Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for reminding a calendar event according to an exemplary embodiment, which is used in a terminal, as shown in fig. 2, and includes the steps of:
in step 201, a calendar to be reminded is obtained.
The schedule event may be a to-be-processed schedule event set by a user in a schedule management application, and the schedule management application may be an application such as a calendar, a notepad, a remark, or a to-do event, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present disclosure.
The terminal may acquire a plurality of calendar items to be reminded, and for each calendar item in the plurality of calendar items, the terminal may process the calendar item according to the following steps.
In step 202, a reminder time for the calendar event is determined.
The reminding time of the schedule item can be a waiting time preset by a user for the schedule item or a waiting time of the schedule item, and the like. For example, if the calendar event is "three pm meetings", the reminding time of the calendar event may be "three pm".
When the reminding time of the schedule item is located in the specific content of the schedule item, the terminal can determine the reminding time of the schedule item through word recognition. Of course, other manners may be used to determine the reminding time of the calendar event, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure.
After the reminding time of the schedule item is determined, the terminal can know when the user needs to be reminded.
In step 203, when the display time of the system clock is within the preset time range before the reminding time, the time of the system clock is displayed in a preset display format to remind the schedule item, wherein the preset display format is different from the display format of the system clock predefined by the system.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the time is obtained by frequently checking the system clock displayed by the terminal in daily life, and the system clock is usually displayed in a predefined display format of the system, so that the user can be reminded of schedule matters which need to be processed currently by changing the display format of the system clock, and the user can be reminded timely and effectively while checking the clock.
The system clock includes at least one of a system clock displayed by a lock screen interface, a system clock displayed by a desktop, and a system clock displayed in a status bar, and of course, the system clock may also be a system clock displayed at another position, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present disclosure. The system clock may be a digital clock or a dial clock, and accordingly, the display time of the system clock may be in the form of a digital number or a pointer, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present disclosure. Further, the display time in the system clock may include at least one of a display time in a time division form and a display time in a date form, for example, the display time in the system clock may be in a time/time division form, or may be in a year/month/day/time form or the like.
The preset display format may include at least one of a display color, a display font size, a display pattern, and a display animation of the system clock, and the display font may include a thickness of the font, whether to be blacked, and the like. In addition, when the system clock is a dial clock, the preset display format may further include a display style of the dial clock, such as an appearance, a theme, a background, a thickness of a pointer, and the like of the dial.
For example, assuming that the system clock is a digital clock, the display color of the time number predefined by the system is black, the font size is No. three, and the font is not thickened, in order to be able to alert the user obviously, when the display time of the system clock is within the preset time range before the alert time, the terminal may change the color of the time number in the system clock from black to red, enlarge the font size of the time number, thicken the font, and the like, to alert the user.
Further, the terminal can set different preset display formats for the system clock according to the priority of the schedule items, so that the importance degree of the schedule items to be processed is reminded when the user is reminded of the schedule items to be processed.
In one possible implementation, displaying the time of the system clock in a preset display format includes: acquiring the priority of the schedule item; acquiring a display format corresponding to the priority from a stored specified corresponding relation, wherein the specified corresponding relation is used for storing the corresponding relation between a plurality of priorities and a plurality of display formats; and displaying the time of the system clock in a display format corresponding to the priority.
For example, when the preset display format includes a display color of the system clock, the terminal may first acquire a priority of the schedule item; acquiring the color corresponding to the priority from the stored appointed corresponding relation, wherein the appointed corresponding relation is used for storing the corresponding relation between a plurality of priorities and a plurality of colors; and determining the color corresponding to the priority as the display color of the time of the system clock.
The priority of the schedule item is used for indicating the importance degree of the schedule item, and the higher the priority is, the more important the schedule item is. In this way, the display time can be displayed in different colors according to the importance of the schedule item, so that the user is reminded of the importance degree of the schedule item to be processed through the colors, and the user experience is improved.
The specified correspondence may exist in a list, a mapping relationship, or the like, and may be set by default or by a user, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure. For example, the priority of the schedule items may be set to two levels of importance and non-importance, the important schedule items may be correspondingly displayed in red, and the non-important schedule items may be correspondingly displayed in green.
In addition, in order to reserve the preparation time for the user, the user is prevented from not processing the schedule to be processed, so that the user can be reminded in advance, namely, the user is reminded when the current time is in the preset time range before the reminding time.
The preset time may be set by default by the terminal or may be set by a user, and the setting mode of the preset time is not limited in the embodiment of the present disclosure. For example, the user may set the preset time to 0 minutes, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 30 minutes, etc., and the preset time is not limited in the embodiment of the present disclosure.
For example, assuming that the reminding time of the schedule item is "three afternoon", if the preset time is 5 minutes, the terminal can change the display format of the time of the system clock when the display time of the current clock is 55 minutes at 2 afternoon; if the preset time is 0 minutes, the terminal can change the display format of the time of the system clock when the display time of the current clock is 3 pm.
Further, in order to improve accuracy, before displaying the time of the system clock in a preset display format, the terminal may further determine a reminding date of the schedule item; and if the current date is equal to the reminding date and the display time of the system clock is in a preset range before the reminding time, executing the step of displaying the time of the system clock in a preset display format.
That is, after the terminal obtains the reminding time of the schedule item, the reminding date of the schedule item can be determined at the same time, and if the current date is equal to the reminding date and the display time of the system clock is also in the preset range before the reminding time, the display format of the time of the system clock is changed so as to remind the schedule item. Therefore, whether the schedule event is to be processed or not can be accurately determined, and the reminding accuracy is guaranteed.
For example, assuming that the calendar event is "three afternoon meeting of 11/14/2016", the reminding date of the calendar event is "11/14/2016", the reminding time is "three afternoon", and if the preset time is 30 minutes, the terminal can display the time of the system clock in a preset display format at 30 minutes of 2/PM of 11/14/2016, so as to remind the user of the calendar event currently needing to be processed.
In step 204, when a first trigger instruction to the system clock is received, details of the calendar event are displayed.
The first trigger instruction for the system clock may be triggered by a user through a specified operation, where the specified operation may be a click operation, a sliding operation, or the like for the system clock, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure. The details of the calendar event may include information such as event content, waiting time, place, character, etc. of the calendar event, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present disclosure.
For example, when receiving the first trigger instruction for the system clock, the terminal may display a prompt box in the current interface, and display the detailed information of the schedule item in the prompt box.
In another embodiment, when receiving the first trigger instruction to the system clock, the terminal may further jump to a page where the calendar event in the calendar application or the memo application is located.
The terminal can configure a jump interface for the system clock, the jump interface can be linked to a page where the schedule item in the calendar application or the memo application is located, and when a first trigger instruction for the system clock is received, the terminal can call the jump interface to jump to the page where the schedule item in the calendar application or the memo application is located.
In the process of jumping to the page where the calendar item is located in the calendar application or the memo application, the terminal can firstly pull up the application where the calendar item is located, and directly jump to the page where the calendar item is located in the started application, so that the detailed information of the calendar item is displayed in the page.
For example, when detecting the clicking operation of the system clock by the user, the terminal may automatically enter a display page of the calendar for the calendar item, and display the detailed information of the calendar item in the page, where the detailed information may be "three afternoon of 11/30/2016", and the meeting is summarized with the beginning of 3 d sales in 308 meeting rooms.
In another embodiment, the terminal may further display thumbnail information of the calendar item at a preset position of a display interface of the system clock; and when a second trigger instruction for the thumbnail information is received, displaying the detailed information of the schedule item.
The preset position may be set by default by the terminal or may be set by a user, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present disclosure. For example, the terminal may display thumbnail information of the schedule item around the display time, such as above or below the display time.
The thumbnail information of the calendar event may be a title, a processing time, a priority, etc. of the calendar event. In addition, the second trigger instruction to the thumbnail information may also be triggered by the user by a specified operation. The second trigger instruction may be the same as or different from the first trigger instruction, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure.
By displaying the detailed information of the schedule matters according to the trigger instruction, a user can conveniently and quickly check the specific to-be-processed matters, so that the user can clearly know what the schedule matters need to be processed are, and the user experience is improved.
In step 205, the display format of the system clock is restored to the display format of the system clock predefined by the system.
After the user checks the detailed information of the schedule item, the user is shown to know the schedule item to be processed, and the user is not required to be reminded any more, at this time, the terminal can restore the display format of the time of the system clock to the predefined display format of the system, that is, the time of the system clock is displayed again in the predefined display format of the system, so as to terminate the reminding.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, only the display format of the system clock predefined by the system is restored after the first trigger instruction for the system clock is received and the detailed information of the schedule item is displayed, but in practical application, the terminal may also restore the display format of the system clock to the display format of the system clock predefined by the system after receiving the first trigger instruction for the system clock, skipping to the page where the schedule item in the calendar application or the memo application is located, or after receiving the second trigger instruction for the abbreviated information of the schedule item, displaying the detailed information of the schedule item, or when the display time of the system clock is within the preset range after the reminding time, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present disclosure.
In summary, in the embodiment of the disclosure, the calendar item to be reminded may be obtained, and the reminding time of the calendar item may be determined, and when the display time of the system clock is within the preset time range before the reminding time, the time of the system clock may be displayed in the preset display format, so as to remind the calendar item, where the preset display format is different from the display format of the system clock predefined by the system. Therefore, when a user views the clock, the user can be reminded of the schedule item to be processed currently by changing the display format of the system clock, so that the reminding mode of the schedule item is expanded, a special window for displaying the schedule item is not required to be arranged in the interface, the display space of the interface is saved, and the interference of the popped prompt information to the user is avoided.
