Background
When the deployment of an LTE (Long Term Evolution) network is accelerated, it is important to provide more and better applications for LTE users. VoLTE (Voice over LTE) services are carried over 4G networks, and IMS (IP multimedia subsystem) provides core session control. The Chinese telecom VoLTE terminal short message service is provided by a converged short message center, and the converged short message center simultaneously provides short message service for VoLTE users and C network users. At present, short message transmission between VoLTE users belonging to different short message centers needs to be addressed by a CDMA network, wherein the transmitted short message is transmitted to the short message center to which the user belongs through an IMS network; the short message center of the sender is transmitted to the short message center of the receiver through a CDMA signaling network; the short message center of the receiver sends the short message to the receiver through the IMS network. At present, CDMA 1X substitution is one of the driving forces for China telecom VoLTE business, so that the problem of direct short message delivery between converged short message centers needs to be solved at present, a CDMA network is not relied on, and a foundation is laid for quitting the CDMA network.

The first message center sends the short message to the second message center through SIP MESSAGE message. The session Initiation protocol SIP (session Initiation protocol) is a signaling protocol, SIMPLE, an abbreviation of SIP Instant messaging and Presence Leveraging Extension, a workgroup and a set of SIP extensions, one of which is a MESSAGE, which can be used to send Instant MESSAGEs containing any combination of text and binary content. In the above embodiment, by configuring the VoLTE user home short MESSAGE center address in the HSS, the sender short MESSAGE center queries the HSS through DRA, obtains the receiver VoLTE user home short MESSAGE center address, and directly transmits the short MESSAGE to the receiver home short MESSAGE center through MESSAGE, thereby implementing direct transmission of the VoLTE terminal short MESSAGE between the short MESSAGE centers.
And the UDR message contains an SMC-TAG field, and the SMC-TAG field is used for carrying the identifier of the second short message center. The UDA message contains an IP-SM-GW-ADRESS field, and the IP-SM-GW-ADRESS field is used for carrying address information of the second short message center.
And a route analysis module is additionally arranged in the short MESSAGE center, the route analysis function between the short MESSAGE centers is completed by the route analysis module, and the short MESSAGE is directly transmitted to the short MESSAGE center of the receiver through the MESSAGE after the address of the short MESSAGE center of the receiver of the VoLTE user is obtained through the UDA.
Fig. 2 is a message interaction diagram of an embodiment of a method for implementing a VoLTE short message service according to the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, a VoLTE subscriber home short message center address storage function is added to an HSS.

Step 206, after receiving the MESSAGE, the receiver short MESSAGE center returns a 200OK MESSAGE to the sender short MESSAGE center.
Step 207, a route analysis module is added in the receiver short message center, and the receiver short message center can store the address information of the sender short message center or send a request message to the HSS as the sender short message center to obtain the address information of the sender short message center. The first short message center sends a UDR message to the Diameter routing agent DRA device, which forwards the UDR message to the query receiving unit 32. The address sending unit 33 sends the UDA message to the DRA device, which forwards the UDA message to the first short message center.
