Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
In the related technology, when receiving an incoming call, the mobile phone rings according to a reminding mode set by a user, and an incoming call answering interface is displayed on a screen to prompt the user whether to answer the incoming call. However, the incoming call of the mobile phone has a certain burstiness, and it is possible that the user is in a meeting or using the mobile phone to take a picture, play a game, etc. when the mobile phone is in an incoming call; when a mobile phone calls, if a user is watching a mobile phone screen or operating a mobile phone screen or a key, the mobile phone rings directly and pops up a call answering interface, so that the user may be scared by one jump or cause misoperation or operation interruption of the user, which may affect user experience.
In order to solve the above problem, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides an incoming call reminding method, including: when an incoming call request is received, acquiring the current use state of a terminal; when the current use state of the terminal is matched with a preset use state, within a first preset time length, disabling a ringtone, and loading a prompt window on a current display interface of a screen of the terminal; the prompt window is a non-full screen window and is used for carrying out incoming call reminding on a user. According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the non-full-screen and floating incoming call reminding mode is used for reminding the user of the incoming call when the mobile phone is in a specific state, so that the problems of surprise, misoperation or operation interruption and the like of the user caused by sudden ringing and display interface switching in the related technology are avoided; the technical scheme relates to a terminal, such as a smart phone, a tablet personal computer, wearable equipment or a vehicle-mounted mobile terminal and other communication equipment.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating an incoming call reminding method according to an exemplary embodiment, where an execution subject of the method may be a terminal, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps 101 and 102:
in step 101, when an incoming call request is received, the current usage state of the terminal is acquired.
For example, when receiving a call request, the terminal does not ring directly and display a call answering interface, but first obtains a current use state of the terminal and judges whether the current use state of the terminal is matched with a preset use state; executing step 102 when the current use state of the terminal is judged to be matched with the preset use state; when the current use state of the terminal is judged not to be matched with the preset use state, the current display interface of the screen of the terminal is switched to a call answering interface, and call reminding is carried out on a user through ringing, so that the user is prevented from missing a call.
For example, before step 102 is executed, the terminal receives a configuration operation of a user for an incoming call alert function of the terminal, and adds a preset use state input or specified by the user in a setting option of the incoming call alert function; the terminal can also download the preset use state from the server or the network according to the instruction of the user. For example, the user may also upload the preset use state to the server, and when the user executes the scheme shown in fig. 1 on the terminal currently in use, the user downloads the preset use state from the server in real time, so that even if the user executes the scheme shown in fig. 1 on a different terminal, the user may directly download the preset use state, thereby avoiding the user from adding the preset use state again in the setting option of the incoming call alert function when changing the terminal, and facilitating the use of the user.
For example, the preset use state at least includes any one or a combination of the following use states: state 1, running a preset application on a screen of the terminal; for example, the user is taking a picture using the terminal, the user is playing a game using the terminal, the user is grabbing a red envelope on an operation interface of a social application, and so on. And in the state 2, the screen of the terminal is in a bright screen state. The state 3 is that the screen of the terminal is in a bright screen state, and the operation aiming at the screen or the physical key of the terminal is received in a preset time period; for example, the screen of the terminal is in a bright screen state, and the user clicks the screen of the terminal or operates a physical key of the terminal within 5 s.
In step 102, when the current use state of the terminal is matched with a preset use state, within a first preset time length, disabling the ring tone, and loading a prompt window on a current display interface of a screen of the terminal; the prompting window is a non-full screen window and is used for carrying out incoming call reminding on a user.
The prompt window is a preset fixed window or a floating window in the screen. For example, when the current use state of the terminal is matched with the preset use state, the current display interface is not directly switched to the incoming call answering interface, but the ring tone is disabled within the first preset time, and a non-full-screen prompt window is loaded on the current display interface to prompt the user that a new incoming call exists.
Illustratively, in order to facilitate the user operation, an answering option and a hang-up option are loaded in the prompt window; after a prompt window is loaded on a current display interface of a screen of a terminal, the terminal monitors operation aiming at the prompt window; analyzing the monitored operation as the operation of selecting the answering option in the prompt window to put through the incoming call; or analyzing that the monitored operation is hanging up the incoming call when the operation of the hanging up option is selected in the prompt window.
Exemplarily, the prompt window is loaded with text for prompting a user for an incoming call; after a prompt window is loaded on a current display interface of a screen of a terminal, the terminal monitors operation aiming at the prompt window; after the user sees the characters loaded in the prompt window, the user can click/touch to select the prompt window; when the terminal monitors the operation of the selected prompt window, the current display interface of the screen of the terminal is switched to the incoming call answering interface in response to the operation of the selected prompt window, so that the problems that a user is surprised, misoperation or operation interruption and the like caused by direct ringing are avoided when the terminal calls, and the process of reminding the user of the incoming call by the terminal is natural.
Illustratively, a timer is started after a prompt window is loaded on a current display interface of a screen of the terminal; and when the timer reaches a preset time and the incoming call is not answered by the user, switching the current display interface of the screen of the terminal into an incoming call answering interface, and carrying out incoming call reminding on the user through ringing to avoid the user from missing the call.
Illustratively, after a terminal acquires the current use state of the terminal when receiving an incoming call request, determining an incoming call reminding mode corresponding to the current use state of the terminal from an incoming call reminding mode mapping relation; using the determined incoming call reminding mode to remind the user of the incoming call; the mapping relation of the incoming call reminding mode is a preset corresponding relation between the terminal use state and the incoming call reminding mode. For example, when the current use state of the terminal is a preset use state, the corresponding incoming call reminding mode is to load a prompt window on a current display interface of a screen of the terminal so as to prompt a user that a new incoming call exists; and when the current use state of the terminal is not the preset use state, the corresponding incoming call reminding mode is direct ringing and an incoming call answering interface is displayed.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, when a call is received, the terminal does not directly ring and the call answering interface is displayed on the screen, but the current using state of the terminal is firstly obtained, when the current using state of the terminal is judged to be matched with the preset using state, the ring is forbidden within the first preset time, and the non-full screen prompting window is loaded on the current displaying interface of the screen of the terminal so as to prompt the user for the call.
In a possible implementation manner, as shown in fig. 2, the incoming call reminding method according to the present disclosure may further include the following steps 201 and 202:
in step 201, operations for the hint window are monitored.
Illustratively, an answering option and a hang-up option are loaded in the prompt window;
in step 202, analyzing that the monitored operation is the operation of selecting the answering option in the prompt window and connecting the incoming call; or analyzing that the monitored operation is hanging up the incoming call when the operation of the hanging up option is selected in the prompt window.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the answering option and the hang-up option are loaded in the prompt window, so that a user can put through a call by selecting the answering option or hang up the call by selecting the hang-up option, and the operation of the user is facilitated.
In a possible implementation manner, as shown in fig. 3, the incoming call reminding method according to the present disclosure may further include the following steps 301 and 302:
in step 301, operations for the hint window are monitored.
In an example, the prompt window is loaded with text for prompting the user of the incoming call.
In step 302, in response to the operation that the prompt window is selected, a current display interface of the screen of the terminal is switched to an incoming call answering interface.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the characters used for reminding the user of the incoming call are loaded in the prompt window, after the user sees the characters loaded in the prompt window, the user can click/touch to select the prompt window, and when the terminal monitors the operation of selecting the prompt window, the current display interface of the screen of the terminal is switched to the incoming call answering interface, so that the problems that the user is surprised, misoperation or operation interruption and the like caused by direct ringing in the incoming call of the terminal are avoided, and the process of reminding the user of the incoming call by the terminal is natural.
In a possible implementation manner, as shown in fig. 4, the incoming call reminding method according to the present disclosure may further include the following steps 401 and 402:
in step 401, after a prompt window is loaded on a current display interface of a screen of the terminal, a timer is started;
in step 402, when the timer reaches a second preset duration and the call is not answered, switching a current display interface of a screen of the terminal to a call answering interface, and performing call reminding on a user through ringing.
For example, the first preset duration and the second preset duration are respectively preset parameters, and there is no specific association between the first preset duration and the second preset duration.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the timer is started after the prompt window is loaded on the current display interface of the screen of the terminal, if the user does not answer the incoming call within the second preset time, the current display interface of the screen of the terminal is switched to the incoming call answering interface, and the user is prompted for the incoming call through ringing, so that the user is prevented from missing the call.
In a possible implementation manner, the incoming call reminding method according to the present disclosure may further include: and when the current use state of the terminal is not matched with the preset use state, switching the current display interface of the screen of the terminal into a call answering interface, and reminding a user of the call through ringing.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, when the current use state of the terminal is not matched with the preset use state, the current display interface of the screen of the terminal is switched to the incoming call answering interface, and the incoming call is reminded to the user through ringing, so that the user is prevented from missing the call.
In a possible embodiment, the preset use state includes at least any one or a combination of the following use states:
running a preset application on a screen of the terminal;
the screen of the terminal is in a bright screen state;
the screen of the terminal is in a bright screen state, and the operation aiming at the screen or the physical key of the terminal is received within a preset time period.
According to the technical scheme, various preset terminal use states are provided, and based on the preset terminal use states, the terminal can more accurately select the incoming call reminding mode, so that the user experience is improved.
The implementation is described in detail below by way of several embodiments.
FIG. 5 is a flow chart illustrating a method of incoming call alerting, implemented by a terminal, according to an exemplary embodiment; as shown in fig. 5, the method comprises the steps of:
in step 501, when an incoming call request is received, the current use state of the terminal is acquired;
in step 502, judging whether the current use state of the terminal is matched with a preset use state; when the current use state of the terminal is matched with the preset use state, executing step 503; when the current use state of the terminal is not matched with the preset use state, executing step 506;
for example, the preset use state at least includes any one or a combination of the following use states: running a preset application on a screen of the terminal; the screen of the terminal is in a bright screen state; the screen of the terminal is in a bright screen state, and the operation aiming at the screen or the physical key of the terminal is received within a preset time period.
In step 503, when the current usage state of the terminal matches a preset usage state, within a first preset duration, disabling a ringtone, and loading a prompt window on a current display interface of a screen of the terminal; the prompt window is a non-full screen window and is used for carrying out incoming call reminding on a user.
Illustratively, after a prompt window is loaded on a current display interface of a screen of the terminal, a timer is started; and when the timer reaches a second preset time and the incoming call is not answered, switching the current display interface of the screen of the terminal into an incoming call answering interface, and reminding the user of the incoming call through ringing.
Illustratively, the prompt window is loaded with an answering option and a hang-up option.
In step 504, monitoring the operation aiming at the prompt window;
in step 505, the monitored operation is analyzed to be the operation of selecting the answering option in the prompt window, and the incoming call is connected; or analyzing that the monitored operation is hanging up the incoming call when the operation of the hanging up option is selected in the prompt window.
Exemplarily, the prompt window is loaded with text for prompting a user for an incoming call; the terminal monitors the operation aiming at the prompt window; and responding to the operation of selecting the prompt window, and switching the current display interface of the screen of the terminal into a call answering interface.
In step 506, when the current use state of the terminal is not matched with the preset use state, the current display interface of the screen of the terminal is switched to a call answering interface, and a user is prompted for a call through ringing.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, when the incoming call is received, the terminal does not directly ring and the incoming call answering interface is displayed on the screen, but the current using state of the terminal is firstly obtained, and when the current using state of the terminal is judged to be matched with the preset using state, a non-full screen prompting window is loaded on the current displaying interface of the screen of the terminal so as to prompt the user for the incoming call, so that the problems that the user is surprised, misoperation or operation interruption and the like caused by sudden ring and display interface switching during the incoming call of the terminal in the related technology can be avoided, the process of prompting the incoming call of the user by the terminal is natural, and the using experience of the user for answering the incoming call can be improved.
As a possible embodiment, taking a mobile phone as an example, a scheme of an intelligent reminding method for incoming calls of the mobile phone is provided, and for some specified user states, the scheme can adjust ringing and incoming call reminding modes of the mobile phone when the mobile phone has an incoming call. In this way, the user can answer the call more naturally and the use is more convenient; avoiding scenes such as misoperation and the like. If the user is watching the mobile phone screen or operating the mobile phone keys, if the user calls, the user can directly prompt the user on the screen; if the user rings and pops up the listening interface directly, the user may be frightened or mishandled. According to the current using state of the mobile phone, different incoming call reminding modes are determined, and the incoming call ringing mode is automatically switched. Specifically, when the mobile phone is in an incoming call, if the mobile phone is in the following state: a) the mobile phone screen is in a bright screen state, and within 5s, the user clicks the screen or operates a physical key. Or b) the screen of the mobile phone is in a bright screen state, and the user is taking pictures by using a camera and the like. When a call comes, a call floating layer pops up on a mobile phone screen to prompt a user of the call, and the user can click a button on the floating layer to answer or hang up; if the user does not answer within 3 seconds, ringing and prompting the incoming call according to a normal mobile phone incoming call mode.
