In this embodiment, the determining unit 130 determines whether the report conforms to the effective reporting rule by combining the report with the advertisement reporting record. The server also comprises a storage medium or a database and the like for storing the advertisement reporting record.
The specific structure of the judging unit 130 is various, and three optional structures are provided below.
The structure I is as follows:

The structure is three: the advertisement reporting record comprises the number of advertisement reporting clients. The determining unit 130 is specifically configured to determine whether the updated number of the advertisement reporting clients reaches a specified number; and if the updated number of the advertisement reporting client sides reaches the specified number, determining that the advertisement reporting conforms to the effective reporting rule.
The above three structures may be hardware for implementing the three advertisement filtering methods in the second embodiment of the method, respectively.
In short, in this embodiment, the server determines whether the report meets the effective report rule or not by combining the advertisement report record from one or more different dimensions, and has the characteristics of simple and convenient implementation and simple structure.

The determining unit 130 described in this embodiment includes not only a processor or a processing circuit having an information processing function, but also an output module, which may be a display output structure such as a display screen, and may also include an audio output result capable of performing audio output. The determining unit 130 may further include a human-machine interaction interface or other communication interface, and may be capable of receiving the report feedback.

In short, in this embodiment, the determining unit 130 determines whether the report is in accordance with the effective reporting rule through the output of the reporting prompt and the reception of the reporting feedback, and has the characteristics of simple structure and easy implementation.

and the filtering unit 140 is configured to shield the advertisement reported this time according to the advertisement information if the advertisement reported this time meets the effective reporting rule.
The determining unit 130 is specifically configured to determine, based on the advertisement information, whether the reported advertisement is an advertisement with a specified filtering type in a webpage or an application page where the reported advertisement is displayed; and if the reported advertisement is the advertisement with the specified filtering type, determining that the advertisement is reported to accord with the effective reporting rule.
The hardware structure of the determining unit 130 in this embodiment may include a processor or a processing circuit. The determining unit 130 is configured to automatically determine whether the reported advertisement meets the specified filtering type, and if so, determine that the report is an effective report meeting effective reporting rules, provide a hardware structure for the advertisement filtering method according to the fourth embodiment of the method, and have a characteristic of intelligently, simply and conveniently filtering advertisements.
Device example five:
as shown in fig. 5, the present embodiment provides a client, where the client includes:
a detection unit 210 for detecting an advertisement report instruction;
a determining unit 220, configured to determine a reported advertisement based on the advertisement reporting instruction;
a forming unit 230 for forming advertisement report information; wherein the advertisement reporting information comprises advertisement information of the reported advertisement;
a sending unit 240, configured to send the advertisement report information to a server.
The detection unit 210 according to this embodiment may include various types of human-computer interaction interfaces, and the human-computer interaction interfaces may include a touch screen, a floating touch screen, a keyboard, a mouse, or an audio capture recognizer.
The specific structure of the determining unit 220 and the forming unit 230 may include a processor or a processing circuit. The processor may include an application processor, a central processing unit, a microprocessor, or a programmable circuit, etc. The processing circuit may comprise an application specific integrated circuit. The processor or processing circuitry may implement the functionality of any one or more of the units described above by executing executable code.
The transmitting unit 240 according to the present embodiment may include various types of communication interfaces, such as a wired interface or a wireless interface. The wired interface may include a cable interface, such as an RJ45 interface, and the wired interface may also include a fiber optic cable interface. The wireless interface may also include a transmit antenna, etc.
The client described in this embodiment may specifically correspond to a structure such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, or a wearable device, and is a hardware structure that can be used for the fifth execution in the foregoing method embodiment, and also has a feature of assisting the server to filter the advertisement simply and accurately.
As a further improvement of this embodiment, the client further includes:

The display unit may include various types of display screens, such as a liquid crystal display screen, an electronic ink display screen, an Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED) display screen, or a projection screen. The display screen displays the advertisement reporting control, and the detection unit 210 can detect that the group is used for the advertisement reporting indication of the advertisement reporting control. In this embodiment, the display unit may be a touch display unit capable of detecting touch or a floating touch display unit capable of detecting floating touch.
According to the embodiment, through the detection of the advertisement report control, a user can conveniently trigger a client to form the advertisement report information by one key and send the advertisement report information to the server to finish advertisement report; the user operation is simplified, and the user experience is improved.
Two specific examples are provided below in connection with any of the embodiments described above:

step S12: the client detects an advertisement reporting instruction input by a user;
step S13: forming an advertisement report message, here formed based on said advertisement report instruction;
step S14: sending advertisement reporting information;
step S15: the server judges whether the report accords with the effective report rule, which is equivalent to the server auditing the report;
step S16: the report accords with the effective report rule and shields the reported advertisement.
Example two:
as shown in fig. 7, the present example provides an advertisement filtering method, including:
step S21: and finding the advertisement in the process of browsing the webpage by the user.
Step S22: and when the client detects that the user presses the advertisement for a long time, popping up a selection box, and detecting the click on a 'report advertisement' control in the selection box.
Step S23: the terminal reports the URL and the advertisement information of the page accessed by the user to the background of the browser; the URL is a uniform resource address; the advertisement information is reported advertisement information; the background acts as a server.
Step S24: : the background analyzes the data according to a certain rule and judges that the report is effective. The certain rules may be as follows, but are not limited to the following rules:
rule 1: for some important sites, a manual auditing mode can be adopted to judge whether the reported site is effective or not; these emphasized sites correspond to the aforementioned designated sites.
Rule 2: for a certain advertisement element which is reported in a large number, a threshold value of reporting times of a user can be set, and automatic judgment is carried out, for example, if the reporting times are more than 500, effective reporting is judged;
if the judgment result is effective, turning to the step S25; if the judgment result is invalid, the process proceeds to step S26.
Step S25: and judging that the advertisement is effectively reported, setting a shielding rule for the advertisement in the background and immediately taking effect, and uniformly filtering the advertisement when the webpage is accessed subsequently.
Step S26: and judging that the report is invalid, and keeping the background in an original state without processing.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. The above-described device embodiments are merely illustrative, for example, the division of the unit is only a logical functional division, and there may be other division ways in actual implementation, such as: multiple units or components may be combined, or may be integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not implemented. In addition, the coupling, direct coupling or communication connection between the components shown or discussed may be through some interfaces, and the indirect coupling or communication connection between the devices or units may be electrical, mechanical or other forms.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, that is, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units; some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, all the functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing module, or each unit may be separately used as one unit, or two or more units may be integrated into one unit; the integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, or in a form of hardware plus a software functional unit.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or part of the steps for implementing the method embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to program instructions, and the program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when executed, the program performs the steps including the method embodiments; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: a mobile storage device, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.

1. An advertisement filtering interaction method, the method comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a client responds to long-time pressing operation aiming at an advertisement or long-time indication operation aiming at the advertisement triggered by an indication device, an advertisement reporting control corresponding to the advertisement is switched from a hidden state to a display state, and the advertisement reporting control is displayed in an advertisement display area of the advertisement;
responding to the pressing operation or the sliding operation aiming at the advertisement reporting control, and receiving an advertisement reporting instruction acting on the advertisement reporting control;
in response to the advertisement reporting indication, determining a reported advertisement based on a display position of the advertisement reporting control, and generating advertisement reporting information based on the reported advertisement;
sending the advertisement report information to a server;
the server receives advertisement reporting information sent by the client; the advertisement reporting information comprises identification information of a display page of a reported advertisement, the display page comprises a webpage or an application page, and the reported advertisement comprises a normal advertisement which does not carry bad information;
extracting advertisement information and identification information of the display page from the advertisement report information;
inquiring an advertisement reporting record based on the advertisement information, wherein the advertisement reporting record comprises advertisement reporting times, advertisement reporting frequency and advertisement reporting client number;
updating the advertisement report record based on the report;
analyzing based on the updated advertisement reporting record and the identification information of the display page, and shielding the advertisement reported this time according to the advertisement information when determining that at least one of the following effective reporting rules is satisfied:
the method comprises the steps that when the updated advertisement reporting frequency reaches the specified frequency, the reported advertisement is the advertisement of the specified filtering type in the webpage or the application page where the reported advertisement is located, and the webpage or the application page where the reported advertisement is located is determined to be the specified page based on the identification information of the display page, and the report feedback for indicating that the report accords with the effective reporting rule is received when the report accords with the prompt condition.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
judging whether the webpage or the application interface displayed by the reported advertisement is a designated page or not;
if the webpage or the application is the designated page;
when the report meets the prompt condition, outputting a report prompt;
receiving a report feedback formed based on the report prompt;
and when the report feedback indicates that the report conforms to the effective report rule, determining that the effective report rule is satisfied.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
judging whether the reported advertisement is an advertisement with a specified filtering type in a webpage or an application page displayed by the reported advertisement or not based on the advertisement information;
and if the reported advertisement is the advertisement with the specified filtering type, determining that the effective reporting rule is satisfied.
4. A method of advertisement filtering, the method comprising:
responding to long-time pressing operation aiming at the advertisement or responding to long-time indicating operation aiming at the advertisement triggered by an indicating device, switching an advertisement reporting control corresponding to the advertisement from a hidden state to a display state, and displaying the advertisement reporting control in an advertisement display area of the advertisement;
responding to the pressing operation or the sliding operation aiming at the advertisement reporting control, and receiving an advertisement reporting instruction acting on the advertisement reporting control;
in response to the advertisement reporting indication, determining a reported advertisement based on a display position of the advertisement reporting control; wherein, the reported advertisement comprises a normal advertisement which does not carry bad information;
forming advertisement reporting information based on the reported advertisements; the advertisement reporting information comprises advertisement information of the reported advertisement and identification information of a display page of the reported advertisement, and the display page comprises a webpage or an application page;
sending the advertisement report information to a server;
the advertisement reporting information is used for the server to receive the advertisement reporting information sent by the client and extract the advertisement information and the identification information of the display page from the advertisement reporting information; inquiring an advertisement reporting record based on the advertisement information, wherein the advertisement reporting record comprises advertisement reporting times, advertisement reporting frequency and advertisement reporting client number; updating the advertisement report record based on the report; based on the updated advertisement reporting record and the identification information of the display page, when at least one of the following effective reporting rules is determined to be satisfied, the advertisement reported this time is shielded according to the advertisement information:
the method comprises the steps that when the updated advertisement reporting frequency reaches the specified frequency, the reported advertisement is the advertisement of the specified filtering type in the webpage or the application page where the reported advertisement is located, and the webpage or the application page where the reported advertisement is located is determined to be the specified page based on the identification information of the display page, and the report feedback for indicating that the report accords with the effective reporting rule is received when the report accords with the prompt condition.
5. A client, the client comprising:
the display unit is used for responding to long-time pressing operation aiming at the advertisement or responding to long-time indicating operation aiming at the advertisement triggered by an indicating device, switching the advertisement reporting control corresponding to the advertisement from a hidden state to a display state, and displaying the advertisement reporting control in an advertisement display area of the advertisement;

a forming unit for forming advertisement reporting information based on the reported advertisement; the advertisement reporting information comprises advertisement information of the reported advertisement and identification information of a display page of the reported advertisement, and the display page comprises a webpage or an application page;
the sending unit is used for sending the advertisement report information to a server;
the advertisement reporting information is used for the server to receive the advertisement reporting information sent by the client and extract the advertisement information and the identification information of the display page from the advertisement reporting information; inquiring an advertisement reporting record based on the advertisement information, wherein the advertisement reporting record comprises advertisement reporting times, advertisement reporting frequency and advertisement reporting client number; updating the advertisement report record based on the report; based on the updated advertisement reporting record and the identification information of the display page, when at least one of the following effective reporting rules is determined to be satisfied, the advertisement reported this time is shielded according to the advertisement information:
