Abstract
The invention discloses a servo drive power input interface structure, wherein a power input interface structure (1) is fixed at the top of a servo driver (10) and is used for supplying power to the servo driver (10) through a three-phase power line, the structure comprises a shell (11), a plurality of wiring ports (12) are sequentially arranged in the shell, the wiring ports (12) are connected with the servo driver (10) through bonding wire terminals (13), the bonding wire terminals (13) are vertically downwards arranged relative to the top of the servo driver (10), and the wiring ports (12) face to be mutually perpendicular to the bonding wire terminals (13). According to the structure, the wire bonding terminal is vertically downwards arranged relative to the top of the servo driver, the wire bonding port faces to be mutually perpendicular to the wire bonding terminal, and the wire bonding terminal is only required to be installed in the horizontal direction.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of servo drivers, in particular to a servo driving power input interface structure and a servo driver.
Background
The servo driver is an important component of modern motion control and is widely applied to automation equipment such as industrial robots, numerical control machining centers and the like. Especially, the servo driver applied to control the alternating current permanent magnet synchronous motor has become a research hot spot at home and abroad. Current closed-loop control algorithms for current, speed and position based on vector control are commonly adopted in current alternating current servo driver design. The speed closed loop in the algorithm is reasonable or not, and plays a key role in the whole servo control system, particularly in the playing of the speed control performance.
The servo driver for large industrial equipment is generally huge, when the servo driver is installed, the top of the servo driver is often higher than the ground and even can be nearer to the top of a house, the power interface of the servo driver is generally arranged at the top of the equipment, the opening of the existing power interface is upward, the installation and inconvenience are caused, and particularly when the servo driver is fastened, a fastening tool is required to be fastened above the opening, the difficulty is high, and the installation time is wasted.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide a servo drive power input interface structure and a servo driver which are simple to fasten and save the installation time.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following specific embodiments. It should not be construed that the scope of the above subject matter of the present invention is limited to the following embodiments, and all techniques realized based on the present invention are within the scope of the present invention.
Example 1:
fig. 1 is a schematic view of a power input interface structure of a servo drive of the present invention, where the power input interface structure 1 is fixed on the top of the servo drive 10 and is used for supplying power to the servo drive 10 through a three-phase power line, and referring to fig. 2, the structure includes a housing 11, in which a plurality of wire connection ports 12 are sequentially arranged, the wire connection ports 12 are connected with the servo drive 10 through wire bonding terminals 13, the wire bonding terminals 13 are vertically and downwardly arranged relative to the top of the servo drive 10, and the wire connection ports 12 face to be mutually perpendicular to the wire bonding terminals 13.
According to the servo drive power input interface structure, the welding wire terminals are vertically arranged downwards relative to the top of the servo driver, the wiring ports face to be mutually perpendicular to the welding wire terminals, and the welding wire terminals are only required to be installed in the horizontal direction.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the wire connection port 12 and the wire bonding terminal 13 are secured by a screw 14.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the junction port includes a three-phase ac input R-phase interface at the R-position, a three-phase ac input S-phase interface at the S-position, a three-phase ac input T-phase interface at the T-position, and a brake resistor interface at the P, B position. And corresponding screws are selected for fixing according to different specifications of the servo driver. For example, under one specification, the pitch of adjacent terminals is 9.5mm, the connecting wire diameter is 0.75-4 mm, and the adjacent terminals are fixed by using screws with the specification of M3.
The invention also discloses a servo driver which comprises the servo driving power input interface structure.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, but various modifications and changes can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the claims of the present application.

the top of the servo driver (10) is high from the ground, close to the top of a house, and inconvenient to install.
2. The servo drive power input interface structure of claim 1, wherein the wiring port comprises a three-phase ac input R-phase interface, a three-phase ac input S-phase interface, a three-phase ac input T-phase interface, and a brake resistor interface.
