Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for subscribing a traffic supplementary service according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method subscribes the traffic supplementary service based on a vehicle-mounted terminal to avoid a problem of cumbersome operation caused by subscribing and activating the traffic supplementary service on different terminals. In order to implement customized transportation supplementary services, the in-vehicle terminal may implement a networking function by installing an internet of things SIM (subscriber identity module) card, but the embodiment is not limited thereto. The method for customizing the traffic additional service based on the vehicle-mounted terminal mainly comprises the following steps:
s110, acquiring the state information of the vehicle-mounted terminal;
s120, pushing the traffic additional service to be ordered according to the state information of the vehicle-mounted terminal;
s130, responding to the selection of the customized traffic additional service by the user, and acquiring equipment identification information of the vehicle-mounted terminal;
s140, sending a traffic additional service subscription request containing the equipment identification information of the vehicle-mounted terminal and the traffic additional service subscribed by the user selection to a traffic additional service server so as to subscribe the traffic additional service provided by the traffic additional service server.
The above steps are described in further detail below.
The vehicle-mounted terminal state information in step S110 is current state information of a vehicle in which the vehicle-mounted terminal is located, and the vehicle-mounted terminal state information includes, but is not limited to, at least one of the following: driving state, equipment state, service state, etc. The driving state comprises: and state information related to vehicle running, such as position information and running speed of the vehicle where the vehicle-mounted terminal is located. The driving speed can be an average speed within a preset time length; the device states include: the use status of the vehicle hardware devices, such as whether each hardware device is malfunctioning; the service state includes: the service duration, version and the like subscribed by the vehicle, such as map version information locally stored by the vehicle-mounted terminal. The above are only a few examples of the vehicle-mounted terminal status information enumerated by the inventor, and any information related to the traffic additional service can be included in the practical application. That is, each traffic-attached service corresponds to the designated vehicle-mounted terminal state information, and vehicle-mounted terminal state information related to the traffic-attached service is acquired in order to determine whether the vehicle-mounted terminal requires the traffic-attached service. For example, the vehicle-mounted terminal status information that needs to be acquired to avoid congestion service includes: position information and traveling speed of the vehicle in which the vehicle-mounted terminal is located. The vehicle-mounted terminal state information required to be acquired by the door-to-door maintenance service comprises the following steps: the state of the equipment, the position information of the vehicle where the station terminal is located, and the like. The state information of the vehicle-mounted terminal, which needs to be acquired by the map updating service, comprises the following steps: map version information locally stored by the vehicle-mounted terminal, and the like.
The embodiment of the application can acquire the state information of the vehicle-mounted terminal in real time or regularly acquire the state information of the vehicle-mounted terminal. In addition, the vehicle-mounted terminal is directly connected with the vehicle, so that the state information of the vehicle-mounted terminal can be acquired more accurately and timely compared with other mobile terminals. For example, when the driving speed is acquired, since the vehicle-mounted terminal can directly acquire the current gear of the vehicle, if the current gear is the parking gear, the driving speed of the vehicle can be accurately acquired to be 0.
Step S120 is to determine to push the traffic additional service to be ordered to the vehicle-mounted terminal according to the acquired vehicle-mounted terminal state information. That is, it is determined whether the vehicle-mounted terminal currently requires a traffic additional service and which traffic additional service is required according to the acquired vehicle-mounted terminal state information.
The traffic additional service is a related service for providing convenience for the driving process of the vehicle, and includes but is not limited to: congestion avoidance services, map update services, home maintenance services, and the like.
One embodiment of pushing the traffic additional service to be ordered according to the state information of the vehicle-mounted terminal is as follows: the vehicle-mounted terminal can directly push the traffic additional service to be ordered according to the acquired state information of the vehicle-mounted terminal. In this embodiment, the vehicle-mounted terminal may locally store a list of the traffic supplementary services available from the server side, where the list may include: name of the traffic additional service, service period, specific service content, charging standard and the like. Therefore, the vehicle-mounted terminal can acquire corresponding vehicle-mounted terminal state information for each traffic additional service, and the traffic additional service to be ordered pushed to the user is determined according to the acquired vehicle-mounted terminal state information.
Another embodiment is: the vehicle-mounted terminal sends the state information of the vehicle-mounted terminal to a traffic additional service server; the pushing of the traffic additional service to be ordered according to the state information of the vehicle-mounted terminal comprises the following steps: and receiving the traffic additional service to be ordered pushed by the traffic additional service server according to the state information of the vehicle-mounted terminal. Namely, the traffic additional service server determines the traffic additional service required by the vehicle-mounted terminal according to the state information of the vehicle-mounted terminal. The vehicle-mounted terminal can actively send the acquired vehicle-mounted terminal state information to the traffic additional service server in real time, and can also send the vehicle-mounted terminal state information to the traffic additional service server under the condition of receiving a relevant request of the traffic additional service server, so that the traffic additional service server can determine the traffic additional service required by the vehicle-mounted terminal according to the vehicle-mounted terminal state information.
According to the embodiment of the application, whether the vehicle-mounted terminal determines the to-be-ordered traffic additional service pushed to the user or the traffic additional service server, the to-be-ordered traffic additional service is determined according to the acquired state information of the vehicle-mounted terminal, so that the more targeted traffic additional service can be pushed timely and accurately.
One embodiment provides that the acquired vehicle-mounted terminal state information comprises: the position information and the running speed of the vehicle where the vehicle-mounted terminal is located; determining the traffic additional service required by the vehicle-mounted terminal according to the state information of the vehicle-mounted terminal at least comprises the following steps: avoiding congestion service. For example, first, a road section where a vehicle is located is obtained according to position information of the vehicle where the vehicle-mounted terminal is located, whether the vehicle is congested or not can be known according to comparison between a specified speed per hour of the road section where the vehicle is located and a detected driving speed, if the road section where the vehicle is located is a main road, the specified speed per hour is 60km/h, and the detected driving speed is 35km/h, it can be determined that the vehicle is congested, it can be further determined that the vehicle has a demand for avoiding congestion service, and pushing the traffic supplementary service to be customized to the user at least includes: avoiding congestion service.
In another embodiment, if the acquired vehicle-mounted terminal status information includes: determining the traffic additional service required by the vehicle according to the state information of the vehicle-mounted terminal by using the map version information locally stored by the vehicle-mounted terminal at least comprises the following steps: a map update service. For example, when a user searches for a certain point of interest (POI) (information point) through a map locally stored in a vehicle-mounted terminal and the search fails, detecting locally stored map version information, comparing the locally stored map version information with the map version information stored in a server side, finding that the locally stored map version information is inconsistent with the map version information stored in the server side and the POI searched by the user exists in the map stored in the server side, determining that the locally stored map version is too old and needs to be updated, that is, pushing the traffic additional service to be ordered to the user at least comprises: a map update service.
It should be noted that, when the traffic supplementary service to be ordered is pushed according to the state information of the vehicle-mounted terminal, in order to make the determination result more accurate, other auxiliary information may be further acquired, for example, when it is determined whether the vehicle is congested according to the position information and the driving speed of the vehicle in which the vehicle-mounted terminal is located, so as to determine whether the service of avoiding congestion is pushed, real-time road condition information may be further acquired, and whether the vehicle is congested can be more accurately identified according to the position information, the real-time road condition information and the driving speed of the vehicle in which the vehicle-mounted terminal is located.
After the traffic additional service to be ordered is pushed according to the state information of the vehicle-mounted terminal, the embodiment of the application can send out the voice prompt of the pushed traffic additional service, and certainly, the embodiment of the application is not limited to the voice prompt and can also send out a text prompt; or the voice prompt is sent out and simultaneously the corresponding text prompt is sent out, so that the user can quickly know the current customizable traffic additional service. The text prompt can be in a card form and automatically disappears after the preset duration of display. For example, when the vehicle-mounted terminal shows that the prompt of 'want to get away from congestion trouble and please subscribe to avoid congestion service' reaches 10s, the prompt disappears automatically. In order to further improve the subscription rate of the traffic additional service subscribed by the user, the prompt can be sent when the vehicle is detected to be in a parking gear, and the prompt can be repeated for a plurality of times under the condition that the user is not subscribed.
According to the embodiment of the application, when the traffic additional service to be ordered is pushed according to the state information of the vehicle-mounted terminal, an interface for ordering the traffic additional service can be provided through a vehicle-mounted terminal interface. The user completes the ordering operation by clicking the interface and according to the guidance.
According to the method and the device, under the condition that the vehicle-mounted terminal has the requirement of customizing the traffic additional service is determined according to the state information of the vehicle-mounted terminal, the prompt of the traffic additional service is given, so that the prompt becomes targeted, the customizing rate of the traffic additional service can be improved, and the harassment of a user without a requirement is avoided.
According to the embodiment of the application, when the position of the vehicle where the vehicle-mounted terminal is located is the Changan street and the average speed of the vehicle is 10km/h within 10 minutes, and the specified speed per hour of the Changan street in the time interval is 50km/h, the vehicle can be determined to be in a jam state at the moment, and a high demand for avoiding the jam exists. At this time, the congestion avoiding service to be ordered can be pushed to the user through the vehicle-mounted terminal interface in a card form, as shown in fig. 2, recommended content "want to get away from congestion trouble and please order congestion avoiding service" is displayed in the vehicle-mounted terminal display interface, and corresponding voice prompts can be simultaneously sent out, and the card automatically disappears after being popped up for 10 seconds. After the first prompt, if the user does not order, when the user parks and hangs the parking gear, the card is popped up again for recommendation, and voice prompt is carried out. The subscription interface "enter" is provided simultaneously under the prompt as shown in fig. 2, and the user can complete the subscription as guided by clicking on the "enter".
Step S130 is to acquire information required for subscribing the traffic additional service when receiving a user selection to subscribe the traffic additional service, and includes: device identification information of the vehicle-mounted terminal. After entering a detailed page of the traffic additional service by clicking an interface of the traffic additional service provided in a display interface of the vehicle-mounted terminal by a user, if the user clicks a customized key, the fact that the user selects the traffic additional service is determined to be received. For example, the user may enter into the congestion avoidance service detail page by clicking "enter" in fig. 2, as shown in fig. 3, where details of the congestion avoidance service are displayed, including: name, function profile. After the user knows the details of the congestion avoiding service, the user can send a subscription request by clicking 'subscription' in fig. 3, after the vehicle-mounted terminal receives the subscription request, the vehicle-mounted terminal enters a subscription page as shown in fig. 4, the service selection information input by the user and the equipment identification information of the vehicle-mounted terminal are received in the subscription page, and the subscription request of the congestion avoiding service can be sent after the user confirms the information, that is, the user can send the congestion avoiding service subscription request by clicking 'confirmation'. The device identification information of the vehicle-mounted terminal can be directly read from the vehicle-mounted system, and comprises: the frame number of the vehicle, the device number of the in-vehicle terminal, and the like. The service selection information of the user for the traffic additional service includes: basic information such as service deadline selection, service content selection, payment method selection, user contact information and the like. The service selection information of the user can be received directly through the vehicle-mounted terminal interface.
Fig. 2 to 4 are different display interfaces for illustrating an ordering process of traffic supplementary information, it can be understood that a map of a background corresponding to the different display interfaces may be changed, and this embodiment is only different display interfaces for illustrating an ordering process of traffic supplementary service, and the changed background is not shown.
Step S140 is to transmit a traffic additional service subscription request to the traffic additional service server to subscribe the traffic additional service provided by the traffic additional service server. Namely, the acquired device identification information in the vehicle and the service selection information of the traffic additional service selected and ordered by the user are constructed into a traffic additional service ordering request to be sent to a server.
For the traffic additional service without payment, after the traffic additional service subscription request is sent, the traffic additional service response returned by the traffic additional service server can be directly received, the response can be an activation code or a subscription success message, and the traffic additional service can be directly activated and used according to the activation code.
For part of the traffic additional services needing to be paid, after the traffic additional service ordering request is sent, a traffic additional service order generated by the traffic additional service server according to the traffic additional service ordering request is received, and a payment request executed according to the traffic additional service order is sent to a payment server so as to complete payment of the traffic additional services. That is, the traffic depression service server provides a corresponding payment interface in the returned traffic supplementary service order according to the payment method selected by the user, for example, if the payment method selected by the user is scanning payment, a two-dimensional code for payment is included in the traffic supplementary service order, as shown in fig. 5, the user sends a payment request to the payment server by scanning the two-dimensional code to realize payment of the traffic supplementary service; and if the payment mode selected by the user is the online bank payment, providing a webpage link for payment in the traffic additional service order, and sending a payment request to a payment server through a webpage corresponding to the webpage link to realize the payment of the traffic additional service. Therefore, in this embodiment, the user is not limited to complete the payment operation through the vehicle-mounted terminal, and may also complete the service by scanning the two-dimensional code through a mobile device such as a mobile phone. Or, the vehicle-mounted terminal is associated with other terminals in advance, and the associated information is stored in the server, so that the server directly sends the traffic additional service order to the terminal associated with the vehicle-mounted terminal according to the associated information, and the payment operation is directly carried out in the associated terminal. In the event that the payment is successful, a traffic-attached service response returned by the server may be received. If the payment is finished at the vehicle-mounted terminal, the vehicle-mounted terminal can send the payment result of the user to the server, so that the server can send the response according to the payment result.
Therefore, the embodiment of the application can realize the complete customizing operation of the traffic additional service through the vehicle-mounted terminal, and avoids the problem of complex customizing and activating operations on different devices. And the provided convenient payment mode effectively improves the payment conversion rate, improves the user experience and ensures the ordering success rate of the traffic additional service.
