Specifically, in this embodiment, the SIP terminal includes an SIP phone, a home gateway, and the like, and scans by adding an SIP terminal identifier and using a current scanning terminal to obtain model related information of the current SIP terminal and number related information of the current scanning terminal itself, and the control device performs judgment and controls the current SIP terminal to register and log in according to a judgment result and a current fixed phone number bound by the current scanning terminal, where the scanning terminal includes, but is not limited to, a mobile device and a radio frequency identification device, such as a mobile phone with a two-dimensional code scanning function, an IPAD, and the like. The method and the system realize the independent number portability of the user, solve the problem that the corresponding relation between the replacing terminal and the number in the SIP system is too complex, and improve the service use experience of the SIP terminal user.

Specifically, in this embodiment, the model related information includes a terminal MAC address and/or a terminal model; the number related information comprises any one or more of a terminal MAC address, a fixed telephone number, an extension number, a user name, a department where the number is located and a mobile number. The SIP terminal comprises an SIP phone, a home gateway and the like, the identification of the SIP terminal comprises but is not limited to two-dimensional codes, radio frequency tags and other identifications, and the scanning terminal comprises but is not limited to mobile devices and radio frequency identification devices, such as mobile phones and IPADs, with two-dimensional code scanning functions. For example, the control device may scan the two-dimensional code identifier of the current SIP terminal with the mobile phone, then perform the validity-related verification and judgment step, and after passing the authentication, realize that the user carries the number to change the phone autonomously.
The binding list can be set according to the user requirement in advance by the control device, and the control device can directly bind the fixed telephone number to the scanning terminal and also can bind the fixed telephone number with the identity information of the user. The updating of the binding list and the configuration list can be temporary or long-term, for example, some users often change the mobile phone temporarily, then the mobile phone can be registered and logged in for use by using the fixed telephone number allocated by the control device after passing through the configuration authentication and the binding authentication of the control device, and after the mobile phone is logged in for any period of time, the stored existing binding list and configuration list are deleted, and then the binding list and configuration list are reconfigured. In real life, the user may frequently replace the mobile phone or forget to carry the mobile phone which is legally authenticated by the control device on the day when the station is required to be adjusted, so that the user can log in an application platform with user identity information such as a WeChat or a company mailbox by using the mobile phone which is legally authenticated by the control device of other colleagues, scan the application platform by the two-dimensional code scanning function of the WeChat after logging in, and then send the fixed telephone number bound with the user identity information to the SIP terminal for registration and login. And a plurality of fixed telephone numbers can be bound to one mobile phone or user information, namely the mobile phone or the user information can be used as the identity of an administrator to distribute the fixed telephone numbers. The fixed telephone number deployment operation steps are simple, and the efficiency and operability of the fixed telephone number deployment of the SIP terminal are improved.
Judging whether the current SIP terminal and the current scanning terminal are both in a configuration list or not according to the model related information of the current SIP terminal and the number related information of the current scanning terminal sent by the current scanning terminal, and outputting the configuration starting instruction if the current SIP terminal and the current scanning terminal are both in the configuration list; if the current scanning terminal is in the configuration list, the current SIP terminal is not in the configuration list; or the current scanning terminal is not in the configuration list, and the current SIP terminal is in the configuration list; or the current scanning terminal and the current SIP terminal are not in the configuration list, the configuration closing instruction is output. For example, the scanning terminal information of the staff inside the company may be entered into a cloud database, a network database, or a local database of the control device, and although the holder of the current scanning terminal is the staff inside the company, the staff has no authority, or the current SIP terminal does not support the control device to control and allocate the current fixed phone number, it is necessary to determine whether the current SIP terminal and the current scanning terminal are both on the configuration list. Here, as long as the current SIP terminal and the current scanning terminal are both in the configuration list, it is possible to determine whether the fixed phone number bound by the current SIP terminal exceeds a preset binding value, and then unbind at least one fixed phone number already bound to the current SIP terminal if the fixed phone number exceeds the preset binding value; or, the number configuration of the current SIP terminal may not be determined, and the binding relationship record therein is cleared as long as the current SIP terminal needs to bind the fixed telephone number carried by the current scanning terminal. The method and the system realize the independent number portability of the user, solve the problem that the corresponding relation between the replacing terminal and the number in the SIP system is too complex, and improve the service use experience of the SIP terminal user.

The method and the system realize the independent number portability of the user, solve the problem that the corresponding relation between the replacing terminal and the number in the SIP system is too complex, and improve the service use experience of the SIP terminal user. For example, if a house has two employees a, b and c of company a, and if a new SIP terminal in the house can only provide 2 fixed phone numbers for binding, assuming that a and b have used their own mobile phones to scan the new SIP terminal in the house, the control device will send the fixed phone number 1 for the old SIP terminal 1 of company a and b and the fixed phone number 2 for the old SIP terminal 2 to the new SIP terminal. However, the first SIP terminal and the second SIP terminal are used up and forget to unbind, the third SIP terminal wants to use the fixed telephone number 3 used by the third SIP terminal in the company on the new SIP terminal in the family, the third SIP terminal uses the mobile phone of the third SIP terminal to scan the new SIP terminal in the family, the control device judges that the new SIP terminal in the family uses the fixed telephone number 1 and the fixed telephone number 2 of the first SIP terminal and the second SIP terminal, the control device controls the fixed telephone number 1 and/or releases the binding relation with the new SIP terminal, and then the third fixed telephone number 3 is bound to the new SIP terminal for use.
Referring to fig. 5, one embodiment of a system 100 for enabling fixed telephone number mobility is provided, comprising: at least one scanning terminal 110, at least one SIP terminal 130 and a control device 120; the control device 120 is in communication connection with the scanning terminal 110 and the SIP terminal 130 respectively;
the current scanning terminal 110 acquires the model related information of the current SIP terminal 130 and the number related information of the current scanning terminal 110;
the control device 120 determines according to the model related information of the current SIP terminal 130 and the number related information of the current scanning terminal 110 to obtain a configuration opening instruction and a configuration closing instruction;
the control device 120 further controls, when the configuration starting instruction is obtained, the current SIP terminal 130 to perform registration login according to the current fixed phone number bound by the current scanning terminal 110 according to the configuration starting instruction;

Specifically, in this embodiment, the SIP terminal 130 includes an SIP phone, a home gateway, and the like, wherein the scanning terminal 110 includes, but is not limited to, a mobile device and a radio frequency identification device, such as a mobile phone and an IPAD, which have a two-dimensional code scanning function. By adding the identifier of the SIP terminal 130 and scanning by using the current scanning terminal 110, the model related information of the current SIP terminal 130 and the number related information of the current scanning terminal 110 are acquired, the control device 120 judges and controls the current SIP terminal 130 to register and log according to the current fixed telephone number bound by the current scanning terminal 110 according to the judgment result, so that the user can carry out number-carrying and switching autonomously, the problem that the corresponding relation between the terminal to be replaced and the number in the SIP system is too complex is solved, and the service use experience of the user of the SIP terminal 130 is improved.

Specifically, the binding list may be set in advance according to the user requirement according to the control device 120, and the control device 120 may directly bind the fixed phone number to the scanning terminal 110, or may bind the fixed phone number to the identity information of the user. 2. using the mobile phone client 2000 to obtain the mobile phone number;
3. the mobile phone client 2000 establishes communication with the terminal centralized management platform 3000 through the communication module, and sends information such as new SIP terminal 1000 information and the local number to the terminal centralized management platform 3000;

In the existing SIP system supporting terminal centralized deployment, the terminal management of the SIP terminal 1000 is mainly completed by the terminal management system 3200 on the platform side, and there is a problem that all operations can only be completed by an administrator on the platform side, and the service experience is very poor for users who need to frequently change terminals but keep numbers unchanged due to station adjustment, home gateway replacement, and the like. As shown in fig. 8(c), the invention realizes that the user carries the number exchange autonomously by adding the two-dimensional code of the SIP terminal 1000 (including the SIP phone, the home gateway, etc.) and using the client code scanning mode, solves the problem that the correspondence between the number and the terminal in the SIP system is too complex, and improves the service use experience of the user of the SIP terminal 1000. The application scene comprises the following steps: the method is used for realizing the situation that the SIP phone of the government-enterprise user carries the number and changes the phone independently in the enterprise. And the home user realizes that the home user carries the account to change the gateway scene.

s200, the control device judges according to the model related information of the current SIP terminal and the number related information of the current scanning terminal to obtain a configuration starting instruction and a configuration closing instruction;
s300, the control device controls the current SIP terminal to register and log in according to the current fixed telephone number bound by the current scanning terminal according to the starting configuration instruction;
s400, the control device quits the fixed telephone number moving process according to the closing configuration instruction.
2. The method for implementing mobility of fixed telephone numbers according to claim 1, wherein said step S200 further comprises the steps of:
s210, the control device receives the model related information of the current SIP terminal sent by the current scanning terminal, the number related information of the current scanning terminal and a communication connection request;
s220, the control device judges whether the current SIP terminal and the current scanning terminal are both in a configuration list or not according to the model related information of the SIP terminal and the number related information of the current scanning terminal, and if yes, executes the next step; otherwise, go to step S280;
s270, outputting the starting configuration instruction;
s280, outputting the configuration closing instruction; the model related information comprises a terminal MAC address and/or a terminal model; the number related information comprises any one or more of a terminal MAC address, a fixed telephone number, an extension number, a user name, a department where the number is located and a mobile number.
3. The method for implementing fixed telephone number mobility according to claim 2, wherein after step S220 and before step S270, the method comprises the steps of:
s230 the control device determines whether the current SIP terminal is bound by another fixed phone number, if yes, step S280 is executed; otherwise, go to step S240;
s240 the control device determines whether the current number bound to the number related information of the current scanning terminal is registered and used by another SIP terminal, if yes, execute step S250 and execute step S270; otherwise, directly executing step S270;
s250, the control device controls the other SIP terminals to release the binding relation with the current number.
4. The method for implementing fixed telephone number mobility according to claim 1, wherein said step S300 further comprises the steps of:
s310, the control device sends terminal number configuration data to the current SIP terminal according to the starting configuration instruction;
s320, the current SIP terminal updates local number configuration according to the terminal number configuration data and sends registration request information to an IMS network;

6. A system for enabling fixed telephone number mobility, comprising:
at least one scanning terminal, at least one SIP terminal and a control device;
the control device is respectively in communication connection with the scanning terminal and the SIP terminal;
the method comprises the steps that a current scanning terminal obtains model related information of the current SIP terminal and number related information of the current scanning terminal through scanning an SIP terminal identifier;
the control device judges according to the model related information of the current SIP terminal and the number related information of the current scanning terminal to obtain a configuration starting instruction and a configuration closing instruction;
the control device further controls the current SIP terminal to register and log in according to the current fixed telephone number bound by the current scanning terminal according to the starting configuration instruction when the starting configuration instruction is obtained;
and the control device also exits the fixed telephone number moving process according to the closing configuration instruction when the closing configuration instruction is obtained.
7. The system for enabling fixed telephone number mobility according to claim 6, wherein said control means comprises: the device comprises a judgment module and a control module;
the judging module of the control device is in communication connection with the control module of the control device;
the control module of the control device receives the model related information of the current SIP terminal sent by the current scanning terminal, the number related information of the current scanning terminal and a communication connection request;

the control module of the control device outputs the configuration starting instruction when the current SIP terminal and the current scanning terminal are both in a configuration list; the model related information comprises a terminal MAC address and/or a terminal model; the number related information comprises any one or more of a terminal MAC address, a fixed telephone number, an extension number, a user name, a department where the number is located and a mobile number.
8. The system for enabling fixed telephone number mobility according to claim 7, wherein:
the judging module of the control device also judges whether the current SIP terminal is bound by other fixed telephone numbers;
the control module of the control device also outputs the configuration closing instruction when the current SIP terminal is bound by other fixed telephone numbers;
the judging module of the control device further judges whether the current number bound by the number related information of the current scanning terminal is registered and used by other SIP terminals or not when the current SIP terminal is not bound by other fixed telephone numbers;
the control module of the control device further controls the other SIP terminals to release the binding relationship with the current number and output the starting configuration instruction when the current SIP terminal is not bound by other fixed telephone numbers but the current number bound by the current scanning terminal is registered and used by other SIP terminals;
and the control module of the control device also directly outputs the starting configuration instruction when the current SIP terminal is not bound by other fixed telephone numbers and the current number bound by the current scanning terminal is not registered and used by other SIP terminals.
9. The system for enabling fixed telephone number mobility according to claim 7, wherein:
the SIP terminal comprises a configuration module and a registration login module; the configuration module is in communication connection with the registration login module;
the control module of the control device is in communication connection with the configuration module of the SIP terminal;
the control module of the control device also sends terminal number configuration data to the current SIP terminal according to the starting configuration instruction;
the configuration module of the current SIP terminal updates local number configuration according to the terminal number configuration data and sends registration request information to an IMS network;
and the registration login module of the SIP terminal receives registration response information sent by the IMS network to complete registration.
