play the multimedia data when the playing time of the multimedia data arrives, so that the user can receive and watch the news simulcast in time.
Step 302: determining the payment form of the multimedia data to be output according to the type of the terminal;
judging whether the terminal supports the eMBMS, if not, the terminal defaults the payment mode to the standard service charge; if the eMBMS service is supported, the terminal prefers the payment mode to be discounted service charge.
Step 303: a terminal sends a Service attention request to a Data Service Management Platform (DSMP) in a network;
here, the Service interest request carries a Service identifier (Service ID) of the multimedia data subscribed by the user and a payment method thereof. The service identification of the news simulcast as a subscription is B. The service attention request is sent to the DSDP, so that the DSDP can conveniently carry out corresponding charging according to the payment mode of the terminal.
The terminal may send the service attention request in any one of the following manners:
the first method is as follows: a terminal sends one or more short messages to a DSMP through a short message gateway, wherein the short messages carry service identification of multimedia data subscribed by the terminal and a payment mode thereof;
the second method comprises the following steps: the terminal initiates an HTTP service request based on a point-to-point communication mode to the DSMP, and the request carries a service identifier of multimedia data subscribed by the terminal and a payment mode thereof.
Step 304: BM-SC in the network adopts a timing push or periodic push mode and pushes the service directory information to the terminal through an eMBMS channel;
here, the eMBMS channel is a channel set for transmitting data related to eMBMS service.
BM-SC adopts timing push mode: broadcasting/multicasting service directory information to all terminals in the LTE network, such as 11 points each day at night;
BM-SC adopts a periodic push mode: such as broadcasting/multicasting the service directory information to all terminals in the LTE network once every 45 minutes during the peak usage period of 6 to 10 o' clock each day.
The service directory information at least indicates the service identifier, service data access address and broadcast time of the multimedia service broadcast in point-to-multipoint mode in a network in a future period of time, such as 24 hours in the future. For example, in the future 24 hours, the broadcast time of the news simulcast multimedia data with the service identifier B in the network in the point-to-multipoint mode is 19:00, and the access address of the multimedia data is the address C.
Step 305: BM-SC sends the business directory information to DSMP synchronously;
it should be noted that, step 305 and step 306 are not in strict sequence, and may also be performed simultaneously. The purpose of synchronously distributing the service directory information to the DSMP by the BM-SC is to ensure that the service directory information stored by the DSMP is consistent with the service directory information pushed to the terminal by the BM-SC.
Step 306: the terminal receives and displays the business directory information pushed by the BM-SC;
in practical application, the terminal not only needs to subscribe the multimedia data once, but also receives the latest service directory information after each subscription so as to replace the previously received service directory information.
The terminal analyzes the received Service Directory (Service Directory) information by using the existing browser technology, and presents information items such as Service identification, access address, broadcast time (eMBMS broadcast time) broadcasted by adopting a point-to-multipoint mode and the like to the user.
Step 307: when the terminal determines that the output time of the subscribed multimedia data indicated in the latest service directory information received by the terminal arrives, acquiring the multimedia data according to a payment mode;
taking the subscribed multimedia data as the news simulcast as an example, when the terminal determines that the current time is 19:00, the terminal acquires the multimedia data of the news simulcast according to a payment mode for the news simulcast.
For a terminal with a standard service charge payment mode, the terminal which selects the payment mode is usually a terminal which does not support the eMBMS service and cannot receive news simulcast data broadcasted by the BM-SC in a point-to-multipoint mode, so the terminal which does not support the eMBMS service initiates an HTTP request to the BM-SC, the BM-SC knows that the terminal cannot receive the news simulcast data through an eMBMS channel although subscribing the news simulcast data is received when receiving the request, the BM-SC reads an access address in the latest service directory information sent to the terminal by the BM-SC, and feeds back data located in the access address to the terminal.
For a terminal with a payment mode of discounting service charges, the terminal with the payment mode is usually a terminal supporting an eMBMS service, when the terminal arrives at 19:00, a preset multimedia data service module is started, as shown in fig. 4, the multimedia data service module is preferably an embedded WEB server arranged in the terminal and at least comprises a file system and an engine unit, and the terminal can store news simulcast data sent by a BM-SC through an eMBMS channel by using the file system; and generating a new HTTP address for accessing the news simulcast data by using the HTTP engine unit, replacing the HTTP access address indicated in the latest service directory information by using the new HTTP address, and reading the news simulcast data in the file system by using the new HTTP address.
Here, for the terminal selecting the discounted service charge, if the network side finds that a plurality of terminals simultaneously select the discounted service charge for the same multimedia data, the network side will use the point-to-multipoint mode, such as eMBMS technology, to push the same multimedia data, so that not only the cost of each terminal can be saved, but also the occupation of the network bandwidth can be greatly reduced and the network resources can be saved by using the point-to-multipoint mode for data push.
Step 308: playing multimedia data in a terminal in a browser mode;
here, the user performs viewing of news simulcasts through a browser.
It should be noted that, when the display unit of the terminal displays the latest service directory information, the access address in the latest service directory information is also displayed on the display unit of the terminal, and for the terminal selecting discounted service charges, when the output time of the subscribed multimedia data indicated in the service directory information arrives, the terminal will perform ashing processing, that is, when the user clicks this access address, the terminal will not initiate an HTTP service request to the network side to request the multimedia data to be output; but starts the multimedia data service module and acquires the multimedia data to be outputted from the terminal through the multimedia data service module locally. The mode of reading the data to be output from the local is different from the mode of acquiring the data by requesting the network side, so that the occupation of network resources can be effectively saved, the acquisition time of multimedia data is effectively shortened, the terminal can acquire and display the data in real time, and the watching experience of a user is improved.
EXAMPLE III

Example four
According to a second embodiment of the terminal provided by the invention, the terminal can communicate with a network.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a second embodiment of the terminal according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, the terminal includes:
a first determining unit 61, configured to determine multimedia data to be output by a terminal and a payment method of the multimedia data to be output;
the multimedia data is at least one of audio, video, image and text. A user of the terminal, that is, a user of the terminal, needs to subscribe a certain video with a video name a on the terminal according to an actual use requirement of the user, where a service identifier of the video is AA, the terminal, specifically, the first determining unit 61 receives a selected operation of the user on the service identifier AA, and presents an interface of a selected payment mode, where the interface provides at least two payment modes: standard service charges and standard service charges. The terminal receives the selection operation of the user on the payment mode. Here, the terminal, specifically, the first determining unit 61 determines the multimedia data to be output and the payment method thereof by a selecting operation of the user for the service identifier and a selecting operation of the payment method.
In a preferred embodiment, the first determining unit 61 is further configured to:
acquiring the type of the terminal; and determining the payment mode of the terminal according to the type.
The types are divided into two types, one is a terminal supporting the eMBMS, and the other is a terminal not supporting the eMBMS. The first determining unit 61 is further configured to: when the terminal is a terminal which does not support the multimedia broadcast multicast service (eMBMS), determining that the terminal is a first payment mode; when the terminal is a terminal supporting multimedia broadcast multicast service (eMBMS), determining that the terminal is a first payment mode or a second payment mode; wherein the first payment method is different from the second payment method. The first payment mode is standard service charge, and the second payment mode is discounted service charge.
A first obtaining unit 62, configured to obtain service directory information of the multimedia data to be output;
the terminal can communicate with a broadcast multicast service center BM-SC on the network side, and the terminal, specifically, the first obtaining unit 62 receives the service directory information transmitted by the BM-SC.
A second obtaining unit 63, further configured to: the payment mode is at least two, when the payment mode of the multimedia data to be output is the first of the at least two, a hypertext transfer protocol (HTTP) request is initiated to a network, and the multimedia data to be output, which is fed back by the network aiming at the HTTP request, is received; and when the payment mode of the multimedia data to be output is the second of the at least two types, directly reading the multimedia data to be output from the local.
Preferably, the service target information indicates an access address of the multimedia data to be output;
when the payment mode of the multimedia data to be output is a first payment mode, the HTTP request initiated by the terminal, specifically the second obtaining unit 63, to the network is for requesting the multimedia data located in the access address;
when the payment mode of the multimedia data to be output is the second payment mode, the terminal, specifically, the second obtaining unit 63, generates a new access address for the multimedia data to be output by using a preset engine unit, and locally reads the multimedia data located in the new access address.
Specifically, for a terminal that does not support the eMBMS service, the payment method can only be the standard service charge, and the output time of the multimedia data to be output indicated by the service directory information is the time when the BM-SC broadcasts the data in a point-to-multipoint manner, and a terminal that does not support the eMBMS service can only initiate an HTTP request to the network through the second obtaining unit 63, so that the network side feeds back the multimedia data in the access address indicated by the service directory information to the terminal according to the request.
For the terminal supporting the eMBMS service, the payment method may be a standard service charge and a discounted service charge, preferably, the discounted service charge. Taking discounted service charges as an example, since the terminal supports eMBMS services and discounted service charges are selected, when the output time of the multimedia data to be output indicated by the service directory information arrives, the terminal, specifically, the second obtaining unit 63, can directly receive and store the multimedia data to be output, which is pushed to the terminal by the network side, in the preset multimedia data service module. The terminal, specifically the second obtaining unit 63, generates a new access address by using the engine unit in the multimedia data service module, and reads the multimedia data located in the new access address from the file storage unit in the multimedia service module.
The network side can adopt a point-to-multipoint mode to push the same multimedia data, so that the expense of each terminal can be saved, the occupation of network bandwidth can be greatly reduced by adopting the point-to-multipoint mode to push data, and network resources are saved.
And a first output unit 64, configured to output the obtained multimedia data to be output.
The terminal, specifically the first output unit 64, plays the acquired multimedia data to be output, such as a video with a video name a.
