The present application is described in further detail below with reference to the attached figures.
Referring to FIG. 1, FIG. 1 provides a schematic diagram of the architecture of an environment in which one embodiment of the present application is applied. The first server 11 is, for example, a logistics platform server (e.g., a bird server). The second server 13 is for example a trunk server. A third server 12 such as a source repository server. The fourth server 14 is for example a destination warehouse server. The user device 15 is for example a merchant device. The logistics platform (such as a vegetable and bird platform) directly faces to a merchant, receives an article allocation operation request of the merchant, and coordinates a source warehouse, a trunk and a destination warehouse, so that articles are delivered from the source warehouse and transported to the destination warehouse by the trunk for storage.
Fig. 2 illustrates an information processing method for warehouse-to-trunk item handover in an inter-warehouse item transfer process at a first server side according to an embodiment of the present application. Inter-warehouse item transfer transports items from a source warehouse to a destination warehouse by means of a trunk. In this process, either the source warehouse hands over the item to the trunk, or the trunk hands over the item to the destination warehouse, both of which are warehouse to trunk item handoffs.
As shown in fig. 2, the method includes: s110, the first server sends a transportation request to a second server of the trunk line aiming at the allocation operation of the articles between the source warehouse and the destination warehouse; s120, receiving one or more waybills generated aiming at the transfer job from a second server; s130, generating a warehousing delivery note according to the one or more delivery notes; and S140, sending the warehousing delivery order to a third server of a source warehouse, wherein the source warehouse carries out the delivery of the articles in the one or more freight orders according to the warehousing delivery order and the trunk line.
Each of the above steps is described in detail below.
Step S110, the first server sends a transportation request to the second server of the trunk line for the allocation job of the article between the source warehouse and the destination warehouse.
The allocation of an article between a source warehouse and a destination warehouse refers to a task of transporting the article in the source warehouse to the destination warehouse via a trunk line, and generally corresponds to an allocation request of a merchant. For example, when a merchant sends a call job request to the first server 11 through the user device 15, and requests to transport 1000 bottles of wine of couchgrass in the source warehouse to the destination warehouse through the trunk line, the 1000 bottles of wine of couchgrass in the source warehouse to the destination warehouse through the trunk line form a call job.
The first server sends a transportation request to a second server of the trunk line aiming at the allocation operation, wherein the transportation request usually comprises transported articles, article quantity, a time range requiring transportation, a source warehouse name, a destination warehouse name and the like.
And step S120, receiving one or more waybills generated for the transfer job from the second server.
If the trunk does not have the capability to transport the item in the allocation, e.g., the trunk is not open for a time frame requiring transport, no response is made to the transport request. If the trunk line has the capacity of transporting the articles in the allocation operation, one or more waybills are generated and sent to the first server according to the trunk line capacity. For example, the transport request indicates that 1000 bottles of Maotai wine are transported from warehouse A to warehouse B in 2015 from 25 months 12 to 31 months 12. The second server checks a comparison table of the pre-stored allocation operation and the required transportation capacity to obtain that 1000 bottles of Maotai wine need 1 driver, 2 loading and unloading workers and 2 trucks to be transported for 2 days. The main line has only 1 driver, 2 loading and unloading workers, 2 trucks available on 26 days of 12 months in 2015 and 28 days of 12 months in 2015, respectively, and then one waybill on 26 days of 12 months in 2015 and one waybill on 28 days of 12 months in 2015 are generated and transmitted.
The waybill includes, for example: date of shipment, items and quantity of items shipped, carrier information (e.g., one of a designated driver or handler), vehicle number, source bin name, destination bin name, trunk name, etc.
And S130, generating a warehousing delivery note according to the one or more delivery notes.
The warehouse delivery sheet is a proof that the source warehouse delivers the items in one or more shipments with the main line. The storage delivery sheet includes: delivery date, delivered items and quantity of items, consignee information, vehicle number, source warehouse name, trunk name, etc.
Therefore, in the example where the second server of the main line generates 2 waybills for 1000 bottles of couchgrass, the delivery date of the first waybills is 2015, 12 and 26 months, 500 bottles of couchgrass are delivered, the carrier is Zhang III, the vehicle number is xxxxxx, the source warehouse is warehouse a, the destination warehouse is warehouse B, and the main line is the C main line. The date of transportation of the first manifest is 2015, 12 months and 28 days, 500 bottles of Maotai wine are transported, the person of picking is Li IV, the vehicle number is yyyyyy, the source warehouse is warehouse A, the destination warehouse is warehouse B, and the trunk line is the trunk line C. The delivery dates on the generated storage delivery lists are 26 days in 12 months in 2015 and 28 days in 12 months in 2015, 500 bottles of Maotai liquor are delivered respectively, the three-drawer and the four-li-drawer are respectively Zhang xxxx and yyyyyyy, the source warehouse is warehouse A, and the main line is main line C.
And S140, sending the warehousing delivery order to a third server of a source warehouse, wherein the source warehouse carries out the delivery of the articles in the one or more freight orders according to the warehousing delivery order and the trunk line.
Since the storage delivery order comprises the items and the quantity of the items generated according to the items and the quantity of the items in the one or more delivery orders, when the source warehouse delivers the items in the one or more delivery orders with the trunk line, the delivery is carried out according to the items and the quantity of the items in the storage delivery order with the trunk line.
For example, in the above example, the delivery dates on the generated warehouse delivery sheet are 2015, 12-month, 26-day and 2015, 12-month, 28-day, 500 bottles of couchwood wine are delivered, the consignees are zhang and lie, respectively, the vehicle numbers are xxxxxx and yyyyyy, respectively, the source warehouse is warehouse a, and the main line is the C main line. On 26 months 12/2015, the C trunk arrived at warehouse A, which first verified whether the carrier was Zhang III and the vehicle number was xxxxxx, and if no, the 500 bottles of Maotai liquor were taken out of the warehouse. And the warehousing delivery list is continuously reserved at the third server of the source warehouse because the delivery is not completely finished. On 28 days 12 and 12 months 2015, the trunk C arrives at warehouse A, warehouse A first verifies whether the consignee is Li four and the vehicle number is yyyyy, and if no error exists, the container is delivered according to 500 bottles of couchgrass.
The warehousing delivery note is introduced in the article handover process of the source warehouse and the trunk line, the warehousing delivery note is generated according to the freight note, and the freight note is generated by the trunk line side aiming at the transfer operation, so that the warehousing delivery note reflects all articles which need to be handed over to the trunk line by the source warehouse to complete the transfer operation. The warehouse delivery list is sent to the server of the source warehouse, and the source warehouse is verified according to the warehouse delivery list when the source warehouse is delivered with the main line, so that the situation of missing or wrong goods loading can be avoided, and the accuracy of delivery of the goods is improved. The safety of handing-over has also been guaranteed to the personal information such as the person's information of picking up goods and vehicle number that contains in the storage delivery list.
As shown in fig. 3, according to another embodiment of the present application, the method further comprises: s150, receiving ex-warehouse information sent by a third server and trunk line article receiving information sent by a second server after the source warehouse and the trunk line are handed over; and S160, verifying the consistency of the warehouse-out information and the trunk line article carrying information.
These steps are described in detail below.
And S150, receiving the ex-warehouse information sent by the third server and the trunk article receiving information sent by the second server after the source warehouse and the trunk are handed over.
After the source warehouse and the trunk complete the article handover, the third server of the source warehouse sends the ex-warehouse information to the first server, wherein the ex-warehouse information at least comprises ex-warehouse time, ex-warehouse articles and article quantity. At the same time, the second server of the trunk sends to the first server trunk item receipt information containing at least the time of receipt of the item, the item received and the number of items.
Optionally, the delivery information may also include source warehouse delivery manager information, trunk party carrier information, vehicle number, and the like. The trunk article receiving information may also include source warehouse delivery manager information, trunk party delivery person information, vehicle number, and the like.

After the source warehouse and the trunk line are handed over, the third server of the source warehouse sends outbound information to the first server, the second server of the trunk line sends trunk line article carrying information to the first server, and the first server verifies the consistency of the outbound information and the trunk line article carrying information, so that the outbound of the source warehouse is consistent with the carrying of the trunk line, and the problems that the source warehouse and the trunk line are difficult to damage and obtain due to mutual rejection of the source warehouse and the trunk line in the future are avoided.
As shown in fig. 4, according to another embodiment of the present application, before step S110, the method further includes: s106, responding to a transfer job request of a user, and sending a warehouse-out capacity query request to a third server for querying whether the warehouse-out capacity of a source warehouse can meet the transfer job request; and S108, receiving an ex-warehouse capacity confirmation message from the third server, wherein the ex-warehouse capacity confirmation message indicates that the ex-warehouse capacity of the source warehouse can meet the allocation operation request.
These steps are described in detail below.
And S106, responding to the allocation job request of the user, and sending a warehouse-out capacity query request to a third server for querying whether the warehouse-out capacity of the source warehouse can meet the allocation job request.
The user's request for the transfer job includes, but is not limited to, the user name, the transferred items and the number of items, the time range for which transfer is required, the source warehouse name, the destination warehouse name, etc. Optionally, the user's request for a transfer job also includes an optional trunk name. In the case that the user's request for a call does not contain the selected trunk name, the first server automatically selects a trunk for the user, and the selection criteria may include: distance from the user-specified source warehouse, nature of the dialed item, etc.
The ex-warehouse capability query request includes but is not limited to the articles and the number of the articles to be transferred, the time range of the transfer request, and the like. The ex-warehouse capability comprises whether the service can be provided within the time range of the required allocation, the number of ex-warehouse workers required within the time range of the required allocation and the like. For example, the warehouse-out capacity query request indicates that 1000 bottles of couchwood wine are dispatched from the warehouse a in 2015 on 25 th-12 th 31 th 12 th, the third server of the warehouse a queries a pre-stored warehouse-out capacity query request and a required warehouse-out capacity comparison table to obtain that 2 warehouse-out workers are needed for the 1000 bottles of couchwood wine when the wine is dispatched, and the warehouse a is operated on 25 th-12 th 31 th 12 th 2015, and 2 warehouse-out workers are available, and the 2 warehouse-out workers do not have other warehouse-out tasks on 12 th-12 th 31 th 12 th 2015, and then the source warehouse-out capacity is considered to be capable of meeting the dispatching operation request.
And step S108, receiving an ex-warehouse capacity confirmation message from the third server, wherein the ex-warehouse capacity confirmation message indicates that the ex-warehouse capacity of the source warehouse can meet the allocation operation request.
That is, after the third server determines that the warehouse-out capability of the source warehouse can meet the allocation job request, a warehouse-out capability confirmation message is sent to the first server, and the warehouse-out capability confirmation message indicates that the warehouse-out capability of the source warehouse can meet the allocation job request.
The ex-warehouse capacity query request is sent to the third server of the source warehouse before actual allocation operation, whether the ex-warehouse capacity of the source warehouse can meet the allocation operation request is queried, and subsequent allocation is continued only when the ex-warehouse capacity of the source warehouse can meet the allocation operation request.
As shown in fig. 5, according to an embodiment of the application, the method further comprises: s172, sending a warehousing capacity query request to a fourth server of the destination warehouse, wherein the warehousing capacity query request is used for querying whether the warehousing capacity of the destination warehouse can meet the transfer job request; and S174, receiving a warehousing capability confirmation message from the fourth server, wherein the warehousing capability confirmation message indicates that the warehousing capability of the destination warehouse can meet the transfer job request.
The above steps are described in detail below.
And step S172, sending a warehousing capacity query request to a fourth server of the destination warehouse, wherein the warehousing capacity query request is used for querying whether the warehousing capacity of the destination warehouse can meet the transfer job request.
The warehousing capability query request includes but is not limited to the allocated articles and the number of the articles, the time range required to be allocated and the like. The warehousing capability comprises whether the service can be provided within the time range required for allocation, the number of warehousing workers required within the time range required for allocation and the like. For example, the warehousing capacity query request indicates that 1000 bottles of Maotai liquor are allocated to be warehoused to the warehouse B in 2015 at 25 th-12 th 31 th days, the fourth server of the warehouse B queries a pre-stored warehousing capacity query request and a required warehousing capacity comparison table to obtain that 2 warehousing workers are needed for warehousing the 1000 bottles of Maotai liquor, the warehouse 2015 at 25 th-12 th 31 th days is in business, 2 warehousing workers exist, and the warehouse 2015 at 2 warehousing workers at 12 th-12 th 31 th days also have no other warehousing tasks, so that the warehousing capacity of the destination warehouse can be considered to meet the allocation operation request.
And S174, receiving a warehousing capability confirmation message from the fourth server, wherein the warehousing capability confirmation message indicates that the warehousing capability of the destination warehouse can meet the transfer job request.
That is, after the fourth server determines that the warehousing capacity of the destination warehouse can meet the allocation job request, the fourth server sends a warehousing capacity confirmation message to the first server, wherein the warehousing capacity confirmation message indicates that the warehousing capacity of the destination warehouse can meet the allocation job request.
Before warehousing the destination warehouse, a warehousing capacity query request is sent to a fourth server of the destination warehouse, and whether the warehousing capacity of the destination warehouse can meet the allocation operation request is queried, so that warehousing failure is prevented. Meanwhile, the fourth server sends the warehousing capacity confirmation message to trigger the warehousing preparation process, and once the articles are warehoused, the warehousing information is sent to the first server, so that the comparison with the ex-warehouse information of the source warehouse received by the first server is facilitated.
As shown in fig. 6, according to an embodiment of the present application, the method further comprises: s176, receiving warehousing information of the articles, which is sent by the fourth server after the trunk line and the destination warehouse complete the transfer of the articles; and S178, verifying the consistency of the warehousing information of the articles and the ex-warehouse information of the articles.
These steps are described in detail below.
And step S176, receiving warehousing information of the article sent by the fourth server after the transfer of the article between the trunk line and the destination warehouse is completed.
The main line transports the goods to a destination warehouse, and the destination warehouse is accepted and warehoused. After the warehousing is accepted, the fourth server of the destination warehouse sends warehousing information to the first server, wherein the warehousing information at least comprises warehousing time, warehoused articles and article quantity.
Alternatively, the warehousing information may also contain trunk-side carrier information, vehicle numbers, and the like.
And S178, verifying the consistency of the warehousing information of the articles and the ex-warehouse information of the articles.
When the warehouse-out information of the article in the source warehouse includes warehouse-out time, warehouse-out article and article quantity, and the warehouse-in information of the article in the destination warehouse includes warehouse-in time, warehouse-in article and article quantity, step S178 includes:
verifying whether the ex-warehouse time in the ex-warehouse information is consistent with the in-warehouse time in the in-warehouse information;
verifying whether the articles out of the warehouse in the warehouse-out information are consistent with the articles in the warehouse-in information;
and verifying whether the quantity of the articles out of the warehouse in the warehouse-out information is consistent with the quantity of the articles in the warehouse-in information.
When the shipment information further includes the carrier information, the vehicle number, and the warehousing information further includes the carrier information and the vehicle number, step S178 includes:
verifying whether the information of the goods deliverer of the trunk line side in the warehouse-out information is consistent with the information of the goods deliverer of the trunk line side in the warehouse-in information;
and verifying whether the vehicle number in the warehouse-out information is consistent with the vehicle number in the warehouse-in information.
And after the destination warehouse and the trunk are handed over, the fourth server of the destination warehouse sends warehousing information to the first server, and the first server verifies the consistency of the ex-warehouse information of the article in the source warehouse and the warehousing information of the article in the destination warehouse, so that the consistence of warehousing of the destination warehouse and the delivery of the trunk is ensured, and the problems that the destination warehouse and the trunk are rejected mutually, damage cannot be determined and evidence cannot be obtained in the future and the like are avoided. According to the embodiment of the application, the consistence verification is carried out on the outbound information and the trunk article carrying information after the source warehouse is handed over, the consistence verification is carried out on the warehousing information and the outbound information when the source warehouse is handed over after the destination warehouse is handed over, the transparent and traceable storage change is realized, the responsibility of each party can be clearly defined under the condition that lost goods are generated, and the business experience of a merchant is greatly improved.
As shown in fig. 7, according to an embodiment of the present application, the method further comprises: s180, determining the lost goods and/or damaged quantity of the goods of each freight note based on the storage delivery note in the trunk transportation according to the storage delivery note, the delivery information of the goods and the warehousing information of the goods; and S182, generating a claim bill for the trunk line according to the lost goods and/or damaged goods quantity of each freight bill.
These steps are described in detail below.
And S180, determining the lost goods and/or damaged goods quantity of each freight note based on the storage delivery note in the trunk transportation according to the storage delivery note, the delivery information of the goods and the warehousing information of the goods.
For example, delivery dates on the warehouse delivery sheet are 26 days in 12 months in 2015 and 28 days in 12 months in 2015, 500 bottles of Maotai liquor are delivered respectively, three laders and four Li are provided respectively, vehicle numbers are xxxxxx and yyyyyyy respectively, the source warehouse is warehouse A, and the main line is C main line. The ex-warehouse information reported by warehouse A in 2015 12, 26 and 26 days comprises the ex-warehouse time of 2015 12, 26 days, the ex-warehouse articles are Maotai wine, and the quantity of the Maotai wine is 500 bottles. The warehousing information reported by warehouse B in 2015 12/26 days comprises warehousing time of 2015 12/26 days, warehousing articles of Maotai wine and quantity of 498 bottles. This indicates that the trunk line C lost 2 bottles of Maotai wine during transport.
For another example, delivery dates on the warehouse delivery sheet are 26 days in 12 months in 2015 and 28 days in 12 months in 2015, 500 bottles of Maotai liquor are delivered respectively, three laders and four Li are provided respectively, vehicle numbers are xxxxxx and yyyyyy respectively, the source warehouse is warehouse A, and the main line is C main line. The ex-warehouse information reported by warehouse A at 26 days 12 and 26 months in 2015 comprises ex-warehouse time of 26 days 12 and 26 months in 2015, the ex-warehouse items are good Maotai wine and packaging damaged Maotai wine, the number of the good Maotai wine is 498 bottles, and the number of the packaging damaged Maotai wine is 2 bottles. The warehousing information reported by warehouse B in 2015, 12 and 26 days includes warehousing time of 2015, 12 and 26 days, the warehoused articles are intact Maotai wine and packaging damaged Maotai wine, the number of the intact Maotai wine is 497 bottles, and the number of the packaging damaged Maotai wine is 3 bottles. This indicates that warehouse a caused 2 bottles of altar wine damage during warehousing and trunk C caused 1 bottle of altar wine damage during transportation.
And S182, generating a claim bill for the trunk line according to the lost goods and/or damaged goods quantity of each freight bill.
Step S182 may further include: inquiring unit price of lost and/or damaged articles; determining the paying proportion according to the types of lost goods and/or damaged goods; determining a claim payment amount according to the unit price of the lost goods and/or damaged goods, the lost goods and/or damaged goods quantity and the claim payment proportion; generating a pay slip containing the amount of the pay.
The correspondence between the kind of lost goods and/or damaged goods and the ratio of the claims can be preset. For example, the category of lost goods and/or damaged goods and the proportion of claims are as follows:
kinds of lost goods and/or damaged goods Proportion of claims paid
Lost goods 100%
Loss of machine 80%
Case damage 10%
Assuming that the main line loses 2 tv sets during the transportation of the tv sets, and causes 3 sets loss, 4 boxes loss, and the unit price of the tv sets is 3000 yuan, the pay amount is 3000 × 2 × 100% +3000 × 3 × 80% +3000 × 4 × 10% + 14400 (yuan). A claim slip is generated containing 14400 dollars in the amount paid.
Because the process of generating the claim bill is automatic, the claim payment responsibility of each party can be automatically determined and the claim payment amount can be determined under the condition of generating goods loss and losing goods, the whole process does not need human intervention, and the business experience of a merchant is greatly improved.
