It is understood that the checkout terminal communicates with the control device of the POS to complete the transaction, and as can be seen from the foregoing, the control device of the POS encrypts the sent settlement bill, so that the checkout terminal needs to decrypt the data of the settlement bill when receiving the settlement bill.
Accordingly, as a fourth aspect of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, there is provided a checkout terminal 11, wherein the checkout terminal 11 includes:
a second transmission module 210 and a second control module 110, the second control module 110 including a request signal generation unit 111, a payment data reading unit 112 and a transaction voucher generation unit 113;
the request signal generating unit 111 is used for generating a settlement request signal and transmitting the settlement request signal to the control device through the second transmission module 210;
the payment data reading unit 112 is configured to read, after receiving the statement of account sent by the control apparatus, secure card payment data according to the statement of account, and send the read secure card payment data to the control apparatus through the second transmission module 210;
the transaction voucher generating unit 113 is configured to generate a transaction voucher after receiving the signal that the transaction is successful, which is sent by the control device.
The checkout terminal provided by the invention can be in communication connection with the control device of the POS machine, and the user can realize bill settlement by self in a mode of sending a settlement request signal to the control device of the POS machine without the operation of other service personnel, so that convenience is brought to the user and the bill settlement efficiency is improved.
The second control module 110 is a main control chip, and can control operations of modules connected thereto, coordinate communications between the modules connected thereto, and the like.
The second transmission module 210 can perform data transmission with the first transmission module 200 in the control device of the POS, including sending data to the control device of the POS and receiving data sent by the control device of the POS, and the supported communication protocols include WIFI, bluetooth, radio frequency, and the like.
The payment data reading unit 112 is capable of reading data information of a security card, which is preferably a bank card. It is to be understood that the payment data reading unit 112 comprises a contact card reading unit or a contactless card reading unit, wherein the contactless card reading unit supports NFC technology.
With regard to the operation and the operation principle of the checkout terminal 11, reference may be made to the foregoing description, and the description thereof is omitted here.
In order to enhance the security of the checkout terminal, as shown in fig. 8, the checkout terminal 11 further includes: a second security module 310, the second security module 310 being configured to decrypt the data of the bill for settlement.
Preferably, the second security module 310 may be an encryption/decryption SE chip.
In order to realize the normal operation of the checkout terminal 11, the checkout terminal 11 further includes a second power module 410, the second power module 410 is connected to the second control module 110, and the second power module 410 provides power supply for the normal operation of the checkout terminal 11. It should be understood that the second power module 410 may be a battery or an external power interface.
In order to facilitate the user to see the information such as the settlement bill on the checkout terminal 11, the checkout terminal 11 further includes a second display module 610, the second display module 610 is connected to the second control module 110, and the second display module 610 can display the information such as the settlement bill under the control of the second control module 110. It can be understood that the second display module 610 includes a display screen and a display driving unit, and the display screen may be a touch display screen or a non-touch display screen, which may be specifically selected according to needs.
In order to facilitate the user to input the password and other contents of the security card, the checkout terminal 11 further includes a second input module 510, the second input module 510 is connected to the second control module 110 through the second security module 310, and specifically, the second input module 510 may include a physical numeric keypad and a keypad sensor.
When the display module of the checkout terminal comprises the touch display screen, signature confirmation can be carried out through the touch screen after the transaction voucher is generated. When the display screen of the display module is a non-touch screen, the checkout terminal may further include a printing module 710, where the printing module 710 is connected to the second control module 110, and is configured to print a transaction voucher under the control of the second control module 110, and the user performs signature confirmation on the printed transaction voucher. It will be appreciated that the print module 710 may include a micro printer, a print roll storage bin, and the like.
As a fifth aspect of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, there is provided a POS 1, wherein the control device 10 of the POS and a plurality of checkout terminals 11 are included, the control device 10 of the POS is connected in communication with the plurality of checkout terminals 11, the control device 10 of the POS includes the control device 10 of the POS, and the checkout terminals 11 include the checkout terminals 11.
The POS machine provided by the invention can comprise a plurality of checkout terminals, and the checkout terminals are in communication connection with the control device of the same POS machine, so that a plurality of checkout users can automatically swipe cards to checkout, the problem that the POS machine in the prior art can only swipe cards to checkout one by one is solved, the checkout efficiency is greatly improved, and the user experience is enhanced.
The operation of the POS machine will be described in detail in two practical application scenarios.
Application scenario 1 is a restaurant. The merchant is provided with a control device of the POS machine, each dining table of the restaurant is provided with a checkout terminal, each checkout terminal is provided with a serial number to be distinguished from other checkout terminals, and the checkout terminals are in communication connection with the control device of the POS machine. After the customer finishes eating, a settlement request signal can be sent to the control device of the POS machine through a checkout terminal on a dining table, after the control device of the POS machine receives the settlement request signal, a merchant determines the number of the checkout terminal sending the settlement request signal according to the information in the settlement request signal, after the number of the checkout terminal is determined, the merchant settles the consumption data corresponding to the numbered checkout terminal through the control device of the POS machine and generates a settlement bill and sends the settlement bill to the corresponding checkout terminal, the customer can see the settlement bill (generally comprising the information of consumption details, total consumption amount and the like) sent by the control device of the POS machine on the checkout terminal, after the consumption details on the settlement bill are determined, the payment data of a safety card (such as a bank card) is read through the checkout terminal, and the read payment data is sent to the control device of the POS machine, the method comprises the steps that a merchant receives payment data of a safety card through a control device of a POS machine, the payment data is transferred to a merchant account through online under the condition that the payment data is confirmed to be correct, a signal that a transaction is successful is generated and fed back to an account settling terminal, and a customer signs and confirms to complete the transaction after receiving the signal that the transaction is successful through the account settling terminal.
The application scene 2 is a supermarket checkout stand. And each account settling station is provided with an account settling terminal, and the account settling terminal on each account settling station is in communication connection with the control device of the POS machine of the supermarket. After shopping is finished, a customer scans codes at a checkout stand by himself, and sends a settlement request signal to a control device of a POS machine through a checkout terminal, similar to the application scenario 1, the control device of the POS machine settles the commodities scanned by the customer by himself, and then sends a settlement bill to the checkout terminal, after confirming that the settlement bill is correct, the customer puts or inserts a security card (such as a bank card) into a card reading position of the checkout terminal, inputs a password, after the checkout terminal of the POS machine receives payment data of the security card, confirms that no error exists, transfers the payment data to a supermarket account, sends a successful transaction signal to the checkout terminal, and after receiving the successful transaction signal through the checkout terminal, the customer signs and confirms to finish the transaction.
It will be understood that the above embodiments are merely exemplary embodiments taken to illustrate the principles of the present invention, which is not limited thereto. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and improvements can be made without departing from the spirit and substance of the invention, and these modifications and improvements are also considered to be within the scope of the invention.

Claims (14)

1. A method for checkout by using a POS machine, wherein the POS machine comprises a control device and a plurality of checkout terminals, each checkout terminal corresponds to a number, the checkout terminals can send a checkout request signal, and the method is implemented based on the control device and comprises the following steps:
after receiving a settlement request signal sent by a settlement terminal, determining the number of the settlement terminal corresponding to the settlement request signal;
settling the consumption data corresponding to the numbered checkout terminal to generate a settlement bill;
sending the settlement bill to a settlement terminal with a corresponding number;
after receiving the payment data of the safety card, comparing whether the number corresponding to the payment data of the safety card is consistent with the number corresponding to the settlement bill or not;
when the number corresponding to the safety card payment data is consistent with the number corresponding to the settlement bill, confirming the safety card payment data;
generating a signal that the transaction was successful;
and sending a signal that the transaction is successful to the checkout terminal with the corresponding number.
2. The method according to claim 1, further comprising, after the step of receiving the settlement request signal:
and reading the receiving time of the settlement request signal so as to execute the subsequent settlement steps according to the sequence of the receiving time.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the settlement request signal includes a corresponding number for the checkout terminal, the method further comprising, after the step of receiving the settlement request signal:
verifying whether the number corresponding to the checkout terminal in the received settlement request signal is a pre-stored number corresponding to the checkout terminal;
and when the number corresponding to the checkout terminal in the received settlement request signal is a pre-stored number corresponding to the checkout terminal, executing a subsequent settlement step.
4. The method of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the settlement bill includes a number of the checkout terminal corresponding to the settlement bill and consumption details of the checkout terminal of the number, and the method further comprises data encrypting the settlement bill before the step of sending the settlement bill to the checkout terminal of the corresponding number.
5. A control device of a POS machine, wherein the POS machine comprises a plurality of checkout terminals, each checkout terminal corresponds to a number, the control device comprises: the first control module comprises a number determining unit, a bill processing unit, a comparison unit, a payment confirmation unit and a transaction signal generating unit,
the number determining unit is used for determining the number of the checkout terminal corresponding to the settlement request signal after receiving the settlement request signal sent by the checkout terminal through the first transmission module;
the bill processing unit is used for settling the consumption data corresponding to the numbered checkout terminals to generate a settlement bill and sending the settlement bill to the corresponding numbered checkout terminals through the first transmission module;
the comparing unit is used for comparing whether the number corresponding to the safety card payment data is consistent with the number corresponding to the settlement bill or not after receiving the safety card payment data;
the payment confirmation unit is used for confirming the payment data of the safety card through the online module when the number corresponding to the payment data of the safety card is consistent with the number corresponding to the settlement bill,
the transaction signal generating unit is used for generating a transaction success signal and sending the transaction success signal to the checkout terminal with the corresponding number through the first transmission module.

The control device according to claim 5, wherein the first control module further comprises a reading unit, and the reading unit is configured to read a receiving time of the settlement request signal, so that the bill processing unit can perform settlement according to a sequence of the receiving time.

The control device according to claim 5, wherein the settlement request signal includes a number corresponding to the checkout terminal, the control device further includes a security module, the security module is configured to verify whether the number corresponding to the checkout terminal in the received settlement request signal is a pre-stored number corresponding to the checkout terminal, and when the number corresponding to the checkout terminal in the received settlement request signal is a pre-stored number corresponding to the checkout terminal, the first control module performs settlement.
8. The control device according to claim 7, wherein the settlement bill includes a number of the checkout terminal corresponding to the settlement bill and consumption details of the checkout terminal of the number, and the security module is further configured to perform data encryption on the settlement bill.
9. The control device of claim 5, further comprising a storage module configured to store a plurality of the settlement bills corresponding to a plurality of the checkout terminals.
10. A control method of a checkout terminal, wherein the checkout terminal corresponds to a number, the control method comprising:
generating a settlement request signal and transmitting the settlement request signal to the control device according to any one of claims 5 to 9, wherein the settlement request signal carries the number;
after receiving a settlement bill sent by the control device, reading payment data of a safety card according to the settlement bill; the account bill comprises the number corresponding to the account bill and consumption details of the account terminal with the number;
sending the read payment data of the security card to the control device, wherein the payment data of the security card comprises the serial number;
and after receiving the signal of successful transaction sent by the control device, generating a transaction voucher.
11. The control method according to claim 10, further comprising decrypting data of the bill for settlement transmitted from the control device after the receiving.
12. A checkout terminal, the checkout terminal corresponding to a number, the checkout terminal comprising:
the system comprises a first transmission module and a first control module, wherein the first control module comprises a request signal generation unit, a payment data reading unit and a transaction voucher generation unit;
the request signal generating unit is used for generating a settlement request signal carrying the number and sending the settlement request signal to the control device of any one of claims 5 to 9 through the second transmission module;
the payment data reading unit is used for reading safety card payment data according to the settlement bill after receiving the settlement bill sent by the control device and sending the read safety card payment data to the control device through the second transmission module; the settlement bill comprises the number corresponding to the settlement bill and consumption details of the settlement terminal with the number, and the secure card payment data comprises the number;
the transaction voucher generating unit is used for generating a transaction voucher after receiving a signal of successful transaction sent by the control device.
13. The checkout terminal of claim 12, further comprising: and the security module is used for carrying out data decryption on the settlement bill.
