Description

Frame structure determining method and base station
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a method for determining a frame structure and a base station
[ background of the invention ]
The MulteFire technology is a wireless access technology for extending LTE (Long Term Evolution) to an unlicensed frequency band, and in the technology, a carrier wave of the unlicensed frequency band can independently provide service without the help of a carrier wave of the licensed frequency band.
At present, in order to enable a plurality of unlicensed band devices (e.g., Wi-Fi devices) to fairly occupy an unlicensed band channel and avoid mutual interference between the unlicensed band devices, a Listen-Before-Talk (LBT) mechanism similar to a Wi-Fi carrier monitoring technique is introduced into an mf (multefire) physical layer, when a base station or a terminal monitors that the unlicensed band channel is occupied, that is, when LBT fails, a signal must not be sent, and when the unlicensed band channel is monitored to be idle, that is, when LBT succeeds, the signal is sent.
In the related art, LTE generally adopts centralized scheduling with a base station as a center, for uplink transmission of UE (user equipment), the UE needs to initiate a scheduling request first, and then wait for uplink scheduling of the base station to send uplink transmission, and Before sending a signal each time, the base station or UE serving as a sending end needs to perform LBT (listen Before talk), which increases the time delay, reduces the success rate of LBT, and further causes performance degradation such as uplink throughput and time delay in transmission of an unlicensed frequency band in uplink transmission based on base station scheduling.
Therefore, how to provide a more efficient communication method is a technical problem to be solved urgently.

[ detailed description ] embodiments
For better understanding of the technical solutions of the present invention, the following detailed descriptions of the embodiments of the present invention are provided with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It should be understood that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The terminology used in the embodiments of the invention is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used in the examples of the present invention and the appended claims, the singular forms "a," "an," and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
Fig. 1 shows a flow chart of a frame structure determination method according to an embodiment of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the frame structure determining method includes:
and 102, acquiring uplink control information issued by the terminal.
And step 104, determining a frame structure of communication transmission according to the transmission parameters in the uplink control information.
The frame structure comprises an initial position and a stop position of the terminal for performing data uplink transmission within the maximum channel occupation time, and an initial position and a maximum channel occupation time of the base station for performing data downlink transmission within the maximum channel occupation time.
Therefore, the terminal can issue the uplink control information for scheduling, so that the base station can determine the maximum channel occupation time, the starting position and the stopping position of uplink transmission and the starting position of downlink transmission according to the uplink control information issued by the terminal, acquire a complete frame structure, directly perform downlink transmission within the uplink transmission channel occupation time, reduce time delay and improve the success rate of LBT.
In an implementation manner of this embodiment, step 104 specifically includes: and determining the starting position and the stopping position of the terminal for carrying out the data uplink transmission within the maximum channel occupation duration according to the starting position indication for carrying out the data uplink transmission, the number of occupied subframes, the positions of the occupied subframes, the subframe interval configuration and the total length occupied by the transmission in the uplink control information.
That is to say, the transmission parameters in the uplink control information may include the content of the start position indication for performing uplink data transmission, the number of occupied subframes, the position of occupied subframes, subframe interval configuration, the total length occupied for transmission, and the like, and through these transmission parameters, the base station may determine the start position and the stop position of the terminal for performing uplink data transmission, so as to further determine the start position and the maximum channel occupation duration of downlink transmission.
It should be added that the terminal may carry the transmission parameters in any one or more of the issued uplink control information, DMRS (demodulation reference signal) sequence and preamble sequence, so that the base station can perform acquisition or detection. The carried transmission parameters may further include the length of the preamble signal for uplink transmission, so that the base station subtracts the length of the preamble signal for uplink transmission before calculating the start position and the stop position of the terminal for uplink data transmission, so as to obtain a more accurate start position and stop position of the terminal for uplink data transmission.
In an implementation manner of this embodiment, the uplink transmission may also be a retransmission after the downlink transmission. In other words, if the uplink transmission between the terminal and the base station and the downlink transmission between the base station and the terminal are completed within the total channel occupation time corresponding to the uplink transmission, the re-uplink transmission between the terminal and the base station may also be initiated, and the start position and the stop position of the re-uplink transmission may also be determined by the uplink control information of the terminal and/or the downlink control information of the base station.
In an implementation manner of this embodiment, there is one uplink control information of the terminal, and the uplink control information carries all transmission parameters.
In an implementation manner of this embodiment, the uplink control information of the terminal is multiple, where each uplink control information carries all transmission parameters, so that when a problem occurs in issuing or receiving a single uplink control information, it can still be ensured that other backups are issued by the terminal or received by the base station, and the effectiveness of communication is improved. Or, each piece of uplink control information carries a corresponding part of transmission parameters.
In one implementation manner of this embodiment, if a plurality of terminals issue a plurality of pieces of uplink control information, the frame structure of the communication transmission corresponding to the terminal to which each piece of uplink control information belongs may be determined, and the union (i.e., the maximum occupied time after the union) of the frame structures of the communication transmissions corresponding to the plurality of terminals is used as the frame structure of the final communication transmission. Optionally, the frame structure of the final communication transmission may also be determined according to the uplink control information of one of the terminals.
In an implementation manner of this embodiment, the transmission parameter in the uplink control information includes an extended channel occupation duration, that is, a maximum channel occupation duration, so that the base station can directly obtain the maximum channel occupation duration and further determine whether the channel occupation duration needs to be extended.
In an implementation manner of this embodiment, an unexpanded first channel occupation duration in the uplink control information is obtained, and it is determined whether a first time interval greater than or equal to a predetermined interval first occurs within the initial channel occupation duration; and when the first time interval which is larger than or equal to the preset interval appears for the first time, expanding the first channel occupation time length to a second channel occupation time length, wherein the time of the first time interval appearing for the first time is in downlink transmission of the terminal, between the downlink transmission and uplink transmission of the base station, in the uplink transmission, between the uplink transmission and downlink transmission again of the terminal or in the downlink transmission again.
The above implementation is described in detail with reference to specific scenarios.
The base station may notify the terminal whether there is another technology sharing the current carrier through RRC (radio resource control), and the terminal may determine MCOT (maximum channel occupancy duration) according to the notification.
Here, when the abseneofanoother technology-r14 is true, it indicates that no other technology shares the current carrier, and at this time, when the channel access priority is 3 or 4, the length of the MCOT (maximum channel occupancy duration) is 10ms, whereas, when the absenenoother technology-r14 is not true (for example, the indication is not sent), it indicates that another technology shares the current carrier, and when the channel access priority is 3 or 4, the length of the MCOT is 6 ms.
Thus, the terminal may indicate the channel access priority in the uplink control information (e.g., G-UCI), e.g., 2-bit corresponds to 1, 2, 3, 4 to look up table 1 to obtain the corresponding MCOT, where 3 or 4 is not different for the MCOT and therefore may not be distinguished.
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0001245570670000091
Alternatively, the terminal may directly obtain, in the uplink control information, the length of the MCOT, for example, 2-bit: 2ms, 3ms, 6ms, 10 ms. Specifically, when the terminal is able to determine that the current channel has another technology shared channel and the channel access priority is 3 or 4, and meets the condition that the MCOT extends from 6ms to 8ms, the length of the MCOT or the channel access priority may be notified in the uplink control information
Examples of the length of the notification MCOT are as follows:
when absenceof anyother technology-r14 is not sent, 2-bit: 2ms, 3ms, 6ms and 8 ms; when absenceof anyother technology-r14 is sent, 2-bit: 2ms, 3ms, 10ms, NA/10 ms.
Examples of informing the channel access priority are as follows:
when absenceof anyother technology-r14 is not sent, 2-bit: 1, 2, 3 or 4 extends to 8 msMCOT; when absenceof anyother technology-r14 is sent, 2-bit: 1,2,3,4. Where 3 or 4 are indistinguishable from MCOT and therefore also indistinguishable.
In addition, in addition to the above notification, the base station may further determine whether or not a condition that the MCOT extends from 6ms to 8ms is satisfied in combination with one or more of the start position, the end position, and the earliest start position of the uplink transmission in the uplink control information. The condition that the MCOT extends from 6ms to 8ms is that an interval larger than 100 μ s exists in a time not larger than 6ms, wherein the first preset channel occupation duration is 6ms, the second preset channel occupation duration is 8ms, and the preset interval is 100 μ s.
Further, when the absenceof anyother technology-r14 is not transmitted, in case that the channel access priority adopted by the terminal is 3 or 4, and the condition that the MCOT extends from 6ms to 8ms is not satisfied within the first predetermined channel occupancy duration (i.e., there is no interval greater than 100 μ s), the base station determines whether to extend the MCOT from 6ms to 8ms according to whether an interval between uplink transmission and downlink transmission (e.g., an interval caused by LBT) satisfies greater than 100 μ s. If the uplink transmission between the terminal and the base station and the downlink transmission between the base station and the terminal are completed within the channel occupation time corresponding to the total uplink transmission, the base station may also initiate the uplink transmission between the terminal and the base station again.
For example, when abseneofandother technology-r14 is not transmitted, the information indicated by the uplink control information includes: the channel access priority is 3, the uplink transmission occupies 4ms and no interval larger than 100 mus exists in the middle, and the base station is requested to send downlink signals at the rest of the MCOT. If the base station starts to send the downlink at the second slot of the 5ms after the channel access is successful, the MCOT can be judged to be expanded to 8ms because the interval between the uplink transmission and the downlink transmission is more than 100 mus. If the base station starts to send downlink in the first slot of the 5 th ms, it can be determined that the MCOT maintains 6ms because the interval between the uplink transmission and the downlink transmission is less than 100 μ s.
In an implementation manner of this embodiment, step 104 further includes: determining a first possible initial position of downlink transmission according to a stop position of a terminal for performing data uplink transmission within a maximum channel occupation time; initiating an LBT at a first possible starting location; when the LBT is successful, determining a first possible initial position as an initial position for carrying out data downlink transmission; when LBT fails, selecting a second possible starting position after the first possible starting position to initiate LBT, and determining a position capable of successfully initiating LBT as a starting position for data downlink transmission until LBT succeeds, wherein the LBT of the terminal in the maximum channel occupying duration may be different from the LBT of the terminal outside the maximum channel occupying duration in type and/or parameter.
For example, when the base station determines that the earliest possible downlink transmission position is at the subframe (starting) boundary of the subframe N of the first possible starting position, the base station may first attempt LBT before the subframe boundary of the subframe N, initiate downlink transmission at the subframe boundary of the subframe N when LBT is successful, and attempt LBT at the next possible downlink transmission position when LBT is unsuccessful, where the next possible downlink transmission position may be any position such as the boundary of the second slot of the subframe N or the starting boundary of the subframe N + 1.
In addition, the manner of indicating that downlink transmission is the starting position in the uplink control information for the terminal may include the following implementation manners:
1. the base station starts to perform downlink transmission at the indicated position;
2. the base station starts downlink transmission within the window length from the indicated downlink position;
3. the terminal only indicates the downlink request and the uplink transmission duration, and the base station determines the downlink starting position according to the uplink transmission ending position;
4. the terminal only indicates the downlink request and the uplink transmission time length, and the base station determines the downlink starting position according to the uplink transmission ending position and starts to perform downlink transmission in the window length.
All four implementations described above may require LBT first.
Fig. 2 shows a frame structure distribution diagram of the channel occupation duration in the embodiment shown in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 2, the base station may be continuously scheduled to perform downlink transmission within the remaining time after performing uplink transmission within the entire channel occupation duration of uplink transmission, and if there is remaining time after performing downlink transmission by the base station, the base station may continuously schedule the terminal to perform uplink transmission, for example, uplink transmission triggered by C-PDCCH trigger B.
In addition, it is to be added that downlink control information (e.g., G-DCI) fed back for uplink transmission (e.g., GUL) can be transmitted in the last full subframe or the last ending subframe of the downlink transmission.
Fig. 3 shows a block diagram of a base station according to an embodiment of the invention.

In the above embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the frame structure determining unit 304 includes: the uplink start-stop position determining unit 3042 determines the start position and the stop position of the terminal for performing the uplink data transmission within the maximum channel occupation duration according to the start position indication for performing the uplink data transmission in the uplink control information, the number of occupied subframes, the position of the occupied subframes, the subframe interval configuration, and the total length occupied by transmission.

In the above embodiment of the present invention, optionally, one uplink control information of the terminal is provided, and carries all transmission parameters; or the uplink control information of the terminal is multiple, wherein each uplink control information carries all transmission parameters, or each uplink control information carries a corresponding part of transmission parameters.
In the above embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the transmission parameter in the uplink control information includes a maximum channel occupancy duration.
