For example, if the order includes both the items on the shelf 1 and the items on the shelf 2 as shown in fig. 4, the control center generates a picking instruction 1, which includes only the identification information of the items to be picked on the shelf 1 and the storage locations of the items to be picked on the shelf 1, and issues the picking instruction 1 to the first picking party corresponding to the shelf 1; and generating a picking instruction 2, wherein only the identification information of the items to be picked on the shelf 2 and the storage positions of the items to be picked on the shelf 2 are included, and issuing the picking instruction 2 to the first picking party corresponding to the shelf 2.
Or, specifically, the control center can also send the same picking instruction to different first picking parties in a group, and the first picking party selects the item to be picked on the corresponding shelf as the target item and puts the target item from the storage position into the storage position without responding to the item to be picked on other shelves.
The two specific modes can further improve the sorting efficiency of the first sorting party, and the second mode can reduce the burden of the control center, and in practical application, any one mode can be selected as required.
Specifically, the identification information of the item to be sorted may include an ID, a name, a lot, a quantity, and the like of the item to be sorted. The storage location of the item to be picked may include the ID of the bay (e.g., bay a or bay B), the ID of the lane, the shelf number, the location number on the shelf, and the like.
Optionally, the first picking instruction may further include an ID of the instruction, and the like.

It should be noted that, the first picking party may also directly send the identification information of the article to be picked and the identification information of the storage location to the second picking party, and the control center issues the picking order to the second picking party, and after the second picking party receives the picking order, the second picking party inquires the identification information of the article to be picked and the identification information of the storage location according to the article to be picked in the picking order, and picks the article to be picked from the transfer container.
According to the method shown in fig. 5, assuming that there is only one second picking party in the storage area, as shown in fig. 6, each first picking party picks items only on the lanes on both sides of its corresponding shelf, and the second picking party picks items from each transfer container on the main lane.
Assuming that the length of the lane is N, the length of the aisle is M, the number of the lanes is x, and each picking is performed for a time T. The worst traversal pick-ups in a lane are 2N (from the transit receptacle to the end of the shelf and back to the transit receptacle), the pick-ups in an aisle are M, the spatial complexity in a lane is 2N, and the spatial complexity in an aisle is M.

The efficiency is doubled and is linearly improved. When the number of lanes is more than 2 (i.e. the number of shelves is more than 2), the efficiency of the method shown in fig. 5 is higher than that of the method shown in fig. 1, and the efficiency is improved the more the number of lanes or the picking times is.
In the method shown in fig. 5, the control center directly interacts with the picking party for picking information, and in addition, the control center can also interact with the picking party for picking information through the terminal, so as to reduce the complexity of the picking party.
The embodiment of the application also discloses a method for interacting the picking information, which comprises the following steps as shown in fig. 6:
s601: the control center issues a first picking instruction to the first terminal, and the first picking instruction comprises identification information of the items to be picked and storage positions of the items to be picked in the item storage area.

Based on the interaction process of the picking information shown in fig. 6, the first picking party may obtain the identification information of the item to be picked and the identification information of the storage location of the item to be picked from the first terminal and perform the steps of the first picking party shown in fig. 2 or 5, and the second picking party may obtain the identification information of the item to be picked and the identification information of the storage location of the item to be picked from the second terminal and perform the steps of the second picking party shown in fig. 2 or 5.
That is to say, the first terminal and the first goods picking party are different entities, the second terminal and the second goods picking party are also different entities, the goods picking party obtains the goods picking information from the terminal, and the first terminal, the second terminal and the control center lay an information foundation for improving the goods picking efficiency.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a picking device disclosed in an embodiment of the present application, the picking device including: a receiving module 701, a picking module 702 and a sending module 703.
Specifically, the receiving module 701 is configured to receive a picking instruction, where the picking instruction includes identification information of an item to be picked and a storage location of the item to be picked in an item storage area, where the item storage area corresponds to the first picking party. The picking module 702 is used for placing the items to be picked into the storage positions from the storage positions according to the picking instruction. The sending module 703 is used for sending the identification information of the article to be picked and the identification information of the storage location, the article to be picked and the identification information of the storage location are used for instructing other picking devices to take out the article to be picked from the storage location.
Further, the specific implementation manner of the picking module 702 placing the item to be picked from the storage position into the storage position according to the picking instruction is as follows: placing the item to be sorted from the storage location into one or several of a plurality of storage locations. Further, all or part of the items to be picked in the picking order are put into the storage positions from the storage positions in a one-pass picking process, and the one-pass picking process is a process that the picking device passes through all or part of the item storage area and returns.
Further, in the case that the order for picking also includes information of items not placed in the item storage area corresponding to the picking device and storage locations of the items not placed in the item storage area, another specific implementation manner of the picking module 702 placing the items to be picked from the storage locations into the storage locations according to the order for picking is as follows: selecting the items placed in the item storage areas corresponding to the picking devices as target items; and placing the target object into the storage position from the storage position of the target object.
Further, in this embodiment, the article storage area corresponds to the storage location, and the article storage areas corresponding to the other article picking devices correspond to the other storage locations.
The goods sorting device of the embodiment puts the goods to be sorted into the storage position from the storage position according to the goods sorting instruction, and does not need to traverse the whole storage area, so that the sorting efficiency is improved.
Fig. 8 shows another picking device disclosed in the embodiment of the present application, which includes: a receiving module 801 and a picking module 802.
The receiving module 801 is configured to receive a picking instruction, where the picking instruction includes identification information of an item to be picked and identification information of a storage location of the item to be picked. The picking module 802 is used for taking out the articles to be picked from the storage positions, and the identification information of the articles to be picked and the identification information of the storage positions of the articles to be picked are formed by other picking parties placing the articles to be picked from the storage positions of the articles to be picked.
Further, in the case that the storage locations for the items to be sorted are multiple and distributed at different locations, the specific implementation manner of the picking module 802 for taking out the items to be sorted from the storage locations is as follows: traversing a plurality of storage locations, retrieving the item to be sorted from each storage location. Further, the items to be sorted are taken out from each storage location in a one-pass sorting process, wherein the one-pass sorting process is a process in which the sorting device passes through all or part of the storage locations and returns.
The sorting device in the embodiment takes out the articles to be sorted in the storage positions according to the sorting instruction without traversing the whole storage area, and is matched with the sorting device shown in fig. 7 for use, so that the sorting efficiency is improved.
Fig. 9 shows a control center disclosed in an embodiment of the present application, including: a first transmission module 901 and a second transmission module 902.
The first sending module 901 is configured to issue a first picking instruction, where the first picking instruction includes identification information of an item to be picked and a storage location of the item to be picked in an item storage area, and the first picking instruction is configured to instruct the first picking party to place the item to be picked from the storage location into a storage location. The second sending module 902 is configured to issue a second picking instruction, where the second picking instruction is used to instruct a second picking party to take out the item to be picked from the storage location, and the second picking instruction includes identification information of the item to be picked and identification information of the storage location.
Optionally, the control center may further include a receiving module 903 for receiving the identification information of the item to be sorted and the identification information of the storage location of the item to be sorted sent by one or more first pickers
Specifically, the specific implementation manner of issuing the first picking instruction by the first sending module 901 is as follows: the method comprises the following steps of respectively issuing first picking instructions to a plurality of first picking parties, wherein the first picking instructions issued to any one of the first picking parties comprise: the first picking party is used for picking the articles to be picked, and the first picking party is used for picking the articles to be picked.
Specifically, the specific implementation manner of issuing the second picking instruction by the second sending module 902 is as follows: after receiving the identification information of the to-be-picked article and the identification information of the storage position sent by one or more first picking parties, issuing the second picking instruction, wherein the second picking instruction is used for indicating the second picking party to take out the to-be-picked article from the storage position.
The control center described in this embodiment has the function of issuing the order of picking items to the first party of picking items and the second party of picking items respectively, thereby laying a foundation for the first party of picking items and the second party of picking items to cooperate with the complete process of picking items to improve the picking efficiency.
The processes of picking up objects by cooperation among the devices shown in fig. 7, 8 and 9 can be referred to the above method embodiment, and are not described again here.
Fig. 10 is a terminal disclosed in an embodiment of the present application, including: a receiving module 1001 and a transmitting module 1002.
The receiving module 1001 is configured to receive a picking instruction, where the picking instruction includes identification information of an item to be picked and a storage location of the item to be picked in an item storage area, where the item storage area corresponds to a first picking party, and the picking instruction is configured to instruct the first picking party to place the item to be picked from the storage location into a storage location. The sending module 1002 is used for sending the identification information of the article to be picked and the identification information of the storage bit, the identification information of the article to be picked and the identification information of the storage bit are used for indicating a second picking party to take out the article to be picked from the storage bit.
The terminal described in the embodiment can lay an information foundation for improving the picking efficiency.
The utility model discloses a letter sorting system includes: a plurality of first picking parties, at least one relay container and at least one second picking party, wherein the structure of any one of the first picking parties can be referred to the picking device shown in fig. 7, and the structure of any one of the second picking parties can be referred to the picking device shown in fig. 8. In the system, the process of picking the objects by the first picking party, the second picking party and the transfer container together can be referred to the method embodiment, and details are not repeated herein.
It should be noted that, in the system described in this embodiment, at least two first picking parties concurrently execute the steps of receiving a first picking command and placing the items to be picked from the storage location into the storage location according to the first picking command, and the concurrently executed steps are aimed at improving picking efficiency and shortening the picking process.
Similarly, the at least two second picking parties can also synchronously execute the steps of receiving the second picking instruction and taking out the articles to be picked from the storage position so as to further improve the picking efficiency.
The functions described in the method of the embodiment of the present application, if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as independent products, may be stored in a storage medium readable by a computing device. Based on such understanding, part of the contribution to the prior art of the embodiments of the present application or part of the technical solution may be embodied in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium and including several instructions for causing a computing device (which may be a personal computer, a server, a mobile computing device or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method described in the embodiments of the present application. wherein, a goods shelves is one article storage area, and a goods district is constituteed to a plurality of goods shelves, has a second in every goods district to choose the thing side, every the tip of goods shelves is close to and has been placed corresponding storage bit, one the goods shelves correspond one first kind of thing side, and each first kind of thing side only chooses article on the tunnel of its corresponding goods shelves both sides, second kind of thing side is from each on the main road choose article in the storage bit.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after the first order picker places the item to be picked from the storage location into a storage location according to the first order picker command:
the first goods picking party sends the identification information of the goods to be picked and the identification information of the storage bit, the identification information of the goods to be picked and the identification information of the storage bit are used for indicating the second goods picking party to take out the goods to be picked from the storage bit.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the storage location is a plurality in number, and wherein placing the item to be picked from the storage location into a storage location comprises:
placing the item to be sorted from the storage location into one or several of a plurality of storage locations.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein said placing the item to be picked from the storage location into a storage location comprises:
and putting all or part of the items to be sorted in the first picking instruction from the storage position into the storage position in a one-time traversing picking process, wherein the one-time traversing picking process is a process that the first picking party traverses all or part of the item storage area and returns.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the first pick-up instructions further comprise:
identification information of an item not placed in the item storage area and a storage location of the item not placed in the item storage area;
the first picking party puts the items to be picked into the storage position from the storage position according to the first picking instruction, and the first picking party comprises:
the first order picker selects the items placed in the item storage area as target items;
the first order picker places the target item from a storage location of the target item into the storage location.
6. The method of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the item storage areas correspond to the storage locations and the item storage areas corresponding to other first order picker correspond to other storage locations.
7. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
the second picking party receives a second picking instruction, and the second picking instruction comprises identification information of the item to be picked and identification information of the storage position;
the second picker takes the item to be picked from the storage location.
8. A method for picking an article, comprising:
a plurality of first order parties perform the order picking process in parallel, any one of the plurality of first order parties performing the order picking process comprising:

13. The method of any one of claims 8 to 12, wherein each of the plurality of first order parties corresponds to a different item storage area corresponding to a different storage location.

the second picking party receives a second picking instruction, and the second picking instruction comprises identification information of the items sent by the first picking parties respectively and identification information of the storage positions;
the second picking party takes the items to be picked from the first picking parties from the storage positions corresponding to the first picking parties.
15. A method for picking an article, comprising:
the second picking party receives a picking instruction, wherein the picking instruction comprises identification information of the item to be picked and identification information of a storage position of the item to be picked;
the second picking party takes the articles to be picked out from the storage positions, and the identification information of the articles to be picked and the identification information of the storage positions of the articles to be picked are formed by putting the articles to be picked into the storage positions from the storage positions in the article storage area corresponding to the first picking party;

a plurality of first pick-up parties, at least one storage location, and at least one second pick-up party;
wherein the plurality of first order parties are used for executing the order picking process in parallel, and the executing of the order picking process by any one of the plurality of first order parties comprises the following steps: the first picking party receives a first picking instruction, wherein the first picking instruction comprises identification information of an item to be picked and a storage position of the item to be picked in an item storage area, and the item storage area corresponds to the first picking party; the first picking party puts the items to be picked into the at least one storage position from the storage position according to the first picking instruction;
the second picking party is used for receiving a second picking instruction, the second picking instruction comprises identification information of the item to be picked and identification information of the at least one storage position, and the item to be picked is taken out from the at least one storage position;
