Optionally, as another embodiment, the processor 601 is further configured to obtain call record information of the mobile terminal user within a preset time period from a first preset time to a second preset time; acquiring the identity identification information of at least one other call contact in the preset time period according to the call record information of the mobile terminal user; comparing the identification information of the other communication contact persons and the identification information of the calling user with group member information of at least one group of the target instant messaging software respectively to obtain a target group of the target instant messaging software; the group members of the target group comprise the calling user, the mobile terminal user and the other call contacts.
Optionally, as another embodiment, the processor 601 is further configured to receive a rejection instruction, reject an incoming call, start the target instant messaging software, and switch to the information interaction interface of the target group; and sending the group member sending refusing information contained in the target group on the information interaction interface of the target group.
Optionally, as another embodiment, the rejection information is rejection information selected from at least one preset rejection information set in advance; or the rejection information is rejection information input by the user in real time.
The terminal 600 can implement each process implemented by the terminal in the foregoing embodiments, and is not described here again to avoid repetition.
In summary, in the terminal provided in the above embodiments of the present invention, the terminal provides a manner of sending the rejection information and rejecting the incoming call through the instant messaging software, and when the user selects to reject the incoming call, the terminal rejects the current incoming call and sends the rejection information to the calling user of the current incoming call through the instant messaging software, so that the telephone charge is saved, the communication manner of the user is enriched, and the user experience is improved.
It should be noted that the terminal provided in the embodiment of the present invention is a terminal capable of implementing the incoming call rejection processing method, and all embodiments of the incoming call rejection processing method are applicable to the terminal and can achieve the same or similar beneficial effects.
Fig. 7 is another schematic structural diagram of the terminal according to the embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, the terminal 700 in fig. 7 may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), or a vehicle-mounted computer.
The terminal 700 in fig. 7 includes a Radio Frequency (RF) circuit 710, a memory 720, an input unit 730, a display unit 740, a processor 760, an audio circuit 770, a Wi Fi (Wireless Fidelity) module 780, and a power supply 790.
The input unit 730 may be used, among other things, to receive numeric or character information input by a user and to generate signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the terminal 700. Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the input unit 730 may include a touch panel 731. The touch panel 731, also referred to as a touch screen, can collect touch operations of a user (e.g. operations of the user on the touch panel 731 by using a finger, a stylus pen, or any other suitable object or accessory) thereon or nearby, and drive the corresponding connection device according to a preset program. Alternatively, the touch panel 731 may include two portions of a touch detection device and a touch controller. The touch detection device detects the touch direction of a user, detects a signal brought by touch operation and transmits the signal to the touch controller; the touch controller receives touch information from the touch sensing device, converts the touch information into touch point coordinates, sends the touch point coordinates to the processor 760, and can receive and execute commands sent from the processor 760. In addition, the touch panel 731 may be implemented by various types, such as a resistive type, a capacitive type, an infrared ray, and a surface acoustic wave. In addition to the touch panel 731, the input unit 730 may include other input devices 732, and the other input devices 732 may include, but are not limited to, one or more of a physical keyboard, function keys (such as volume control keys, switch keys, etc.), a trackball, a mouse, a joystick, and the like.
Among them, the display unit 740 may be used to display information input by the user or information provided to the user and various menu interfaces of the terminal 700. The display unit 740 may include a display panel 741, and optionally, the display panel 741 may be configured in the form of an LCD or an Organic Light-Emitting Diode (OLED).
It should be noted that the touch panel 731 can cover the display panel 741 to form a touch display screen, and when the touch display screen detects a touch operation on or near the touch display screen, the touch display screen is transmitted to the processor 760 to determine the type of the touch event, and then the processor 760 provides a corresponding visual output on the touch display screen according to the type of the touch event.
The touch display screen comprises an application program interface display area and a common control display area. The arrangement modes of the application program interface display area and the common control display area are not limited, and can be an arrangement mode which can distinguish two display areas, such as vertical arrangement, left-right arrangement and the like. The application interface display area may be used to display an interface of an application. Each interface may contain at least one interface element such as an icon and/or widget desktop control for an application. The application interface display area may also be an empty interface that does not contain any content. The common control display area is used for displaying controls with high utilization rate, such as application icons like setting buttons, interface numbers, scroll bars, phone book icons and the like.
The processor 760 is a control center of the terminal 700, connects various parts of the entire handset using various interfaces and lines, and performs various functions of the terminal 700 and processes data by operating or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the first memory 721 and calling data stored in the second memory 722, thereby integrally monitoring the terminal 700. Alternatively, processor 760 may include one or more processing units.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the processor 760 is configured to, by calling a software program and/or a module stored in the first memory 721 and/or data stored in the second memory 722, obtain at least one target instant messaging software for which a buddy relationship between a calling party and a mobile terminal user of an incoming call is established during the incoming call; and receiving a rejection instruction, rejecting the incoming call and sending rejection information to the calling user through the target instant messaging software.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the present invention, the processor 760 is further configured to, during the incoming call, obtain identification information of a calling party of the incoming call and address book friend information of at least one instant messaging software of the mobile terminal user; comparing the identity identification information of the calling user with the address list friend information of the at least one instant messaging software to determine at least one target instant messaging software; and the target instant messaging software establishes a friend relationship between the calling user and the mobile terminal user.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the present invention, the identification information of the calling party of the incoming call includes: one or more of current incoming call number information of the calling party, other telephone number information of the calling party, remark name information of the calling party, electronic mail box information of the calling party and address information of the calling party; the information of the calling party stored in the address list friend information of the target instant messaging software is the same as at least one piece of information in the identity identification information of the calling party.
Optionally, as another embodiment, the processor 760 is further configured to receive a rejection instruction, reject an incoming call, start the target instant messaging software, and switch to an information interaction interface with the calling party; and sending refusing information to the calling user on an information interaction interface of the calling user.
Optionally, as another embodiment, the processor 760 is further configured to obtain call record information of the mobile terminal user within a preset time period from a first preset time to a second preset time; acquiring the identity identification information of at least one other call contact in the preset time period according to the call record information of the mobile terminal user; comparing the identification information of the other communication contact persons and the identification information of the calling user with group member information of at least one group of the target instant messaging software respectively to obtain a target group of the target instant messaging software; the group members of the target group comprise the calling user, the mobile terminal user and the other call contacts.
Optionally, as another embodiment, the processor 760 is further configured to receive a rejection instruction, reject an incoming call, start the target instant messaging software, and switch to the information interaction interface of the target group; and sending the group member sending refusing information contained in the target group on the information interaction interface of the target group.
Optionally, as another embodiment, the rejection information is rejection information selected from at least one preset rejection information set in advance; or the rejection information is rejection information input by the user in real time.
In summary, in the terminal provided in the above embodiments of the present invention, the terminal provides a manner of sending the rejection information and rejecting the incoming call through the instant messaging software, and when the user selects to reject the incoming call, the terminal rejects the current incoming call and sends the rejection information to the calling user of the current incoming call through the instant messaging software, so that the telephone charge is saved, the communication manner of the user is enriched, and the user experience is improved.
It should be noted that the terminal provided in the embodiment of the present invention is a terminal capable of implementing the incoming call rejection processing method, and all embodiments of the incoming call rejection processing method are applicable to the terminal and can achieve the same or similar beneficial effects.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware or combinations of computer software and electronic hardware. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the implementation. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present invention.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In the embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical division, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit.
The functions, if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a U disk, a removable hard disk, a ROM, a RAM, a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.

Claims (11)

1. A processing method for incoming call rejection is characterized by comprising the following steps:
in the incoming call process, acquiring at least one target instant messaging software of which the friend relationship is established between a calling user and a mobile terminal user of the incoming call;
receiving a rejection instruction, rejecting an incoming call and sending rejection information to the calling user through the target instant messaging software;
the step of acquiring at least one target instant messaging software with established friend relationship between a calling party and a mobile terminal user of an incoming call in the incoming call process comprises the following steps:
in the incoming call process, acquiring identity identification information of a calling party of the incoming call and address list friend information of at least one instant messaging software of a mobile terminal user;
comparing the identity identification information of the calling user with the address list friend information of the at least one instant messaging software to determine at least one target instant messaging software; wherein a friend relationship is established between the calling user and the mobile terminal user in the target instant messaging software;
after the step of comparing the identification information of the calling user with the address book friend information of the at least one instant messaging software and determining at least one target instant messaging software, the method further comprises:
acquiring call record information of the mobile terminal user in a preset time period from a first preset time to a second preset time;
acquiring the identity identification information of at least one other call contact in the preset time period according to the call record information of the mobile terminal user;
comparing the identification information of the other communication contact persons and the identification information of the calling user with group member information of at least one group of the target instant messaging software respectively to obtain a target group of the target instant messaging software; the group members of the target group comprise the calling user, the mobile terminal user and the other call contacts.
2. The processing method according to claim 1, wherein the identification information of the calling party of the incoming call comprises: one or more of current incoming call number information of the calling party, other telephone number information of the calling party, remark name information of the calling party, electronic mail box information of the calling party and address information of the calling party;
the information of the calling party stored in the address list friend information of the target instant messaging software is the same as at least one piece of information in the identity identification information of the calling party.
3. The processing method according to claim 1, wherein the steps of receiving the rejection instruction, rejecting the incoming call and sending rejection information to the calling party through the target instant messaging software comprise:
receiving a refusing instruction, refusing an incoming call, starting the target instant messaging software and switching to an information interaction interface with the calling user;
and sending refusing information to the calling user on an information interaction interface of the calling user.
4. The processing method according to claim 1, wherein the steps of receiving the rejection instruction, rejecting the incoming call and sending rejection information to the calling party through the target instant messaging software comprise:
receiving a refusing instruction, refusing an incoming call, starting the target instant messaging software and switching to an information interaction interface of the target group;
and sending the group member sending refusing information contained in the target group on the information interaction interface of the target group.
5. The processing method according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the rejection information is a rejection information selected from at least one preset rejection information set in advance; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
the rejection information is rejection information input by a user in real time.
6. A terminal, comprising:
the software acquisition module is used for acquiring at least one target instant messaging software of which the friend relationship is established between a calling party and a mobile terminal user of an incoming call in the incoming call process;
the rejecting module is used for receiving a rejecting instruction, rejecting an incoming call and sending rejecting information to the calling party through the target instant messaging software;
the software acquisition module comprises:
the information acquisition submodule is used for acquiring identity identification information of a calling party of an incoming call and address list friend information of at least one instant messaging software of a mobile terminal user in the incoming call process;
the information comparison submodule is used for comparing the identity identification information of the calling user with the address list friend information of the at least one instant messaging software to determine at least one target instant messaging software; wherein a friend relationship is established between the calling user and the mobile terminal user in the target instant messaging software;
the terminal further comprises:
the recording acquisition module is used for acquiring the call recording information of the mobile terminal user within a preset time period from a first preset time to a second preset time;
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring the identity identification information of at least one other call contact in the preset time period according to the call record information of the mobile terminal user;
the group determination module is used for comparing the identification information of the other call contacts and the identification information of the calling user with the group member information of at least one group of the target instant messaging software respectively to obtain a target group of the target instant messaging software; the group members of the target group comprise the calling user, the mobile terminal user and the other call contacts.

The terminal of claim 6, wherein the identification information of the calling party of the incoming call comprises: one or more of current incoming call number information of the calling party, other telephone number information of the calling party, remark name information of the calling party, electronic mail box information of the calling party and address information of the calling party;
the information of the calling party stored in the address list friend information of the target instant messaging software is the same as at least one piece of information in the identity identification information of the calling party.
8. The terminal of claim 6, wherein the reject module comprises:
the first refusing submodule is used for receiving a refusing instruction, refusing an incoming call, starting the target instant messaging software and switching to an information interaction interface with the calling party;
and the second rejection submodule is used for sending rejection information to the calling party on an information interaction interface of the calling party.
9. The terminal of claim 6, wherein the reject module comprises:
the third refusing submodule is used for receiving a refusing instruction, refusing an incoming call, starting the target instant messaging software and switching to the information interaction interface of the target group;
and the fourth rejection submodule is used for sending the rejection information sent by the group members contained in the target group on the information interaction interface of the target group.
10. The terminal according to claim 8 or 9, wherein the rejection information is a rejection information selected from at least one preset rejection information set in advance; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
the rejection information is rejection information input by a user in real time.
11. A terminal, comprising: memory, processor and computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the computer program, when executed by the processor, implementing the steps of the incoming call rejection processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
