Description

Method and equipment for transmitting uplink control information
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of wireless communications technologies, and in particular, to a method and a device for transmitting uplink control information.
Background
In order to support an LTE (Long Term Evolution) system to be deployed on an unlicensed spectrum resource for transmission, a Licensed Assisted Access (LAA) mode is currently defined. That is, when the terminal uses the unlicensed carrier, it must first access an licensed primary carrier, and the unlicensed carrier can only be used as a secondary carrier.
The unlicensed spectrum does not plan a specific application system, and can be shared by various wireless communication systems such as bluetooth and WiFi, and the various systems use shared unlicensed spectrum resources in a resource preemption manner. In order to ensure the transmission performance of the LTE terminal and better use the unlicensed frequency band, an LBT (listen before Talk) mechanism needs to be used before transmission on the unlicensed frequency band. The LBT process is a CCA (channel busy idle assessment) performed by the device before using the channel for transmission, and determines whether there are other signals on the channel by means of energy detection and the like to determine whether the channel is occupied or idle, and data transmission can be performed if the channel is idle.
Due to the abundant unlicensed spectrum resources, the terminal may receive data on a plurality of unlicensed carriers simultaneously, and if only supporting uplink control channel transmission on the licensed carrier is supported, the overhead of the uplink control channel on the licensed carrier may be too large, so that it is necessary to consider the uplink control channel transmission on the unlicensed carrier. However, resources on the unlicensed carrier are commonly used by multiple systems, the LBT must be first performed before the terminal performs uplink transmission, and it cannot be guaranteed that the terminal can access a channel at any time, and if the terminal does not preempt the channel at a time when the terminal needs to transmit an uplink control channel, uplink control information cannot be transmitted correctly in time.
In summary, if the terminal transmits the uplink control channel on the unlicensed carrier, it cannot be guaranteed that the terminal can access the channel at any time, and the uplink control information may not be transmitted correctly in time.

The embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings attached hereto.
As shown in fig. 1, a system for transmitting uplink control information according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a terminal 10 and a network side device 20.
A terminal 10, configured to perform LBT detection on an uplink control information transmission carrier, where the uplink control information transmission carrier is an unlicensed carrier; if LBT detection fails, determining an actual transmission carrier of the uplink control information, wherein the actual transmission carrier of the uplink control information is an authorized carrier or another unauthorized carrier for which LBT detection succeeds; transmitting uplink control information through an actual transmission carrier of the uplink control information; the uplink control information is uplink control information which can be transmitted through a PUCCH format.
A network side device 20, configured to perform DTX (discontinuous transmission) detection on an uplink control information transmission carrier, where the uplink control information transmission carrier is an unlicensed carrier; if DTX detection fails, determining an actual transmission carrier of uplink control information, wherein the actual transmission carrier of the uplink control information is an authorized carrier or other unauthorized carriers with successful DTX detection; and actually transmitting the uplink control information of the carrier receiving terminal through the uplink control information.
After the LBT detection of the uplink control information transmission carrier is failed, the terminal of the embodiment of the invention can take the authorized carrier or other non-authorized carrier which is successfully detected by the LBT as the actual transmission carrier of the uplink control information to transmit the uplink control information;
correspondingly, after the DTX detection on the uplink control information transmission carrier fails, the network side device may receive the uplink control information by using the authorized carrier or another unauthorized carrier whose DTX detection is successful as the actual uplink control information transmission carrier.
If the LBT detection of the uplink control information transmission carrier by the terminal is successful, the uplink control information transmission carrier is used as the actual uplink control information transmission carrier to transmit the uplink control information;
correspondingly, if the network side device succeeds in performing DTX detection on the uplink control information transmission carrier, the uplink control information transmission carrier is used as an actual uplink control information transmission carrier to receive the uplink control information.
The embodiments of the present invention may or may not configure a handover carrier group for a terminal, and will be described in detail below.
In case one, the terminal is not configured with a switch carrier group.
In implementation, the network side device may configure an uplink control information transmission carrier for the terminal;
correspondingly, the terminal determines the uplink control information transmission carrier according to the configuration of the network side equipment.
In this case, if the LBT detection fails, the terminal uses the grant carrier as the actual transmission carrier of the uplink control information;
correspondingly, if the DTX detection fails, the network side device uses the authorized carrier as the actual transmission carrier of the uplink control information.
Optionally, when the terminal actually transmits the Uplink control information through the Uplink control information actual transmission carrier, if the terminal is scheduled to transmit Uplink data on the PUCCH actual transmission carrier and the terminal supports simultaneous transmission of a PUCCH and a PUSCH (Physical Uplink Shared Channel), the terminal transmits the Uplink control information through the PUCCH on the PUCCH actual transmission carrier; or
And if the terminal is scheduled to transmit uplink data on the PUCCH actual transmission carrier and does not support simultaneous transmission of the PUCCH and the PUSCH, the terminal transmits uplink control information through the PUSCH on the PUCCH actual transmission carrier.
In an implementation, a carrier group may be divided for all carriers, where the carrier group is different from the switch carrier group. The carrier group including the primary carrier is referred to as a primary carrier group, the carrier group not including the primary carrier is referred to as a secondary carrier group, the uplink control information actually transmitted carrier belongs to the secondary carrier group, and the uplink control information actually transmitted on the uplink control information actually transmitted carrier may include uplink control information of all carriers of the secondary carrier group.
Specifically, the uplink control information actually transmitted by the terminal through the uplink control information includes the uplink control information of all carriers in the second carrier group to which the uplink control information actually transmitted carrier belongs;
and the terminal transmits the uplink control information through the actual transmission carrier of the uplink control information.
For example, the second carrier group includes carrier 1, carrier 2, and carrier 3, and if carrier 1 is an uplink control information actually transmitted carrier, the uplink control information transmitted on carrier 1 may include uplink control information of some or all of carriers 1, 2, and 3.
When the uplink control information actual transmission carrier is an uplink control information transmission carrier and the uplink control information actual transmission carrier is an authorized carrier, the uplink control information resource indication modes on the uplink control information actual transmission carrier are different, which is described below.
In a first mode, if the actual uplink control information transmission carrier is an uplink control information transmission carrier, the terminal transmits uplink control information through an uplink control information resource on the actual uplink control information transmission carrier;
correspondingly, the network side equipment reserves uplink control information resources for transmitting uplink control information for the terminal through the unauthorized carrier in the switching carrier group, and receives the uplink control information of the terminal.
The uplink control information transmission carrier is provided with an uplink control information resource, and the uplink control information resource is used for transmitting uplink control information. The number of resources may be set as desired, such as 1.
In implementation, the uplink control information resources on the uplink control information transmission carrier can be set in a predefined manner, so that the network side device is not required to configure the terminal.
If the setting is not in a predefined mode:
the network side equipment can inform the terminal of the uplink control information resource on the actual transmission carrier of the uplink control information through downlink control indication information;
correspondingly, the terminal determines all uplink control information resources on the actual transmission carrier of the uplink control information through the downlink control indication information. And/or
And the network side equipment informs the terminal of the uplink control information resource on the actual transmission carrier of the uplink control information through high-level signaling configuration information.
Correspondingly, the terminal determines all uplink control information resources on the actual transmission carrier of the uplink control information through high-level signaling configuration information.
In a second mode, if the actual transmission carrier of the uplink control information is an authorized carrier, the terminal transmits the uplink control information through an uplink control information resource which is used for transmitting the uplink control information switched by the unauthorized carrier and is on the actual transmission carrier of the uplink control information; and the uplink control information resource used for transmitting the unauthorized carrier and switching the unauthorized carrier and the uplink control information resource used for transmitting the uplink control information of the authorized carrier are the same or different.
Correspondingly, the network side equipment reserves uplink control information resources for transmitting the uplink control information switched by the unauthorized carrier for the terminal through the authorized carrier.
There are uplink control information resources on the authorized carrier, and the uplink control information resources may be of two types or one type. If the uplink control information resources are of two types, one type is the uplink control information resources used for transmitting the uplink control information switched by the unauthorized carrier, and the other type is the uplink control information resources used for transmitting the uplink control information switched by the authorized carrier;
if the uplink control information resource is of the same type, the uplink control information resource can transmit the uplink control information of the unauthorized carrier switching; the uplink control information of the authorized carrier can also be transmitted, so that two uplink control information can be transmitted simultaneously, and the uplink control information resource can be relatively large. Optionally, to avoid resource waste, the base station may instruct other terminals to use the resource after confirming that the terminal has preempted the channel.
In implementation, the uplink control information resources on the uplink control information transmission carrier can be set in a predefined manner, so that the network side device is not required to configure the terminal.
If the setting is not in a predefined mode:
the network side equipment can inform the terminal of the uplink control information resource on the actual transmission carrier of the uplink control information through downlink control indication information;
correspondingly, the terminal determines all uplink control information resources on the actual transmission carrier of the uplink control information through the downlink control indication information. And/or
The network side equipment informs the terminal of the uplink control information resource on the actual transmission carrier of the uplink control information through high-level signaling configuration information;
correspondingly, the terminal determines all uplink control information resources on the actual transmission carrier of the uplink control information through high-level signaling configuration information.
And in case two, configuring a switching carrier group for the terminal.
The handover carrier group here includes an uplink control information transmission carrier and at least one other unlicensed carrier.
In implementation, the network side device may configure a handover carrier group for the terminal;
correspondingly, the terminal determines the switching carrier group according to the configuration of the network side equipment.
In this case, if the LBT detection fails, the terminal selects, from the handover carrier group, another unlicensed carrier that satisfies the predetermined rule and that the LBT detection succeeds as the actual uplink control information transmission carrier.
Correspondingly, if the DTX detection fails, the network side equipment performs DTX detection on each other unauthorized carrier except the uplink control information transmission carrier in the switching carrier group; and taking other unauthorized carriers with successful DTX detection as actual transmission carriers of the uplink control information.
For the second case, suppose that there are N unauthorized carriers in the handover carrier group, if DTX detection fails on the uplink control information transmission carrier, and if LBT detection succeeds on M unauthorized carriers among the remaining N-1 unauthorized carriers, the terminal selects the actual uplink control information transmission carrier according to a predetermined rule, where M is greater than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to N-1;
correspondingly, if the DTX detection on the uplink control information transmission carrier fails, the network side equipment respectively performs DTX detection on the remaining N-1 unauthorized carriers.
Optionally, the predetermined rule in the embodiment of the present invention is one of the following rules:
the carrier sequence number of other unauthorized carriers which are successfully detected by the LBT is the smallest, for example, the carrier with the smallest carrier sequence number is selected from M unauthorized carriers as the actual transmission carrier of the uplink control information;
the highest priority in other unauthorized carriers with successful LBT detection, wherein the priority can be determined according to interference conditions on the carriers or other manners;
and randomly selecting other unauthorized carriers with successful LBT detection.
Optionally, if there is no other unauthorized carrier for which LBT detection is successful in the handover carrier group, and the handover carrier group includes an authorized carrier, and the current supported uplink control information is handed over to the authorized carrier, the terminal uses the authorized carrier as an actual transmission carrier of the uplink control information;
correspondingly, if there are no other unauthorized carriers in the handover carrier group for which DTX detection is successful, and the handover carrier group includes an authorized carrier, and the terminal currently supports uplink control information to be handed over to the authorized carrier, the network side device uses the authorized carrier as an actual uplink control information transmission carrier.
That is, if LBT on the N unlicensed carriers fails
If the uplink control information switching carrier group does not contain the authorized carrier or does not support the uplink control information switching to the authorized carrier, the terminal considers that the LBT fails and does not transmit the uplink control information;
correspondingly, if the uplink control information switching carrier group does not contain the authorized carrier or does not support the uplink control information switching to the authorized carrier, the network side equipment considers that the terminal does not transmit the uplink control channel and does not need to receive the uplink control channel in the current subframe.
And if the uplink control information switching carrier group contains the authorized carrier and supports the uplink control information switching to the authorized carrier, determining the authorized carrier as the actual transmission carrier of the uplink control information.
The embodiment of the present invention may further provide that only one authorized carrier is in one handover carrier group.
Of course, a plurality of them is also possible.
In implementation, the network side device indicates, through a higher layer signaling or a physical layer signaling, whether the terminal currently supports uplink control information to be switched to an authorized carrier, for example, may indicate through 1 bit in a downlink scheduling signaling;
correspondingly, the terminal judges whether the uplink control information is currently supported to be switched to the authorized carrier through the indication information contained in the high-level signaling or the physical-layer signaling.
When the actual uplink control information transmission carrier is an uplink control information transmission carrier and the actual uplink control information transmission carrier is an authorized carrier, uplink control information resources on the actual uplink control information transmission carrier are different, which is described below.
In a first mode, if the actual uplink control information transmission carrier is an uplink control information transmission carrier or other unauthorized carriers, the terminal transmits uplink control information through uplink control information resources on the actual uplink control information transmission carrier;
correspondingly, the network side equipment reserves uplink control information resources for transmitting uplink control information for the terminal through the unauthorized carrier in the switching carrier group, and receives the uplink control information of the terminal.
If the setting is not in a predefined mode:
the network side equipment can inform the terminal of the uplink control information resource on the actual transmission carrier of the uplink control information through downlink control indication information;
correspondingly, the terminal determines all uplink control information resources on the actual transmission carrier of the uplink control information through the downlink control indication information. And/or
And the network side equipment informs the terminal of the uplink control information resource on the actual transmission carrier of the uplink control information through high-level signaling configuration information.
There are uplink control information resources on the authorized carrier, and the uplink control information resources may be of two types or one type. If the uplink control information resources are of two types, one type is the uplink control information resources used for transmitting the uplink control information switched by the unauthorized carrier, and the other type is the uplink control information resources used for transmitting the uplink control information switched by the authorized carrier;
if the uplink control information resource is of the same type, the uplink control information resource can transmit uplink control information for unauthorized carrier switching; the uplink control information of the authorized carrier can also be transmitted, so that two uplink control information can be transmitted simultaneously, and the uplink control information resource can be relatively large. Optionally, to avoid resource waste, the base station may instruct other terminals to use the resource after confirming that the terminal has preempted the channel.
Correspondingly, the base station can determine whether the uplink control information resource is transmitted by the uplink control information switched by the unauthorized carrier or the uplink control information switched by the authorized carrier or both through blind detection.
In implementation, the uplink control information resources on the uplink control information transmission carrier can be set in a predefined manner, so that the network side device is not required to configure the terminal.
If the setting is not in a predefined mode:
the network side equipment can inform the terminal of the uplink control information resource on the actual transmission carrier of the uplink control information through downlink control indication information;
correspondingly, the terminal determines all uplink control information resources on the actual transmission carrier of the uplink control information through the downlink control indication information. And/or
And the network side equipment informs the terminal of the uplink control information resource on the actual transmission carrier of the uplink control information through high-level signaling configuration information.
Correspondingly, the terminal determines all uplink control information resources on the actual transmission carrier of the uplink control information through high-level signaling configuration information.
The network side device in the embodiment of the present invention may be a base station (such as a macro base station, a home base station, etc.), or may be another network side device.
