Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a fault processing method of a mobile terminal payment system provided by the invention.
With reference to figure 1 of the drawings,
the invention provides a fault processing method of a mobile terminal payment system, which is applied to network equipment of the mobile terminal payment system, wherein the network equipment is respectively connected with a mobile terminal and a front server of an application server, and the fault processing method comprises the following steps:
s101, acquiring the operation data of the network equipment at regular time, wherein the operation data comprises: the access duration of the mobile terminal, the message sent by the mobile terminal and the service state sent by the front-end server;
in the embodiment of the present invention, the mobile terminal may be a POS, the network device is a network controller, the mobile terminal and the network device are connected in a wired, wireless, or 4G manner, and the network device supports these connection manners.
And after the mobile terminal establishes the connection with the network equipment or according to the time set by the user, acquiring the system operation parameters of the network equipment. The system operating parameters may include: the access duration of the mobile terminal, the message sent by the mobile terminal and the connection state with the front-end server.
The access duration of the mobile terminal is the time occupied by the connection after the mobile terminal establishes the connection with the network equipment. The message sent by the mobile terminal is message data in data sent by the mobile terminal, and comprises a non-transaction message and a transaction message. And the service state sent by the front-end server represents the working state of the front-end server and is used for explaining whether the service processing service of the front-end server is in an available state or not.
S102, judging whether the access duration exceeds a preset threshold value, and disconnecting the communication connection between the mobile terminal with the access duration exceeding the preset threshold value and the network equipment;
in the embodiment of the invention, the preset threshold value can be set by a user, when the access duration exceeds the preset threshold value, the connection is disconnected, otherwise, the data sent by the mobile terminal is continuously forwarded. Namely, the invention realizes the function of forcibly breaking the link when the access of the mobile terminal is overtime.
S103, judging whether the message meets a preset standard or not, and discarding the message which does not meet the preset standard;
in the embodiment of the invention, the preset standard is ISO8583, whether the message sent by the mobile terminal meets the preset standard is judged, if not, the message is directly discarded, and if so, the message is sent to the front-end server. That is, the invention realizes the detection and screening mechanism of financial messages and non-financial messages.
And S104, judging whether the service state is normal or not, and if not, starting the operation of reconnection with the front-end server after preset time.
In the embodiment of the invention, the service state sent by the front-end server is automatically judged, the service state is used for representing the service state of the front-end server, and if the service state of the front-end server is in the non-service state, the connection state is displayed as abnormal. And restarting the connection operation with the front-end server after the preset time, and reestablishing the long connection with the front-end server.
In actual use, the number of detection times can be set, and if the number of detection times that the connection state is abnormal exceeds the preset number of times, the reconnection operation is started, so that the network equipment is automatically connected with the front-end server again.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, after the network device is deployed for the first time, the connection with the front-end server is automatically established, whether the communication with the front-end server is possible is actively detected, failure of the first transaction is avoided, and a long connection with the front-end server is established.
It should be noted that, most commercial banks currently conduct business processing in branches for mobile terminals. The high availability mode of the first-level branch system is old, complex and long in time when the system is abnormal and needs to be switched, and is not suitable for the high service availability target of a bank. The present invention solves this problem.
The invention provides a fault processing method of a mobile terminal payment system, which is applied to network equipment of the mobile terminal payment system, wherein the network equipment is respectively connected with a mobile terminal and a front server of an application server, and the fault processing method comprises the following steps: regularly acquiring system operation parameters of the network equipment, wherein the system operation parameters comprise: the access duration of the mobile terminal, the message sent by the mobile terminal and the connection state with the front-end server; judging whether the access duration exceeds a preset threshold value or not, and disconnecting the communication connection between the mobile terminal with the access duration exceeding the preset threshold value and the network equipment; judging whether the message meets a preset standard or not, and discarding the message which does not meet the preset standard; and judging whether the connection state with the front server is normal or not, and if not, starting reconnection operation after preset time. Therefore, when the network equipment fails, the corresponding fault repairing operation can be automatically executed, and the normal operation of the payment service is ensured.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the embodiment of the present invention provides a flowchart of another fault processing method for a mobile terminal payment system.
According to the fault handling method of the mobile terminal payment system provided by the invention, the network device includes a main network card and a standby network card, and the main network card and the standby network card are respectively connected with the front-end server. The flow of the fault processing method of the invention comprises the following steps:
s201, acquiring the operation data of the network equipment at regular time, wherein the operation data comprises: the access duration of the mobile terminal, the message sent by the mobile terminal and the service state sent by the front-end server;
s202, judging whether the access duration exceeds a preset threshold value, and disconnecting the communication connection between the mobile terminal with the access duration exceeding the preset threshold value and the network equipment;
s203, judging whether the message meets a preset standard or not, and discarding the message which does not meet the preset standard;
and S204, judging whether the service state is normal or not, and if not, starting the operation of reconnection with the front-end server after preset time.
Steps S201 to S204 are the same as steps S101 to S104, and are not described again here, and on the basis of steps S201 to S204, the flow of the fault handling method of the present invention further includes:
s205, acquiring the working state of the main network card at regular time, and if the main network card is in an available state, judging whether the connection state of the main network card and the front-end server is normal;
if not, the main network card is deactivated, the standby network card is started, and the connection with the front-end server is established.
In the embodiment of the invention, the network equipment is provided with the main network card and the standby network card and is used for executing hot standby switching, and because the service of a network operator is not necessarily reliable, if only one line is used as an uplink and is connected with the front server, the problem that transaction processing cannot be carried out is caused if the line provided by the operator fails.
Therefore, the invention sets two network cards of the main network card and the standby network card, the main network card is only started at ordinary times, the standby network card is in the non-activated state, the non-activated state only indicates that the network card is not started, but the connection between the standby network card and the front server is still in the normal state.
When the connection state of the main network card is abnormal, the fact that the line of the operator has a fault is proved, the main network card is stopped, the standby network card is started, the connection with the front-end server is guaranteed by using the other line, and the normal operation of the payment service is guaranteed.
Of course, if the link of the main network card is recovered to the normal state, the main network card is automatically switched back, and the standby network card is deactivated.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present invention, it may be further configured that the main network card and the standby network card are both in a working state. At this time, load balancing processing is performed. And processing the data to be sent by the network equipment according to a preset routing table.
Namely, the received message of the mobile terminal is judged, and the message is sent to the front-end server according to the preset routing table and the appointed main network card or standby network card.
Preferably, the method further comprises:
judging whether any one of the main network card and the standby network card is in a starting state;
if not, configuring the state of the first network module of the network equipment into an unavailable state;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
configuring a state of a second network module of the network device to an unavailable state;
the first network module is an Ethernet module, and the second network module is a TCP/IP module.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first network module is a TCP/IP module, and the second network module is an ethernet module. Wherein the first network module is typically used to establish a connection with a downlink, i.e. a mobile terminal. The second network module is typically used to establish a connection with an uplink, i.e. a front-end server of the application server.
In the embodiment of the present invention, if the uplink link has a problem, and the downlink link also sends a transaction, which may cause a large burden on the network device, in this way, in the embodiment of the present invention, it is determined whether any one of the main network card and the standby network card is in the enabled state, that is, it is determined whether the uplink link is in the normal state.
If the two network cards are disabled, the fact that the uplink link has a fault and cannot execute service processing is meant, and the first network module and the second network module are directly configured to be in an unavailable state. Therefore, the data transmitted by the downlink can not be received, and the pressure of the network equipment is relieved.
In actual use, if the uplink is interrupted, the E1 module or port of the downlink is automatically set to an unavailable state. And/or setting a TCP/IP port or module to an unavailable state.
Preferably, the method further comprises the following steps:
when the network equipment has system fault, acquiring system fault information of the network equipment;
and sending the system fault information to a network management system of the application server.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the system of the network equipment has faults, such as power supply extraction, module extraction, network cable interruption, E1 interruption and the like, corresponding fault information is acquired, and TRAP or SYSLOG is sent to a constructed network management system by using an SNMP protocol. And fault troubleshooting is realized.
Optionally, the method further includes:
receiving a disconnection instruction sent by a network management system of the application server, wherein the disconnection instruction comprises a connection identifier of a mobile terminal appointed by a user;
and disconnecting the communication connection of the mobile terminal matched with the connection identifier.
In the embodiment of the invention, the user can log in the network equipment in an SSH mode and support the configuration by using a command line.
In the embodiment of the invention, the connection identifier comprises a calling number and/or an IP address of the mobile terminal. If the connection between a certain mobile terminal and the network equipment needs to be actively disconnected, a corresponding disconnection instruction can be sent to the network equipment, and the network equipment disconnects the communication connection of the mobile terminal matched with the connection identifier according to the disconnection instruction.
It should be noted that, in the present invention, the network device may also automatically summarize the number of success/failure of the mobile terminal to initiate the telephone call and the number of TCP connections. The user can directly and remotely obtain the data through the network management system.
The method of the present invention may further comprise:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining current configuration information, wherein the configuration information comprises configuration parameters, generating a configuration file corresponding to the configuration information, and storing the configuration file in a remote or local mode.
And when the preset condition is reached, the recovery operation can be automatically carried out according to the configuration file. The preset condition comprises user specification or the condition that the configuration file of the network equipment is lost and cannot be started.
It should be noted that the network device of the present invention performs a strict stress test.
Specifically, the 38 mobile payment terminals continuously transact for 24 hours (the total number of transactions for 24 hours reaches 231306 daily average transaction amount after 6 years of medium and medium-scale lines), and the transaction success rate is not lower than 99.5%.
Simulating an actual production environment to input a large number of concurrent transactions to a network controller: (1) inputting 40TPS (20 TPS according to the maximum line peak value, the annual growth rate is 15%, and the peak value reaches 46TPS after 6 years) to a network controller by using a POS simulation program, and continuously and stably operating for 15 minutes; (2) meanwhile, the 5 telephone dialing mobile payment terminals automatically initiate 60 transactions each. The success rate of the two transactions is not lower than 99%. 99% or less, 99% -99.3%, 99.3% -99.6% or more, 5% or more than 99.6%.
It should be noted that the network device can support as large a message length as possible. The E1 dial mode may support 2048 or 4096 bytes.
