Detailed Description
Advantages of the invention are further illustrated in the following description, taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and detailed description.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of a method for photographing a photo according to a preferred embodiment of the invention is shown, the method includes:
in an embodiment of the invention, position information of a user in a known environment coordinate system is acquired to acquire scenic spot information of a current position.
Step 101: starting a camera terminal of the intelligent equipment, and acquiring information of shooting scenic spots by the intelligent equipment through the camera terminal;
the location information is collected by a positioning device corresponding to an environmental coordinate system, for example, a geographic coordinate system, and may be obtained by a GPS positioning module.
A reference direction associated with the user is obtained in the geographic coordinate system, where the reference direction is a direction with reference to a certain surface of the user, for example: the reference direction is directly in front of the user, or may be other suitable directions. The direction of the reference direction in the environment coordinate system is acquired, for example: the direction of the reference direction in the environmental coordinate system is acquired by a sensing mode. Taking the environmental coordinate system as a geographical coordinate as an example, a direction sensor, such as a compass, may be used to obtain the direction of the reference direction in the environmental coordinate system. For example, 30 degrees east-north in the forward direction of the user.
It is determined that the user is looking at the observed object. In order to avoid acquiring the position information of all the objects (a plurality of objects that the user does not need the position information of) seen by the user in this embodiment, the operation amount of the system corresponding to the method is reduced, and in this embodiment, the objects that the user needs to acquire the position information need to be acquired.
A user's gaze point is acquired, where "gaze" refers to a relatively focused view, as opposed to a general, point-of-care, point-of-view, without an endpoint. The method for acquiring the gaze point in this embodiment is to determine the gaze point of the user according to the position information of the user in the environment coordinate system, the direction information of the front face of the user, and the time information of the user keeping the direction, so as to obtain the position information of the object being observed by the user in the environment coordinate system. The distance between the gaze point and the user and the direction of the gaze point in the environment coordinate system relative to the user are obtained, the position information of the gaze point relative to the user can be obtained, and then the position information of the user observation object in the environment coordinate system can be obtained through calculation according to the position information of the user in the environment coordinate system. Typically the object of view is determined as the item or building closest to the user in the gaze direction.
According to the position information of the observation object, further acquisition of other information can be performed by the present embodiment. For example, a distinctive building at the point of regard, the location information of the distinctive building can be obtained, and other detailed information of the distinctive building, such as the name of the distinctive building, can be accurately guided based on the location information.
In the embodiment of the invention, in order to effectively guide the user to take high-quality photos, a photo template database can be provided in advance, wherein a plurality of template photos are stored in the database, and the template photos contain scene information and information of the photo taking position. Therefore, when a user needs to take a picture, the user can select or recommend a picture taking template for the user by himself or by the system, and the user can take a picture by referring to the position, the shooting angle and the like of a scene in the template.
In particular, when a photographing template database is established, there may be various ways, for example, some photos with good photographing effects are obtained in advance by means of manual collection and the like and stored in the template database, but for the era of rapid development of intelligent devices, when the template database is established in the manner in actual use, the following problems often exist: the number of sceneries to be shown is very large, and the number of photo templates that can be provided in this way is often very limited, which may be the case: the multiple pictures showing one scene are the same in the position of the shot scene, shooting angles and the like, so that the shot pictures cannot fully show the characteristics of the scenic spot objects, and visual fatigue of a viewer is easy to generate. In addition, for objects with non-features, it may be necessary to highlight their features by some special positions, angles, etc., but the photographing templates provided by existing applications are difficult to meet these very specific requirements of the user.
Therefore, in this embodiment, a photographing template database may be generated based on a massive picture database such as a network platform and a network album, so as to provide recommended information for a photographing request of a user by using various templates in the database. Specific implementation methods are described in detail below.
The embodiment firstly provides a method for establishing a photographing template database, which can comprise the following steps:
obtaining a photo meeting preset conditions, wherein the preset conditions comprise: scene characteristics contained in the photo, and geographic information of a shooting position of the photo;
the timing of obtaining such preset-condition-compliant pictures can be varied, and for example, the program can automatically search the network platform database for scenic spot object photos, which are typically submitted when scenic spots are taken during the user's journey. For example, for scenic spots of landmark building types, the user-submitted photographs often include object features, which may be whole or part of the building (e.g., frontal, sideways, aerial, etc.). Thus, these photographs may include photographs that can be used as a photographing template. Of course, not all scenic spot objects need to be displayed through object features, and in general, only when the feature of the scenic spot to be photographed is complex (for example, a sunset scene needs to be displayed at the same time in addition to a city building in a photograph when the photographed scenic spot is a sunset), the scenic spot and other features needed to be included in photographing the scenic spot need to be displayed through feature information of whole or part in the photograph. Therefore, when searching the photo in the photo database of the network platform, the searching can be performed by adding the feature information to the scenic spot, so that the searching range is reduced, and the computing resource is saved.
Whether the photograph has a feature as a photographing template or not is determined, and for example, if the photograph contains a scenic spot feature, it can be considered that the condition is satisfied. However, in practical applications, the photograph may not be taken as a photographing template as long as the scenic spot feature is included, and thus, it may be further determined whether the photograph satisfies the feature as the photographing template. In particular, the number of satisfactory photographs obtained by searching may be very large, and at this time, photographs that can be used as a photographing template may be further selected from the photographs.
In particular, in the judging, there may be various manners, for example, in one manner, the features of the photographing template may be preset, for example, the background color is simple, the scene feature is clear, the position of the scene in the photograph is centered, the size proportion of the scene in the photograph is moderate, and so on. Therefore, for the obtained photograph, a judgment can be made from the above-described angle, and finally it is determined whether or not it can be used as a photographing template.
When the photo has the characteristic of being taken as a photographing template, determining the photo as the photographing template, and acquiring description information of an object displayed in the photographing template;
in this embodiment, since the sources of obtaining the photographing templates are rich, the scale of the established photographing template database may be very large, and in such a case, when the user needs to obtain the photographing templates, it is not suitable to return all photographing templates in the database. Therefore, in this embodiment, the description information of the object displayed in the photographing template may be saved as the scenic spot information and the photographing position information while the photographing template is saved. The descriptive information may assist in screening templates. When the photographing templates are required to be acquired later, the request sent to the server can contain specific parameters, wherein the parameters are mainly descriptive information of the object to be photographed, so that after the server receives the request, the parameters contained in the request can be automatically matched with descriptive information corresponding to each photographing template, and the photographing templates matched with the parameters can be returned to the intelligent device.
The object displayed in the photographing template is the scenic spot object and the characteristic of the object displayed in the scenic spot object. Accordingly, the description information of the display object refers to the description information of the display scenic spot object and the description information of the display scenic spot feature.
And storing the corresponding relation between the photographing template and the description information into a photographing template database so as to carry out matching operation according to the parameters contained in the request and the description information when the request for acquiring the photographing template is received, and if the matching is successful, utilizing the photographing template recommendation information provided by the photo.
Step 102: the intelligent device matches a copy of the shot scenic spot from the storage device according to the information of the shot scenic spot;
after determining that a certain photo has the characteristics of a photographing template and determining that the description information of the photo can be used as the photographing template to be stored in a photographing template database, and recording the corresponding relation between the photographing template and the description information in the database. Thus, when a request for acquiring the photographing template is subsequently received, matching operation can be performed according to parameters contained in the request and description information of each template in the database, and the photographing template which is successfully matched is utilized.
And returning the successfully matched target photographing template to the intelligent equipment so that the intelligent equipment can photograph by using the target photographing template.
The photographing template stored in the template database contains the external characteristic profile curve information of the scenery, and the information and the photographing template are returned to the intelligent equipment, so that the intelligent equipment can display the characteristic profile curve information of the scenery and the photographing template to a user when photographing, and the user can conveniently adjust the lens.
In addition, names and coordinates of all key parts in the scenery contained in the shooting template are stored in the shooting template database, and then returned to the intelligent equipment, the intelligent equipment can read the names and the coordinates of the positions of all the key parts from the database when the external feature profile curve of the scenery is displayed, and the names and the positions of the specific key parts are marked on the external feature profile curve, so that a user can more intuitively determine the placement position of the shooting template, and the user can be better matched with the scenery features in the template.
In the embodiment of the invention, after a user obtains a photographing template, the camera can be adjusted to photograph the scenery according to the outline features and other information of the scenery shown in the template. When the correct acquisition position of the photographing template is unclear to the user, the photographing template cannot be used most effectively. The embodiment of the invention provides a moving route from the current position of a user to a photographing place recorded by the photographing template.
Position information of a user in an environmental coordinate system is acquired to acquire information of a current position.
The location information is acquired by a positioning device corresponding to an environmental coordinate system, for example, a geographic coordinate system, and may be obtained by a GPS positioning module, etc., where a user obtains a photographing template including photographing location information.
And prompting a navigation path to the user according to the information of the current position of the user and the shooting template containing shooting location information and taking the former as a starting point and the latter as an ending point.
Step 103: the intelligent device pushes the copy photo to the camera terminal to be used as shooting reference;
after the shooting method with the configuration is adopted, when a user needs to shoot a certain scenic spot, after the camera terminal is opened, the intelligent equipment automatically acquires the current position of the user opening the camera terminal and the current direction of the user, and judges the scenic spot to be shot when the user opens the camera terminal according to the two information. After the shooting of the scenic spot is confirmed, the photos related to the scenic spot in the database are searched, and popular photos are pushed to the user who opens the camera terminal according to feedback of other users, so that the user imitates shooting. In order to further guide the shooting process of the user, the shooting position of the pushed photo is presented to the user, a navigation route is provided for informing the user of going to the target position, the pushed photo is subjected to blurring and other treatments on the interface displayed by the camera terminal of the user, only the outline related to the shot scenery is displayed, the user can place the scenery in the outline, copy the shot scenery, and the process of shooting excellent photos from my is realized.
Referring to fig. 2, in order to obtain a photograph according to the present invention, the photographing device may be implemented by a photographing device, where the photographing device includes: a location module 20, a photo acquisition module 30, a photo pushing module 40, a camera module 50.
In order to effectively guide the user to take high quality photographs, in an embodiment of the present invention, the photograph acquisition module 30 provides a database of photographed templates that stores template photographs that include scene information and information about the location of the photograph to be taken. Thus, when the user needs to take a picture, the photo obtaining module 30 recommends a photo taking template for the user according to the parameter information submitted by the user, where the scenery included in the photo taking template is located, the shooting angle, etc., and the photo pushing module 40 pushes the photo taking template to the camera module 50, and the camera module 20 provides a reference function for the photo taking template to guide the user to take a picture.

The location module 20 obtains a reference direction related to the user in the geographic coordinate system through the current location unit 21, where the reference direction is a direction taking a certain side of the user as a reference, and in this embodiment, the reference direction is the direction directly in front of the user. The current position unit 21 acquires the direction of the reference direction in the environment coordinate system, which in this embodiment is a geographical coordinate, obtained by means of a direction sensor (compass). For example, 30 degrees east-north in the forward direction of the user.
The location module 20 determines that the user is looking at the observed object. In order to avoid the situation that the position module 20 obtains the position information of all the objects (most of the objects that the user does not need the position information) that the user sees in this embodiment, the calculation amount of the system corresponding to the method is reduced, and in this embodiment, the object that the user needs to capture and the position information of the object need to be obtained.
The location module 20 obtains a gaze point of a user, and in this embodiment, the location module 20 determines the gaze point of the user according to location information of the user in an environment coordinate system, direction information of the front face of the user, and time information of the user keeping the direction, so as to obtain location information of an object being observed by the user in the environment coordinate system.
The location module 20 may further acquire other information according to the location information of the observation object. The location module 20 in this embodiment can obtain location information of a distinctive building according to a distinctive building at the point of regard, and can accurately guide other detailed information of the distinctive building, such as the name of the distinctive building, according to the location information.

Specifically, the navigation unit 23 acquires position information of the user in an already environmental coordinate system to acquire information of the current position.
The navigation unit 23 collects position information by a positioning device corresponding to an environmental coordinate system, for example, a geographic coordinate system, and obtains position information by means of a GPS positioning module, and obtains shooting location information included in a shooting template obtained by the user.
The navigation unit 23 prompts a navigation path to the user according to the information of the current position of the user and the shooting location information contained in the shooting template and takes the information of the current position of the user as a starting point and the shooting location information contained in the shooting template as an ending point.
(2) Photo acquisition module 30
The photo storage unit 31 provides a photo template database in which template photos are stored, which contain scene information and information of the location of taking the photo.
The photo storage unit 31, when specifically creating a photo template database, first provides a method of creating a photo template database, which may include the steps of:
obtaining a photo meeting preset conditions, wherein the preset conditions comprise: scene characteristics contained in the photo, and geographic information of a shooting position of the photo;
the photo storage unit 31 obtains such pictures meeting the preset conditions in a plurality of ways, in this embodiment, the photo storage unit 31 automatically searches for scenic spot object photos from the network platform database through an acquisition program, and the scenic spot object photos are generally submitted when shooting scenic spots in the journey of the user, and the photos contain certain information. For example, for scenic spots of landmark building types, the user-submitted photographs often include object features, which may be whole or part of the building (e.g., frontal, sideways, aerial, etc.). Thus, these photographs may include photographs that can be used as a photographing template. The program specifically searches for such photos in a photo database of the network platform by adding feature information to the scenic spots so as to narrow the search range and save computing resources.
The photo storage unit 31 determines a photo having a feature as a photographing template, acquires description information of an object shown in the photographing template, processes the information, converts the information into object feature information in the photographing template, and stores the object feature information and the photographing template in a database.
Photo matching unit 32:
the photo matching unit 32 may obtain a lot of photo templates through the photo storage unit 31, and thus the size of the created photo template database may be very large, in which case the photo matching unit 32 does not return all photo templates in the database when the user needs to obtain the photo templates. The photo matching unit 32 performs screening of templates based on description information (scenic spot information and shooting position information) of objects shown in the shooting template. When the user needs to acquire the photographing templates, the photo matching unit 32 obtains the specific parameters included in the request sent to the server, where the parameters are mainly description information of the object to be photographed, and in this embodiment, the information is the location information of the object obtained by the location module 40, and may automatically perform a matching operation on the parameters included in the request and the description information corresponding to each photographing template, so as to find the photographing template matched with the parameters.
(3) Photo pushing module 40:
the photo pushing module 40 combines the photographing template obtained by the photo matching unit 32 of the photo obtaining module 30 with the object feature information related to the photographing template, and returns the successfully matched target photographing template to the intelligent device, so that the intelligent device photographs by using the target photographing template.
In this embodiment, the object feature information of the scene contained in the photographing template stored in the template database is external feature profile curve information, and the photo pushing module 40 returns the information to the intelligent device together with the photographing template, so that when the intelligent device executes the photographing instruction, the photographing template and the feature profile curve information of the scene can be combined and displayed to the user, so that the user can conveniently adjust the lens.
The photo template unit 41 displays the outline curve of the external feature of the scene according to the names and coordinates of each key part in the scene contained in the photo template and also stores the names and coordinates of the positions of each key part in the photo template database.
(4) Camera module 50
The camera module 50 displays to the user that the placement position of the photo template is more intuitively determined according to the names and the positions of specific key parts marked on the external feature profile curves, and the user can better operate the intelligent device that the scenery to be shot is matched with the scenery features in the template.
It should be noted that the embodiments of the present invention are preferred and not limited in any way, and any person skilled in the art may make use of the above-disclosed technical content to change or modify the same into equivalent effective embodiments without departing from the technical solution of the present invention, and any modification or equivalent change and modification of the above-described embodiments according to the technical substance of the present invention still falls within the scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
