Preferably, after the target shared vehicle is started, the identification information of the target shared vehicle and the reminding information of the started target shared vehicle are pushed to the user so as to be used by the user.
If the shooting data comprises more than two sharing vehicles, a random selection mode can be adopted to trigger the starting operation of one sharing vehicle. In this way, in order to facilitate the user to quickly find the opened shared vehicle, after random selection, the identity information of the selected shared vehicle is pushed to the user, and the user is inquired whether the shared vehicle needs to be opened, and after the information of the user that needs to be opened is acquired, the opening operation of the shared vehicle is triggered. The method for collecting the information that the user needs to open can be to collect finger operation information, audio information, body motion information and/or information of shaking the user terminal of the user, analyze and judge after recognition.
Preferably, in order to enhance the user experience, in the present embodiment, in a case where more than two sharing vehicles are included in the captured data, one of the following ways may be adopted to determine whether the target sharing vehicle corresponds to the captured data through image recognition.
Mode one: collecting shot image information; identifying shared vehicle information in the image information; when the shared traffic tool information comprises a plurality of shared traffic tools, acquiring distance information between each shared traffic tool and a user; and determining one sharing vehicle closest to the user as a target sharing vehicle. Specifically, acquiring distance information between each shared vehicle and the user includes acquiring distance between each shared vehicle and the user in the image. By way of example and not limitation, for example, occlusion information between shared vehicles in an image may be collected, if shared vehicle B is occluded by shared vehicle a, it may be assumed that shared vehicle a is closer to the user than shared vehicle B, and a shared vehicle closer to the user may be selected as the target shared vehicle.
Mode two: collecting shot image information; identifying shared vehicle information in the image information; when the shared traffic tool information comprises a plurality of shared traffic tools, acquiring size information occupied by image information of each shared traffic tool on a terminal display structure; and determining the sharing vehicle with the largest occupied size on the terminal display structure as the target sharing vehicle. Specifically, the mode of acquiring the size information occupied by the image information of each shared vehicle on the terminal display structure may be that after acquiring the edge line of each shared vehicle, the pixel information of the closed area formed by the edge line is determined, and the size information occupied by the corresponding shared vehicle on the display structure is acquired according to the pixel information. And comparing the size information of the plurality of shared vehicles, and selecting one of the largest size as the target shared vehicle which the user wants to open.
Mode three: collecting shot image information and identifying shared vehicle information in the image information; collecting screening standards preset by a user for using the shared vehicles; and according to the screening standard, judging the shared vehicles meeting the screening standard as target shared vehicles. Preferably, in this manner, the screening criteria include setting a service provider, model, color, price, and/or preference information of the shared vehicle used by the user. By way of example and not limitation, such as a user setting, via a system server and/or client, a screening criteria in which: only the shared vehicles of the X model provided by the service provider M are used, and the preferential use with high preference is realized on the basis of meeting the conditions. And after identifying the information of the plurality of shared vehicles in the image information, acquiring the screening standard set by the user, acquiring the service provider information, the model information and the preferential information of each shared vehicle, and selecting the shared vehicle meeting the screening standard as the target shared vehicle.
Mode four: collecting shot image information; identifying shared traffic tool information in the image information, and acquiring the position information of a target object frame output by a user terminal display structure; and acquiring the shared vehicles in the target object frame as target shared vehicles. And when the target object frame is shooting image information, displaying the frame on a shooting interface. Generally, the position of the target object frame is displayed in the middle of the photographing interface or on the recognized target and object. When there are a plurality of shared vehicles in the image information, the shared vehicle in the frame of the target object frame may be directly selected as the target shared vehicle.
Preferably, in the present embodiment, when it is determined by image recognition that there are two or more target shared vehicles in the captured data, each shared vehicle trigger is output at the terminal for selection by the user. Thus, the user can perform opening operation on each shared vehicle by triggering the corresponding triggering item of the shared vehicle. Preferably, when more than two target sharing vehicles are output to the user, the target sharing vehicles are output in the form of a candidate list, and meanwhile, corresponding identification information of each sharing vehicle can be output for the user to select.
Preferably, in order to further improve the accuracy of determining the target shared vehicle, after identifying the shared vehicle information in the image information, the technical content of further identifying the target shared vehicle by capturing the azimuth information may be further added. Specifically, when it is determined by image recognition that there are two or more target sharing vehicles in the captured data, the following steps may be performed:
acquiring shooting azimuth information of a user terminal, and acquiring a shooting position aimed by the user terminal according to positioning information of the user terminal; according to the shooting position, positioning identity identification information of the shared traffic tool at the position is obtained according to the positioning information of the self positioning device of the shared traffic tool; comparing the positioning identity identification information with image identity identification information obtained through image identification; and determining the sharing vehicles matched with the comparison as target sharing vehicles.
The capturing azimuth information of the user terminal may be acquired by detecting a capturing gesture of the user terminal in this embodiment. By way of example and not limitation, the following may be employed: after the user terminal starts shooting, the shooting gesture of the user terminal is acquired, and three-dimensional gesture data of the user terminal are acquired. The three-dimensional gesture is used for describing the three-dimensional coordinates and deflection angles of the object, and can comprise a rotation component, a displacement component and an angle component, and corresponding component information is acquired through corresponding rotation monitoring sensors, displacement monitoring sensors and angle monitoring sensors respectively. The shooting gesture of the user terminal is adjusted, the three-dimensional gesture data of the user terminal is changed, the three-dimensional gesture data of a shooting structure installed on the user terminal is also changed, and a live-action image shot by the shooting structure is also changed. Therefore, the shot azimuth information can be acquired according to the shooting posture of the user terminal.
After the shooting azimuth information is acquired, the shooting position corresponding to the shooting azimuth information can be acquired. Specifically, according to a preset mapping rule of the three-dimensional gesture data and the shooting angle of the user terminal, the shooting angle corresponding to the three-dimensional gesture data can be obtained; and then, acquiring shooting position information aimed at by the user terminal according to the shooting angle. In this embodiment, a mapping rule between three-dimensional gesture data and shooting angles of the user terminal may be established in advance, so that shooting angle information of the user terminal may be obtained by collecting the three-dimensional gesture data of the user terminal.
And according to the acquired shooting position and the positioning information of the positioning device of the shared vehicle, acquiring the positioning identification information of the shared vehicle at the position. Specifically, it is possible to determine whether or not the shared vehicle is included in the shooting position information corresponding to the shooting orientation information. By way of example and not limitation, a determination is made as to whether the geographic location covered by the aforementioned capture location includes geographic location information for the shared vehicle. If the identification information is included, it can be estimated that the shared vehicles are in the geographical position range covered by the shooting position, and the identification information of the shared vehicles can be further obtained as the positioning identification information according to the geographical position information of the shared vehicles. The identification information comprises numbers, identification patterns, identification characters or a combination thereof which can be in one-to-one correspondence with the shared vehicles.
Then, comparing the positioning identity identification information with the image identity identification information obtained through image identification; and judging the shared vehicles matched by the comparison are target shared vehicles which the user wants to open.
Referring to fig. 2, a vehicle ordering client 100 of a shared vehicle is provided in accordance with another embodiment of the present invention. The order client 100 includes an information acquisition circuit 110, an information processing circuit 120, and an on trigger circuit 130.
The information acquisition circuit 110 is configured to trigger the terminal to perform shooting, and acquire positioning information and shooting data of the terminal;
the information processing circuit 120 is connected with the information acquisition circuit 110 and is used for acquiring positioning information of a positioning device of the shared vehicle, judging whether the shot data corresponds to the target shared vehicle or not through image recognition, or judging whether the shot data corresponds to the target shared vehicle or not through image recognition by a matched system server;
the turn-on trigger circuit 130 is connected to the information processing circuit 120, and is configured to trigger a turn-on operation for the target shared vehicle if it is determined that there are any cases.
The terminal may be, by way of example and not limitation, a mobile terminal commonly used in mobile phones, palm computers, tablet computers, etc., and various intelligent wearable electronic devices, such as smart glasses, smart watches, etc. In this embodiment, a mobile phone may be used as the user terminal.
The shooting includes, but is not limited to, scanning, recording, and framing operations by a shooting structure. In the present embodiment, it is preferable that shooting is started by triggering the scan function button. Described in connection with fig. 3) 4.
Referring to fig. 3, the mobile phone 200 has a shooting structure and a display structure, and a vehicle ordering client capable of ordering a shared vehicle is installed on the mobile phone 200. The user interface 210 of the order client is output through a display structure of the cell phone 200, such as a touch screen. The user interface 210 has a scan trigger button 211 displayed thereon.
When the vehicle ordering client is operated to open the shared vehicle, as an example and not by way of limitation, firstly, the user opens the vehicle ordering client through the mobile phone 200, the mobile phone 200 displays a user interface 210 of the vehicle ordering client, the user holds the mobile phone 200 and faces the shared vehicle parked at the roadside, a scan trigger button 211 on the user interface 210, namely, a scan trigger button 211 can start a scan function after triggering, and then enters the scan interface.
Referring to fig. 4, upon entering the scanning interface, a scanning interface 212 (i.e., a scanning window) is displayed on the user interface 210, and live-action information including the shared vehicle is displayed in the scanning interface 212. With reference to fig. 4, the live-action image shows the shared vehicle resting on a road, alongside a road being a road shoulder stone and green belt. In the scanning process, the positioning information of the user terminal is obtained, that is, the geographical location information of the user terminal is obtained, which is displayed on the user interface 210 in this embodiment.
The method for obtaining the geographic position information of the user terminal can be based on the mobile positioning technology commonly used at present. In this example, it is preferable to use GPS positioning technology, i.e. to use the GPS chip of the mobile terminal itself for positioning.
Shooting data obtained by a user through a shooting structure, wherein the shooting data comprises, but is not limited to, image information, sound information, time information and the like obtained through shooting. When photographing in a scanning manner, the photographing data may include live image information displayed on a display structure of the mobile phone.
Then, the information processing circuit 120 collects the positioning information of the positioning device of the shared vehicle, and determines whether the shot data corresponds to the target shared vehicle or not through image recognition, or determines whether the shot data corresponds to the target shared vehicle or not through image recognition by a matched system server; and sends the determined conclusion to the on trigger circuit 130.
The sharing vehicles are provided with corresponding positioning devices, and the positioning devices can acquire positioning information of the sharing vehicles, namely geographic position information of the sharing vehicles. The positioning device is connected to the information processing circuit 120 via a wireless network such that the information processing circuit 120 is able to receive geographical location information of the shared vehicle.
Then, the information determination sub-circuit of the information processing circuit 120 may determine whether or not the target shared vehicle corresponds to the captured data by image recognition based on the geographical position information of the shared vehicle. Alternatively, the information processing circuit 120 transmits the acquired information to a system server, and the system server determines whether or not the target shared vehicle corresponds to the captured data by image recognition.
The information processing circuit 120 or a companion system server then sends the conclusion of the determination to the on trigger circuit 130.
The turn-on trigger circuit 130 is capable of triggering a turn-on operation for the target shared vehicle if it is determined to be present. Preferably, the on trigger circuit 130 includes a hint information output sub-circuit.
The prompt information output sub-circuit can push the identity identification information of the target shared traffic tool to the user before starting, inquire whether the shared traffic tool needs to be started or not to the user, trigger the starting operation of the shared traffic tool after acquiring the information of the user needing to be started, and see the message of whether the target shared traffic tool needs to be started or not pushed to the user shown in fig. 5. The mode of collecting the information that the user needs to open can be, by way of example and not limitation, that the user's finger operation information, audio information, body motion information, information of shaking the user terminal and the like are collected through the image collecting structure and/or the audio collecting structure of the terminal, and analysis, recognition and then judgment are carried out.
The prompt information output sub-circuit can also push the basic information of the target shared vehicle and the prompt information of the target shared vehicle to the user after being started so as to be used by the user, as shown in fig. 6.
Further, the information acquisition circuit may include an image recognition sub-circuit, a distance information acquisition sub-circuit, and a screening sub-circuit.
The image recognition sub-circuit is used for collecting shot image information and recognizing shared vehicle information in the image information.
The distance information acquisition sub-circuit is connected with the image recognition sub-circuit and used for acquiring the distance information between each shared vehicle and the user when the shared vehicle information comprises a plurality of shared vehicles.
The screening sub-circuit is connected with the distance information acquisition sub-circuit and is used for determining a sharing vehicle closest to a user as a target sharing vehicle according to the distance information.
Alternatively, the information acquisition circuit may include an image recognition sub-circuit, a size information sub-circuit, and a screening sub-circuit.
The image recognition sub-circuit is used for collecting shot image information and recognizing shared vehicle information in the image information.
The size information sub-circuit is connected with the image recognition sub-circuit and is used for acquiring the size information occupied by the image information of each shared vehicle on the terminal display structure when the shared vehicle information comprises a plurality of shared vehicles.
The screening sub-circuit is connected with the size information sub-circuit and is used for determining the sharing traffic tool with the largest occupied size on the terminal display structure as the target sharing traffic tool according to the size information.
Alternatively, the information acquisition circuit may include an image recognition sub-circuit, a standard setting sub-circuit, and a screening sub-circuit.
The image recognition sub-circuit is used for collecting shot image information and recognizing shared vehicle information in the image information.
The standard setting sub-circuit is connected with the image recognition sub-circuit and is used for collecting screening standards preset by a user and using the shared vehicles.
And the screening sub-circuit is connected with the standard setting sub-circuit and is used for determining the shared traffic tool meeting the screening standard as a target shared traffic tool according to the screening standard.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the information acquisition circuit further includes a shooting orientation sub-circuit, a positioning identification sub-circuit, and a screening sub-circuit.
The shooting azimuth sub-circuit is used for acquiring shooting azimuth information of the user terminal and acquiring shooting positions aimed by the user terminal according to positioning information of the user terminal.
The positioning identification sub-circuit is connected with the shooting azimuth sub-circuit and is used for acquiring positioning identification information of the shared vehicle at the position according to the acquired shooting position and the positioning information of the self positioning device of the shared vehicle.
The screening sub-circuit is connected with the positioning identification sub-circuit and is used for comparing the positioning identification information with the image identification information obtained through image identification and determining that the matched sharing transportation means are target sharing transportation means.
Preferably, in the client, a shared vehicle trigger item is further included. The shared vehicle triggering item corresponds to the output of the shared vehicle on the client interface, and can start the corresponding shared vehicle when the triggering operation of the user is received. This is explained with reference to fig. 7.
Referring to fig. 7, the vehicle ordering client acquires positioning information of the positioning device of the shared vehicles, and determines that the shooting azimuth information corresponds to two target shared vehicles. At this time, information of the two sharing vehicles is output on the user interface 210, and a corresponding trigger 213 is set for each sharing vehicle for the user to select. The trigger items 213 are set corresponding to the sharing vehicles in the scan interface 212, respectively, and the user can turn on the corresponding sharing vehicles by clicking the trigger items 213.
Alternatively, the shared vehicles in the target object frame are acquired as target shared vehicles. Specifically, the following structure may be adopted. The information acquisition circuit comprises an image recognition sub-circuit, a target object frame information sub-circuit and a screening sub-circuit. The image recognition sub-circuit is used for collecting shot image information and recognizing shared vehicle information in the image information. The target object frame information sub-circuit is connected with the image recognition sub-circuit and is used for outputting a target object frame on a user terminal display structure according to the recognized shared traffic tool information and acquiring the position information of the target object frame on the display structure. The screening sub-circuit is connected with the target object frame information sub-circuit and is used for determining the shared vehicles in the target object frame as target shared vehicles. Referring to fig. 8, a target object frame 214 is displayed on the scan interface 212, information of the shared vehicles in the target object frame 214 is acquired, and a message about whether the user needs to open is pushed to the user.
Referring to fig. 9, a payment client is provided according to another embodiment of the present invention. The payment client comprises a payment function module and a shared vehicle module, wherein the shared vehicle module comprises the following structure:
The information acquisition circuit is used for triggering the terminal to shoot and acquiring positioning information and shooting data of the terminal;
the information processing circuit is connected with the information acquisition circuit and is used for acquiring positioning information of the positioning device of the shared vehicle, judging whether the shot data corresponds to the target shared vehicle or not through image recognition, or judging whether the shot data corresponds to the target shared vehicle or not through the matched system server through image recognition;
and the starting triggering circuit is connected with the information processing circuit and used for triggering starting operation aiming at the target sharing vehicle under the condition that the judgment is available.
In this embodiment, the payment client is embedded with a vehicle booking module of the shared vehicle. When a user needs to use the shared vehicle, by way of example and not limitation, first, the user opens a payment client through the mobile phone 200, the mobile phone 200 displays a user interface 220 of the payment client, the user holds the mobile phone 200 against the shared vehicle parked at the roadside, a shared traffic trigger button 221, namely "shared traffic", on the user interface 220 is triggered, the shared traffic trigger button 221 can start a scanning function after being triggered, and the user interface 220 enters the scanning interface. And after entering the scanning interface, displaying the real-scene information comprising the sharing vehicles in the scanning interface. Then, the information acquisition circuit acquires the positioning information of the positioning device of the shared vehicle, judges whether the shooting data corresponds to the target shared vehicle or not through image recognition, or judges whether the shooting data corresponds to the target shared vehicle or not through the matched system server through image recognition, and sends the judged conclusion to the starting trigger circuit; the opening triggering circuit can trigger opening operation aiming at the target sharing vehicle under the condition of judging some conditions according to the judging conclusion. The specific operation is similar to the previous embodiment, and will not be repeated here.
Preferably, in this embodiment, after the payment client collects the information that the user terminates using the shared vehicle, the payment client directly performs the payment operation of the tariff.
Referring to fig. 10, an instant messaging client is provided according to another embodiment of the present invention. The instant messaging client comprises an instant messaging function module and a sharing transportation module, wherein the sharing transportation module comprises the following structure:
the information acquisition circuit is used for triggering the terminal to shoot and acquiring positioning information and shooting data of the terminal;
the information processing circuit is connected with the information acquisition circuit and is used for acquiring positioning information of the positioning device of the shared vehicle, judging whether the shot data corresponds to the target shared vehicle or not through image recognition, or judging whether the shot data corresponds to the target shared vehicle or not through the matched system server through image recognition;
and the starting triggering circuit is connected with the information processing circuit and used for triggering starting operation aiming at the target sharing vehicle under the condition that the judgment is available.
In this embodiment, the order module of the shared vehicle is embedded in the instant communication client. When a user needs to use the shared vehicle, by way of example and not limitation, first, the user opens an instant messaging client through the mobile phone 200, the mobile phone 200 displays a user interface 230 of the instant messaging client, the user holds the mobile phone 200 against the shared vehicle parked at the roadside, the shared traffic trigger button 231 on the user interface 230, namely "shared traffic", is triggered, the shared traffic trigger button 231 can start a scanning function after being triggered, and the user interface 230 enters the scanning interface. And after entering the scanning interface, displaying the real-scene information comprising the sharing vehicles in the scanning interface. The detailed operations hereinafter are similar to those of the previous embodiments, and will not be described again.
In the payment client and the instant messaging client provided in the foregoing embodiments, each sub-circuit in the foregoing vehicle ordering client may also be set to implement a corresponding function. The specific setting mode may be the same as the setting mode of each circuit in the vehicle ordering client, and will not be described herein.
Referring to fig. 11, another embodiment of the present invention provides a vehicle ordering system 300 for a shared vehicle. The system 300 includes a user terminal 310, a system server 320, and a shared vehicle 330.
The user terminal 310 includes an information acquisition circuit 311 and a terminal communication circuit 312.
The information acquisition circuit 311 is configured to trigger the user terminal to perform shooting, and acquire positioning information and shooting data of the user terminal;
a terminal communication circuit 312 for communicating with the system server and transmitting and receiving information;
the system server 320 includes a server communication circuit 321, an information processing circuit 322, and an on trigger circuit 323.
The server communication circuit 321 is configured to communicate with a user and send and receive information;
the information processing circuit 322 is connected with the information acquisition circuit and is used for acquiring the positioning information of the positioning device of the shared vehicle and judging whether the shot data corresponds to the target shared vehicle or not through image recognition;
A turn-on trigger circuit 323 connected to the information processing circuit 322 for, if it is determined that there is a request for a target shared vehicle, issuing instruction information for triggering the turn-on;
the shared vehicle 330 includes a vehicle communication circuit 331 and a lock 332.
The vehicle communication circuit 331 is used for communicating with the system server and receiving and transmitting information;
the lock 332 is configured to unlock the shared vehicle according to the instruction information of triggering the unlocking.

1. A method of opening a shared vehicle, comprising the steps of:
triggering a user terminal to shoot, and acquiring positioning information and shooting data of the user terminal;
acquiring positioning information of a positioning device of the shared traffic tool, and judging whether the shot data corresponds to the target shared traffic tool or not through image recognition;
In the event that a determination is made that there is a possibility that an on operation is triggered for the target shared vehicle,
wherein the step of judging whether the target sharing traffic means corresponds to the shooting data through image recognition is that,
collecting shot image information;
identifying shared vehicle information in the image information;
when the shared traffic tool information comprises a plurality of shared traffic tools, acquiring distance information between each shared traffic tool and a user;
determining that a sharing vehicle closest to the user is the target sharing vehicle,
or, the step of judging whether the target sharing vehicle corresponds to the shooting data through image recognition is that,
collecting shot image information;
identifying shared vehicle information in the image information;
when the shared traffic tool information comprises a plurality of shared traffic tools, acquiring size information occupied by image information of each shared traffic tool on a terminal display structure;

2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that: when it is determined that there are two or more target shared vehicles in the captured data by image recognition, each shared vehicle trigger item is output at the terminal for selection by the user.
3. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that: the screening criteria include setting the service provider, model, color, price, and/or preference information of the shared vehicle used by the user.
4. A vehicle ordering client of a shared vehicle corresponding to the method of any one of claims 1-3, comprising:
the information acquisition circuit is used for triggering the terminal to shoot and acquiring positioning information and shooting data of the terminal;
the information processing circuit is connected with the information acquisition circuit and is used for acquiring positioning information of the positioning device of the shared vehicle, judging whether the shot data corresponds to the target shared vehicle or not through image recognition, or judging whether the shot data corresponds to the target shared vehicle or not through the matched system server through image recognition;
and the starting triggering circuit is connected with the information processing circuit and used for triggering starting operation aiming at the target sharing vehicle under the condition that the judgment is available.
5. A payment client corresponding to the method of any one of claims 1-3, comprising a payment function module, characterized in that: the client also includes a shared vehicle module, the shared vehicle module including,
the information acquisition circuit is used for triggering the terminal to shoot and acquiring positioning information and shooting data of the terminal;
the information processing circuit is connected with the information acquisition circuit and is used for acquiring positioning information of the positioning device of the shared vehicle, judging whether the shot data corresponds to the target shared vehicle or not through image recognition, or judging whether the shot data corresponds to the target shared vehicle or not through the matched system server through image recognition;
