The application card information receiving unit 701 is configured to receive application card information acquired by a user terminal and sent after being verified by a verification server, where the application card information at least includes any one of a user name and an identification code.
The determining unit 702 is configured to determine that the user is a non-first card user, and send the reserved communication number to the authentication server when the user is a non-first card user.
The application card information receiving unit 701 is further configured to receive the application card information sent by the verification server after the verification information is sent to the reserved communication number and the acquired verification information is verified.

Specifically, the verification server checks the context and verifies the user name/id, and then sends the application card information to the card issuer server.
Step S904: the card issuing authority server judges whether the user is a non-first card user or not, and sends a reserved communication number to the verification server when the user is the non-first card user;
specifically, the card issuer server may, but is not limited to, determine whether the user is the first card user by determining whether the user successfully applies for the virtual card, and if the user successfully applies for the virtual card, determine that the user is not the first card user, otherwise, determine that the user is the first card user.
Step S905: the verification server sends verification information to a reserved communication number;
the verification information may be, but is not limited to, a short message verification code including numbers, and it is understood by those skilled in the art that the verification information may also be other types of verification codes including letters or figures.
The communication number may be, but is not limited to, a mobile phone number, an account of an instant messaging tool (e.g., QQ, wechat, etc.), and the like.
Step S906: the user terminal acquires the verification information and sends the acquired verification information to the verification server;
step S907: after the verification server verifies the acquired verification information, the information of the application card is sent to a card issuing agency server;
specifically, after the verification of the acquired verification information passes, the verification server updates the context, encrypts and packages the application card information and sends the application card information to the card issuing institution server.
Step S908: the method comprises the steps that after pre-verification is carried out on information of an application card by a card issuing mechanism server, a card code number is obtained, quick subscription and marking processing of a main card number are carried out, and then the card code number is sent to a verification server;
the content of the pre-verification is determined by each card issuer, for example, the pre-verification can be performed for an anti-fraud module, card issuer specific limitation service (for example, how many users can be opened for applying each day), and the like.
The card issuer server may also, but not limited to, send the card code number of the card, the card amount, the subscription number, and the like to the verification server together.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the mark may be written into a Secure Element (SE), or may be replaced by a remotely hosted Cloud SE (SE) based on host-based card emulation (HCE) technology.

acquiring the verification information, sending the verification information input by the user to the verification server, so that the verification server encrypts and packages the information of the application card and sends the information of the application card to the card issuing mechanism server after verifying the verification information input by the user, so that the card issuing mechanism server acquires the card code number and carries out quick signing and marking of the main card number and then sends the card code number and the main card number to the verification server after carrying out anti-fraud module verification on the information of the application card, so that the verification server calls a quick card binding service to carry out quick card binding and sends the marks of the card code number and the main card number to the user terminal;

prompting to input positive and negative photos of the identity card according to the received instruction strategy for uploading the positive and negative photos of the identity card, and sending the obtained positive and negative photos of the identity card to the verification server;
after receiving the instruction strategy of the video surface label sent by the verification server, prompting the user to carry out corresponding operation, and sending the picture intercepted when the user carries out corresponding operation to the verification server, so that the verification server sends the picture intercepted when the user carries out corresponding operation, the positive and negative photos of the identity card and the information of the application card to a public security department system, so that the public security department system sends the checking identity number to the card issuing mechanism server through the verification server after matching degree grading is carried out on the picture intercepted when the user carries out corresponding operation, the positive and negative photos of the identity card and the information of the application card, and the card issuing mechanism server carries out anti-fraud module verification on the information of the application card and after the matching degree grading is carried out through the checking identity number, obtaining a card code number, carrying out quick subscription and marking of a main card number, and then sending the card code number and the main card number to the verification server, so that the verification server calls a quick card binding service to carry out quick card binding, and sends the card code number and the main card number to the user terminal;

according to the obtained payment operation information, after an order is placed by a verification server, an order identification number sent by the verification server is received;
sending the acquired account password and the order identification number to the verification server, so that the verification server finds out a corresponding card code number and a corresponding protocol number and sends the card code number and the protocol number to the card issuing mechanism server after verifying the account password, and the card issuing mechanism server executes money deduction operation;
and displaying the payment result.

the authentication server authenticates the password;
the user terminal sends the acquired information of the application card to a card issuing authority server after being verified by the verification server, wherein the information of the application card at least comprises any one of a user name and an identification code;
the card issuing authority server judges whether the user is a non-first card user or not, and sends a reserved communication number to the verification server when the user is the non-first card user; the non-first card user is a user who successfully applies for a virtual card in a card issuing bank, the user is a picture captured when corresponding operation is executed in response to a video surface signing instruction strategy based on an input positive and negative picture of an identity card, and information of the application card, the information is sent to a public security department system through the verification server to carry out matching degree grading, and the virtual card is successfully applied after the information passes verification by the card issuing organization server;
the verification server sends verification information to the reserved communication number;
the user terminal acquires the verification information and sends the acquired verification information to the verification server;
after the verification server verifies the acquired verification information, the information of the application card is encrypted and packaged and sent to the card issuing institution server;
after the anti-fraud module verification is carried out on the information of the application card by the card issuing mechanism server, the card code number is obtained, and the quick subscription and the marking processing of the main card number are carried out on the card code number and then the card code number is sent to the verification server;
