Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to surgical medical devices, and in particular, to flat suture anchors.
Background
In recent years, the technology of a wire anchor using titanium alloy, PEEK and polylactic acid materials as materials is widely used for repairing injuries at the joint of soft tissues and bone tissues, such as: rotator cuff injury, labrum injury, proximal femur tendon injury, anterior and posterior labrum injury on the shoulder joint, collateral ulnar ligament injury reconstruction, distal biceps brachii tendon injury, inter-navicular ligament repair, triangular fibrocartilage repair, extensor tendon injury repair, and the like. The hard anchor is screwed on bone tissue near the fixing part, the preloaded suture on the anchor passes through the soft tissue to be repaired, and the soft tissue is fixed in contact with the surface of the bone tissue by binding and tightening the suture, so that the physical repair of the damaged tissue is completed.
As hard material anchor technology is increasingly applied, hard material anchors are known to suffer from a number of drawbacks: the titanium alloy metal anchor is easy to generate inflammation due to rejection reaction after being implanted, so that bone dissolution occurs at the implantation position, the anchor is caused to be loosened and shifted, and the fixation is caused to fail. The PLA absorbable anchor can be degraded and broken too early after being implanted, the fixation firmness is reduced due to secondary anchor displacement, and the degradation product can cause problems such as synovitis, osteolysis and the like.
The anchor with the wire made of PEEK solves the problems that the titanium alloy anchor is easy to loosen and shift after implantation, and the anchor with the absorbable material is broken or degraded prematurely after implantation, the fixation firmness is reduced due to secondary shift, and the degradation products easily cause synovitis, osteolysis and the like. In practical application, after the anchor with the wire is implanted into a bone canal, a doctor is required to forcefully pull the anchor outwards through a suture, so that on one hand, the axial direction of the anchor can be adjusted to be more matched with the bone canal, and on the other hand, the displacement possibly generated by the anchor in the bone canal during use can be eliminated in advance, and the fixation firmness is enhanced. However, the traditional suture has smaller diameter and circular cross section, and the circular suture can cut peripheral tissues of an operation part and even the palm of a doctor in the process of forcefully pulling an anchor, so that the traditional circular suture is easily torn when being subjected to such large pulling force.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to specific examples. The following examples will assist those skilled in the art in further understanding the present invention, but are not intended to limit the invention in any way. It should be noted that variations and modifications could be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the inventive concept. These are all within the scope of the present invention.
In the embodiment, the flat suture anchor provided by the invention comprises a nail body 1 and a pull wire 2, wherein the nail body 1 is made of PEEK material, but can also be made of other materials such as titanium alloy and polylactic acid material. As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the nail body 1 is provided with a threading hole 11, and the pull wire 2 can be passed through the threading hole 11. In order to solve the problem that the conventional round suture is easy to cut the peripheral tissues of the operation part in the operation process, the pull wire 2 designed by the invention comprises a flat suture 22, so that the contact surface with the human tissues is enlarged. During operation, the doctor holds the flat suture 22 or the cut-preventing soft rod 21 by hand, and the contact area between the soft rod and the pull wire 2 is increased, so that the cut is prevented. In order to achieve the above effects, the following description will be made with respect to several variations.
As shown in fig. 1, the nail body 1 of the wire anchor is provided with an opening 12 along the axial direction, the opening 12 extends along the axial direction and penetrates through the proximal end face of the nail body 1, the distal end of the opening 12 is provided with a threading hole 11, the threading hole 11 penetrates through the nail body 1 along the radial direction of the nail body 1, and the distal end face of the nail body 1 is provided with a guide groove to prevent the pull wire 2 from being separated from a winding path when being penetrated. The pull wire 2 is composed of two parts of a flat suture 22 and a cutting-preventing soft rod 21, the flat suture 22 is penetrated inside the nail body 1, two end parts extend through the proximal end face of the nail body 1 and reach the outside of the nail body, the two end parts of the flat suture 22 continue to extend and are respectively connected with the two ends of one cutting-preventing soft rod 21, after the nail body 1 reaches a preset position during operation, a doctor holds the cutting-preventing soft rod 21 to pull the nail body 1 outwards, so that displacement possibly generated in a bone canal of the nail body 1 during operation is eliminated, and the fixation firmness is enhanced. The flat suture 22 and the cut-preventing soft rod 21 may be directly connected by knotting, or the cut-preventing soft rod 21 may be made into a handle with two buckles 211 at two ends, and the two ends of the flat suture 22 are respectively tied to the two buckles 211, as shown in fig. 5. In addition, the anti-cutting soft rod 21 can also be of a structure with an axial through hole, one end of the flat suture line 22 passes through the through hole and then is knotted with the other end, and the anti-cutting soft rod 21 can slide relative to the flat suture line 22 in the use process, so that the pulling position can be conveniently adjusted. Further preferably, the anti-cutting soft rod 21 is formed by rolling soft cloth, the soft cloth is provided with a thread gluing mechanism, and the anti-cutting soft rod 21 is directly sleeved on the flat suture 22 after the flat suture 22 is knotted.
As shown in fig. 2, in the modified example, the pull wire 2 is directly formed by a flat suture thread 22, the flat suture thread 22 is penetrated in the nail body 1, and after extending to the outside of the nail body 1 along the opening 12, the two end parts are directly knotted and connected, so that the operation of the next step can be performed, and the use is convenient. To simplify the threading process of the flat suture 22, the cross section of the opening 12 of the shank 1 can be designed in a rectangular shape to match the shape of the flat suture 22. Of course, the feature of the rectangular cross section of the opening 12 may be applied to other variations, and it is further preferred that the cross-sectional shape of the opening 12 may be other than rectangular, circular, such as a regular pentagon, etc. Preferably, the penetrating manner of the pull wire 2 on the nail body 1 can also be changed, for example, two threading holes 11 are formed in the nail body 1, the two threading holes 11 penetrate through the nail body 1 along the radial direction of the nail body 1 and are distributed vertically along the axial direction of the nail body 1, the two threading holes 11 are communicated with the open hole 12, one end of the pull wire 2 penetrates into the nail body 1 from the open hole 12, penetrates through the threading hole 11 on one side of the nail body 1, penetrates through the threading hole 11 on the other side of the nail body 1, and finally extends out of the proximal end face of the nail body 1 along the open hole 12. Correspondingly, the number of the threading holes 11 can be one or more, so as to achieve the purpose of connecting the nail body 1 and the pull wire 2, but the more the number of the threading holes 11 is, the more complex the processing of the nail body 1 is, and the more difficult the threading is.
As in the examples of the variation shown in fig. 3 and 4, the differences are as follows, corresponding to the examples of the variation shown in fig. 1 and 2: the nail body 1 of the variation shown in fig. 3 and 4 has no hole 12 therein, and the threading holes 11 are provided on the proximal end surface of the nail body 1, and the number of the threading holes 11 and the description of threading of the pull wire 2 are as described above.
During surgery, it is often the case that the pull wire 2 is broken, and at this time, if the nail body 1 is taken out from the surgical site and re-threaded, it becomes very complicated, so that the present invention also includes a spare guide wire. In the process of threading operation on the nail body 1 before operation, one or more standby guide wires and the pull wires 2 are taken to pass through the threading holes 11 together, if the pull wires 2 are broken in operation, the pull wires 2 can be directly taken out from the nail body 1, the standby guide wires are separated from the pull wires 2, at the moment, one end of each standby guide wire is connected with a new pull wire 2, the other end of each standby guide wire is pulled and pulled out outwards, the new pull wires 2 are guided to pass through the threading holes 11, and the threading connection with the nail body 1 is completed. Further, in order to limit the displacement of the nail body 1 in the bone canal, in a preferred example, the outer wall of the nail body 1 is provided with a non-return tab 13, the non-return tab 13 extending outwardly from the outer wall of the nail body 1 according to the following rule: along a radial direction away from the axis of the shank 1; along the axial direction from the distal end of the shank 1 to the proximal end of the shank.
In a preferred embodiment, the flat suture anchor provided by the present invention further comprises an elastic element 3 and an umbrella element 4, which feature is present in the tape anchor comprising openings 12 in the shank 1. The elastic piece 3 is arranged in the opening 12, two ends of the elastic piece 3 are arranged on the wall surface of the opening 12, the upper end of the elastic piece 3 is provided with a pull ring 31, and the pull wire 2 passes through the pull ring 31 to be connected with the elastic piece 3. The lower extreme of elastic component 3 is connected with an umbrella-shaped component 4, and elastic component 3 can control umbrella-shaped component 4 to change between two kinds of states of furling state and strutting state: in the folded state, the umbrella-shaped element 4 is wholly positioned in the nail body 1; in the expanded state, the stay bar 41 of the umbrella-shaped element 4 extends to the outside of the nail body 1. For an unused belted anchor, the inner elastic element 3 is concave, and the umbrella-shaped element 4 is in a folded state; when the elastic member 3 becomes an upward convex shape by the pulling action of the pulling wire 2, the umbrella-shaped member 4 becomes a spread-apart state. In the expanded state of umbrella-shaped element 4, the extending direction of stay 41 is the same as that of non-return tab 13 described above, that is, stay 41 extends outward from the outer wall of nail body 1 according to the following rule: along a radial direction away from the axis of the shank 1; along the axial direction from the distal end of the shank 1 to the proximal end of the shank. The function is also the same as the check sheet 13, i.e. to limit the displacement of the pin 1 in the bone canal. The number of the stay bars 41 may be one or more, and in a preferred example, 4 or 6 stay bars 41 are provided to be uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction. The elasticity of the elastic piece 3 needs to be large enough, so that the elastic piece 3 can be just changed into an upward convex shape from a downward concave shape when the medical staff pulls the nail body 1 in place during operation, and the elastic piece 3 can give out sound in the deformation process, so that the medical staff can be reminded. Of course, if only the reminding function is needed, the elastic element 3 can be independently extracted for use, and the function of the umbrella-shaped element 4 is completed by the non-return piece 13. Preferably, the pull ring 31 on the elastic element 3 can be separately connected with a pull wire, and the pull wire is only used for deforming the elastic element 3, and after the nail body 1 is in place, the pull wire is pulled to deform the elastic element 3 to drive the state of the umbrella-shaped element 4 to change, so that the position of the nail body 1 in the bone canal is further fixed.
The foregoing describes specific embodiments of the present invention. It is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the particular embodiments described above, and that various changes and modifications may be made by one skilled in the art within the scope of the claims without affecting the spirit of the invention.
