Drawings
FIG. 1 is a flow chart of an embodiment of a method according to the present invention.
FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of a system according to the present invention.
For the sake of clarity, the figures are schematic and simplified drawings, which only show details which are necessary for understanding the invention and other details are omitted.
Detailed Description
Embodiments and examples of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The scope of applicability of the present invention will become apparent from the detailed description given hereinafter. It should be understood, however, that the detailed description and the specific examples, while indicating preferred embodiments of the invention, are given by way of illustration only.
An EMM (Enterprise Mobility Management) system is an important Management platform that an Enterprise can use in the mobile information operation process, and completes the deployment and Management of Enterprise applications.
The mobile device is registered in the EMM system via an EMM client, which is connected to an EMM server via a network, such as WiFi, from which it may receive governing policies/instructions.
In order to implement the invention, the EMM system is provided with an account in an enterprise mail server, and the EMM system is provided with a mail receiving module, so that the mail can be received through a pop3 or imap protocol after the account is logged in.
And the administrator configures a control strategy for a specific conference in advance as required through the EMM management platform, such as equipment muting or shutdown, camera forbidding and the like.
The following describes, in conjunction with the flowchart shown in fig. 1, each step of the terminal management and control method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
In step S102, the conference initiator sends a conference notification mail to the person who plans to invite to participate in the conference, and the mail copies a designated mailbox account of the EMM server.
In step S104, the EMM server, after receiving the meeting notification mail, parses the mail by the recipient address of the mail, the mail subject, the mail content, and the like.
In step S106, all recipients of the mail and the meeting attributes are determined according to the analysis result. The receiver is determined by the receiver address, and the conference attribute at least comprises the following steps: a meeting name, a meeting start time, a meeting end time, and a meeting room name.
In step S108, a preconfigured management and control policy corresponding to the conference name is acquired from the EMM server.
In step S110, the EMM server issues the preconfigured management and control policy, the conference start time, and the conference end time to the determined controlled mobile devices of each recipient, i.e., the participant.
And after receiving the management and control strategy, the mobile equipment, namely the EMM client calls a system interface to execute the management and control strategy when the conference starts, and restores to the original strategy when the conference is finished.
Therefore, the grouping of the controlled terminals can be automatically determined and established, and an administrator is not required to configure corresponding controlled terminal grouping for each conference through the EMM management platform, so that the labor is greatly saved, the enterprise cost is reduced, and the enterprise productivity is improved.
According to one embodiment of the method of the present invention, in addition to the steps shown in fig. 1, the method further comprises: the EMM server determines whether the corresponding controlled equipment is in the corresponding conference room when the conference starts; and if one or more controlled devices are determined not to be in the corresponding conference room, issuing an instruction not to execute the corresponding control policy to the controlled devices not in the conference room so as to avoid the corresponding controlled devices from being improperly controlled. On the contrary, if the controlled device is in the corresponding conference room, no action is taken, and the corresponding controlled device automatically executes the corresponding control policy at the start of the conference. Determining whether the controlled device is in the conference room may be done in any of a number of ways that are known. For example, the EMM server receives and compares the GPS coordinates of the controlled device with the GPS coordinate range of the conference room, and indicates that the controlled device is in the conference room if the GPS coordinates of the controlled device are within the GPS coordinate range of the conference room. Alternatively, the EMM server may also receive information sent by an NFC (near field communication) device at the entrance of the conference room, and when a participant enters the conference room, the controlled device may be flushed with the NFC device, so that the EMM server knows whether it is in the conference room.
According to another embodiment of the method of the invention, the method comprises, in addition to the steps shown in fig. 1: and in response to determining that one or more of the meeting notification recipients do not participate in the meeting, issuing an instruction not to execute the management and control strategy to the corresponding controlled equipment so as to avoid inappropriate management and control of the corresponding controlled equipment. Since the meeting notification is sent in advance, there is a certain time from the beginning of the meeting, during which some recipients may not be able to participate in the meeting due to other arrangements, it is not reasonable if their mobile devices are still under control at that time. For this reason, the EMM server may learn that some recipients cannot participate in the conference by receiving a mail reply that cannot participate in the conference or by an Office Automation (OA) system of the enterprise, and at this time, the EMM server may issue an instruction not to execute a corresponding management and control policy to its mobile device.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating an embodiment of a terminal management and control system according to the present invention, including: the analysis module 202 is configured to respond to the server receiving the meeting notification email and analyze the email; a determining module 204, configured to determine all recipients of the email and meeting attributes according to the analysis result; an obtaining module 206, configured to obtain a predetermined management and control policy corresponding to the conference attribute; the issuing module 208 is configured to issue the management and control policy to the controlled device of each of all the recipients; an executing module 210, configured to enable the controlled device to invoke a system interface to execute the management and control policy when a conference starts; and a restoring module 212, configured to restore the controlled device to the original policy when the conference is ended.
According to one embodiment of the system of the present invention, in addition to the various modules shown and described in connection with FIG. 2, the system further comprises: the position judgment module is used for enabling the server to determine whether the controlled equipment is in a corresponding conference room when a conference starts; and the first instruction issuing module is used for responding to the condition that one or more controlled devices are not in the corresponding meeting room, and issuing an instruction for not executing the control strategy to the corresponding controlled devices.
According to another embodiment of the system of the present invention, in addition to the modules shown and described with reference to fig. 2, the system further includes a second instruction issuing module, configured to issue, in response to determining that one or more of the recipients do not participate in the conference, an instruction not to execute the management and control policy to the corresponding controlled device.
