Description

Box for protecting content integrity based on RFID
Technical Field
The invention relates to an RFID-based box for protecting content integrity.
Background
The existing box for storing goods generally has two schemes on protecting the integrity of the goods:
(1) a conventional paper seal. These seals are theoretically marked once they are torn. There are two major problems though. First, it is difficult to prevent others from copying or even printing counterfeit instead of original labels. Second, seal integrity requires close visual inspection to confirm.
(2) The box cover and the box body are partially enclosed by plastic or metal strips. The strips may be printed with a unique code at the factory when they are manufactured. Therefore, the possibility of existence of counterfeit products after the box body is opened can be solved to a certain degree. However, these codes are necessarily simple (because of the visual contrast to handwriting) and also mean that someone else has the ability to make counterfeit. Finally, visual inspection is also required.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a box capable of protecting content integrity based on RFID (radio frequency Identification), aiming at the defects of the prior art, and the box comprises a box body and a cover, wherein more than one fragile RFID (radio frequency Identification) tag is arranged at the closing part of the box body and the cover, an RFID tag (which can be attached to the inside of the box body in a paper adhesive sticker manner) is arranged inside the box body, and the internal RFID tag is an identity tag of goods.
The box body and the cover can be separated, and two fragile RFID labels are symmetrically arranged on two sides (namely one side of the closed part and the other side parallel to the closed part) of the closed part of the box body and the cover.
In addition, the box body and the cover can be integrated, and a fragile RFID label is arranged at the closing part of the box body and the cover.
The frangible RFID tag includes a frangible tissue and an RFID tag, the frangible tissue encasing the RFID tag. The RFID tag includes a tag memory for storing a unique code and tag related information, such as the name of the tag, a tag control circuit and a tag antenna.
Further, the fragile RFID tag has another structure including an RFID tag and a paper wrapping the RFID tag, and the paper has two or more openings cut therein, so that when the box is opened, the openings on the paper are completely torn, thereby damaging the antenna of the RFID tag inside.
The RFID tags used in the present invention are automatically generated, programmed at the factory into a non-modifiable globally unique code. This code has 128 bits.
When the box is opened, the fragile RFID label is torn, the antenna inside is damaged, signals and power sources cannot be obtained, the label cannot be reverberated, and the integrity of goods can be judged to be suspicious.
When goods are automatically checked remotely through an RFID reader, if an internal identity tag and a fragile RFID tag are read, the goods exist and are complete; if the internal identity tag is read, and the fragile RFID tag is not read, the box is indicated to be possibly opened; if no tag is read, it indicates that the goods are missing.
Has the advantages that: each electronic tag used in the present invention is automatically generated, programmed at the factory into a non-modifiable globally unique code. The code has 128 bits, and is read and recorded by electronic equipment in the sealing process. It is difficult to copy the counterfeit. Meanwhile, the design of the invention allows the goods to be automatically read in a long distance, the box body can be automatically checked at a high speed at a distance of 3-8 meters, and the box body can be checked whether thousands of box bodies exist (by reading the internal identity label) and whether the box bodies are complete (by reading the fragile label of the seal) every day without naked eyes.

Detailed Description
The invention is further explained below with reference to the drawings and the embodiments.
The invention discloses a box capable of protecting content integrity based on RFID (Radio frequency identification), which comprises a box body and a cover, wherein more than one fragile RFID (Radio frequency identification) tag is arranged at the closing part of the box body and the cover, and one RFID tag is arranged in the box body. This inside RFID label is the identity label of goods, and when the case was opened, breakable RFID label was torn, and the antenna of the inside is impaired, just can not obtain signal and power, and the label just can not turn back, can judge that goods integrality is in doubt.
Example 1
In this embodiment, the box body 1 and the lid 2 are separated, and as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 5, two fragile RFID tags 3 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the closed position of the box body 1 and the lid 2 (in fig. 1 and fig. 2, one of the two fragile RFID tags 3 cannot be seen due to the problem of the view angle, but the position thereof is marked in the figure). An RFID label 4 is arranged in the box body 1, and the RFID label 4 is an identity label of goods.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of the fragile RFID tag 3, the fragile RFID tag 3 comprises an RFID tag 5 and a thin paper 6, the RFID tag 5 is wrapped in the thin paper 6, and the thin paper 6 is a paper self-adhesive sticker and then is attached to the closed part of the box body 1 and the cover 2. The RFID label 5 comprises a label memory (the label memory is used for storing unique codes and label related information), a label control circuit and a label antenna, when the box is opened, the fragile RFID labels 3 arranged on two sides are torn, the label antenna inside is damaged, signals and power sources cannot be obtained, the label cannot respond, and the integrity of goods can be judged to be suspicious. When goods are automatically checked remotely through an RFID reader, if an internal goods identity tag 4 and two fragile RFID tags 3 are read, the goods exist and are complete; if the internal goods identity label 4 is read, and the fragile RFID label 3 is not read, the box is indicated to be possibly opened; if no tag is read, it indicates that the goods are missing.
Example 2
In this embodiment, the box body and lid are one piece, and as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, a frangible RFID tag 3 is provided at the closure of the box body 1 and lid 2.
The RFID label 5 comprises a label memory (the label memory is used for storing a unique code and label related information), a label control circuit and a label antenna, when the box is opened, the fragile RFID label 3 arranged at the closed position is torn, the label antenna inside is damaged (a plurality of cuts can be cut on the surface of the thin paper 6 in advance by a knife, so that the fragile RFID label 3 is easily damaged when the box is opened), signals and power sources cannot be obtained, the label cannot respond, and the condition that the integrity of goods is suspicious can be judged. When goods are automatically checked remotely through an RFID reader, if the internal goods identity tag 4 and the fragile RFID tag 3 are read, the goods exist and are complete; if the internal goods identity label 4 is read, and the fragile RFID label 3 is not read, the box is indicated to be possibly opened; if no tag is read, it indicates that the goods are missing.
While the present invention provides an RFID-based box for protecting content integrity, and many methods and ways to implement the same, it is only the preferred embodiment of the present invention that it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, many modifications and embellishments can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these should be considered as the protection scope of the present invention. All the components not specified in the present embodiment can be realized by the prior art.
