Abstract

With the development of computer technology, a variety of office automation systems emerge. Office automation systems provide convenience for enterprise management. A method of page configuration, the method comprising:
receiving a login request sent by a terminal, wherein the login request carries employee information;
obtaining the self-defined content configured in a page editing template by the staff and the position information of the self-defined content in the page editing template according to the staff information;
loading the user-defined content to a position corresponding to a home page according to the position information;
and returning the home page loaded with the custom content to the terminal so that the terminal can display the home page.

In one embodiment, the employees include a team leader and team members; the method further comprises the following steps:

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The page configuration method provided in the embodiment of the present invention can be applied to the application environment shown in fig. 1. The terminal 102 is connected to the server 104 via a network. The employee sends a login request to the server through the terminal 102, wherein the login request carries employee information. The server 104 receives the login request, acquires the user-defined content configured in the page editing template by the employee and the position information of the user-defined content in the page editing template according to the employee information, and loads the user-defined content to the position corresponding to the page according to the position information. The server 104 returns the home page loaded with the custom content to the terminal, so that the terminal 102 displays the home page loaded with the custom content.

loading the user-defined content to a position corresponding to a home page according to the position information;
returning the home page loaded with the custom content to the terminal so that the terminal can display the home page;
receiving a task generation request sent by a staff through a task shortcut in a home page;
acquiring a task generation page according to the task generation request, and returning the task generation page to the terminal;
receiving task information input by the staff through the task generation page, wherein the task information comprises a terminal to be handled and a task urgency degree;
generating a work task and a corresponding reminding mail according to the task information;
sending the work task to the terminal to be handled;
and when the task urgency degree accords with a set level, sending the reminding mail to the terminal to be handled according to a set frequency.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the employees comprise a team leader and team members; the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring team member names, visual reports of team members and position information of the visual reports in a page editing template, wherein the team member names, the visual reports and the position information of the visual reports are configured in the page editing template by the team leader;

The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the employees comprise a team leader and team members; the acquisition module is also used for acquiring the name of the team member configured by the team leader in the page editing template, the visual report of the team member and the position information of the visual report in the page editing template; the loading module is also used for loading the visual report forms of the team members to the position of the corresponding home page of the team leader according to the position information.
