All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, belong to the scope of protection of the present invention.
The terms "first," "second," "third," and the like in the description and in the claims, as well as in the drawings, if any, are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the objects so described are interchangeable under appropriate circumstances. Furthermore, the terms "comprising" and "having," as well as any variations thereof, are intended to cover non-exclusive inclusions. For example, a process, method, or apparatus, terminal, system comprising a list of steps is not necessarily limited to those steps or modules or elements expressly listed, and may include other steps or modules or elements not expressly listed, or inherent to such process, method, apparatus, terminal, or system.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating a state of a terminal call interface. When the current incoming call number is a harassing call number, for example, the current incoming call is a promotional call, the terminal rings to remind the user to answer the call. The user can hang up the incoming call directly, or listen to the content spoken by the other party after the incoming call is connected, and then hang up the incoming call. Thus, even if the current incoming call number is a nuisance call number, manual operation by the user is required.
The embodiment of the invention provides an incoming call intercepting method which can be applied to a terminal. The terminal can be a smart phone, a tablet computer and other devices. As shown in fig. 2, the incoming call intercepting method may include the following steps:
s110, after the incoming call is connected, judging whether the current incoming call number is a strange number, wherein the strange number is a number except for the number included in the address list.
When the terminal receives an incoming call, and a user puts through the incoming call, the terminal can acquire the incoming call number of the current incoming call. And then, the terminal compares the incoming call number with the numbers in the address list one by one to judge whether the current incoming call number is a strange number. The strange number indicates a number other than the number included in the terminal address book.
If the number identical to the current incoming call number exists in the terminal address book, the current incoming call number is judged not to be the strange number. The terminal may then terminate the flow.
If the number identical to the current incoming call number does not exist in the terminal address list, the current incoming call number can be judged to be an unfamiliar number. Subsequently, the terminal performs step S120.
And S120, if the current incoming call number is an unfamiliar number, acquiring a voice signal of the user and the heart rate of the user.
When the terminal judges that the current incoming call number is an unfamiliar number, the terminal can collect voice signals when a user speaks and the heart rate of the user. For example, the terminal may collect a voice signal of the user through a microphone and output the collected voice signal to a processor of the terminal for processing.
Meanwhile, the terminal comprises a heart rate sensor. The heart rate sensor may be provided at a side of the terminal. When the user holds the terminal, a heart rate sensor in the terminal can acquire the heart rate of the user.
In some embodiments, the terminal may communicate with a smart watch. Be provided with heart rate sensor in this intelligence wrist-watch. When the user wears this intelligent wrist-watch, the heart rate sensor in this intelligent wrist-watch can measure user's rhythm of the heart. The terminal can gather user's rhythm of the heart through this intelligence wrist-watch.
S130, a parameter value is calculated according to the volume value and the tone value in the voice signal and the heart rate.
After the terminal collects the voice signal of the user, the voice signal can be analyzed to extract the volume value and the pitch value in the voice signal. The volume value is also called loudness and sound intensity, and refers to the size of sound. The pitch is mainly determined by the frequency of the sound. Therefore, the pitch value can be represented by the level of the sound frequency.
The terminal may then calculate the extracted volume value, pitch value and heart rate according to a preset algorithm to obtain the parameter values. Wherein, when any one of the volume value, the pitch value and the heart rate is increased, the obtained parameter value is also increased.
It will be appreciated that when the user is excited or angry, the volume, pitch, and heart rate of the user's speech will increase. Thus, the parameter value may reflect the emotional state of the user. The larger the parameter value, the more exciting the emotional state of the user.
S140, comparing the parameter value with a preset threshold to determine whether the current incoming call number is a preset type number.
The preset threshold may be a value preset in the terminal. The preset threshold may be calculated from the emotional states of the plurality of users when the emotional states are in a calm state. The preset threshold represents a boundary between the emotional agitation state and the emotional calmness state of the user.
And after the terminal calculates the parameter value, comparing the parameter value with the preset threshold value to judge whether the current incoming call number is a number of a preset type. The preset type of number is a category for classifying the incoming call number. The preset type of number may be understood as a telephone number of a nuisance call.
It can be understood that when a user receives a harassing call, such as a promotional call or a fraudulent call, the emotional state of the user fluctuates, and thus the emotional state of the user shifts to an emotional excitement state. At this time, the volume value, the pitch value and the heart rate of the user during the call are all increased.
Therefore, when the above parameter value reaches the preset threshold, the user may be considered to be in an emotional state at that time. At this time, it may be determined that the current incoming call is a harassing call, that is, the current incoming call number is a number of the preset type.
S150, if the incoming call number is the number of the preset type, when the incoming call of the incoming call number is detected again, the incoming call of the incoming call number is intercepted.
If the terminal judges that the incoming call number is a preset type number, the terminal can start interception of the incoming call number. When the terminal detects the incoming call of the incoming call number again, the terminal can intercept the incoming call. For example, as shown in fig. 5, when the terminal detects an incoming call of the incoming call number again, the terminal may directly hang up the incoming call and remind the user, so that the user knows that the incoming call of the incoming call number is intercepted.
In some embodiments, after determining that the incoming call number is a preset type number, the terminal may add the incoming call number to a blacklist of a system address list, and intercept incoming call of the incoming call number again.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the step S130 of calculating a parameter value according to the volume value and the pitch value in the speech signal and the heart rate includes the following steps:
s131, respectively obtaining a first weight value, a second weight value and a third weight value corresponding to the volume value, the tone value and the heart rate in the voice signal;
s132, a parameter value is calculated according to the volume value, the tone value, the heart rate, the first weight value, the second weight value and the third weight value.
Wherein, can set up first weighted value, second weighted value and third weighted value respectively to volume value, pitch value, rhythm of the heart in the terminal. The sum of the first weight value, the second weight value and the third weight value is equal to 1. For example, the first, second, and third weight values may be 0.4, 0.3, and 0.3, respectively.
After the terminal collects the voice signal of the user and the heart rate of the user, the voice signal can be analyzed so as to extract the volume value and the tone value in the voice signal. And then, the terminal calls the first weight value, the second weight value and the third weight value stored in the terminal, and calculates the parameter value according to the volume value, the tone value, the heart rate, the first weight value, the second weight value and the third weight value.
In some embodiments, the terminal may learn a volume value, a pitch value, and a heart rate of the user during multiple calls, and adjust the first weight value, the second weight value, and the third weight value, so that the first weight value, the second weight value, and the third weight value are more reasonably distributed. Therefore, the emotional state of the user can be better reflected by the parameter values calculated according to the first weight value, the second weight value and the third weight value.
In some embodiments, in step S132, a parameter value is calculated according to the volume value, the pitch value, the heart rate, the first weight value, the second weight value, and the third weight value, and the terminal may calculate the parameter value according to the following formula:
P=a×X+b×Y+c×Z
wherein, P is the calculated parameter value, a, b, c are the first weight value, the second weight value, the third weight value respectively, X, Y, Z are the volume value, the tone value, the heart rate respectively.
For example, a, b, c are 0.4, 0.3, respectively, and the volume, tone, heart rate of the user are 50dB (decibel), 500Hz (hertz), 80 times/minute, respectively, X, Y, Z are 50, 500, 80, respectively. The parameter value P calculated according to the above formula is 0.4 × 50+0.3 × 500+0.3 × 80, 194.
In some embodiments, the step S140 of comparing the parameter value with a preset threshold to determine whether the current incoming call number is a preset type number includes the following steps:
s141, comparing the parameter value with the preset threshold value to obtain a comparison result;
s142, when the comparison result is that the parameter value is greater than the preset threshold value, judging that the current incoming call number is a number of a preset type;
s143, when the comparison result indicates that the parameter value is less than or equal to the preset threshold, determining that the current incoming call number is not a preset type number.
After the terminal calculates the parameter value, the preset threshold value may be called from the terminal, so as to compare the parameter value with the preset threshold value, and obtain a comparison result. The comparison result comprises that the parameter value is larger than the preset threshold value and the parameter value is smaller than or equal to the preset threshold value.
When the parameter value is larger than the preset threshold value, the emotion of the user is in an emotion excited state at the moment, and the fact that the user receives a harassing call can be judged, so that the emotion of the user is excited. At this time, it may be determined that the current incoming call number is a preset type number. Subsequently, the terminal performs step S150.
When the parameter value is less than or equal to the preset threshold value, the emotion of the user is in a calm state at the moment, and the call received by the user can be judged to be not a harassing call. At this time, it may be determined that the current incoming call number is not a preset type of number. The terminal may then terminate the flow.
In some embodiments, step S150, if the incoming call number is the number of the preset type, intercepting the incoming call of the incoming call number when the incoming call of the incoming call number is detected again includes the following steps:
s151, obtaining the historical incoming call frequency of the incoming call number;
s152, judging whether the historical incoming call times exceed preset times;
s153, if the historical incoming call frequency exceeds the preset frequency, intercepting the incoming call of the incoming call number when the incoming call of the incoming call number is detected again.
The terminal can record each received incoming call. For example, the incoming call number, incoming call time, and call duration of each incoming call may be recorded. When the terminal judges that the current incoming call number is a preset type number, the historical incoming call times of the incoming call number can be acquired through the incoming call history record.
And then, comparing the historical incoming call frequency with a preset frequency to judge whether the historical incoming call frequency exceeds the preset frequency. The preset times is a numerical value stored in the terminal in advance. For example, the preset number of times may be 3.
When the historical incoming call number exceeds the preset number, for example, the historical incoming call number is 5, the current incoming call number is a frequent incoming call. The frequent incoming calls of the incoming call number can cause trouble to the user, and at the moment, when the incoming call of the incoming call number is detected again, the incoming call of the incoming call number is intercepted.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, before calculating a parameter value according to the volume value and the pitch value in the speech signal and the heart rate in step S130, the method further includes the following steps:
s161, recognizing the voice signal to extract the vocabulary carried by the voice signal;
s162, matching the vocabulary with a plurality of keywords respectively;
when the vocabulary is successfully matched with at least one keyword in the keywords, a parameter value is calculated according to the volume value and the pitch value in the voice signal and the heart rate.
After the terminal collects the voice signal of the user, the voice signal can be identified so as to extract the vocabulary carried by the voice signal. For example, the terminal may recognize the voice signal and convert the voice signal into corresponding text.
And then, the terminal matches the vocabulary carried by the voice signal with a plurality of keywords so as to judge whether the vocabulary has the same words with the keywords. The keyword may be a keyword set by a user. Keywords are words associated with crank calls. For example, the keywords may include words such as "loan," "insurance," and so on.
It will be appreciated that when the user receives a harassing call such as a loan promotion call, insurance promotion call, etc., the user may answer "i do not need a loan", "i do not need insurance", etc. Therefore, the words carried by the voice signal of the user include the keywords.
When the vocabulary carried by the voice signal is successfully matched with at least one keyword in the keywords, the fact that the incoming call received by the user is possibly a harassing call is shown. At this point, the terminal may proceed to further processing, and calculate the above parameter values according to the volume value and the pitch value in the speech signal and the heart rate.
In particular, the present invention is not limited by the execution sequence of the steps, and some steps may be performed in other sequences or simultaneously without conflict.
As can be seen from the above, in the incoming call intercepting method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, after an incoming call is connected, it is determined whether the current incoming call number is a strange number, where the strange number is a number other than the numbers included in the address book; if the current incoming call number is an unfamiliar number, acquiring a voice signal of a user and the heart rate of the user; calculating a parameter value according to the volume value and the pitch value in the voice signal and the heart rate; comparing the parameter value with a preset threshold value to judge whether the current incoming call number is a number of a preset type; if the incoming call number is the number of the preset type, intercepting the incoming call when the incoming call of the incoming call number is detected again. According to the scheme, the parameter values are calculated according to the volume value and the tone value in the voice signal of the user and the heart rate of the user, and whether the current incoming call number is the number of the preset type or not is judged according to the parameter values, so that the terminal can intercept the subsequent incoming calls of the preset type number without user operation, the trouble of the incoming calls of the preset type number to the user is avoided, and the convenience of the terminal can be improved.
The embodiment of the invention also provides an incoming call intercepting device which can be integrated in a terminal, wherein the terminal can be a smart phone, a tablet computer and other equipment.
As shown in fig. 6, the call intercepting apparatus 200 may include: the device comprises a first judgment module 201, an acquisition module 202, a calculation module 203, a second judgment module 204 and an interception module 205.
The first determining module 201 is configured to determine whether a current incoming call number is a strange number after an incoming call is connected, where the strange number is a number other than numbers included in the address book.
When the terminal receives an incoming call, and the user connects the incoming call, the first determining module 201 may obtain the incoming call number of the current incoming call. Subsequently, the first determining module 201 compares the incoming call number with the numbers in the address book one by one to determine whether the current incoming call number is an unknown number. The strange number indicates a number other than the number included in the terminal address book.
If the number identical to the current incoming call number exists in the terminal address book, the current incoming call number is judged not to be the strange number. The flow may then terminate.
If the number identical to the current incoming call number does not exist in the terminal address list, the current incoming call number can be judged to be an unfamiliar number.
The acquisition module 202 is configured to acquire a voice signal of the user and a heart rate of the user when the current incoming call number is an unknown number.
When the terminal determines that the current incoming call number is an unknown number, the acquisition module 202 may acquire a voice signal of the user when speaking and a heart rate of the user. For example, the collecting module 202 may collect a voice signal of the user through a microphone of the terminal and output the collected voice signal to a processor of the terminal for processing.
Meanwhile, the terminal comprises a heart rate sensor. The heart rate sensor may be provided at a side of the terminal. When the user holds the terminal, the acquisition module 202 may acquire the heart rate of the user through a heart rate sensor in the terminal.
In some embodiments, the terminal may communicate with a smart watch. Be provided with heart rate sensor in this intelligence wrist-watch. When the user wears this intelligent wrist-watch, the heart rate sensor in this intelligent wrist-watch can measure user's rhythm of the heart. The acquisition module 202 may acquire the heart rate of the user through the smart watch.
The calculating module 203 is configured to calculate a parameter value according to the volume value and the pitch value in the speech signal and the heart rate.
After the collection module 202 collects the voice signal of the user, the calculation module 203 may analyze the voice signal to extract the volume value and the pitch value in the voice signal. The volume value is also called loudness and sound intensity, and refers to the size of sound. The pitch is mainly determined by the frequency of the sound. Therefore, the pitch value can be represented by the level of the sound frequency.
The calculation module 203 may then calculate the extracted volume value, pitch value and heart rate according to a preset algorithm to obtain the parameter values.
The second determining module 204 is configured to compare the parameter value with a preset threshold to determine whether the current incoming call number is a preset type number.
The preset threshold may be a value preset in the terminal. The preset threshold may be calculated from the emotional states of the plurality of users when the emotional states are in a calm state. The preset threshold represents a boundary between the emotional agitation state and the emotional calmness state of the user.
After the calculation module 203 calculates the parameter value, the second determination module 204 compares the parameter value with the preset threshold to determine whether the current incoming call number is a preset type number.
The intercepting module 205 is configured to, when the incoming call number is the preset type number, intercept an incoming call of the incoming call number if the incoming call of the incoming call number is detected again.
If the second determining module 204 determines that the incoming call number is a preset type of number, the intercepting module 205 may start intercepting the incoming call number. When the incoming call of the incoming call number is detected again, the intercepting module 205 may intercept the incoming call of the incoming call number.
In some embodiments, after the second determining module 204 determines that the incoming call number is a preset type number, the incoming call number may be added to a blacklist of a system address list, and a call incoming call of the incoming call number is intercepted.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, the calculation module 203 comprises: an acquisition sub-module 2031 and a calculation sub-module 2032.
An obtaining submodule 2031, configured to obtain a first weight value, a second weight value, and a third weight value corresponding to the volume value, the pitch value, and the heart rate in the voice signal, respectively;
the calculating submodule 2032 is configured to calculate a parameter value according to the volume value, the pitch value, the heart rate, the first weight value, the second weight value, and the third weight value.
After the collecting module 202 collects the voice signal of the user and the heart rate of the user, the obtaining sub-module 2031 may analyze the voice signal to extract the volume value and the pitch value in the voice signal. Then, the obtaining sub-module 2031 calls the first weight value, the second weight value, and the third weight value stored in the terminal, and the calculating sub-module 2032 calculates the parameter values according to the volume value, the tone value, the heart rate, the first weight value, the second weight value, and the third weight value.
In some embodiments, the calculating module 203 may learn the volume value, the pitch value, and the heart rate of the user during multiple calls, and adjust the first weight value, the second weight value, and the third weight value, so that the size distribution of the first weight value, the second weight value, and the third weight value is more reasonable. Therefore, the emotional state of the user can be better reflected by the parameter values calculated according to the first weight value, the second weight value and the third weight value.
In some embodiments, the calculation sub-module 2032 calculates the parameter value according to the following formula:
P=a×X+b×Y+c×Z
wherein, P is the calculated parameter value, a, b, c are the first weight value, the second weight value, the third weight value respectively, X, Y, Z are the volume value, the tone value, the heart rate respectively.
In some embodiments, the second determining module 204 is configured to perform the following steps:
comparing the parameter value with the preset threshold value to obtain a comparison result;
when the comparison result is that the parameter value is larger than the preset threshold value, judging that the current incoming call number is a number of a preset type;
and when the comparison result shows that the parameter value is less than or equal to the preset threshold value, judging that the current incoming call number is not a number of a preset type.
After the calculation module 203 calculates the parameter value, the second determining module 204 may call the preset threshold from the terminal, so as to compare the parameter value with the preset threshold, and obtain a comparison result.
When the parameter value is less than or equal to the preset threshold value, the emotion of the user is in a calm state at the moment, and the call received by the user can be judged to be not a harassing call. At this time, it may be determined that the current incoming call number is not a preset type of number. The flow may then terminate.
In some embodiments, the interception module 205 is configured to perform the following steps:
acquiring the historical incoming call times of the incoming call number;
judging whether the historical incoming call times exceed preset times or not;
and if the historical incoming call times exceed the preset times, intercepting the incoming call of the incoming call number when the incoming call of the incoming call number is detected again.
The terminal can record each received incoming call. For example, the incoming call number, incoming call time, and call duration of each incoming call may be recorded. When the second determining module 204 determines that the current incoming call number is a preset type of number, the intercepting module 205 may obtain the historical incoming call times of the incoming call number through the incoming call history.
Then, the intercepting module 205 compares the historical incoming call number with a preset number to determine whether the historical incoming call number exceeds the preset number. The preset times is a numerical value stored in the terminal in advance. For example, the preset number of times may be 3.
When the historical incoming call number exceeds the preset number, for example, the historical incoming call number is 5, the current incoming call number is a frequent incoming call. The frequent incoming calls of the incoming call number may cause trouble to the user, and at this time, when the incoming call of the incoming call number is detected again, the intercepting module 205 intercepts the incoming call of the incoming call number.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 8, the incoming call intercepting apparatus 200 further includes: an identification module 206, and a matching module 207.
The recognition module 206 is configured to recognize the voice signal to extract words carried by the voice signal;
a matching module 207, configured to match the vocabulary with a plurality of keywords respectively;
the calculating module 203 is configured to calculate a parameter value according to the volume value and the pitch value in the speech signal and the heart rate when the vocabulary is successfully matched with at least one of the keywords.
After the collection module 202 collects the voice signal of the user, the recognition module 206 may recognize the voice signal to extract the vocabulary carried by the voice signal. For example, the recognition module 206 may recognize the speech signal and convert the speech signal into corresponding text.
Subsequently, the matching module 207 matches the vocabulary carried by the voice signal with a plurality of keywords to determine whether the vocabulary has the same words as the keywords.
At this point, the calculation module 203 may proceed to the next step of processing, and calculate the above parameter values according to the volume value and the pitch value in the speech signal and the heart rate.
In specific implementation, the modules may be implemented as independent entities, or may be combined arbitrarily and implemented as one or several entities.
As can be seen from the above, in the incoming call intercepting device 200 provided in the embodiment of the present invention, after the incoming call is connected, the first determining module 201 determines whether the current incoming call number is a strange number, where the strange number is a number other than the number included in the address list; the acquisition module 202 acquires a voice signal of a user and a heart rate of the user when the current calling number is an unfamiliar number; the calculating module 203 calculates a parameter value according to the volume value and the pitch value in the voice signal and the heart rate; the second judging module 204 compares the parameter value with a preset threshold value to judge whether the current incoming call number is a number of a preset type; if the incoming call number is the number of the preset type, when the incoming call of the incoming call number is detected again, the intercepting module 205 intercepts the incoming call of the incoming call number.
