1. Communication mode via network
The conventional way of communicating via a network is shown in fig. 1A, where a Uu interface is used between a base station and a terminal (UE):

2. Direct communication mode

The two communication modes of the PC5V2X and the Uu V2X are respectively good and bad. The advantages of PC5V2X are: the time delay is short, and the transmission efficiency is high; but its reliability may be deteriorated as the distance between the terminals increases or an obstacle blocks. In contrast, Uu V2X has a relatively long delay and low transmission efficiency, but its reliability is relatively guaranteed. For the vehicle network, the actual road condition is complicated and relatively variable. For urban environments, relatively serious shielding may exist, and the reliability of communication cannot be guaranteed by simply using the PC5V 2X; for the case of no occlusion of the highway, the use of Uu V2X alone has the disadvantages of low resource efficiency and long time delay. Therefore, the communication performance of the internet of vehicles needs to be optimized by reasonably converting the two communication modes.
At present, no scheme for switching communication modes exists in V2X communication, so that the performance of V2X communication is affected.

Specifically, the auxiliary information may be a period of a time dimension, such as recording the auxiliary information once every several times (e.g., 1 second); it may also be a period of spatial dimension, for example, when the V2X terminal moves a certain distance (for example, 1 meter) to trigger one-time recording of the auxiliary information.
The trigger event for reporting the auxiliary information comprises part or all of the following events:
if the V2X message is sent and/or received for N times, triggering auxiliary information to report;
and if the distance from the V2X terminal to the position where the auxiliary information is reported last time exceeds M meters, triggering the auxiliary information to report.
For example, if the PC5V2X sends and/or receives a message N times (N > ═ 1), the reporting of the auxiliary information is triggered; or the distance from the terminal V2X to the last reporting position exceeds M meters (M > -1), triggering the auxiliary information reporting.
The V2X terminal needs to record the auxiliary information before reporting the auxiliary information.
Optionally, the V2X terminal records the auxiliary information after the recording period arrives; and/or
And the V2X terminal records the auxiliary information after meeting the recording event.
The recording period is a time period and/or a distance period;
the specific recording period may be a period of a time dimension, such as recording the auxiliary information once every several times (e.g. 1 second); it may also be a period of the spatial dimension, such as the UE moving a few distances (e.g. 1 meter) triggering one secondary information recording.
The recording event comprises part or all of the following events:
the V2X terminal records the auxiliary information each time it transmits or receives;

The V2X terminal is a transmitting terminal, and the auxiliary information includes, but is not limited to, some or all of the following information:
the PC5V2X sending identification, the time of sending the PC5V2X message and the position information when the message is sent;
the V2X terminal is a receiving terminal, and the auxiliary information includes but is not limited to some or all of the following information:

The position information may be GPS (Global Positioning system) coordinates and/or a target area number.
In implementation, after a period of time for reporting the auxiliary information, if the base station can determine the target area more accurately, the base station may notify the V2X terminal to stop reporting the auxiliary information through broadcasting or dedicated signaling. When necessary, the terminal is notified to start the auxiliary information reporting again through broadcasting or dedicated signaling (for example, the base station verifies whether the target area determined before needs to be modified once every several times).
Since the auxiliary information does not need to be reported all the time, the network side device may notify the V2X terminal to start the function of reporting the auxiliary information through broadcasting or a dedicated signaling after the V2X terminal needs to report the auxiliary information;
after the V2X terminal is not required to report the auxiliary information, the V2X terminal is informed to close the function of reporting the auxiliary information through broadcasting or special signaling;
correspondingly, after receiving the opening notification, the V2X terminal opens the function of reporting auxiliary information, and reports auxiliary information according to the configured reporting condition;
and after receiving the closing notification, the V2X terminal closes the auxiliary information reporting function and notifies the reporting of auxiliary information.
Optionally, if the auxiliary information received by the network side device includes information related to other cells, the network side device may further send the auxiliary information to the related cells.
Specifically, for a cell managed by the network side device, after receiving auxiliary information reported by the V2X terminal and/or sent by other network side devices, the network side device sends all contents of the auxiliary information to the corresponding other cells if the auxiliary information includes other cells; or
For a cell managed by the network side device, after receiving auxiliary information reported by the V2X terminal and/or sent by other network side devices, if the auxiliary information includes other cells and neighboring cells corresponding to the other cells, the network side device sends all contents of the auxiliary information or contents related to the other cells and the neighboring cells corresponding to the other cells to the corresponding other cells;
and the adjacent cell corresponding to the other cell is a cell which can be covered by the coverage range of the PC5 signal of the V2X terminal belonging to the other cell.
In the following, the target communication method is Uu V2X communication method, and the V2X terminal that reports the auxiliary information may include PC5V2X transmitting terminal and PC5V2X receiving terminal.
If the PC5V2X receiving terminal is located at the edge of the cell, after the serving base station of the PC5V2X receiving terminal receives the auxiliary information reported by the PC5V2X receiving terminal, it is further necessary to interact the auxiliary information reported by the PC5V2X receiving terminal with the base station adjacent to the PC5V2X receiving terminal of the reported auxiliary information through the inter-base station interface.
The base station integrates the auxiliary information reported by the PC5V2X sending terminal and the PC5V2X receiving terminal to determine the target area needing to use UuV2X communication mode. The method for specifically determining the area needing to use Uu V2X belongs to the realization of a base station algorithm, and can be realized in various ways, which cannot be listed one by one. Only one possible example of an algorithm is given here:
the base station determines the time and the position of the PC5V2X sending terminal sending PC5V2X message according to the auxiliary information reported by the PC5V2X sending terminal, and determines the V2X receiving terminal in the coverage radius range of the PC5V2X by combining the map information and the coverage radius of the PC5V 2X.
Then, according to the auxiliary information reported by the V2X receiving terminal, it is determined that if there is a PC5V2X receiving terminal at the time when the PC5V2X sending terminal sends the PC5V2X message in a certain direction, but all or most of the PC5V2X terminals in the direction cannot receive the PC5V2X message sent by the PC5V2X sending terminal, the region is a target region that needs to use Uu V2X.
Further description is made by taking fig. 2B as an example. In fig. 2B, PC5V2X receiving terminal 1, PC5V2X receiving terminal 2 and PC5V2X receiving terminal 3 are all located in the coverage area of PC5V2X transmitting terminal 1 and PC5V2X transmitting terminal 2, but PC5V2X receiving terminal 3 can receive PC5V2X signals sent by PC5V2X transmitting terminal 1 and PC5V2X transmitting terminal 2, but PC5V2X receiving terminal 1 and PC5V2X receiving terminal 2 do not receive, so that the area where PC5V2X transmitting terminal 1 and PC5V2X transmitting terminal 2 are located can be determined as the target area where Uu V2X needs to be used.
And secondly, the network side equipment determines a target area using a target communication mode in V2X communication according to the configuration information of the OAM equipment.
In implementation, the OAM equipment is responsible for updating and maintaining the information of the target area that needs to use Uu V2X, and the base station is notified in time once there is an update;
accordingly, the base station determines a target area requiring use of Uu V2X according to the information notified by the OAM equipment.
And thirdly, the network side equipment determines a target area using a target communication mode in V2X communication according to local configuration information (such as map information).

The specific algorithm depends on the implementation of the base station, for example, the base station can determine that several meters of square circles of the crossroads or T-junctions are target areas needing to use Uu V2X; the area with more buildings can be used as a target area needing to use Uu V2X.
Optionally, the network side device may generate communication mode switching information according to the area information of the target area; or
The network side device may determine a communication method in the V2X communication of the V2X terminal according to the position of the V2X terminal and the determined target area, and generate communication method switching information according to the determined communication method.
In implementation, the network side device generates communication mode switching information according to the area information of the target area, and the area information can be used as the communication mode switching information or be a part of the communication mode switching information;

When the network side device transmits the communication method switching information, the communication method switching information may be transmitted in any message that can be received by the V2X terminal.
The following describes the processing modes of different area information.
Firstly, the area information of the area is used as communication mode switching information.

the V2X terminal judges that the terminal is located in or enters a target area needing to use Uu V2X, and then uses the PC5V2X and Uu V2X at the same time;
if the V2X terminal determines that it is not located in or has moved out of the target area where use of Uu V2X is desired, then PC5V2X is used only.
Second, the communication mode is used as communication mode switching information
In this way, the network side device sends the communication mode switching information to the V2X terminal through dedicated signaling.
Dedicated signaling includes, but is not limited to, some or all of the following:
RRC signaling, MAC signaling, physical layer signaling.
In implementation, the base station locates the V2X terminals, determines that V2X terminals within the target area of Uu V2X need to be used, and notifies these V2X terminals to perform handover through dedicated signaling.
If the target communication mode is Uu V2X communication mode, the V2X terminal notification process is as follows:
if the V2X terminal is located in the determined target area or enters the determined target area, the base station informs the V2X communication mode of the V2X terminal to be a Uu V2X communication mode;

If the reporting is triggered by the configuration event, the corresponding event also needs to be configured, for example, the PC5V2X message is sent and/or received N times (N > -1), the reporting of the auxiliary information is triggered; or the distance from the terminal V2X to the last reporting position exceeds M meters (M > -1), triggering the auxiliary information reporting.
And step 3: the V2X terminal records side information (here, the V2X terminal includes a V2X terminal at a transmitting end and/or a V2X terminal at a receiving end).
The mode of recording the auxiliary information by the V2X terminal includes but is not limited to part or all of the following modes:

The second method comprises the following steps: the V2X terminal makes recordings based on events.
Specifically, the V2X terminal may record the auxiliary information each time it transmits or receives; it is also possible to record the auxiliary information with a terminal position interval exceeding X meters at the time of two transmissions or two receptions or one transmission and one reception.
The auxiliary information content recorded by the V2X terminal at the transmitting end includes, but is not limited to, some or all of the following information:
PC5V2X transmission identity, time when V2X terminal transmits PC5V2X message, location information when PC5V2X message is transmitted (location information may be GPS coordinates or area number).
The auxiliary information content recorded by the V2X terminal at the receiving end includes, but is not limited to, part or all of the following information:
the PC5V2X received identification, the time when the V2X terminal received the PC5V2X message, the location information (the location information may be GPS coordinates or an area number) when the PC5V2X message was received, and the identification of the transmitting terminal to which the received PC5V2X message corresponds.
In implementation, the identity can be sent as a PC5V2X or received as a PC5V2X with a 1-bit identity, i.e. 1bit indicates whether it is a sender or a receiver.
And 4, step 4: and the V2X terminal reports the auxiliary information according to the configuration information.
Before reporting the auxiliary information according to the configuration information, the V2X terminal may determine whether the terminal is located in an area where the auxiliary information is to be reported, and if so, determine according to the configuration information sent by the base station in step 2:
if the configuration period is reported, the V2X terminal firstly reports the auxiliary information once entering the area where the auxiliary information is to be reported, and starts a periodic timer, and triggers the auxiliary information reporting once the timer is overtime.
If the configuration event triggers the reporting, the V2X terminal triggers the reporting of the auxiliary information once entering the area where the auxiliary information is to be reported and meeting the event configured by the base station.
The auxiliary information reported to the base station may be all or part of the auxiliary information recorded by the V2X terminal.
If the auxiliary information is part of the auxiliary information, multiple intercepting modes can be provided, for example, the auxiliary information recorded for the nearest N times from the reporting time or the auxiliary information recorded within a time period of < T from the reporting time interval can be intercepted.
Optionally, step 5: the base station determines whether the auxiliary information needs to interact with an adjacent base station.
In the first mode, if the auxiliary information received by the cell a of the base station and reported by the V2X sending terminal or exchanged by the neighboring base stations includes the area managed by the cell B, the auxiliary information needs to be forwarded to the cell B through the inter-base station interface. If it is determined in step 5 that the assistance information needs to be exchanged between the adjacent cells, the adjacent base stations may exchange the assistance information determined in step 5 that needs to be exchanged through an inter-base station interface.
In implementation, after a period of time for reporting the auxiliary information, if the base station can relatively accurately determine the Uu V2X target area that needs to be used, the base station may notify the V2X terminal to stop reporting the auxiliary information through broadcasting. When the need arises, the terminal starts the auxiliary information reporting again through the broadcast notification V2X (for example, the base station verifies whether the previously determined Uu V2X target area needs to be modified once every several times).
Example 2: auxiliary information configuration and reporting process (special signaling mode)
As shown in fig. 10, a second method for reporting auxiliary information according to the embodiment of the present invention includes:

The specific period may be a period of a time dimension, for example, reporting once every several times (for example, 10 seconds); or a period of a spatial dimension, for example, the V2X terminal moves a certain distance (for example, 10 meters) and reports once.
If the reporting is triggered by the configuration event, the corresponding event also needs to be configured, for example, the PC5V2X message is sent and/or received N times (N > -1), the reporting of the auxiliary information is triggered; or the distance from the terminal V2X to the last reporting position exceeds M meters (M > -1), triggering the auxiliary information reporting.
And step 3: the V2X terminal records side information (here, the V2X terminal includes a V2X terminal at a transmitting end and/or a V2X terminal at a receiving end).

In implementation, the identity can be sent as a PC5V2X or received as a PC5V2X with a 1-bit identity, i.e. 1bit indicates whether it is a sender or a receiver.
And 4, step 4: and the V2X terminal reports the auxiliary information according to the configuration information.
Before reporting the auxiliary information according to the configuration information, the V2X terminal may determine whether the terminal is located in an area where the auxiliary information is to be reported, and if so, determine according to the configuration information sent by the base station in step 2:
if the configuration period is reported, the V2X terminal firstly reports the auxiliary information once entering the area where the auxiliary information is to be reported, and starts a periodic timer, and triggers the auxiliary information reporting once the timer is overtime.
If the configuration event triggers the reporting, the V2X terminal triggers the reporting of the auxiliary information once entering the area where the auxiliary information is to be reported and meeting the event configured by the base station.
The auxiliary information reported to the base station may be all or part of the auxiliary information recorded by the V2X terminal.
If the auxiliary information is part of the auxiliary information, multiple intercepting modes can be provided, for example, the auxiliary information recorded for the nearest N times from the reporting time or the auxiliary information recorded within a time period of < T from the reporting time interval can be intercepted.

In implementation, after a period of time for reporting the auxiliary information, if the base station can accurately determine the Uu V2X target area that needs to be used, the base station may notify the V2X terminal to stop reporting the auxiliary information through a dedicated signaling. When necessary, the V2X terminal is notified by dedicated signaling to start the secondary information reporting again (for example, the base station verifies whether the previously determined Uu V2X target area needs to be modified once every several times).
From the above, it can be seen that: according to the method, the network side equipment generates communication mode switching information according to the target area of the target communication mode in V2X communication; sending the communication mode switching information to the V2X terminal; the target communication mode is a Uu V2X communication mode or a PC5V2X communication mode. Because the communication mode is switched according to the target area, the communication mode switching in V2X communication is realized, and the V2X communication performance is improved.

9. The method of claim 8, further comprising:
the V2X terminal receives configuration information which is issued by the network side equipment through broadcasting or special signaling and used for reporting auxiliary information;
and the V2X terminal reports the auxiliary information according to the configuration information for reporting the auxiliary information, so that the network side equipment determines a target area using a target communication mode in V2X communication according to the auxiliary information.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the reporting of the auxiliary information by the V2X terminal according to the configuration information for reporting the auxiliary information comprises:
if the configuration information for reporting the auxiliary information includes an auxiliary information reporting period, reporting the auxiliary information to the network side device by the V2X terminal after the auxiliary information reporting period is reached; and/or
If the configuration information for reporting the auxiliary information includes a trigger event for reporting the auxiliary information, the V2X terminal reports the auxiliary information to the network side device after meeting the trigger event for reporting the auxiliary information.
11. The method of claim 9, wherein a period of reporting the auxiliary information is a time period and/or a distance period;
the triggering event reported by the auxiliary information comprises part or all of the following events:
if the V2X message is sent and/or received for N times, triggering auxiliary information to report;
and if the distance from the V2X terminal to the position where the auxiliary information is reported last time exceeds M meters, triggering the auxiliary information to report.
12. The method of claim 9, further comprising:
the V2X terminal records auxiliary information after the recording period is reached; and/or
And the V2X terminal records the auxiliary information after meeting the recording event.
13. The method of claim 12,
the recording period is a time period and/or a distance period;
the recording event comprises part or all of the following events:
the V2X terminal records the auxiliary information each time it transmits or receives;
the V2X terminal records the auxiliary information when the terminal position interval exceeds X meters in two transmissions or two receptions or one transmission and one reception.
14. The method of claim 9, wherein the V2X terminal is a transmitting end, and the auxiliary information comprises some or all of the following information:
the PC5V2X sending identification, the time of sending the PC5V2X message and the position information when the message is sent;
the V2X terminal is a receiving terminal, and the auxiliary information includes part or all of the following information:
the PC5V2X received identity, the time at which the receiving terminal received the PC5V2X message, the location information of the receiving terminal corresponding to the time at which the receiving terminal received the PC5V2X message, the transmitting terminal identity contained in the received PC5V2X corresponding to the time at which the receiving terminal received the PC5V2X message, the designated time, the location information of the receiving terminal at the designated time, the indication information of whether the receiving terminal received the PC5V2X message at the designated time, and the transmitting terminal identity of the PC5V2X message received by the receiving terminal at the designated time.
15. The method of claim 14, wherein the location information is GPS coordinates and/or a target area number.
16. A network side device for converting a communication scheme, the network side device comprising:
the area determination module is used for determining a target area using a target communication mode in V2X communication;
the information generating module is used for generating communication mode switching information according to the determined target area;
the processing module is used for sending the communication mode switching information to the V2X terminal;
wherein the target communication mode is a Uu V2X communication mode and/or a PC5V2X communication mode;
wherein the information generation module is specifically configured to:
generating communication mode switching information according to the area information of the target area; or
Determining a communication mode in V2X communication of the V2X terminal according to the position of the V2X terminal and the determined target area, and generating communication mode switching information according to the determined communication mode;
wherein the information generation module is specifically configured to:
when the target communication mode is a Uu V2X communication mode: if the V2X terminal is located in or enters a target area of the Uu V2X, determining to switch the PC5V2X communication mode to the Uu V2X communication mode; if the V2X terminal is not located in or moved out of the target area UuV2X, determining to switch the Uu V2X communication mode to the PC5V2X communication mode; or
When the target communication mode is a Uu V2X communication mode and a PC5V2X communication mode: if the V2X terminal is located in or enters a target area of Uu V2X, determining that the communication mode of the V2X terminal is a Uu V2X communication mode and a PC5V2X communication mode; if the V2X terminal is not located in or moved out of the target area of Uu V2X, determining that the communication mode of the V2X terminal is a PC5V2X communication mode;
wherein the information generation module is specifically configured to:
when the target communication mode is a Uu V2X communication mode: if the V2X terminal is located in a determined target area or enters the determined target area, determining that the communication mode in the V2X communication of the V2X terminal is a Uu V2X communication mode; if the V2X terminal is not located in the determined target area or moves out of the determined target area, determining that the communication mode in the V2X communication of the V2X terminal is a PC5V2X communication mode; or
When the target communication mode is a Uu V2X communication mode and a PC5V2X communication mode: if the V2X terminal is located in a determined target area or enters the determined target area, determining that the communication modes in V2X communication of the V2X terminal are a UuV2X communication mode and a PC5V2X communication mode; and if the V2X terminal is not located in the determined target area or moves out of the determined target area, determining that the communication mode in the V2X communication of the V2X terminal is a PC5V2X communication mode.
17. The network-side device of claim 16, wherein the area determining module is specifically configured to determine the target area using the target communication method in V2X communication according to part or all of the following methods:
determining a target area using a target communication mode in V2X communication according to auxiliary information reported by the V2X terminal and/or sent by other network side equipment;
determining a target area using a target communication mode in V2X communication according to configuration information of the OAM equipment;
the target area using the target communication method in V2X communication is determined based on the local configuration information.
18. The network-side device of claim 17, wherein the region determination module is further configured to:
configuring a reporting period of auxiliary information for the V2X terminal; and/or
And configuring a triggering event reported by the auxiliary information for the V2X terminal.
19. The network-side device of claim 18, wherein a reporting period of the auxiliary information is a time period and/or a distance period;
the triggering event reported by the auxiliary information comprises part or all of the following events:

and the adjacent cell corresponding to the other cell is a cell which can be covered by the coverage range of the PC5 signal of the V2X terminal belonging to the other cell.
22. The network-side device of claim 16, wherein the processing module is specifically configured to:
if the communication mode switching information is regional information, sending the communication mode switching information to the V2X terminal through broadcasting or special signaling;
and if the communication mode switching information is the communication mode, transmitting the communication mode switching information to the V2X terminal through a dedicated signaling.
23. A V2X terminal for switching a communication scheme, the V2X terminal comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving communication mode switching information sent by network side equipment, wherein the communication mode switching information is generated by the network side equipment according to a target area for determining a target communication mode in communication between a user vehicle and the everything V2X;
the switching module is used for switching the communication modes according to the received communication mode switching information;

when the communication mode switching information is generated according to the area information of the target area: the target communication mode is a Uu V2X communication mode: if the V2X terminal is located in or enters a target area of Uu V2X, the network side equipment determines to switch the PC5V2X communication mode to the Uu V2X communication mode; if the V2X terminal is not located in or moved out of the target area of the Uu V2X, the network side equipment determines to switch the Uu V2X communication mode to the PC5V2X communication mode; or the target communication mode is a Uu V2X communication mode and a PC5V2X communication mode: if the V2X terminal is located in or enters a target area of Uu V2X, the network side equipment determines that the communication mode of the V2X terminal is a Uu V2X communication mode and a PC5V2X communication mode; if the V2X terminal is not located in or moved out of the target area of Uu V2X, the network side equipment determines that the communication mode of the V2X terminal is a PC5V2X communication mode;
or
When the communication mode in the V2X communication of the V2X terminal is determined according to the position of the V2X terminal and the determined target area, and the communication mode switching information is generated according to the determined communication mode: according to the position of the V2X terminal and the determined target area, determining the communication mode in the V2X communication of the V2X terminal: when the target communication mode is a Uu V2X communication mode: if the V2X terminal is located in a determined target area or enters the determined target area, the network side equipment determines that the communication mode in the V2X communication of the V2X terminal is a Uu V2X communication mode; if the V2X terminal is not located in the determined target area or moves out of the determined target area, the network side equipment determines that the communication mode in the V2X communication of the V2X terminal is a PC5V2X communication mode; or when the target communication mode is a Uu V2X communication mode and a PC5V2X communication mode: if the V2X terminal is located in a determined target area or enters the determined target area, the network side equipment determines that the communication modes in the V2X communication of the V2X terminal are a Uu V2X communication mode and a PC5V2X communication mode; and if the V2X terminal is not located in the determined target area or moves out of the determined target area, the network side equipment determines that the communication mode in the V2X communication of the V2X terminal is a PC5V2X communication mode.
24. The V2X terminal of claim 23, wherein the receiving module is further configured to:
issuing configuration information for reporting the auxiliary information through broadcasting or special signaling; and reporting the auxiliary information according to the configuration information for reporting the auxiliary information, so that the network side equipment determines a target area using a target communication mode in V2X communication according to the auxiliary information.
25. The V2X terminal of claim 24, wherein the receiving module is specifically configured to:
if the configuration information for reporting the auxiliary information includes the auxiliary information reporting period, reporting the auxiliary information to the network side equipment after the auxiliary information reporting period is reached; and/or
If the configuration information for reporting the auxiliary information includes a trigger event for reporting the auxiliary information, reporting the auxiliary information to the network side equipment after the trigger event for reporting the auxiliary information is met.
