Detailed Description
Although the related art provides the object management function of the group, the object management of the group in the related art is often implemented by the group owner, the administrator, and the like of the group, and the object management process is opaque to the group members, which affects the implementation of the object management function of the group.
Therefore, the present application solves the problems in the related art through the object management function of the cluster group. For further explanation of the present application, the following examples are provided:
fig. 1 is a flowchart of a group management method provided in an exemplary embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 1, the method applied in a server may include the following steps:
at step 102, an object query request for any group is received.
And 104, when the sender of the object query request is a member with the object query authority in any group, returning a message related to the object set corresponding to any group.
In the embodiment, by providing the message query function for the object set corresponding to the group, the change condition of the object set is jointly supervised by the group members, which is beneficial to improving the transparency and the reliability of the change condition of the object set.
In the embodiment of the present application, in the object management function of the group, the "object" may be any type of business object, and the type of the object may be different according to the change of the application scene. For example, in a data processing scenario, the objects may be management data corresponding to a group, and the object sets may be corresponding databases or data sets; for an enterprise scenario, the objects may be enterprise funds corresponding to the group, and the sets of objects are corresponding enterprise fund accounts. For convenience of description, the following embodiments take "fund" as an example, and the group-based object management function is described in detail.
1. Querying group accounts
Example one
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of querying a group account according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 2, the flowchart may include the following steps:
at step 202, a group is created.
In the present embodiment, the group may include any type, such as an enterprise group, a friend group, and the like, and the present application is not limited thereto. The user applying for creating the group is the group owner of the corresponding group, and the group owner can configure the authority of the members in the group, for example, the group members are set as managers and the like; the group owner and the administrator can check and manage the joining, quitting and the like of the group members.
At step 204, a group account creation request is received.
In this embodiment, the group does not necessarily have a corresponding group account, and the corresponding group account may be created only after the group owner, the administrator, or other group members having corresponding permissions initiate an application for a group account creation request.
It should be noted that: the creation of the group in step 202 and the creation of the group account in step 204 are described herein for ease of understanding only; in fact, step 202 and step 204 need only be performed once for each group, rather than starting from step 202 and step 204 each time. The process of step 206 and step 210 described below may be repeatedly performed for the created completed group accounts.
At step 206, an account inquiry request is received.
Step 208, if the identity is verified, the step 210 is carried out; otherwise, the corresponding account inquiry request is ignored.
In this embodiment, the group member may initiate an account query request through a page related to the group, such as a message session window of the group. When an account query request initiated by a group member in any group is received, the identity of the group member needs to be verified, that is, whether the group member has the query right to the group account is judged.
In one case, the group owner and the administrator in the group may configure the permissions of other group members, for example, a part of members may be configured with the permission to query the group account, and then the part of members may perform a query operation on the group account. Then, the server needs to verify whether the group member initiating the account query request belongs to the user with the corresponding query authority.
In another case, in order to make the information of the group account more transparent and trusted, all the group members may have query permissions, for example, for each user joining the group, if the group has already created a corresponding group account, the server automatically configures corresponding account query permissions for the user; or, if the group has not created the corresponding group account, when the group account is created, the server automatically configures the corresponding account inquiry authority for all the group members.
Step 210, returning account query results.
In this embodiment, when it is determined that the user initiating the account query request has the account query right, a message related to the corresponding group account may be returned. For example, the returned message may include at least one of: account balance (equivalent to the number of objects remaining in the set of objects), billing details (equivalent to the change in the number of objects in the set of objects), account operator information (equivalent to the information on the operator regarding the change in the set of objects).
Example two
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of another method for querying group accounts according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 3, in a communication application based on an Enterprise scenario, such as an Enterprise Instant Messaging (EIM) application, for example, "nail" (DING Talk), the method for querying group accounts may include the following steps:
step 302, enterprise architecture data is obtained.
In this embodiment, the communication application in the enterprise scene may acquire enterprise architecture data, so as to respectively create corresponding groups for the enterprise, each department, group, and the like in the enterprise, so as to implement business communication and management in the enterprise scene.
At step 304, groups and group accounts are created.
In this embodiment, the server may automatically create a group based on the enterprise as a whole, each enterprise department, and the like, according to the enterprise architecture data. Wherein, for each group, the server may automatically create a corresponding group account; alternatively, the group owner, the administrator, and the like of each group may also actively apply for creating the group account, and the process may refer to step 204 described above, which is not described herein again.
Furthermore, similar to the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the steps 302 and 304 need only be executed once, rather than being executed again from the steps 302 and 304 each time. The process of step 306 and 310 described below may be repeated for the created completed group account.
At step 306, an account inquiry request is received.
Step 308, if the identity authentication is passed, the step 310 is carried out; otherwise, the corresponding account query request is ignored.
In this embodiment, the group members may be authenticated by the group owner or administrator of the group to determine whether they have query authority for the group account.
In one case, the query authority of the group account can be configured by a group owner, an administrator and the like, so that part or all members in the group have corresponding query authority; under another condition, the inquiry authority of the group account can be automatically configured for all the group members by the server, so that all the members in the group automatically have corresponding inquiry authority; in another case, the server may automatically configure query permissions for all users above a certain level according to the level to which members in the group belong in the enterprise architecture.
At step 310, account query results are returned.
2. Managing group accounts
In addition to querying the group account, the group account may be managed, such as transferring funds to or from the group account, and the like, which is described in detail below in conjunction with fig. 4. Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a process for managing group accounts according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, where as shown in fig. 4, the process for managing group accounts may include the following steps:
step 402, receiving an account management request; when the account management request is used for paying funds, the step 404A is carried out; when the account management request is for use of funds, step 404B is entered.
Step 404A, receiving the funds for the payment.
At step 406A, funds are added to the group account.
In this embodiment, the server may configure the fund addition authority for the group account for all group members, and then the group members may freely transfer funds into the group account. Or, because the fund transfer does not cause loss to the group, the function can not be limited by setting the authority, so that any user can transfer the fund to the group account at will.
In this embodiment, according to an account management request initiated by any user, if it is necessary to add funds to the group account, the amount of funds is actually equivalent to transferring the funds corresponding to the user from the account to the group account.
In the method, the fund adding or fund transferring function of the group account may have a change in form in different application scenarios. For example, for a class scene, the group account may be used for payment of a class fee, a group fee, and the like of the corresponding class; for friend scenes, the group account can be used for paying the fee for the party play; for businesses, group accounts may be used for fine payments, and the like.
Step 404B, if the identity authentication is passed, step 406B is carried out; otherwise, the account management request is ignored and ended, or the process proceeds directly to step 408.
In this embodiment, an account management authority is given to a corresponding group member in advance according to a configuration instruction sent by a management member of the group; wherein, the management member can be a group owner, an administrator, etc. of the group.
At step 406B, the corresponding amount of funds is withdrawn.
In this embodiment, a corresponding amount of funds may be removed from the group account and transferred to the target party specified by the corresponding user in the account management request. Wherein, the target party can be the initiator user of the account management request, namely directly transferring funds from the group account to the account of the initiator user; alternatively, the target party may pay for other users, such as the initiator user directly through a group account when purchasing supplies for group members on the web.
Step 408, push the prompting message to the group member.
In this embodiment, when the fund of the group account changes, a corresponding prompt message may be pushed to the group members, so that the group members can master the fund status of the account at any time. The group members may be all members in the group, or may be members having related rights in part of the group.
In this embodiment, the alert message may be delivered in a variety of ways. For example, in one case, when the group is an instant messaging application group, the prompt may be performed through an instant messaging message in the instant messaging application, for example, the prompt message is pushed to a message session window corresponding to the group, so as to realize simultaneous prompt of all group members; in another case, when the group is an instant messaging application group, the group can be pushed to an independent message session window to realize independent prompt of each group member; in another case, the prompt message may be pushed in a mobile communication manner, such as sending a short message to the corresponding group member, or dialing a phone number of the corresponding group member, and broadcasting a voice of the prompt message after the call is made.
Of course, in addition to the case that the fund of the group account changes, the prompting message can be pushed for other cases related to the group account. For example, in the case that the user identity is not verified in step 404B, a prompt may also be sent to the corresponding group member, such as a group owner, an administrator, and the like, which is equivalent to a fund risk prompt for the group account, and is helpful to improve the security of the account.
