4. The method of claim 1, wherein after the control network side sends the first control instruction to the second mobile terminal, the method further comprises:
detecting whether the traffic usage limit corresponding to the first communication function of the second mobile terminal is higher than a third threshold value;
and if the traffic usage limit is higher than the third threshold value, generating a second control instruction, and sending the second control instruction to the second mobile terminal, so that the second mobile terminal starts the first communication function based on the second control instruction.
5. A mobile terminal, characterized in that the mobile terminal comprises:
the flow control unit is used for inquiring the flow information of the first communication function of the second mobile terminal; judging whether the flow information of the first communication function of the second mobile terminal exceeds a preset first threshold value or not;
the information sending unit is used for controlling the network side to send a first control instruction to the second mobile terminal if the flow information exceeds a preset first threshold value;
the flow control unit is further configured to send an addition request to a network side, where the addition request at least includes identification information of the second mobile terminal, so that the network side performs verification according to the addition request, and generates addition confirmation information if the verification passes, or generates addition failure information if the verification fails; receiving an addition confirmation message replied by a network side; and starting a flow detection function aiming at the first communication function of the second mobile terminal based on the addition confirmation information.
6. The mobile terminal of claim 5,
the flow control unit is further configured to determine whether flow information of the first communication function of the second mobile terminal reaches a preset second threshold; wherein the second threshold value is lower than the first threshold value; and if the flow information reaches a preset second threshold value, generating first prompt information, sending the first prompt information to the second mobile terminal, and executing an operation of judging whether the flow information of the first communication function of the second mobile terminal exceeds the preset first threshold value.
7. The mobile terminal of claim 5,
the information sending unit is further configured to generate second prompt information and send the second prompt information to the second mobile terminal.

The mobile terminal of claim 5, wherein the flow control unit is further configured to detect whether a usage amount of a flow corresponding to the first communication function of the second mobile terminal is higher than a third threshold; and if the traffic usage limit is higher than the third threshold value, generating a second control instruction, and sending the second control instruction to the second mobile terminal, so that the second mobile terminal starts the first communication function based on the second control instruction.
9. A traffic management system, characterized in that the system comprises:
the first mobile terminal is used for inquiring the flow information of the first communication function of the second mobile terminal; judging whether the flow information of the first communication function of the second mobile terminal exceeds a preset first threshold value or not; if the traffic information exceeds a preset first threshold value, controlling the network side to send a first control instruction to the second mobile terminal;
the second mobile terminal at least has a first communication function and a second communication function, wherein the first communication function represents the function of accessing the data communication network, and the second communication function represents the function of accessing the mobile communication network and is used for closing the first communication function based on the first control instruction;
the supporting subsystem is arranged on the network side and used for sending a first control instruction to the second mobile terminal;
the support subsystem is further used for verifying according to an adding request sent by the first mobile terminal, generating adding confirmation information if the verification is passed, and generating adding failure information if the verification is not passed;
correspondingly, the first mobile terminal is specifically configured to send an addition request to a network side, where the addition request at least includes identification information of the second mobile terminal, so that the network side performs authentication according to the addition request; receiving an addition confirmation message replied by a network side; and starting a flow detection function aiming at the first communication function of the second mobile terminal based on the addition confirmation information.
10. The system of claim 9,
the support subsystem is specifically configured to determine whether the second mobile terminal is legal based on the identification information of the second mobile terminal in the addition request, and if the second mobile terminal is illegal, the verification fails; and if the verification is legal, sending request confirmation information to the second mobile terminal, if the confirmation information fed back by the second mobile terminal is received, passing the verification, and otherwise failing the verification.
