Disclosure of Invention
The application provides a program reservation recording control method and a related device, which are used for improving the success rate of reservation recording and reducing or even avoiding the waste of reservation resources.
In a first aspect, the present application provides a program scheduled recording control method, including:
receiving a reservation recording request of a target program;
judging whether the terminal has the playing authority of the target program according to the playing authority information corresponding to the target program;
and if and only if the terminal has the playing right of the target program, performing reserved recording setting on the target program.
Optionally, after determining whether the terminal has the play right of the target program according to the play right information, the method further includes:
and when the terminal does not have the playing right of the target program, sending first prompt information.
Optionally, the determining, according to the playing right information corresponding to the target program, whether the terminal has the playing right of the target program includes:
judging whether the code stream type of the target program is an encrypted stream or not;
when the code stream type of the target program is an encrypted stream, reading the current authorization information of the terminal from a smart card connected with the terminal;
and determining the playing authority of the target program according to the authorization information.
Optionally, the determining whether the target program has the playing right according to the playing right information corresponding to the target program includes:
acquiring a trial broadcast result of a channel to which the target program belongs;
and when the trial broadcast result is that the trial broadcast is successful, judging that the terminal has the play permission of the target program.
Optionally, the method further includes:
and (4) performing trial broadcast on the channels to which the programs belong according to a preset trial broadcast period, and recording the trial broadcast results of the channels.
Optionally, before determining whether the terminal has the play right of the target program according to the play right information corresponding to the target program, the method further includes:
judging whether the terminal is connected with an intelligent card or not;
and if the terminal is not connected with the intelligent card, sending second prompt information to prompt a user to connect the intelligent card.
Optionally, the method further includes:
recording the acquired playing permission information and the identification code of the connected smart card into a preset database;
and searching the playing authority information from the preset database according to the identification code of the connected intelligent card when the terminal is judged to be connected with the intelligent card next time.
In a second aspect, the present application further provides a program scheduled recording control apparatus, including:
the permission judging unit is used for judging whether the terminal has the playing permission of the target program according to the playing permission information corresponding to the target program when receiving a reserved recording request of the target program;
and the reservation setting unit is used for setting reserved recording of the target program if and only if the terminal has the play right of the target program.
Optionally, the permission judging unit is configured to:
when the reserved recording request is received, judging whether the code stream type of the target program is an encrypted stream or not;
when the code stream type of the target program is an encrypted stream, reading the current authorization information of the terminal from a smart card connected with the terminal;
and determining the playing authority of the target program according to the authorization information.
Optionally, the permission judging unit is configured to:
when the reserved recording request is received, acquiring a trial broadcasting result of a channel to which the target program belongs;
and when the trial broadcast result is that the trial broadcast is successful, judging that the terminal has the play permission of the target program.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
and the intelligent card detection unit is used for judging whether the terminal is connected with the intelligent card or not, if the terminal is not connected with the intelligent card, second prompt information is sent to prompt a user to connect the intelligent card, and if not, the permission judgment unit is triggered.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
and the permission information storage unit is used for recording the playing permission information acquired by the permission judgment unit and the identification code of the connected intelligent card into a preset database.
In the embodiment of the application, when a reserved recording request of a target program is received, whether the current terminal has the playing authority of the target program is judged firstly, that is, whether the requested target program can be played normally by the current terminal is determined, and only the target program with the playing authority is reserved and recorded, so that reserved resources occupied by programs which cannot be played originally by the terminal can be avoided, each target program after the reserved recording setting can be recorded successfully, and the reserved recording success rate is improved.
Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario of a program scheduled recording control method according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 1, a signal source device 101 of a television (e.g., a digital television set-top box) is connected to a recording device 102 through a corresponding connection line (e.g., a High Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI)), and the recording device 102 is connected to a storage device 103 (e.g., a mobile hard disk); setting a reserved recording condition (including a target program to be recorded, recording start time, recording end time and the like) on the recording device 102, detecting whether a current scene meets the reserved recording condition in real time by the recording device 102 under a standby condition, and storing program data received by the signal source device 101 in real time into the hard disk 1021 or the mobile hard disk 103 when the reserved recording condition is met.
Of course, in other embodiments, one or more of the signal source device, the recording device, and the storage device may be integrated, for example, a hard disk may be built in the recording device, or both a hard disk and a recording device may be built in a set-top box, etc.; the actual principle is the same as the scene shown in fig. 1, and the program scheduled recording control method described in the embodiment of the present application can be adopted, and is not described herein again.
In the embodiment of the application, the playing permission of the target program corresponding to the received reserved recording request is pre-judged at the setting stage of the reserved recording condition, and only the target program with the playing permission at the current terminal (namely, the corresponding user has the watching permission) is allowed to be executed for the reserved recording setting, so that each finally set target program can be successfully recorded, the recording failure caused by the fact that the current user does not have the watching permission on the target program can be avoided, the reserved recording success rate is improved, and the reserved resource waste is avoided.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a program scheduled recording control method according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 2, the method for controlling scheduled recording of a program provided in the embodiment of the present application at least includes the following steps:
step S210, receiving a recording reservation request for the target program.
Step S220, judging whether the terminal has the playing authority of the target program according to the playing authority information corresponding to the target program.
And step S230, if and only if the terminal has the playing right of the target program, performing reserved recording setting on the target program.
The terminal in this embodiment refers to a device for receiving program data, such as the signal source device such as the digital television set-top box described above.
In a possible embodiment, the playing right information corresponding to each program in the EPG information may be obtained in advance and stored in the terminal or the recording device, so that when a request for reservation recording of a target program is received, the playing right information corresponding to the target program is directly read from the terminal or the recording device to perform step S220.
For example, the terminal or the recording device collects and stores the broadcasting right information of each tv program in advance, as shown in the following table:

Based on the broadcasting authority information shown in the table, when the recording equipment receives a reserved recording request for the first program, the broadcasting authority information of the current terminal to the first program is obtained from the table, so that the fact that the current terminal has the broadcasting authority of the first program is judged, the recording equipment performs reserved recording setting according to the broadcasting time, the broadcasting duration and other information of the first program, and when the current time reaches the broadcasting time of the first program, the program data of the first program received by the storage terminal is stored, and the recording of the first program is achieved.
For another example, when the recording device receives a reserved recording request for the program two, the playing permission information of the current terminal to the program two is obtained from the table, so that it is determined that the current terminal does not have the playing permission of the program two, and the recording device does not perform reserved recording setting on the program two, thereby avoiding that the reserved resource is occupied by the program two without the playing permission.
In another possible embodiment, when a request for reservation recording of a target program is received, the playing right information corresponding to the target program may be obtained in real time to execute step S220.
It can be seen from the foregoing embodiments that, when a user requests a scheduled recording, it is determined whether the user can normally play a requested target program, that is, whether the user has a play permission of the target program, and only the target program with the play permission is set for the scheduled recording, so that programs that the user cannot play originally occupy reserved resources can be avoided, each target program after the scheduled recording setting can be successfully recorded, and the scheduled recording success rate is improved.
In a practical embodiment of the present application, when it is determined that the terminal does not have the playing right of the target program, the first prompt message may be sent to remind the user of the failure of the reservation setting through the first prompt message, or to guide the current user to obtain the playing right of the target program through a payment method and the like. For example, the first prompt message may be "the current program is a pay program, please play after purchasing the right".
Referring to fig. 3, in a possible embodiment of the present application, when a request for recording a target program is received (step S210), the step S220 determines whether a terminal has a broadcasting right of the target program according to broadcasting right information corresponding to the target program, and a specific implementation manner may include:
step S2211, determining whether the code stream type of the target program is an encrypted stream, if so, executing step S230, otherwise, executing step S2212;
wherein the code stream types comprise an encryption stream and a clear stream.
Step S2212, when the code stream type of the target program is an encrypted stream, reading the current authorization information of the terminal from a smart card connected with the terminal;
step S2213, determining whether the terminal has the playing authority of the target program according to the authorization information, if so, executing step S230, otherwise, executing step S240.
In step S230, a reserved recording setting is performed for a target program whose code stream type is clear stream, or whose code stream type is encrypted stream and a current terminal (smart card) has authorization.
In step S240, for a target program whose code stream type is an encrypted stream and a current terminal does not have authorization, a reservation recording setting is not executed, and a first prompt message is sent to remind a relevant person that the target program cannot be reserved for recording.
In this embodiment, the playing right of the target program is related to at least two factors:
1) the code stream type of the target program;
the code stream types include two types, namely: an encrypted stream in which program data is subjected to encryption processing, and a clear stream in which program data is not subjected to encryption processing. For a program (hereinafter referred to as an open program) whose code stream type is clear stream, any terminal can play the program with play right, but for a program (hereinafter referred to as an encrypted program) whose code stream type is encrypted stream, only a specific terminal can play the program.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the stream type may be obtained according to a description word in each program stream.
2) When the code stream type of the target program is an encrypted stream, that is, the target program is an encrypted program, whether playing can be performed depends on whether a smart card connected to the terminal has the authorization of the encrypted program.
That is, for an encrypted program, authorization for the encrypted program may be obtained in advance by paying a fee, and the authorization information may be written into the smart card, so that the terminal connected to the smart card becomes the "specific terminal" and has the playing right of the encrypted program.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present application, the playing permission information of the current terminal to the target program is determined according to the sequential judgment of the two main factors affecting the playing permission of the program, so that: the code stream type is an open program of clear stream, and the code stream type is an encrypted stream and the current terminal has an authorized encrypted program, the reserved recording setting can be normally carried out, and the recording is started when the conditions are met; meanwhile, the code stream type is an encrypted stream and the current terminal does not have an authorized encrypted program, and even if the reserved recording setting is completed, the recording failure is caused because program data cannot be acquired after the recording is started.
Optionally, in other embodiments of the present application, before receiving the reservation recording request, playing permission information such as a code stream type and authorization information of each program may be obtained and stored in advance, so that when receiving the reservation recording request, the playing permission information stored before being used is directly read, and thus, the judgment efficiency of the playing permission may be ensured.
In contrast to obtaining and storing the playing right information of each program in advance, in the embodiment shown in fig. 3, after receiving the recording reservation request, the playing right information of the target program requested in real time can avoid the wrong judgment of the right due to the untimely update of the playing right information, and can also save the storage space.
Referring to fig. 4, in another possible embodiment of the present application, when a request for recording a target program is received (step S210), the step S220 determines whether a terminal has a broadcasting right of the target program according to broadcasting right information corresponding to the target program, and a specific implementation manner may include:
step S2220, obtaining a trial broadcast result of the channel to which the target program belongs, and determining whether the trial broadcast result is a trial broadcast success, if so, executing step S230, otherwise, executing step S240.
For the test broadcast result, before receiving the scheduled recording request (step S210), the test broadcast result may be obtained by:
and step S200, performing trial broadcast on the channels to which the programs belong according to a preset trial broadcast period, and recording the trial broadcast results of the channels.
In this embodiment, the terminal is controlled to perform periodical pilot broadcast on the channels of each program in the background (for example, the terminal may be executed in a standby state of the terminal), different channels may obtain different pilot broadcast results (pilot broadcast is successful, or pilot broadcast is failed), and for a channel on which pilot broadcast is successful, the terminal may normally broadcast all programs belonging to the channel, that is, the terminal has a broadcast authority for all programs belonging to the channel; otherwise, for the channel trial broadcast, it indicates that the terminal has no broadcast right for all programs belonging to the channel.
Optionally, in this embodiment, different test-play results corresponding to each program and/or each channel may be recorded through different test-play marks, as shown in the following table:

Setting a trial broadcast mark Y for the successful trial broadcast of the channel I to which the program I belongs, and simultaneously setting a trial broadcast Bo-Archi' Y for the program III to which the channel I belongs; if the trial broadcast of the channel two belonging to the program two fails, another trial broadcast mark "N" … … is set for the trial broadcast, namely: the trial broadcast mark 'Y' represents that the trial broadcast is successful, the current terminal has the play authority to the corresponding program, the mark 'N' represents that the trial broadcast is failed, and the current terminal has no play authority to the corresponding program.
Optionally, based on the trial broadcast marks "Y" and "N", step S2220 may specifically be: and when the trial broadcast mark corresponding to the channel to which the target program belongs is 'Y', judging that the current terminal has the broadcast authority of the target program.
Optionally, the preset test-seeding period T may be one hour, one day, one week, and the like. The playing authority of the terminal for each program can be updated in time by executing program test playing periodically, for example, for a newly purchased pay program, the playing authority information of the pay program can be updated from no playing authority to having playing authority in time, for an expired pay program, the playing authority information of the pay program can be updated from having playing authority to having no playing authority in time, and the like, so that the correctness of the judgment result in the step S2220 is ensured, each target program which is successfully scheduled to be recorded is ensured to be a program which is currently scheduled to be played by the terminal, and the scheduled recording setting can be successfully completed when each program which is currently scheduled to be recorded and has playing authority is taken as a target program.
In the above embodiment, the authorization information of the encrypted program is stored in the smart card, so that no matter whether the authorization information of the encrypted program is to be acquired or whether the trial broadcast of the authorized channel to which the encrypted program belongs is to be successful, it is necessary to ensure that the terminal is connected with the corresponding smart card. In view of the above, referring to fig. 5, a method for controlling scheduled recording of a program according to another embodiment of the present application may include the following steps:
step S311, judging whether the intelligent card interface of the terminal is connected with the intelligent card, if so, executing step S313, otherwise, executing step S312;
the step S311 may be specifically executed at any time before the playing right information of the target program is acquired, and fig. 5 shows any time before the scheduled recording request is received, but the embodiment is not limited thereto.
Step S312, when the smart card interface is not connected with the smart card, sending second prompt information to prompt a user to connect the smart card, and returning to the step S311;
step S313, when receiving the reservation recording request of the target program, judging whether the corresponding playing authority information exists in the preset database according to the identification code of the terminal connected with the smart card, if so, executing step S3211, otherwise, executing step S3212;
step S3211, obtaining target program playing permission information corresponding to the identification code of the connected smart card from the preset database, and executing step S3213;
step S3212, acquiring the play permission information of the terminal to the target program by a preset method, and executing steps S3213 and S3214 respectively;
the preset method may be the acquisition of the trial broadcast result of the channel to which the target program belongs as described in the foregoing embodiment, or the acquisition of the code stream type of the target program and the authorization information of the current terminal to the target program as described in the foregoing embodiment.
Step S3214, recording the playing permission information acquired by the preset method and the identification code of the connected smart card into the preset database;
step S3213, judging whether the terminal has the playing permission of the target program according to the obtained playing permission information, and executing step S330;
s330, if and only if the terminal has the play right of the target program, performing reserved recording setting on the target program.
In the embodiment of the application, the terminal may be a set top box or other signal source equipment, and the preset database may be disposed in the signal source equipment or may be disposed in the recording equipment.
In the embodiment, the obtained playing permission information and the corresponding identification code of the smart card are stored in the preset database, so that the playing permission information corresponding to the smart card is preferentially searched and obtained from the preset database under the condition that a reserved recording request is received next time and the smart card is inserted into the terminal, repeated obtaining of the playing permission information corresponding to the same smart card is avoided, and the execution efficiency is improved; if the preset database does not have the playing permission information corresponding to the smart card, the playing permission information of the target program is acquired in real time by acquiring the trial playing result of the channel of the target program or acquiring the code stream type and the authorization information of the target program, and the acquired playing permission information and the identification code of the currently connected smart card are stored in the preset database together, so that when a reserved recording request corresponding to the smart card is received again, the corresponding playing permission information is directly read from the preset database, and the execution efficiency of the method is improved.
Referring to fig. 6, a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a program scheduled recording control apparatus according to the embodiment of the present application is shown. The device may be the recording device in the foregoing embodiment, or may be independent from the recording device and cooperate with the recording device to complete the program scheduled recording.
As shown in fig. 6, the program scheduled recording control apparatus includes: a right judgment unit 610 and a reservation setting unit 620.
The permission judging unit 610 is configured to, when receiving a recording reservation request for a target program, judge whether a terminal has a play permission of the target program according to play permission information corresponding to the target program;
the reservation setting unit 630 is configured to perform reservation recording setting on the target program if and only if the terminal has the play right of the target program.
It can be seen from the above embodiments that, when receiving a reservation recording request, first determining whether a current terminal can normally play a requested target program, that is, whether the terminal has a play permission of the target program, and performing reservation recording setting only on the target program having the play permission, so as to avoid that a program that cannot be played by the terminal originally occupies a reservation resource, ensure that each target program after the reservation recording setting can be successfully recorded, and improve the success rate of reservation recording.
In a possible embodiment of the present application, the permission determination unit 610 may be configured to:
when the reserved recording request is received, judging whether the code stream type of the target program is an encrypted stream or not;
when the code stream type of the target program is an encrypted stream, reading the current authorization information of the terminal from a smart card connected with the terminal;
and determining the playing authority of the target program according to the authorization information.
Specifically, when the code stream type of the target program is not an encrypted stream but a clear stream, or the code stream type of the target program is an encrypted stream and the current terminal (smart card) has authorization, it is determined that the current terminal has the play authorization of the target program.
In this embodiment, the playing permission information of the target program by the current terminal is determined by successively judging two main factors that affect the playing permission of the program, so that: the code stream type is an open program of clear stream, and the code stream type is an encrypted stream and the current terminal has an authorized encrypted program, the reserved recording setting can be normally carried out, and the recording is started when the conditions are met; meanwhile, the code stream type is an encrypted stream and the current terminal does not have an authorized encrypted program, and even if the reserved recording setting is completed, the recording failure is caused because program data cannot be acquired after the recording is started.
In another possible embodiment of the present application, the permission determination unit 610 may be further configured to:
when the reserved recording request is received, acquiring a trial broadcasting result of a channel to which the target program belongs;
and when the trial broadcast result is that the trial broadcast is successful, judging that the terminal has the play permission of the target program.
In this embodiment, the terminal is controlled to perform periodical pilot broadcast on the channels of each program in the background (for example, the terminal may be executed in a standby state of the terminal), different channels may obtain different pilot broadcast results (pilot broadcast is successful, or pilot broadcast is failed), and for a channel on which pilot broadcast is successful, the terminal may normally broadcast all programs belonging to the channel, that is, the terminal has a broadcast authority for all programs belonging to the channel; otherwise, for the channel trial broadcast, it indicates that the terminal has no broadcast right for all programs belonging to the channel.
In other embodiments of the present application, the program scheduled recording control apparatus may further include:
and the intelligent card detection unit is used for judging whether the terminal is connected with the intelligent card or not, if the terminal is not connected with the intelligent card, second prompt information is sent to prompt a user to connect the intelligent card, and if not, the permission judgment unit is triggered.
In other embodiments of the present application, the program scheduled recording control apparatus may further include:
and the permission information storage unit is used for recording the playing permission information acquired by the permission judgment unit and the identification code of the connected intelligent card into a preset database.
Based on the authority information storage unit, the authority determination unit 610 is further configured to: when a reservation recording request is received, preferably searching and acquiring play authority information corresponding to a target program from the preset database according to an identification code connected with the smart card, and judging whether the terminal has the play authority of the target program according to the play authority information; and when the playing permission information corresponding to the identification code of the connected smart card does not exist in the preset database, judging whether the terminal has the playing permission of the target program according to the configuration condition of the permission judging unit in any embodiment.
Therefore, in the embodiment, the playing permission information is preferentially acquired from the preset database, so that repeated acquisition of the playing permission information corresponding to the same smart card can be avoided, and the working efficiency of the device is improved.
In specific implementation, the present application further provides a computer storage medium, where the computer storage medium may store a program, and the program may include some or all of the steps in the embodiments of the method provided in the present application when executed. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a read-only memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), or the like.
Those skilled in the art will clearly understand that the techniques in the embodiments of the present application may be implemented by way of software plus a required general hardware platform. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application may be essentially implemented or a part contributing to the prior art may be embodied in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a storage medium, such as a ROM/RAM, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, etc., and includes several instructions for enabling a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute the method described in the embodiments or some parts of the embodiments of the present application.
The same and similar parts in the various embodiments in this specification may be referred to each other. In particular, as for the apparatus embodiment, since it is substantially similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and the relevant points can be referred to the description in the method embodiment.
